The purpose of these studies was an evaluation of the use of two developed formulations of multifunctional biologically active feed additives for calves during the dairy period. It was found that the average daily and absolute gain in both experimental groups is higher than that of the control by 11 and 8 %, respectively. Calves that received a feed supplement with active carbon and balsam poplar bud extract (group 1) exceeded the control group in girth measurements. In general, according to the results of the experiment, the positive effect of multifunctional feed additives on the growth and development of calves during the dairy period was determined.

Unbalanced mineral and vitamin nutrition of lactating cows can be a critical factor in the realization of their productive potential. The development and introduction into production of inexpensive, but effective feed additives is the main trend of improving the feeding of modern animal husbandry. Under the conditions of the Tyumen region such natural raw materials can be sapropels, which successfully combine a variety of biologically active substances. The purpose of the research was to study the digestibility of nutrients and energy metabolism in lactating cows when sapropel is included in the ration. Scientifi c and economic experiment in the study of the effectiveness of feeding sapropel lake Nepryak has been carried out in the training and experimental farm of the State Northern Trans-Urals Agrarian University. The animals of the control group have been fed the main diet. Cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups have been fed 300 and 500 g of sapropel per head/day, respectively, in addition to the main ration. It has been found as a result of research that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has a positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients. The digestibility coefficients were higher in the animals of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups compared with the cows of the control group. Cows from the experimental groups digested all the organic substances of the ration better. During the experiment period cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups in contrast to the control group had higher milk yield by 11,31 and 10,38 %, respectively, milk protein yield by 10,56 and 5,95 %, milk fat yield by 17,18 and 12,99 %. It has been established that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has the positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients, contributes to the increase of milk productivity, normalizes the metabolism in the body.

The article is devoted to increasing the preserving and survival of piglets in conditions of industrial cultivation, where their organism is exposed to constant effects of adverse technological factors. The state of stress that occurs in this case leads to a decrease in the rate of growth and resistance of the young to a variety of diseases and can ultimately cause death of animals. One of the most promising directions for preventing the negative effects of stress and increasing the overall resistance of the piglet organism is the search, development and introduction of dietary supplements that increase physiological processes in the body, improve metabolism, increase the energy of growth, increase the yield of meat products. The purpose of the work was to find out the physiological state of a piglet organism during the period of weaning at the influence of the biologically active feed supplement «Praimiks Bionorm K» in the conditions of the SEPC «Komarnivsky». The research was carried out on piglets of 5 – 60-day-old age of the Poltava beef breed. Technological stress was the weaning of piglets at 40 days of age and the group maintenance of them with a change in the structure of the ration during the growing season. Piglets of the experimental group, together with the main feed, were additionally fed with «Praimiks Bionorm K» in the amount of 9.0 g/100 kg of feed (manufacturer – biotechnology company «Ariadna» Odessa). According to the results of the conducted research, it was found that the process of adaptation of the organism of the piglets of the control group to the stress isolation after 5 days was accompanied by an increase in blood hemoglobin concentration in 1.35 times (P < 0.01), the number of leukocytes – by 1.21 times (P < 0.05) at the expense of rodent and segmental neutrophils and monocytes – 1.54 times (P < 0.01), with a decrease in the number of eosinophils – 3.0 times (P < 0.001) and lymphocytes – 1.15 times (P < 0.01), compared with the period before weaning. 20 days after weaning in the K group, there was a decrease in the number of eosinophils in the blood by 2.25 times in the blood and lymphocytes by 1.25 times (P < 0.01), in the increase in the cellular and segmental neutrophils by 2.15 and 1.90 times, monocytes – by 1.85 times (P < 0.01) in comparison with the period before weaning. Neutrophilia, lymphopenia and eosinopenia were the most pronounced and persistent signs of stress in the piglets of the K group that arose out of the regulatory influence of glucocorticoids. While using biologically active feed supplement «Praimiks-Bionorm K» 5 days after weaning in the blood of piglets, the content of hemoglobin increased by 1.26 times; after 20 days its concentration increased by 1.22 times, as well as the increase in the number of leukocytes in 1.22 times (P < 0.01), neutrophils of rod-nuclei – 2.0 times, segmental ones – 1.37 times (P < 0.01), compared to control. The obtained results indicate that the use of BAFA «Praimiks Bionorm-K» allows to prevent the development of stressful events in the piglet organism, improve the status of the cellular level of nonspecific resistance and the level of productivity during the period of weaning and at different stages of development of the stress reaction after weaning.

