<em>The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on various sectors of life, including Small and Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs). The government makes various policies, one of which is the implementation of the New Normal. SMEs must adapt to New Normal conditions. SMEs Werkudoro is one of the SMEs in the Sukoharjo Regency. To face this New Normal condition, SMEs Werkudoro has several problems. The problem is that the packaging label is not marketable, product packaging is not marketable, wrap the packaging with stapler and SMEs are less developed. The method used are socialization, introduction, training and accompaniment. Community service activities are improvement marketable packaging labels, introducing marketable packaging with standing pouches, introducing of plastic sealers, repairing of product banner and business innovation training. Community service activities give knowledge for SMEs and benefits for adaptation in the New Normal condition, so they can survive and can develop.</em>

Living pharmacy park in Sub village (SV) 007, Sub-sub village (SSV) 04, Kali Anyar Village, Tambora District located in West Jakarta is the location of Community Service activities. This activity was carried out gradually starting from before the Indonesian government issued a new order rule (New Normal) until the government issued new normal rules due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the New Normal rules provide changes to the design of a living pharmacy park that has been designed before. This article aims to express the changes that occurred in the design of the living pharmacy park. The methods carried out are participatory methods and qualitative methods that are described descriptively. This article discusses the changing design sections that are adapted to the distance keeping rules. Redesign living pharmacy park is a work that combines design with the rules of New Normal covid 19.

The availability of information and communication technology (ICT) has made it a lot of convenience in everything. An example is the existence of online trading transactions, for we can market these products online both through marketplaces and social media, we must-have products that are slightly different from the others. One way is to design your own product packaging that we will sell, and for example it can be started by making a product logo. This is the basis of community service activities, and this activity utilizes the creative side of partners so that they can create a design that will be packaged in the next stage in the form of merchandise. In this design training phase, partner participants were given the understanding to use vector-based graphic design applications, from creating product logos to digital advertising posters

The practice of field recognition (PPL) is one of the main educational activities at the Immigration Polytechnic. The Taruna annually will conduct this activity and can be placed anywhere throughout Indonesia. When implementing the field introduction practice Taruna is expected to apply the theory that in the learning process can be real as supporting the skills before plunging directly at the place of placement when already graduated. A taruna is not only demanded to be smart academically, the taruna formed a healthy attitude and mental to be a leader and a useful person in the future. As a community servant, the welfare and prosperity of society also became the responsibility of the cadets who would someday work with the government. One of the forms of caring for the community can be realized with the simple things like social service, Socialisai and other positive actions that can give positive influence to the community. Therefore, when implementing the field introduction practice the Taruna also conducts community devotion as a manifestation of taruna concern to the community and the environment around the area of work Unit field introduction

ABSTRAKCovid-19 merupakan penyakit yang penyebabnya adalah virus corona yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Pemerintah sudah menghimbau masyarakatnya dengan memberikan protokol kesehatan untuk menghindari penularan wabah COVID-19, untuk dapat menerapkannya dibutuhkan kesadaran masyarakat. Salah satu hal yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Pencegahan COVID-19 berbasis Keluarga dengan Menerapkan 5M. Tujuan Pengabdian adalah untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Masyarakat RT 22 Kelurahan Pahlawan Palembang tentang Pencegahan COVID-19 berbasis Keluarga dengan Menerapkan 5M dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah berbentuk pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah dan demontrasi. Kesimpulan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat berbasis keluarga di RT 22 kelurahan Pahlawan Palembang dalam menerapkan protokol Kesehatan 5M. Disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengimplementasikan dan memberikan informasi terbaru tentang pencegahan virus Covid 19 selain penerapan 5M pada masyarakat yang lebih luas. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Kesadaran Masyarakat, Menerapkan 5M, Pencegahan        Covid 19 ABSTRACTCovid-19 is a disease caused by a coronavirus that attacks the respiratory system. The government has appealed to the public by providing health protocols to avoid the transmission of the COVID-19 outbreak, to be able to implement it, public awareness is needed. One of the things that can be done to increase public awareness is to provide counseling about Family-based COVID-19 Prevention by Implementing 5M. The purpose of this service is to increase public awareness of RT 22 Pahlawan Palembang Village regarding Family-based COVID-19 Prevention by Implementing 5M can be carried out properly. The method used in community service activities is in the form of health education with lecture and demonstration methods. The conclusion is that there is an increase in family-based community awareness in RT 22, Pahlawan Palembang village in implementing the 5M Health protocol. Community empowerment is one of the keys to the success of a village to prosper the lives of its people, with the potential of existing villages, where the community can develop ideas, creations of superior products in the village that generate entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the provisions given by the government for village development. Padamatang Pasawahan Kuningan village is one of the villages that has a lot of natural resource potential that can be managed and developed into a superior product from the village including Processed Tempe and Emping (Melinjo). The method for carrying out this activity through several stages, namely the stages of preparation, socialization, training, and assistance. The number of Covid 19 cases is increasing and cannot be ignored considering the increase every day continues to increase. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on various fields, especially the economy. To avoid the increasing number of sufferers, the government limits activities that cause crowds, maintains distance and maintains hygenicity in the community in carrying out daily activities known as health protocol regulations. The behavior and actions of the community must change completely from the usual actions that are often carried out, for that it is necessary to have socialization on how to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 by implementing the health protocol that has been advised by the government. The purpose of this community service activity is to remind and help public understanding of the implementation of health protocols during the Covid 19 pandemic. The form of activities is in the form of counseling, giving hand sanitizers and masks. Lack of public awareness and knowledge about Covid-19 can be overcome by providing knowledge, through socialization about the importance of implementing this activity protocol in order to help people face New normal conditions, by helping people live by complying with health protocols. The results of the activity obtained the enthusiasm of the residents in following the activity until the end with the many questions asked. Suggestions for the Lebak Bandung Village to hold outreach activities about the prevention of Covid 19 in their environment because there are still many residents who do not understand about prevention which is only done

