The article considers the issues of studying and forming creative abilities as a scientific problem. Based on the analysis of scientific developments devoted to students’ creative abilities, it was determined that for the most part the professional and creative formation of a bachelor's personality is studied on the basis of a specific direction of training, quite often – on the basis of the analysis of the work of universities of culture and art, and pedagogical creativity in most cases – on the material of the pedagogical university. It was revealed that insufficient attention is paid by scientists to the analysis of the problems of educating creatively enthusiastic specialists in different areas of training, united by common projects, not always subordinate to future professional activities, but revealing internal individual resources, the creative potential of each and aimed at personal self-development. It was confirmed that the formation of creative abilities should be built on the desire for high achievements, and not on the motivation for the development of the student, while it is important to form such creative abilities that can be implemented in different fields of activity. The article provides a characteristic of general creative abilities and a hypothesis is put forward: the formation of general creative abilities of students is possible on the basis of non-core activities – choreography, in order later to show students the possibility of transferring the mastered skills of mastering general creative abilities to pedagogical activity. The article discusses the problem of using choreography as a means of forming general creative abilities, the multilevel and multicomponent nature of which has not been sufficiently studied. Researchers for the most part associate general creativity in choreographic activity with the development of creative thinking. The student choreographic collective isdefined as an open self-organizing system aimed at creative self-actualization and creative self-development of all its participants, regardless of the profile of training.

The «tree’s root», depicted below the crown, is a necessary basic condition for a self-development, its base area of an actual self-development; among its indicators should be noted here the teacher’s spirituality and moral maturity, without which a successful self-development may not be carried out. The «tree’s body», depicted in the middle of the model, is a system of interconnected structural elements of the higher education teacher’s integrated self-development. The «tree's top» is the continuation of creative self-realization of abilities according to other goals and tasks after the completion of the previous ones. The emphasis is on the introduced concepts of «integrated self-development of a personality», «integrated self-development of a higher education teacher»; the directions that contribute to the continuation of self-development of the formed personalities (higher education teachers), and encourage them to creativity. This article describes the features of the structure of educational motivation of students of 1st and 4 th courses. The study showed that the learning motivation of students is characterized by a fairly high level of cognitive interest, interest in learning, creative self-realization and the desire to become a competent specialist. However, changes in the structure of learning motivation are observed during the training. So for fist-year students there is a high level of interest, the need for self-development, the idealization of the educational process and training, besides, a high orientation towards the external attractiveness and prestige of the chosen profession. While fourth-year students are characterized by a more realistic view of the diffiulties and peculiarities of studying in higher education institutions, they are mainly focused on development and self-realization in professional terms, therefore, they are characterized by a decrease in educational and cognitive motives. Firstyear students act as more active and active in relation to educational and cognitive activity; they rely on their expectations and ideas about the profession they have chosen and about their studies at the university. While fourth-year students are already less reliant on their ideas about the profession, they saw from the inside how the learning process goes, and imagine what their profession will be like. By this time, fourth-year students may refuse the profession chosen four years ago, search for themselves in other specialties, or vice versa, seek and try themselves in professional activities. The results obtained can be a guide to action regarding the formation of such learning conditions that will contribute to the creative development and professional realization of students.

This article examines the problem of self-relationship of students-psychologists in the process of professionalization, on the basis of correlation and factor analysis is compared two groups of subjects of junior and senior courses with varying degrees of involvement in the professional activities of a psychologist, analyzes the causes and possible results of changes in self-relationship. The article established the following patterns: motivational and semantic mechanisms of self-development assume the impact on the personality of the future specialist through a change in the meaning of activity. Depending on the level of self-fulfillment of the individual, the appropriate dynamic semantic systems were allocated at different stages of the training. External negative motivation, as professionalization begins to correlate more strongly with both self-esteem and global self-relationship. This is a consequence of the abandonment of externally asked forms of activity in favor of the growth of self-determinized motivational tendencies. The role of external evaluation does not decrease, but the tolerance for being in a highly competitive environment increases. Negative external assessments activate the desire to confirm the level of global self-relationship. Factor analysis allowed us to identify an integral complex of "primary professionalization" that combines high resistance to external negative effects on self-esteem, high conceit, as well as professionally important for the psychologist traits of sensitivity and propensity to carefully analyze behavior. The impact on the formation of a professional psychologist during the course of training can be distinguished by how objectively they are, or perceived subjectively significant for students as controlling, informing or amotivating, how much weight their contribution to the formation of internal motivation of the individual. In particular, the study found that changes in self-relationship at different stages of professionalization lead to the development of sensitivity as a factor of empathy, a number of qualities become self-determinized depending on the degree of importance for the future profession.