Изучена эффективность применения синбиотической кормовой добавки, повышающей резистентность организма животных и усиливающей реакцию адаптации к воздействию стресс-факторов окружающей среды. Бактерицидное действие кормовой добавки-синбиотика позволило полностью исключить возникновение заболеваний у телят желудочно-кишечного тракта, способствуя нормализации микробиоценоза кишечника. Количество условно-патогенных бактерий Klebsiella pneumonia в составе кишечной микрофлоры уменьшилось в 10 раз по сравнению с образцами контрольной группы (104 против 105 КОЕ/г). Телята, получавшие добавку-синбиотик, по валовому приросту живой массы за период выращивания превышали контрольных на 8%. В контрольной группе выявлены животные с признаками нарушения функции желудочно-кишечного тракта.Применение кормовой добавки- синбиотика в рационе опытных телят позволило получить дополнительный доход от условной реализации их валового прироста на 435,8 руб./гол. больше, чем от телят контрольной группы. Effectiveness of use of synbiotic feed supplement increasing animal body resistance and enhancing adaptation reaction to environmental stress factors effect has been studied. The bacterial effect of the synbiotic feed supplement made it possible to completely eliminate the occurrence of diseases in calves of the gastrointestinal tract, promoting to the normalization of intestinal microbiocenosis. The number of conditionally pathogenic bacteria Klebsiella pneumonia in the intestinal microflora decreased by 10 times compared to the control group samples (104 against 105 CFU/g). Calves received synbiotic additive were 8% higher than control calves in terms of gross body weight gain during the growing period. In the control group animals with signs of the digestive tract dysfunction were identified. The use of synbiotic feed supplement in the diet of experimental calves made it possible to obtain additional income from the conditional realization of their gross growth by 435.8 Rub/goal more than from the calves of the control group.

The reliability of the results obtained in scientific and economic experiments on the study of the effectiveness of the use of various feed components, including biologically active substances in the rearing of broilers needs to be confi rmed in production conditions. The purpose of the research was to study the joint use of enzyme drugs and lecithin in the rearing of broiler chickens. The results of production experiment on the study of the effectiveness of the joint inclusion of enzyme drugs Sunzyme and Sunfyse 5000 as well as lecithin in the diet of broiler chickens of the cross Ross-308 have been presented in the article. Production tests have been carried out under the conditions of the breeding farm “Achkhoy– Martanovsky” in the Chechen Republic. The duration of the experiment was 45 days. For research on the principle of analog groups two groups have been formed: a control group and an experimental group of 1000 heads in each. The broilers of the control group have been fed compound feed prepared in accordance with the growing period and consisting mainly of grain components of local production. The broilers of the experimental group have been fed the same compound feed, but with the addition of two enzyme drugs Sanzyme and Sanfyse 5000 (100 g/t of feed) as well as lecithin (10 g/kg of feed). The results of the production experiment fully confi rmed the data obtained in the scientific and economic experiment. The positive effect of the joint use of the studied enzyme drugs and lecithin has been manifested in all the studied productive traits. In particular, the increase in live weight of broilers increased by 12,1 %, slaughter yield by 3,5 %, the yield of carcasses of the 1st category by 3,0 %. The main economic indicators also found their confirmation: feed consumption per unit of growth decreased by 11,7 %, additional profit was received in the amount of 27308,2 rubles, the level of profitability of broiler rearing increased by 18,4 %.

