The subject of the research is theoretical-methodical and practical aspects of formation and ensuring the agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness taking into account the levels, dynamics, and other features of their financial and economic sustainability and economic security. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and practical ways of increasing agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness based on their financial and economic sustainability and security. The methodological bases of the article are general methodological approaches, namely: dialectical, historical, monographic, system-structural analysis, and synthesis to the study of economic phenomena and processes. Legislative and normative-legal regulations for development and formation of agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness, their financial and economic sustainability and security; scientific works of leading domestic and foreign scientists on the theory and practice of competitiveness as one of the main categories of market mechanism and management in agriculture; analytical and statistical materials of the State Statistics Service are used in the work. In the work the methods of economic researches are used: abstract and logical – for substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness formation in the conditions of their financial and economic sustainability and security; in the formation of theoretical generalizations, factors and principles of competitiveness management, critical analysis of other authors’ research; statistical and economic – in determining the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises; marketing –when researching the food market and assessing market conditions for the future; comparative – when comparing indicators of enterprises’ competitiveness of the given region and agro sphere industry with the other ones; graphic – to determine structural changes in the food market; system-structural – to analyze the resource potential of agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness; analytical forecasting – to determine the system of measures of organizational and economic mechanism for its provision; economic and mathematical modelling – to substantiate the increasing of agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness, taking into account the levels of their financial and economic sustainability and security. The results of the article. It is determined that the leading importance in ensuring the agricultural enterprises’ competitiveness belongs to the competitive advantages, as well as their financial and economic sustainability and economic security. The factors and components of providing the latter are determined. A set of measures to increase financial and economic sustainability, ensure economic security as a basis for stable competitiveness, and assurance of its growth in the future is proposed. Field of application of results. The results can be used in the management of agricultural enterprises, in the educational process of higher education institutions, in training the specialists in economics and management. Conclusions. It is determined that the most significant feature of the theory and practice of rural green tourism enterprises in European countries is the expansion of their functions from purely business to more socially necessary and significant – as tools for preservation and reproduction of rural areas, including depressed ones. This provides for their greater support at the level of local communities and government, which is appropriate for all uses. It also makes sense to use the well-tested mechanisms and forms of tourism in the countryside.

Introduction. The vector of development of the education system, the choice of its contents, quality and results of training, style and spirit of the relationship of its participants, degree of their informative activity, intellectual and cultural growth are firstly caused by valuable attitudes of participants of the educational process. A teacher is a bearer of values. One of the main functions of the teacher is the education of the younger generation, the introduction of the person to moral ethics and universal values. In this regard, training of future teachers has to include the purposeful formation of the system of the internal, emotionally experienced values which will help them to cope with the complex of socio-cultural problems in the future professional activity.The aim of the paper is to present the research findings on the conceptual model of the dialogue space of education as the basis for the development of the future teacher axiosphere which corresponds to current ideological, social, economic, technological and other progressive civilization trends.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the research, fundamental ideas of the following scientific approaches were applied: humanistic approach – free and creative development of an individual; dialogical approach – pluralism of opinions and a variety of positions of subjects of education; axiological approach – attitude of the individual to the world around him/her, to other people and to himself / herself; activity approach – specific activity of the individual, aimed at appropriation of social experience by the person, change of the surrounding world and selfhood. To design and organize the model of the dialogue space, the methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization of the theory and practice were used.Results and scientific novelty. The authors presented the strategic guidelines of the interactive environment education: the development of social cooperation, using the pedagogical peaceful potential, the development of interpersonal and intergroup relations, organizing children spiritual and moral education as a national priority. The teacher value system was revealed empirically and described. It was found out that a modern teacher should responsibly perform the professional duties of a mentor, tutor and facilitator of the educational process. The authors clarified the concept of “axiological sphere” of the teacher. The teacher axiological sphere is considered as a complex of personal, professional-pedagogical and socio-cultural values. These values have separable functions. Firstly, they determine the content and nature of the educational activity. Secondly, they regulate the interaction of the participants of the educational activity. Thirdly, they stimulate personal self-expression of the members of that activity. Fourthly, they directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of education.The conceptual model of dialogue space of education as a formation zone for the teacher’s axiosphere was designed on the basis of the theoretic-methodological, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical concepts of the leading scholars’ writings. The resources of this space were identified; its structural components were presented and proved. The implementation of the components mentioned above can create a special context for the humanitarian training of a future teacher; will give an opportunity of interactive development of students’ common cultural, communicative and special competencies; will increase students’ motivation to pedagogical activity, the search of new ideas for training, innovations and professional self-education. The authors demonstrated the value orientations typology and tactics of their acquisition by students at the dialogue level.Practical significance. The presented materials can be used in practice of the higher pedagogical education to improve the quality of graduates’ training through enrichment of their personality axiological sphere. The model for the formation of the future teachers’ value system in dialogue educational space will allow providing conditions for individualization of routes of their training taking into account different approaches to the organization of activity of education participants and features of their self-development.