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan Judul Pendampingan UMKM Menuju Digitalisasi Marketing Upaya Kebangkitan di era new normal (Masyarakat Terdampak Tsunami Anak Gunung Krakatau) di desa Kunjir, Lampung Selatan mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para pelaku UMKM di desa Kunjir Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha yang mereka miliki agar operasi bisnis relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan ialah dengan tahapan identifikasi awal (Fase Pra Pendampingan), kemudian dilanjutkan Fase pendampingan (pelatihan dan Pembimbingan) dan yang terakhir ialah Pasca Pendampingan. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM tentang digitalisasi marketing. Kemudian diperoleh data akhir bahwa sebesar 87 % pelaku UMKM di Desa Kunjir Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dapat membuat media pemasaran secara online melalui aplikasi Marketplace di Facebook, Shopee, Bukalapak, dan WhatsApp, namun terdapat 13 % pelaku UMKM belum dapat membuat media pemasaran secara online. Kata Kunci: UMKM; Digitalisasi; Marketing; Lampung Selatan  ABSTRACT Implementation of Community Service with the title MSME Assistance Towards Marketing Digitalization Awakening Efforts in the New Normal (Communities Affected by the Tsunami of the Children of Mount Krakatau) in Kunjir village, South Lampung has the aim of increasing the competence of MSME actors in Kunjir village, South Lampung regency in utilizing technology to develop the business they have so that business operations are relevant to the times. The community service method used is the initial identification stage (Pre Mentoring Phase), followed by the Mentoring Phase (training and Guidance), and the last is Post Mentoring. Based on the implementation of community service activities that have been carried out, the results show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors regarding the digitalization of marketing. Then the final data obtained that 87% of MSME actors in Kunjir Village, South Lampung Regency can create online marketing media through the Marketplace application on Facebook, Shopee, Bukalapak, and WhatsApp, but there are 13% of MSME actors who have not been able to create online marketing media. Keywords: MSM; Digitalization; Marketing; South Lampung

