The local government of Bintan Regency in this case the Department of Marine and Fisheries has allocated funds in the form of fishing gear facilities and infrastructure including kelong. The efforts of the Bintan district government through the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries have made efforts to improve the welfare of fishermen in Bintan Regency, but whether these efforts have been directly felt by fishermen on the island of Pucung, Malang Village, Bintan District Meeting. Where the majority of fishermen on the coast of Bintan Regency use the Floating Kelong Fishing Equipment. This study aims to determine the profit sharing pattern between kelong owners "Toke" with floating kelong fishermen on Pucung Island Malang Village Bintan District Meeting.. The research was conducted using primary data obtained directly from fishermen in the form of daily reports. The study was conducted for 4 (four) months from April to July 2018. The number of respondents in the study were 78 people. Pucung Island fishermen apply 3 profit sharing patterns for fishing activities using floating kelong, namely: Salary System, 1: 1 and 2: 1.

Fishermen are a community group that is always identified with people who are backward and tend tobe poor. The cause of the poverty of fishing communities is the limited ability to increase their productioncapacity and not optimally utilize and maintain their potential. This paper aims to find out how thebreeding fishermen work, describing fishing gear and profit sharing patterns applicable in the fishingcommunities of Sungsang. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research with informantand key informant, some Sungsang fishermen, Sungsang community leaders and Banyuasin II subdistrict.This research was conducted in Sungsang Subdistrict Banyuasin II Banyuasin with data collectingtechnique that is through interview, observation, documentation, and library research by using technicalanalysis of interactive model data. Viewed from the aspect of fishing gear used by breeder fishermensociety can be stratified on various classes. While the income of fishermen depends on the pattern ofwork and their ownership of fishing gear.

The purpose of this research is to explore how the potential of local native income from the sector of structuring the management of expertise in Tegal Regency. Taxes and levies are one of the sources of local income that can be returned to the community as a form of welfare, the form of return from local government are to provide good public services, orderly, safe and comfortable, one of which is in parking, management and arrangement of parking is a business that has income value. This research uses an empirical juridical approach where primary data is the main data, data obtained through observation and interview, then data processed descriptively analytically. Retribution is one of the sources of revenue Tegal regency should be selectively optimized. The arrangement of parking, management is expected to increase the income of the area as the original income of the region and vice versa for the community to feel its benefits, comfort, order, and security in parking. Based on data in 2020 Tegal district government has a total parking location point of 269 with parkers as many as 412 people, if the levy is carried out correctly and by the nominal deposited estimated Local Native Income from the parking management sector reaches Rp. 697,488,000,000. Seeing this potential requires policy breakthroughs for local governments in managing to park, one of which is by making Local Regulations on Parking Arrangement and Management

In this era, a lot of activities that can not be separated from the practice of cheating or fraud , no exception In the government . Inspektorat Sumenep is the leading institution of internal Local Government in preventing and detecting fraud in the Local Government appropiate Perbup Sumenep No. 29 of 2008 . Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep need attention on the issue . This is due to Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep an agency with the largest number of assets and managing large budgets . These conditions led to the formulation of the problem is How Inspektorat Sumenep role in preventing and detecting fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep. This study used a qualitative approach in which the focus of this study is Inspektorat role in preventing and detecting fraud at Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . Primary data obtained by direct interviews with the parties directly related to the determination of the source of research data in a qualitative study using nonprobability sampling . The sampling technique used was purposive sampling . The conclusion of this study, role of the Inspektorat Sumenep in the prevention of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep still not maximal . This is due to Inspektorat Sumenep not supervise from the planning / budgeting and not optimal in overseeing and assisting the implementation of the SPIP as an instrument of fraud prevention in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . The role of Inspektorat Sumenep in the detection of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep done by conducting an audit of financial and asset management in each financial year.Keywords: fraud, government, inspektorat.