The subject of this research is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the functioning of rural green tourism enterprises in European countries and in Ukraine. The purpose of the work to analyze the European experience in supporting and identifying the features of the functioning of rural green tourism enterprises in the context of leading European countries to optimize their activities and increase the number in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the article was the methods of scientific knowledge: monographic – for theoretical generalization and identification of the features of the formation of rural green tourism in European countries; system-structural analysis and synthesis, groupings – for the interpretation of the results; problem-target – for the practical implementation of the European experience in the operation of rural green tourism enterprises. Results of the article. The article reveals the features of the implementation of rural green tourism in European countries and grouping of countries by the identity of tools and support mechanisms. The possibilities of their implementation in Ukraine in terms of practice, institutions of support, local support not only as a type of activity, but as a resource for the storage and reproduction of rural areas are substantiated. The field of application of results.The materials, results and conclusions of the article can be used in the activities of rural territorial communities, local governments, enterprises and agro-estates, higher educational institutions of the corresponding specialization and faculties of economics and management of tourism and hotel and restaurant business. Conclusions. It has been determined that the most significant feature of the theory and practice of the operation of rural green tourism enterprises in European countries is the expansion of their functions from purely business to more socially necessary and significant ones – as tools for the preservation and reproduction of rural areas, incl. depressive. This ensures their great support at the level of local communities, state authorities, it is advisable to use them in every possible way. It is also advisable to use proven mechanisms and forms of tourism in the countryside.

The subject of the research is the processes and systems of taxation of agricultural enterprises, their components and principles; types and amounts of taxes in Ukraine and abroad; trends of development and possible directions of improvement. The aim of the work is to identify the peculiarities of taxation of agricultural enterprises, its principles, advantages and disadvantages for the purpose of further improvement, including on the bases of studying and taking into account foreign experience. The methodological basis of the article became general scientific methods of cognition, - system-structural analysis and synthesis, dialectical, historical, abstraction. Also, these methods are generalization, grouping, comparison, absolute and relative values, other methods of research. Results of work.It is determined that the systems, mechanisms and processes of taxation of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine are in development. They require significant improvement to optimize their inherent functions. In fact, the fiscal function is traditionally prevailing in terms of distribution and regulatory factors. For this purpose, the main types of taxes and their volumes were characterized, changes in the Tax Code were assessed, the main principles, tasks and necessary structural changes in the taxation system were determined. The experience of subsidizing, insurance and taxation of agribusiness in the United States and European countries has also been studied and summarized in detail. The forms and mechanisms of tax support for small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises are especially valuable for the domestic theory and practice. The field of application of results. The results of the research can be used in the theory and practice of accounting and taxation of agrarian enterprises, management of their financial results, development of development strategies for the future, justification of the state agrarian and tax, regulatory and regional policies, with the support of the development of rural areas and local communities. Conclusions. The taxation systems of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine have certain features in terms of the components, size and principles of collection. They often change in order to improve, but the main function is fiscal. Therefore, the study and, if possible, the introduction of advanced world experience in stimulating, insurance and taxation of agricultural production, with a view to optimizing it in the long term, is of great importance.