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector contributed 60.34% to the gross domestic product (GDP) and assisted the absorption of labor by 97.22%. The problem is, there are still many MSMEs that are not aware or do not understand that good and attractive product packaging will bring added value to the products it offers. As a result, some products that actually have high selling value/quality do not sell in the market. This activity aims to increase the understanding of MSME players of the importance of packaging so that the products offered an increase in added value and can differentiate packaging based on function, type, and material. The implementation of community service activities was carried out on 18-19 July 2017 in the Gurindam Building Hall of the Batam City Education Office. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Batam, which was attended by 128 MSMEs. The results of the activity were in the form of new packaging for participant products that were more attractive, informative, and modern. Abstrak Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memberikan kontribusi terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) sebesar 60.34% dan membantu penyerapan tenaga kerja sebesar 97.22%. Permasalahannya, masih banyak UMKM tidak sadar atau kurang memahami bahwa kemasan produk yang baik dan menarik akan mendatangkan nilai lebih pada produk yang ditawarkannya. Akibatnya sejumlah produk yang sebenarnya memiliki nilai jual tinggi/bermutu menjadi tidak laku dipasaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya kemasan agar produk yang ditawarkan meningkat nilai tambahnya dan dapat membedakan kemasan berdasarkan fungsi, jenis dan bahannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada 18-19 Juli 2017 di Aula Gedung Gurindam kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batam.  Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui kerjasama dengan Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Batam yang diikuti oleh 128 UMKM. Songan Village, Kintamani District is a village that has local potential, namely the large number of tilapia fish cultivators. However, the cultivators have been selling their harvest in the form of raw fish only. The relatively cheap price of raw fish cannot provide significant benefits to tilapia fish cultivators, so that innovation is needed to add the value by further processing it. Seeing this situation, it is necessary to hold training in processing tilapia fish into ready-to-eat food such as fish floss and in product packaging, in order to increase the selling value of tilapia fish. Making fish floss does not require a large cost, so it is easy to be applied by tilapia fish cultivators. Meanwhile, the selling value is relatively better than the selling value of raw fish. Problems in the field in this community service activity were explored through observation and interview methods. After the problems were identified, training preparations and socialization were carried out, then training on making fish floss and their packaging were conducted. This activity is succeeded in providing an understanding of the importance of increasing the added value of fish production by processing it into fish floss, providing skills in making floss and packaging. Subsequent service activities can be directed at efforts to assist the community in obtaining P-IRT permits, assisting sales through social media, and accompanying the next production innovation process, among others by trying various other flavours apart from those tested in current community service activities. Desa Songan, Kecamatan Kintamani merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi lokal yaitu banyaknya pembudidaya ikan mujair dan oleh pembudidaya hanya dimanfaatkan dengan cara menjual hasil panennya berupa ikan mentah saja. Harganya yang relatif murah kurang bisa memberikan keuntungan yang signifikan terhadap pembudidaya ikan mujair, sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi untuk mengolahnya lebih lanjut. Melihat situasi semacam ini, maka perlu diadakan pelatihan pengolahan ikan mujair menjadi makanan siap saji seperti abon ikan dan pengemasan produk  agar dapat meningkatkan nilai jual ikan mujair. Pembuatan abon ikan ini tidak memerlukan biaya yang besar, sehingga mudah untuk diaplikasikan oleh pembudidaya ikan mujair. Sementara nilai jualnya relatif lebih baik daripada nilai jual ikan mentah. Permasalahan di lapangan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini digali melalui metode observasi dan wawancara. Setelah permasalahan berhasil diidentifikasi, dilakukan persiapan pelatihan dan sosialisasi, kemudian dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan beserta pengemasannya. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya meningkatkan nilai tambah produksi ikan melalui pengolahannya menjadi abon ikan, memberikan keterampilan pembuatan abon ikan dan pengemasannya. Kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya dapat diarahkan pada upaya mendampingi masyarakat dalam pengurusan ijin P-IRT, membantu penjualan melalui media sosial, dan mendampingi proses inovasi produksi berikutnya, antara lain dengan mencoba berbagai varian rasa lainnya selain yang diuji coba pada kegiatan pengabdian saat ini.

Abstract. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic requires people to comply with health protocols established by the government, such as wearing masks, social distancing, traveling outside the house only when there is an interest, and diligently washing their hands properly and using soap. The Covid-19 pandemic has economic, social and political implications not only for big countries but almost all countries in the world. Indonesia is one of the countries affected especially on the economic side. Indonesia which is dominated by Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) needs to pay special attention to this sector because the contribution of UMKM to the National economy is quite large. The target of this community service is an UMKM that is engaged in the production of sewing women's kebaya and formal clothes. Based on the results of direct observations, there were problems faced by UMKM, namely the problem of lack of product promotion media and the absence of financial records at UMKM. Activities carried out include assisting the online promotion process by utilizing social media and e-commerce, creating logos and product packaging innovations, and making financial records for UMKM. In its implementation, activities are carried out online and offline. This community service activity is expected to help UMKM in the economic sector due to the impact caused by Covid-19.Key Words: The impact of Covid-19, UMKM, online promotions, and product innovationAbstrak. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 mewajibkan masyarakat mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, seperti memakai masker, menjaga jarak atau social distancing, bepergian keluar rumah hanya saat ada kepentingan, dan rajin mencuci tangan dengan benar dan menggunakan sabun. Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan implikasi ekonomi, sosial, dan politik tidak saja pada negara-negara besar akan tetapi hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang terdampak terutama pada sisi ekonomi. Indonesia yang didominasi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) perlu memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap sektor ini karena kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian Nasional yang cukup besar. Sasaran pengabdian pada masyarakat ini merupakan sebuah UMKM yang bergerak dibidang produksi menjahit kebaya wanita dan pakaian formal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang  dilakukan secara langsung, ditemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM ini, yaitu masalah kurangnya media promosi produk dan tidak adanya catatan keuangan pada UMKM. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membantu proses promosi secara online dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce, pembuatan logo dan inovasi kemasan produk, serta pembuatan catatan keuangan untuk UMKM. Dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan dilakukan secara online dan offline. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM dalam bidang ekonomi akibat dampak yang disebabkan oleh Covid-19.Kata kunci: Dampak Covid-19, UMKM, promosi online, dan inovasi produk
