Abstract   There are many problems faced by MSMEs due to the Covid-19 pandemic, even though MSMEs have a large enough contribution to national economic growth. Even though several types of businesses have actually experienced development, in general, MSMEs have been greatly affected. MSMEs must be able to adapt to the changes that occur, between innovating and utilizing digital marketing in running their business, especially in marketing their products. To support the digitization of MSMEs so that they are able to adapt to these changes, community service activities are carried out. This digital literacy is in a webinar format using the Zoom Meeting and Youtube Streaming application, which was attended by 147 participants, MSME owners, observers and academics from various cities in Indonesia. Activities run smoothly, with materials delivered by academics and practitioners in their fields. The participants were quite enthusiastic because the delivery was clear and interesting, so that the feedback obtained was quite satisfying, although there were still a few shortcomings.   Keywords: Branding, Digital Marketing, Literacy, MSMEs   Abstrak   Banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM akibat pandemi Covid-19, padahal UMKM memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Meskipun beberapa jenis usaha benar-benar mengalami perkembangan, namun secara umum UMKM sangat terpengaruh. UMKM harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi, antara berinovasi dan memanfaatkan digital marketing dalam menjalankan usahanya, khususnya dalam memasarkan produknya. Untuk mendukung digitalisasi UMKM agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Literasi digital ini dalam format webinar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting dan Youtube Streaming yang diikuti oleh 147 peserta, pemilik UMKM, pemerhati dan akademisi dari berbagai kota di Indonesia. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar, dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh akademisi dan praktisi dibidangnya. Peserta cukup antusias karena penyampaiannya jelas dan menarik, sehingga feedback yang didapat cukup memuaskan walaupun masih ada beberapa kekurangan.   Kata kunci: Brand, Digital Marketing, Literasi, UMKM

<em>The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on various sectors of life, including Small and Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs). The government makes various policies, one of which is the implementation of the New Normal. SMEs must adapt to New Normal conditions. SMEs Werkudoro is one of the SMEs in the Sukoharjo Regency. To face this New Normal condition, SMEs Werkudoro has several problems. The problem is that the packaging label is not marketable, product packaging is not marketable, wrap the packaging with stapler and SMEs are less developed. The method used are socialization, introduction, training and accompaniment. Community service activities are improvement marketable packaging labels, introducing marketable packaging with standing pouches, introducing of plastic sealers, repairing of product banner and business innovation training. Community service activities give knowledge for SMEs and benefits for adaptation in the New Normal condition, so they can survive and can develop.</em>

Abstract This study aims to fulfill duties in community service activities in order to help the community in solving problems related to MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The place for community service activities is in the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which provides various regional souvenirs from Kare Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, East Java. Ekawira UMKM Gallery is chaired by Mrs. Hesti Purwanti. One of the products produced at the Ekawira UMKM Gallery is typical curry pia. This product is neatly packaged and already has a brand, but the marketing is only sold in the area around the Kare area, not yet out of town or through existing social media. This is a problem faced by these MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of holding this community service is to help the Ekawira UMKM Gallery in marketing its products, by providing several sales/promotion media solutions to make it easier in terms of marketing. The marketing solution provided is by doing digital marketing, how to promote it through social media such as Instagram, creating a page on Facebook and creating a product website for the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which aims to make this product known by many people and more consumers who buy it.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar bisa membantu masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Tempat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berada di Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang menyediakan aneka oleh-oleh daerah khas Desa Kare, Kecamatan Kare, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur. Galeri UMKM Ekawira diketuai oleh ibu Hesti Purwanti. Salah satu produk yang di hasilkan di Galeri UMKM Ekawira adalah pia khas Kare. Produk ini sudah di kemas dengan rapi dan sudah memiliki merek, namun  pemasarannya hanya dijual di daerah sekitar daerah Kare saja, belum sampai keluar kota maupun melalui media sosial yang ada. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tersebut. Karena itu, tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu Galeri UMKM Ekawira dalam memasarkan produknya, dengan memberikan beberapa solusi media penjualan/promosi untuk mempermudah dalam hal pemasaran. Solusi pemasaran yang diberikan yaitu,dengan melakukan digital marketing caranya mempromosikan melalui media sosial seperti instagram, pembuatan laman pada facebook dan pembuatan laman web produk Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang bertujuan agar produk ini di ketahui oleh banyak orang  dan lebih banyak lagi konsumen yang membelinya.