Іn the article the modern scientific researches on building and development of key competencies in theory and practice of pedagogical science are analyzed. The peculiarities of the professional activity of the teacher of biology through the interrelation of his/her informative, developmental, orientation, mobilizing, constructive, communicative, and organizational and research functions are researched.The analysis of modern approaches in the preparation of the future teacher of biology made it possible to determine leading functions in the educational process of a secondary school: informative, developmental, orientation, mobilization, constructive, communicative, and organizational and research. All functions are interrelated; they complement and refine each other.A large number of researchers prove that the competency-based approach most completely reflects the modern processes in European countries.Taking into account the world experience and needs of the development of the Ukrainian school in the domestic pedagogy, three types of competencies characterizing the results of learning on the basis of a competency-based approach are recognized: key, interdisciplinary and knowledge of subject.The notion of "competency-based approach" refers to the orientation of the educational process on the building and development of the key (basic, main) and substantive competencies of the individual. The result of this process will be the formation of a general competence (professionalism) of a person, which is the integrity of key and substantive competencies, an integrated personality trait. Such a characteristic should be formed in the process of learning and  contain knowledge, skills, attitudes, experience, values and behavioural models of personality.The competency-based approach takes special place in the process of building and development of competencies of the future specialist in the system of higher education. In the scientific sense, the concept of "approach" is interpreted as the starting point for forming the basis of research activity. The general idea of a competency-based approach is competence-oriented education, which aims at the complex of knowledge acquisition and methods of practical activity, through which a person successfully implements himself/herself in various fields of life. The most important specificity of the competency-based approach lies in the fact that not the "ready-made knowledge" transmitted by the teacher is assimilated, but "the conditions of the origin of this knowledge are traced".

The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological aspects of involving system management to achieve the goals of sustainable development and practical areas of its implementation in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is the further development of areas and components of system management to achieve global goals of sustainable development in Ukraine, taking into account the principles of social responsibility and processes and opportunities for digitalization of the population. The methodological basis of the article were the theoretical and methodological provisions of economics of nature management, regional economy, demography, ecology; international and national normative-legislative acts, norms, initiatives on sustainable development. As a fundamental methodological approach, the article uses system-structural analysis and synthesis, as well as historical, monographic, statistical-economic, problem-target methods. The results of the article. The article highlights the concepts and ideas of sustainable development, identifies the features of system management for their achievement and priority areas for development for Ukraine, taking into account the country's ratings in the world community and their dynamics. Features of system management for the purposes of sustainable development are defined; identified its priority areas in Ukraine, taking into account its ratings in the global dimension. Field of application of results. In higher education institutions in the teaching of environmental economics, regional economics and sustainable development, in schools, environmental governmental and non-governmental organizations. Conclusions. It is determined that the most significant feature of the theory and practice of rural green tourism enterprises in European countries is the expansion of their functions from purely business to more socially necessary and significant - as tools for preservation and reproduction of rural areas, including depressed. This provides greater support at the level of local communities, government, which is appropriate for all uses. It is also advisable to use proven mechanisms and forms of tourism in the countryside.

The purpose of this study was to understand the teaching formation in Physical Education and its different aspects developed during initial training.Method:a bibliographical survey ofbooks andcientificarticles was carried out. For this,thekeywords“Teacher training”, “professionaltraining” and “physical education”, were used exclusively in Portuguese language.The focus of the bibliographic research was the survey of authors who discuss the thematic of teacher education in Physical Education. Results:It was identified that teaching formal higher education aims to ensure the training of teachers to work in the environment social so that they can assist students in developing their intellectual ability. Thus, training in Physical Education has the duty to subsidize theoretical and practical content to future teachers for transformative teaching during the educational process.The focus aspects during initial training are “the relationship between theory and practice "," the role of self-assessment in the teaching construct ","constant update", "beginning and path of teaching","convergence between technical and applied training". Conclusion:It is necessary during teacher training to develop an understanding of the future teachers values, such as feelings, emotions, the desire to overcome insecurity. That is, It is necessary to stimulatecritical reflection on the practice of the future physical education teacher. it is necessary to encourage the teacher to think critically to better develop the educational process.

Subject of research – theoretical and applied aspects of formation and improvement of economic mechanism of management of safety of agrarian enterprises. The purpose of the article is to identify threats and challenges of the safety of agrarian enterprises and to justify the tools and components of the economic mechanism for managing its preservation and enhancement. The methodology of the work is the use of general scientific and special methods and methods of research based on modern scientific concepts of managerial, economic and related sciences and the main provisions of economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of theory and practice of management of the safety of agrarian enterprises. The results of the work – considered the main challenges, problems and priorities of the formation of the security of agricultural enterprises and management. According to them, the components of the mechanism for its implementation are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the need to address the problems of rural areas, the possible monopolization of agrarian markets by large agricultural corporations, and to overcome the corruption of the economy in the agro-sphere. The important role of the influence of factors of national and regional security on the mechanism of management of safety of agrarian enterprises is determined. The directions of improvement of the economic mechanism of management of safety of agrarian enterprises are grounded. Conclusions – considering the main problems of socioeconomic security and their solution in the long term, the focus should be focused on such challenges as: depression of rural areas; poverty of the rural population; the presence of refugees, the criminalization of the economy and society. Their overcoming is not only within the competence of the mechanism of management of agrarian enterprises, but also of the activities of rural communities.

