Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur peran job insecurity dan job satisfaction terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT. Doosan Jaya 3 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan menyebarkan 100 kuesioner kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Doosan Jaya 3 di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji simultan job insecurity dan job satisfaction memperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 251,457 (>Ftabel = 2,36). Simpulan, job insecurity dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Komitmen Organisasi

This study aims to examine the Influence of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Organitational Commitment as Intervening Variable.This research uses a quantitive approach with a survey method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted 291 employees and the sample used amounted 75 employees of PT Lumina Packaging. Technical data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Warppls 5.0 software. The result of this research found that Job Insecurity have a direct and significant  effect on Turnover Intention by 28%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 41%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 19%, Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 24%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 19%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 20%, and Organitational Commitment have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 23%. Job Insecurity have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 47%, Job Satisfaction have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable 42%, Job Stress have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 43%.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicates that (1) transformational leadership of a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) self efficacy positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) transformational leadership positive direct effect on the self efficacy.

This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.

Abstract Human Resources (HR) is the main and strategic factor for the achievement of the development of a nationStrong and highly competitive human resources in various aspects will support increased development, both in the economic, health and social and cultural fields. The performance of an organization will be determined by one of the main elements, namely the quality of human resources. Factors that can be used to improve employee performance, including job satisfaction and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between jobs satisfaction and workforce motivation in the health sector in hospitals in Indonesia.The research method is a non-intervention study with a cross-sectional design, conducted by the National Institute of Health Research and Development, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia  through National Health Workforce Research (Risnakes)2017.The study sample was health workers working in 2,325 hospitals, namely General Hospitals (RSU) in the Government, Private Hospital, Military/Police General Hospital, Government Specific Hospital, Private Specific Hospital and Military/Police Specific Hospital. Determination of selected hospitals in each province is done by simple random sampling.  Data collection on job satisfaction and work motivation was obtained through filling out the 2014 happiness measurement survey questionnaires from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS)  by 30 health workers in selected hospitals . The variables studied were the characteristics of respondents (age, sex, education, employment status, length of work, health insurance), hospital characteristics (hospital status, hospital accreditation status, and type of hospital), job satisfaction and work motivation. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate, and logistic regression models.The results showed that respondents who worked for 10 years and below had a  t significant relationship with work motivation compared to those who worked more than 10 years, with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.0001). There is a significant relationship between jobs satisfaction and work motivation on respondents, with a value of p <0.005 (p = 0.0001). The conclusion, that the job satisfaction of health workers is significantly related to work motivation.   Abstrak Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor utama dan strategis bagi tercapainya keberhasilan pembangunan suatu bangsa. SDM yang kuat dan berdaya saing tinggi dalam berbagai aspek akan mendukung peningkatan pembangunan, baik di bidang ekonomi, kesehatan maupun di bidang sosial dan budaya. Kinerja suatu organisasi akan ditentukan oleh salah satu unsur utama yaitu kualitas sumber daya manusia. Faktor-faktor yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, diantaranya kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  adanya  hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja tenaga kerja di bidang kesehatan di rumah sakit di Indonesia. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian non intervensi dengan desain cross sectional, yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Litbang Kesehatan, Kementerian Kesehatan RI melalui Riset Ketenagaan di Bidang Kesehatan (Risnakes) 2017. Sampel penelitian adalah tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di  2.325 rumah sakit (RS) yaitu di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Pemerintah, RSU Swasta, RSU TNI/Polri, RS Khusus Pemerintah, RS Khusus Swasta, dan RS Khusus TNI/Polri. Penetapan rumah sakit terpilih di setiap provinsi dilakukan secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner survei pengukuran tingkat kebahagiaan 2014 dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) oleh 30 orang tenaga kesehatan di RS terpilih. Variabel yang diteliti adalah karakteristik responden (umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status kepegawaian, lama bekerja, jaminan kesehatan), karakteristik rumah sakit (status RS, status akreditasi RS, dan jenis RS), kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan model regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang bekerja selama 10 tahun ke bawah ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan motivasi kerja dibandingkan yang bekerja lebih dari 10 tahun, dengan nilai p<0,05 (p= 0,0001). Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja pada responden, dengan nilai p< 0,005 (p=0,0001). Kesimpulan, bahwa kepuasan kerja dari tenaga kesehatan berhubungan secara signifikan dengan motivasi kerja.

This study investigated the influence of emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication and job satisfaction on the job performance of staff in Chevron Nigeria Limited, Warri. Four null hypotheses guided the study. The correlation research design was adopted in the study. A sample of 400 was selected by the researchers using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a validated and reliable questionnaire. Regression statistics was used to test the stated null hypotheses, at 0.05 level of significance. The findings in the study showed that the four null hypotheses were rejected which is an indication that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, job satisfaction and job performance of staff in Chevron Nigeria Limited.

This study investigated job satisfaction and qualification as a determinant of teachers’ job mobility in primary schools in Oyo State. The study employed the descriptive research design of the survey type. The population consisted of all teachers from the public primary schools in the state. The sample for this study was 300 teachers which were selected from 20 public primary schools using multi-stage sampling procedure. The first stage involved the use of simple random sampling technique to select 10 Local Government Areas from the thirty- three Local Government Areas of the State. The second stage involved the selection of 20 public primary schools using purposive random sampling technique. Also, 15 teachers were selected from each of the public primary schools using simple random sampling technique at the third stage to make the total of 300 teachers as a sample for the study. A self-structured questionnaire tagged Teachers’ Questionnaire on Job Mobility, Satisfaction and Qualification (TQJMSQ) was used to elicit relevant data for the study. The face and content validity of the instrument was ensured. A reliability co-efficient of 0.69 was obtained for TQJMSQ using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Data collected were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Research questions were answered using simple percentage, mean score and standard deviation while the hypothesis was analysed using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe posthoc test at 0.05 level of significant. The study shows that job satisfaction and teachers’ qualifications determines job mobility in primary schools in Oyo State. The researchers recommended that government and other school owners should encourage teachers on the job by giving them necessary remuneration and teachers should be encouraged to update themselves to acquire higher qualifications so that they can be fixed to relevant position. This study aims to determine the influence of reward on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Lontar,Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach.The sample in this study was taken using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method bytaking 67 respondents from the entire population. Primary data obtained by questionnaire filleddirectly by the respondent. This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Superpoly Industry in Jakarta. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 88 employees of PT Superpoly Industry. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment significantly influence the job satisfaction of PT Superpoly Industry in JakartaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Superpoly Industry di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 88 karyawan PT Superpoly Industry. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Superpoly Industry di Jakarta.

This study aims to  determine the effect of (1) organizational communication, (2) job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment of primary school sint. Francis ln Lampung. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using path analyses. 88 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the predetermined location. The results showed that: first, there are positif influence between the organizational communication and organizational commitment of teachers in schools. Secondly, there is positif influence between job satisfation and organizational commitment of teachers in schools. Third, there is positif influence between organizational communication and  job satisfaction of teachers in schools.