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan Judul Pendampingan UMKM Menuju Digitalisasi Marketing Upaya Kebangkitan di era new normal (Masyarakat Terdampak Tsunami Anak Gunung Krakatau) di desa Kunjir, Lampung Selatan mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para pelaku UMKM di desa Kunjir Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha yang mereka miliki agar operasi bisnis relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan ialah dengan tahapan identifikasi awal (Fase Pra Pendampingan), kemudian dilanjutkan Fase pendampingan (pelatihan dan Pembimbingan) dan yang terakhir ialah Pasca Pendampingan. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM tentang digitalisasi marketing. Kemudian diperoleh data akhir bahwa sebesar 87 % pelaku UMKM di Desa Kunjir Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dapat membuat media pemasaran secara online melalui aplikasi Marketplace di Facebook, Shopee, Bukalapak, dan WhatsApp, namun terdapat 13 % pelaku UMKM belum dapat membuat media pemasaran secara online. Kata Kunci: UMKM; Digitalisasi; Marketing; Lampung Selatan  ABSTRACT Implementation of Community Service with the title MSME Assistance Towards Marketing Digitalization Awakening Efforts in the New Normal (Communities Affected by the Tsunami of the Children of Mount Krakatau) in Kunjir village, South Lampung has the aim of increasing the competence of MSME actors in Kunjir village, South Lampung regency in utilizing technology to develop the business they have so that business operations are relevant to the times. The community service method used is the initial identification stage (Pre Mentoring Phase), followed by the Mentoring Phase (training and Guidance), and the last is Post Mentoring. Based on the implementation of community service activities that have been carried out, the results show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors regarding the digitalization of marketing. Then the final data obtained that 87% of MSME actors in Kunjir Village, South Lampung Regency can create online marketing media through the Marketplace application on Facebook, Shopee, Bukalapak, and WhatsApp, but there are 13% of MSME actors who have not been able to create online marketing media. Keywords: MSM; Digitalization; Marketing; South Lampung

AbstrakKondisi perekonomian Indonesia saat ini terdampak oleh situasi pandemi Covid-19 akibatnya banyak pelaku usaha pada UMKM yang mengalami keterpurukan. Sementara itu, pemerintah berupaya untuk memulihkan perekonomian Indonesia melalui fase new normal. Dengan demikian, pelaku usaha harus bisa beradaptasi dengan berbagai perubahan tersebut. Diantaranya dengan mengembangkan usahanya melalui pemasaran digital yang mendukung agar produk yang dihasilkan bisa di akses dari rumah. Penyuluhan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan bagi masyarakat sebagai pelaku usaha yang berada di Kelurahan Margasari Kecamatan Buah Batu Kota Bandung dalam menjalankan bisnisnya di era new normal saat ini. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini diawali dengan survey lapangan oleh mahasiswa pada hari Rabu tanggal 10 Maret 2021 ke-6 UMKM. Pada tanggal 15 dan 16 Maret 2021 dilaksanakan penyuluhan Strategi Pemasaran Berbasis Digital untuk UMKM di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dan pada tanggal 17 Maret 2021 dilaksanakan pendampingan langsung ke rumah warga yang menjalankan UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM 86,67% menurut UMKM terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan PkM melalui; 86,67% menurut UMKM mendapatkan pencerahan untuk mengembangkan usaha di masa Pandemi Covid-19; 80% menurut UMKM paham tentang pemasaran produk dengan bantuan teknologi digital. 73,33% menurut UMKM terbantu dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mengembangakan UMKM.  AbstractThe current condition of the Indonesian economy is affected by the Covid-19 pandemic situation as a result of which many business actors at MSMEs are experiencing a downturn. Meanwhile, the government is trying to restore Indonesia's economy through a new normal phase. Thus, business actors must be able to adapt to these various changes. Among them by developing their business through digital marketing that supports the products produced can be accessed from home. Counseling and assistance need to be done for the community as business actors who are in Margasari Village, Buah Batu District, Bandung City in carrying out their business in the current new normal era. This Community Service (PkM) activity begins with a field survey by students on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, the 6th UMKM. On March 15 and 16, 2021, there was counseling on Digital-Based Marketing Strategies for MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic and on March 17, 2021, direct assistance was carried out to the homes of residents who run MSMEs. The results of PkM activities are 86.67% according to MSMEs being helped by PkM activities through; 86.67% according to MSMEs got enlightenment to develop businesses during the Covid-19 Pandemic; 80% according to MSMEs understand product marketing with the help of digital technology. 73.33% according to MSMEs it was helped by the use of digital technology in developing MSMEs.