This study focused on financial mismanagement of Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) in Ife South Local Government. It also identified viable sources of revenue in the local government and examined problems militating against effective collection of revenue. This study was necessitated by the need to ensure increased revenue generation in Ife South local government of Osun State, Nigeria. Primary and secondary sources of data were utilized for the study. The primary data were collected through structured questionnaires. Respondents were selected from career officers in GL. 03-16 in departments and units of finance and supplies, administration, primary healthcare, agriculture, town planning and estate valuation of the local government, thus 180 respondents were sampled representing 29.31% of 614 staff strength of these departments and units of the local government. The questionnaires were administered using descriptive statistical analysis such as frequency and percentage value. The study revealed that there are many viable and non-viable sources of revenue in Ife South local government, the myriad of problems militating against effective collection of the revenue and the poor financial management of internally generated revenue which aptly explains why the local government could not be developed. The study concluded that the share of local government from the statutory allocation be increased, routine auditing and post-auditing from the supervising ministry should be encouraged at the local government level and that the local government should also intensify her effort on increase revenue generation in order to withstand the challenges posed by the current global economic crisis.

Cepu Block located between Centre Jawa and East Java. It is known as a rich block because it has a source of oil and gas. Block Cepu, where geographically located between three districts, Blora (Centre Java), Bojonegoro and Tuban (East Java) has given a contribution to national budget (APBN) and respected local government budget (APBD). About 33 per cent of the land of Cepu Block is owned by Blora, 67 per cent owned by Bojonegoro and the rest is owned by Tuban. Ironically, however, although 33 per cent of the Block belongs to Blora, the district does not receive any financial income from the oil exploration. There is no resources share fund from Cepu Block. Moreover, the district has to deal with the negative impacts of exploration activities at the Block Cepu such as damaging of infrastructure, environmental pollution, and social disturbance. Blora District has protested to Centre Government, but so far there is no outcome. Centre Government asked that this problem should be studied first. The central government argue that if it is approved, then there will be domino impact: other districts will do the same like Blora. Blora district is struggling to get equality in resources share fund (dana bagi hasil). Efforts have done, seminars and workshops, lobby to DPD (Upper House) to find a solution. Now the district government is proposing judicial review to constitution court. This research examines the history of Block Cepu. It reveals the history of the block from the colonial era up to the reformation era. Further, the research aims to know how the tension between local government (Blora Government) and central government regarding Blok Cepu oil exploration. The research suggests that there is injustice in the distribution of revenue from the exploration and it is understandable if Blora district government struggle to get proportional revenue sharing.

The study focused on marketing and value of additions of timber in Ife East Local Government, Osun state Nigeria. Specifically, the study examined the market efficiency, determined the profitability of the timber business, examine the level of value addition and the constraints facing the timber industry. Data were collected with the use of primary and secondary data. Primary data needed for the study were generated from structured questionnaire. Fifteen sawmills were randomly selected and one hundred and fifty questionnaires were distributed to the timber marketer and furniture m firm. One hundred and forty eight were retrieved. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and budgetary analyses. The result showed that males had the highest percentage (89.2%). Majority of the respondents were within the age range of 40 -50 years (83.8%) and most were married (81.8%) it was further revealed that (67.6%) had regular supply of their product and the means of transportation was lorry (44.6%). The study also revealed that benches with 42% added more value addition to the industry. It showed that the year 2013 had the highest efficiency with 2.6. The budgetary analysis showed that the average revenue for the industry for the year 2012-2018 ranged between N2, 285,108.45, 889,107.12. It also revealed that the total profit for the timber ranged between 7, 340, 54.59 and 2,304,897.47.government policy, inadequate facilities in the market, inadequate facilities in the market, inadequate credit facilities, inadequate power supply and high cost of transportation were some of the constraint faced by the timber industry in Ife East Local Government. This study aimed to examine the effect of the use of information technology, human resources and competencies on the quality of local government financial statements by the  accrual based government accounting standards  as interverning variable on the Government of Barru. Accrual accounting standards as defined in Regulation 71 of 2010 (PP No.71 Tahun 2010) concerning the Government Accounting Standards, and more technically set in Regulation 64 of 2013 (Permendagri No.64 Tahun 2013) concerning the Government Accounting Standards Implementation of Accrual Based On Local Government. The method used is descriptive survey. Samples were employees in the accounting / financial administration of the region on regional work units (SKPD) and Regional Financial Management Officer (PPKD) within the scope of local government Barru district. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the utilization of information technology have significant effect on the quality of financial statements Barru district government through the implementation of accrual based government accounting standards, while the competence of human resources has no significant effect on the quality of financial statements Barru district government through the implementation of accrual based government accounting standards.Keywords: Information Technology, Human Resources and   Competencies, Accrual Based Government Accounting Standards, Quality of Local Government Financial Statements.