Abstract Over recent years, the range of biologically active substances aimed at the productivity increase, animals preservation, feed use efficiency, product quality improvement and product safety has been significantly expanded. In this regard, the study of the effectiveness of hepatoprotective farm-produced feed additives in the diets of broiler chickens is of particular interest to science and practice. The broiler chickens pectoral muscles of the control group contained 68–0.08% of water, 32–0.06% of dry matter, 20.45–0.08% of protein, and 1.62–0.09% fat. In a comparative analysis of the obtained data, it may be concluded that the use of the feed additive Hepatron 85% as a hepatoprotector improves the detoxification ability of the liver and promotes the regeneration of the liver cells. Betaine as a lipotropic agent contributes to the fat oxidation, enhances appetite, and adds muscle mass. When determining the chemical composition of the muscles of the leg, thigh, body, wings and neck, it was established that the broiler chickens of the experimental group contained 70–0.07% of water, 30–0.05% of dry matter, 19.7±0.08% of protein and 2.11±0.09% of fat. Using the feed with the additive Hepatron 85% causes a 0.5% increase in protein and 0.18% increase in fat compared to the meat of the broiler chickens on general feed. Thus, the inclusion of the feed additive Hepatron 85% in the ration of broiler chickens instead of 50% of methionine and choline contributes to an increase in average daily gains and meat quality improvement in a number of indicators.

The aim of the work is to study the effect of adsorbent "Vermiculite" and phytobiotic "Extract Ruminant " on the density of infusoria fauna of the rumen and on the milk productivity of cows. The object of the research is lactating cows. As a result of the research it has been revealed that inclusion of adsorbent "Vermiculite" and phytobiotic "Extract Ruminant" in the diets of dairy animals had a positive effect on the density of infusoria in the rumen, having increased their number by 52.3 15.4% compared to the animals of the same age in the control group. The use of feed additives contributed to the increase in milk productivity of cows by 4.1 – 3.8% in the 1st and 2nd experimental groups, respectively.

The work aims to study the effect of different doses of the experimental probiotic preparation “Plantarum” when fed to pregnant animals on their reproductive qualities, as well as on the growth and development of young animals. To obtain young animals, four groups of goats were formed in the type of the Saanen breed, 20 heads each. In the first (control) group, the animals received a standard diet, in the diet of the animals of the second, third and fourth groups in the second half of pregnancy, the probiotic preparation “Plantarum” was additionally introduced, containing Lactobacillus Plantarum, Propiobacterium freudenreihii, in dosages from 0.4 to 0.8 ml/kg of body weight per day. From the offspring of the goats of the experimental groups, four groups of 12 goats were formed. The highest percentage of preservation (94%) and the highest business output of kids per 100 queens (150%) were observed in the fourth experimental group (0.8 ml). The goats of the second, third and fourth groups exceeded the body weight of their contemporaries from the control group by 3%, 6.3%, and 8.8%. The highest indices of the absolute increase in body weight by age periods were noted in the fourth group of goats. There were no significant differences in body build indices during the experiment between the goats of the control and experimental groups. Thus, the maximum positive effect was observed with the introduction of a probiotic preparation into the diet of pregnant goats at a dose of 0.8 ml/kg of body weight per day.

The influence of feeding high-performance cows of the energy feed additive Cobiotic Energy on the physiological state and productivity have been studied. Experiments have been carried out on with groups of dairy cows with 10 animals each during 55 days. The diet of cows of the first control group consisted of haylage of cereal and leguminous plants, corn silage, molasses, cereal hay, and feed of own production. 0.3 kg of feed additive has been introduced into the diet of animals of the experimental group II 15 days before calving, in the first 10 days after calving, as compensation for energy losses, 0.75 kg 3 times a day. In the next 30 days of the milking season with the ration of animals of the experimental group II, 0.25 kg of Cobiotic Energy has been fed, sprinkling it on top of the feed mixture. It has been established that the use of feed additives in the diets of cows has a positive effect on feed intake, physiological condition and animal productivity. It was determined that concentration of metabolizable energy in 1 kg of dry matter of the diet made 9–16– 9.2 MJ. The diet contained 12.8–13.0 % of crude protein per 1 kg of dry matter, the concentration of fiber in dry matter made 22.3– 22.0 %. The sugar-protein ratio made 1.04:1; 1.0. In terms of energy nutrition, the diet of the experimental group due to the inclusion of the feed supplement was 6 MJ higher, however, it slightly affected concentration of metabolizable energy of the diet. The energy-protein ratio corresponded to 0.2– 0.21. The nitrogen balance in the rumen was positive in all the animals and was at the level of 0.13–0.4 g. Feeding animals with supplement in the diet in the last 15 days of the dry period, during the first 10 days after calving and the next 30 days of the milking period promoted activation of protein biosynthesis and energy metabolism, as evidenced by an increase in serum total protein and its albumin fraction and ultimately increased animal productivity. The studied supplement use in the diets for cows makes it possible to increase performance of cows by 8.0 %, fat content by 0.1 %, protein by 0.24 %, lactose by 0.11 %, reduce the cost of feed for obtaining natural milk by 6.1%. Aim. To study the possibility of using and estimate the efficiency of a new tablet form of biologically active supplement in patients with vegetovascular dystonia syndrome. Materials and methods. One hundred patients with vegetovascular dystonia syndrome, including 50 patients of the main group and 50 patients of the control group were examined. There is presented the composition of prescription formula of biologically active supplement, based on participation of its components in the correction of disturbed metabolic processes of the nervous system. Results. Additional application of biologically active supplement in combination with drug significantly improves cerebral blood flow, decreases blood viscosity and risk of cellular membrane impairment, normalizes arterial pressure, elevates initiative and attention, reduces headache in patients of the main group with vegetovascular dystonia syndrome. Conclusions. Use of biologically active supplement has a positive effect in complex therapy of patients with vegetovascular dystonia syndrome.