This service activity aims to provide knowledge to digital marketing, online media creation, and implementation assistance.</em><em> The method of implementing community service activities is carried out offline and online, by combining theory and practice, and showing assistance in program implementation until it is successful. A program that offers training and mentoring related to digital marketing, logo creation is the solution offered to solve problems that have been identified. The result of this activity is that producers are able to create online media for digital marketing, have company logos, create marketplace stalls on Instagram and Facebook. The conclusion of this activity is digital marketing can be a solution to increase the marketing reach of Vinyl Jogja crafts.</em><em></em></p><p class="abstrak" align="left"> </p><p class="abstrak"> </p><p class="abstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Kerajinan Vinyl Jogja di dusun Code, Trirenggo, kabupaten Bantul, masih memproduksi produk sesuai pesanan, dan memasarkan produk secara tradisional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan tentang <em>digital marketing</em>, pembuatan media <em>online</em>, dan pendampingan implementasinya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara daring dan luring, dengan mengkombinasikan teori dan praktik, serta dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan implementasi program sampai berhasil. Program pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait <em>digital marketing</em>, pembuatan logo menjadi solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sudah diidentifikasi. This community empowerment activity in making hand sanitizers was carried out in the Nagari Persiapan Aia Manggih Utara, Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping. WHO officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic due to the increasingly massive spread of COVID-19 in various countries. One of the efforts to avoid this virus is to maintain hand hygiene. Currently, many hand sanitizers are offered in the form of hand sanitizers because their use is more practical. Hand sanitizer is practical to use and can be carried anytime and anywhere. Generally, hand sanitzers are made using alcohol-based ingredients, but the use of alcohol on the skin is considered unsafe, besides that during the Covid-19 pandemic, hand sanitizers have become rare in the market. Therefore, one way to overcome this problem is to make a hand sanitizer made from natural ingredients from betel and lime leaves. The formulation of the problems that arise due to COVID-19 in the Nagari Persiapan Aia Manggih Utara, namely how to educate the public in making hand sanitizers made from natural ingredients, Techniques used in community empowerment related to the manufacture of hand sanitizers with natural ingredients are community participation, discussion and outreach. Based on the results of surveys and interviews conducted at the end of community service activities, 87% of the community understands how to make hand sanitizers made from natural ingredients, 95% of the community understands about COVID-19 and its symptoms of infection, 91% of the community understands efforts to prevent transmission of COVID-19, 88 % of people have understood the new normal policy (new normal habits), and 97% of people have experienced a decrease in income.

Covid-19 has an impact on the decrease in trading activity in Dusun.Srumbung Gunung, because marketing activities still rely on physical stores. The purpose of community service activities is to develop a Pasar Dusun website and train website administrators welcoming the new normality. This activity was carried out with a descriptive approach using two methods. First, mentoring was done to start the Website of Pasar Dusun. Second, the training of administrators who are in charge and responsible for managing trade transactions that occur on the website of Pasar Dusun was carried on. The result of this activity is the availability of a Dusun Market website that can be accessed on https://pasardusun.sakoo.id/. Since, August 13, 2020 to September 19, there have been 9 successful trade transactions on the website of Pasar Dusun with a total of 165 products sold. This shows the contribution of digital marketing to increase the income of villagers after Covid-19. The results of the training of administrators, website managers have been able to maintain and update information related to buying and selling activities on the website of Pasar Dusun.