The last decade of Hungarian agriculture was marked and changes which affected all parts of agricultural production. This process resulted in a new ownership and organisation structure. The paper presents the effects of the changes in ownership on land use and the various enterprise forms and intends to outline the main tendencies. In general, it can be stated that the role of agriculture in GDP production and employment is decreasing in Hungary, but according to concurrent opinions of experts, agriculture still has and will have a major role in income production and the ease of social tensions in rural areas in the future as well. Hungary’s accession to the European Union provides new chances and new prospects for Hungarian agriculture and rural areas. Hungarian agriculture became a part of the internal market which includes about 450 million people. The safety of marketing became stronger, the rate of financial support is increasing and the income of growers will increase in the future. This process implies more obligations and the keeping of strict regulations. Competition inside the internal market is intensifying, competitiveness will be more important while the chances of development and investment of the growers and the feasibility of more effective land use are increasing. After the accession, integration into the directives formulated in the CAP and the packages of measures accepted in it is framework have growing importance.These directives encourage farm-reallocation, namely the rational estate concentration. In general, it can be stated that rational estate concentration, and more effective land use as a consequence, will increase the efficiency of agricultural production.

The relevance of the problem is due to the requirement of pedagogical theory and practice in ensuring professional self-development of a future primary education teacher and the existing imperfection of modern technological means of supporting professional self-development of a future primary education teacher in a digital educational environment. The information support of professional self-development of the future primary education teacher in the digital educational environment is considered. A theoretical review of the concepts of “information educational environment” and “digital educational environment” is also presented. The closest, in the context of the study, is the definition of a digital educational environment, as a combination of digital educational technologies, means and related resources that ensure the educational process in the context of society digitalization. The informational means of implementation were the technologies of pedagogical support of professional self-development of the future primary education teacher, which were substantively modernized: “Time Management” technologies, projects, web quests, modeling, foresight technologies, discussions, project technologies, various social and moral practices, modeling and gamification of future professional strategies, technology of achievements and success (competitions, olympiads). In the framework of this work, we substantiate a new scientific direction in the field of the theory and methods of professional education, substantiating both theoretical and applied solutions to the important problem of pedagogical support of the process of professional self-development of a future primary education teacher in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards of higher education, as well as the standard of profession “Teacher”.

The assessment of personal security was made with the results of the analysis of the development, provision, application, and incentivisation of personnel of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. The purpose of this study is to clarify the theoretical and methodological approaches to personnel security assessment in agricultural enterprises and to develop areas for its provision. Historical and economic, abstract and logical methods, statistical and economic techniques were applied in the study. The methodological part of the study established that the main imperative of social responsibility of entrepreneurship is the provision of the enterprise with personnel. Personnel security is a dominant feature of economic security of the enterprise, which ensures its sustainable development. The study determined the basis of the population in rural areas of Ukraine for the development of the workforce of agricultural enterprises. The study analysed the dynamics of development of the average number of full-time employees in the economy of Ukraine for the last five economic years. The structure of employment of the population of Ukraine by types of economic activity was determined. A complex characterisation of the dynamics of the personnel rotation at agricultural enterprises is carried out according to the following indicators: the level of hiring and dismissal; rate of change in the number of employees. The level of working time usage per one fulltime employee by types of economic activity in Ukraine was analysed and this indicator was compared with the level achieved in foreign countries. The organisation of material incentives for labour is identified. At present, this is very problematic, as there is a decrease in the real level of wages in all spheres of economic activity and in agriculture in particular. The objective reasons that threaten the personnel security of agricultural enterprises are identified. Reserves have been identified for improving the personnel security of agricultural enterprises to achieve a strategy for their sustainable development and economic sustainability. The study proposes measures to reduce risks and eliminate threats associated with the development, organisation, quantitative and qualitative provision of the enterprise with personnel capable of performing intellectual creative activity, commercialising innovations and putting them into practice