Жизненно важными микроэлементами для жвачных животных являются медь, цинк, марганец, железо, кобальт, йод, селен. Микроэлементы, в которых атом металла соединён и защищён белковыми молекулами, улучшают воспроизводительные качества самок за счёт повышения оплодотворяемости, уменьшения эмбриональной смертности, улучшения состояния мочеполовой системы или повышения интенсивности функционирования яичников. Поэтому в настоящее время актуальными являются разработка и внедрение в технологию кормления сельскохозяйственных животных наиболее эффективных препаратов с необходимыми биологически активными веществами. На основании проведённого исследования дано практическое обоснование использования в технологии кормления тёлок отечественной кормовой биодобавки на основе гидролизата соевого белка, витаминов и микроэлементов. Установлено её положительное действие на некоторые функции органов и систем животных. Экспериментально доказана эффективность её применения для оптимизации обменных процессов и повышения воспроизводительных функций тёлок. Так, биохимическим исследованием образцов крови подопытных животных установлено, что количество кальция и фосфора в крови у тёлок опытной группы по сравнению с контролем было достоверно выше на 2,35 и 2,9% соответственно. Эритропоэтическая фракция была более выражена у молодняка опытной группы. У тёлок опытной группы время от начала скармливания препарата до первой выраженной охоты и осеменения, по сравнению с контрольными животными, сократилось на 16%, а период от начала скармливания препарата до плодотворного осеменения – на 25,7%. Количество тёлок, пришедших в охоту и осеменённых в первый месяц, в опытной группе по сравнению с контрольной было на 43% больше. Оплодотворяемость тёлок опытной группы за учётный период составила 95%, что на 20% больше, чем у животных контрольной группы. Включение в рацион тёлок биодобавки в дозе 100 мл/гол. позволило получить дополнительно на 8,5% больше валового прироста живой массы по отношению к их аналогам. Therefore the development and implementation of the most effective preparations with the necessary biologically active substances in the technology of feeding farm animals is currently relevant. On the ground of conducted research a practical substantiation of the use of domestic food supplement based on the hydrolyzate of soy protein, vitamins and trace nutrients in the feeding technology of heifers is given. Its positive effect on some functions of animal organs and systems has been established. The effectiveness of its application to optimize metabolic processes and increase the reproductive functions of heifers has been experimentally proven. Thus a biochemical blood samples analysis of experimental animals found that the amount of calcium and phosphorus in the blood of the heifers of the experimental group compared with the control was significantly higher by 2.35 and 2.9% respectively. The erythropoietic fraction was more defined in the young experimental group. In heifers of the experimental group the time from the beginning of feeding the drug to the first defined heat and insemination compared with control animals decreased by 16% and the period from the beginning of feeding the drug to prolific insemination – by 25.7%. The number of heifers that came to the heat and inseminated in the first month in the experimental group was 43% higher than the control group. The impregnation capacity of the heifers of the experimental group during the record period was 95% which is 20% more than in animals of the control group. Inclusion in the diet of heifers bioadditive at a dose of 100 ml / goal allowed obtaining additionally 8.5% more the gross body weight gain relative to their analogs.
