The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of madrasah head supervision and teacher work motivation to teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and interviews, then data analysis techniques using correlational. The results of the study, the correlation coefficient between the supervision activity variable (X1) with the performance variable (Y) is 0.501 and the correlation coefficient between the motivation variable (X2) and the performance variable (Y) is 0.493, each greater than the value of r table in n 38 which is 0.325. Thus the three variables are positively correlated. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the contribution of madrasah head supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work motivation on employee work discipline at Permai Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study the authors used data analysis with Quantitative methods, namely data that can be calculated in the form of numbers obtained through questionnaires on respondents or the employee itself, and consists of Primary data and Secondary data. The results of the study based on regression analysis found that there was an effect of work motivation on employee work discipline positive correlation coefficient means having a unidirectional relationship. The better the motivation possessed by an employee, the higher the work discipline of the employee. Conversely, if the employee's work motivation is low then the work discipline will also be low, therefore the company leader, especially the hotel game will still provide motivation to employees to be able to improve work discipline.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Hotel Permai Pekanbaru.Di dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan analisa data dengan metode Kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dapat dihitung berupa angka-angka diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket penelitian terhadap responden atau karyawan itu sendiri, dan terdiri dari data Primer dan data Sekunder. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis regresi ditemukan ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan koefisien korelasi positif artinya memiliki hubungan yang searah. Semakin baik motivasi yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja karyawan, Sebaliknya apabila motivasi kerja karyawan rendah maka disinlin kerja juga akan rendah, oleh karena itu pimpinan perusahaan khususnya hotel permai tetap memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan untuk dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja.</em></p>

The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.

This research aims to find out the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on the motivation of teacher work in the Private MA Nururrodhiyah Kota Jambi. This research is a quantitative study using correlational research design, while data analysis techniques use normality and product moment correlation tests. The results of this study found that the sample of principals in 20 teachers who were sampled obtained an average score of 70, a median of 72,625, a mode of 72 with a standard deviation of 13,265. While the results of teacher work motivation from the data obtained an average score of 77.8, median of 77.5, mode of 74.5, and standard deviation of 27.72. The product moment correlation test rxy = 0.976 is greater than rtabel so it is known that at the significance level of 5% = 0.444 and at the significance level of 1% = 0.561 then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted.

his study describes the effect of clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance in state junior high school 3 Rambang Dangku Muara Enim Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. Techniques and data collection procedures through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion is 1) there is a clue to clinical supervision of teacher performance, meaning that clinical supervision can renew teacher performance. 2) There is an effect of principal academic supervision on teacher performance. 3) there are clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance, thus teaching skills and work motivation collectively on teacher performance. Clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals are able to affect teacher performance with a contribution of 24.1%

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogical competency. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The researchers conducted a quantitative study to demonstrate the effect of the principal's leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the pedagogical competency of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Badar, Aceh Tenggara Regency. The findings indicate that principal leadership has a considerable effect on teacher performance and that teacher work motivation greatly affects teacher performance. Principal leadership and teacher work motivation have a major impact on teacher performance. The aim of this research are (1) to determine the effect of knowledgeon the performance of rural family planning officer of Semarang District (PPKBD) (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of Semarang District PPKBD (3) to deter mine the influence of knowledge on Family Resilience in Semarang District (4) to determine the effect of work motivation towards Family Resilience in Semarang District (5) to determine the effect of PPKBD's performance on Family Resilience in Semarang Regency. The population used in this study were all members of the Semarang District PPKBD. Based on the sample calculation, the resultsobtained were 148 members of PPKBD as respondents. Data Analysis Techniques used are Descriptive Analysis, Inferential Analysis, and Path Analysis Model Testing. Based on the results of the testing revealed that all hypothesis were accepted

The research aims to obtain data on (1) the principal's leadership style in improving work discipline, (2) the principal's leadership style in increasing teacher work motivation, (3) the principal's leadership style in increasing responsibility and (4) constraints that faced by principals in improving expected teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the technique of data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This study shows that (1) principals apply democratic leadership styles in improving discipline, (2) principals apply developer leadership styles (builders) in increasing teacher work motivation, (3) principals apply executive leadership styles in increasing teacher responsibilities, and (4) constraints faced by the principal, namely the decline in teacher discipline, lack of teacher performance motivation, and a low sense of teacher responsibility in learning. It is recommended that the principal can apply a better or varied leadership style so that the desired goals can be achieved well and maximally.