This research aimed to analyze the average employee and trader income before and after working at Dreamland, decent living needs of employee and trader, and consumption needs of Dreamland employee and trader.  Data of this research was primary data analyzed using t test to two correlated samples. The results of this research indicated that the employee and trader incomes were different before and after working at Dreamland and indicating an increase, employee and trader income can fulfill decent living needs, employees’ income can fulfill their consumption needs, and traders income can fulfill their consumption needs. The suggestion for the owner of Dreamland is to develop tourism activities so as to open job and business opportunities for the surrounding community, and the local government should supervise and develop tourism business by facilitating business licensing.Keywords:   Economic Impact, Dreamland Tourism Object, Paired Sample t Test, Decent Living Needs, Consumption.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan perikanan bubu dan mencari tahu faktor apa yang berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan perikanan bubu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Karangsong, Kabupaten Indramayu, Provinsi Jawa Barat pada bulan Februari tahun 2018 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang nelayan alat tangkap bubu. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data primer mengenai kondisi perikanan bubu. Analisis sosial meliputi aspek sosio demografi, institusional dan konflik. Analisis finansial meliputi analisis pendapatan dan B/C ratio serta dilakukan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beberapa variabel input. Analisis lingkungan dilakukan berdasarkan pandangan nelayan mengenai dampak pengoperasian bubu terhadap lingkungan. Aspek sosial menunjukkan nelayan bubu Karangsong tidak memiliki kelompok, ditemukan konflik alat tangkap dan konflik terkait kegiatan perikanan dan hasil tangkapan yang tidak dilaporkan aktifitasnya ke TPI maupn PPI. Hasil analisis finansial didapatkan pendapatan nelayan berkisar antara Rp1.532.000 - Rp5.401.600 dan nilai B/C Ratio rata rata per jenis kapal adalah 2.05 untuk 3 GT, 5.1 untuk 4 GT dan 5.6 untuk 6 GT. Hasil analisis lingkungan diketahui 100% nelayan memiliki perspektif bahwa perikanan bubu ramah lingkungan.Title: Socio-Economic and Environment Analysis of Trap Fishery  Will Karangsong Village Indramayu of West Java This research was conducted in Karangsong, Indramayu, West Java in February 2018 with 60 respondents of traps fishermen. This research aims to analyze the socio-economic and environmental condition of fishing traps and tried to find out what factors influencing the conditions. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews about the condition of fishing traps. Social analysis of the research includes demography, institution and conflict, while financial analysis includes income analysis and B/C ratio as well as regression analysis to find out correlation between inputs. Environmental analysis was built upon fishermen’s perspective about how fishing traps affect the environment. Social aspect of the research found that fishermen did not have any group, and there are many conflicts especially related to fishing gear and unreported fishing. Results in financial analysis found that fishermen’s income  range between IDR 1.532.000 - IDR 5.401.600 and average value of B/C Ratio for 3 GTs, 4 GTs and 6 GTs were 2.05, 5.1 and 5.6, respectively. Environmental analysis indicated that 100% of fishermen perceive that fishing traps are environmentally friendly.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research