Tujuan dan target dari BUMDes dapat dicapai jika dikelola dengan benar dan profesional karena dalam esensi BUMDes adalah hadir sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kreatif dan UKM di desa. Atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra maka program PKM ini perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang berbagai peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan UKM di Era New Normal.dan tata Kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan ceramah. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan Tim PKM ini dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi telah mampu memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat di Desa Manjalling untuk melakukan variasi produk pada UKMnya terlebih lagi atas dukungan dari Kepala Desa Manjalling, para pelaku UKM, tokoh masayarakat dan pengurus BUMdes yang dijadikan sebagai sasaran kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini juga dapat membantu bagi pengurus BUMdes mengetahui dan memahami tata kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum.   The goals and targets of BUMDes can be achieved if managed properly and professionally because in essence BUMDes is present as a solution for the community in developing creative businesses and SMEs in the village. Based on the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization about various business opportunities that can be carried out by SMEs in the New Normal Era. And good BUMDes financial governance through simple accounting applications in accordance with generally accepted accounting. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to provide motivation for the people in Manjalling Village to make product variations for their SMEs, especially with the support from the Manjalling Village Head, SME actors, community leaders and BUMdes management who are used as the target of the activity. community service. This community service activity can also help BUMdes management know and understand good BUMDes financial governance through simple accounting applications in accordance with generally accepted accounting

ABSTRAKDi era pandemi seperti sekarang ini semua bidang kehidupan mengalami perubahan atau pergeseran, tidak terkecuali juga bidang pendidikan. Hal ini dirasakan juga oleh sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) Muhammadiyah Nanggulan, Kulon Progo. Berbagai permasalahan yang ada di sekolah itu di antaranya minimnya sarana dan prasarana berkaitan dengan literasi digital dan rendahnya minat baca siswa. Berkaitan dengan dua hal tersebut, diadakanlah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan program literasi digital bagi guru, siswa, dan karyawan SMP Muhammadiyah Nanggulan serta pembentukan semacam forum/komunitas siswa sebagai untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasinya. Peningkatan literasi baca tulis siswa, guru, dan karyawan di SMP Muhammadiyah Nanggulan dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta pembentukan pojok baca dan pembentukan majalah sekolah “Sumunar” sebagai wadah bagi siswa, guru, dan karyawan untuk mengasah kemampuan literasinya. Kata kunci: literasi digital; SMP muhammadiyah nanggulan; kulon progo ABSTRACTIn the current pandemic era, all areas of life experience changes or shifts, including the field of education. The Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) has been effective since October 29, 2021. One of the objectives of the HPP Law is to increase the economic growth, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Community Service Activities through this web seminar (webinar) aim to provide an understanding of the HPP Law in relation with MSMEs. There are several procedures carried out in the implementation of this web seminar. First, the presentation of the speaker. Second, it was followed by a discussion either through the chat box or direct interaction. Based on the responses from the webinar participants, it can be seen that this activity adds to the understanding of the participants regarding the HPP Law and its relationship with MSMEs.   Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP) telah diberlakukan sejak 29 Oktober 2021. Salah satu tujuan UU HPP adalah meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi termasuk di dalamnya Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melalui web seminar (webinar) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman atas UU HPP dalam kaitannya sebagai pendorong UMKM. Terdapat beberapa prosedur yang dilakukan dalam dalam pelaksanaan web seminar ini. Pertama, pemaparan dari narasumber. Kedua, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi baik melalui chat box maupun berinteraksi secara langsung. Berdasarkan respon dari peserta webinar, dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan ini menambah pemahaman para peserta terkait UU HPP dan hubungannya dengan UMKM.
