Badan Permusyawaratan Desa merupakan mitra pemerintah desa yang solid dalam membangun dan mensejahterakan rakyat. Pemerintah Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa diharapkan bisa membawa kemajuan dengan memberikan pengarahan dan masukan dalam membangun pemerintahan desa menjadi baik.. Fungsi BPD sebagai lembaga yang menetapkan Peraturan Desa bersama Kepala Desa, serta menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menejelaskan fungsi kinerja BPD dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa, hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi BPD dalam mengoptimalkan kinerjanya dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, dan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan BPD untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang timbul dalam rangka optimalisasi kinerja BPD dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara  interaktif dan berlansung secara terus-menerus sampai tuntas, sehingga datanya lebih menekankan pada aspek pemahaman secara mendalam terhadap suatu masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa BPD telah menjalankan kedua fungsinya dengan baik. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh BPD dalam melaksanakan fungsinya disebabkan oleh hambatan internal dan eksternal, telah disikapi secara positif oleh BPD. Namun secara umum BPD sudah berjalan dengan baik,komunikasi yang baik antara BPD dan Pemerintahan  Desa, dan masyarakat yang cukup puas dengan kinerja pemerintahan desa.The Village Consultative Body is a solid village government partner in building and prospering the people. The Village Government and the Village Consultative Body are expected to be able to bring progress by providing direction and input in developing a good village government. The function of the BPD is an institution that establishes Village Regulations with the Village Head, and accommodates and channeles community aspirations. The research objective is to explain the function of BPD performance in the implementation of Village Government, the obstacles faced by the BPD in optimizing its performance in the administration of village governance, and the efforts made by the BPD to overcome the obstacles that arise in order to optimize BPD performance in implementing village governance. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The method of data collection in this study is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and runs continuously until complete, so that the data emphasizes more on aspects of deep understanding of a problem. The results of the study show that the BPD has carried out both functions well. The obstacles faced by the BPD in carrying out its functions caused by internal and external barriers, have been responded positively by the BPD. But in general the BPD has been running well, good communication between the BPD and the Village Government, and the community is quite satisfied with the performance of the village administration.

Buleleng Regency is one of eight regencies in Bali that is known by foreign tourists as an attractive tourist destination, where the area has a variety of arts, culture and natural tour- ist attractions. Munduk Village has a variety of tourist attractions consisting of arts or culture and natural scenery, in the form of hills, rice fields, and waterfalls that are characteristic of the village. The concept of Tri Hita Karana is the basis for living the daily lives of local people in Munduk Village. Village tourism is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a structure of community life that integrates with the prevailing procedures and traditions where tourists can stay in or close to the village to learn and enjoy life in the village.From the description of the background above, the formulation of the problem in this paper is: what is the role of tourism villages in the development of villages in Munduk Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The research method is done using interviews.Conclusions from the results of the study indicate that the role of the tourist village munduk in Munduk Village, Banjar Subdistrict, Buleleng Regency is as a source of income for the people in Munduk Village other than as farmers, considering the Munduk village area as a tourist vil- lage that is visited by many tourists which in turn can increase the income of the surrounding community. The suggestions that can be asked are: For the Munduk village government should be able to support tourism villages in Munduk by helping to provide funding facilities for devel- opment in order to develop. In addition, the community is given facilities for capital in order to build a business to support tourist villages in the village of Munduk, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency.

The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between the village head and the village consultative body in Ubung, Buru Regency. The research problem is focused on the collaboration between the village head and the village consultative body in containing the spread of Covid-19 in Ubung. The study employed a qualitative approach, with a total of twenty informants chosen at random. This study was conducted in the village of Ubung, with informants including village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives considered to possess competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the partnership relationship through observation and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis under Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the village is extremely responsive in planning and implementing the management of Covid-19, making it easier for the community to be involved. The village side also adjusts to the existing conditions to carry out the control of Covid-19, specifically by conducting analysis and identification to decipher the program of activities that will be planned in collaboration with the Village Consultative Body. In the division of Village Consultative Body tasks, the village government prioritizes development sector implementation and public awareness, while the village government focuses more on-field segmentation planning.

This study aims to determine and obtain data regarding the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Village Consultative Body in the administration of government, and obtain data on the factors that influence the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Village Consultative Body in the administration of government in Mattirowalie Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. The research method uses data collection techniques through, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis to find out and obtain data regarding the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Village Consultative Body in the administration of government and obtain data on what factors influence the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Village Consultative Body in the administration of government. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the main tasks of the BPD in the administration of government has not been fully carried out optimally because only three main tasks are carried out namely accommodating and channelling the aspirations of the community, forming a village head election committee and the process of discussion and stipulation of village regulations together with the village head, out of six the main tasks that have been determined by the Government Regulation on Villages. The factors that influence the implementation of the main tasks and supervisory functions are influenced by two factors, namely the driving factor which includes community support or participation, and a good cooperative relationship between the Village Consultative Body and the Village Government. Whereas the second factor is the inhibiting factor which includes the lack of benefits provided to the members involved, facilities and infrastructure, lack of Human Resources to fill membership and the existence of a society that is either pro or contra to each decision made. Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data mengenai pelakanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, dan memperoleh data mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Desa Mattirowalie Kecamatan Majauleng  Kabupaten Wajo. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data mengenai pelakanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan memperoleh data mengenai faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tugas pokok BPD dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan belum sepenuhnya dilakukan secara optimal karena hanya tiga tugas pokok yang dilaksanakan yaitu menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat, membentuk panitia pemilihan kepala Desa dan proses pembahasan dan penetapan peraturan desa bersama dengan kepala desa, dari enam tugas pokok yang telah ditetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Desa. faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi pengawasan dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor pendorong yang meliputi dukungan atau partisipasi masyarakat, dan hubungan kerjasama yang baik antara Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dengan Pemerintah Desa. Sedangkan faktor yang kedua yaitu faktor penghambat yang meliputi kurangnya tunjangan yang diberikan kepada para anggota yang terlibat, sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia yang mengisi keanggotaan serta adanya masyarakat yang pro maupun kontra terhadap setiap keputusan yang ditetapkan.

Abstrak: Pemerintah Desa yang ada sekarang ini adalah Pemerintahan Desa yang sesuai dengan jiwa UUD Negara RJ 1945 yang selanjutnya disingkat (UUDNRI Tahun 1945) yaitu memperhatikan dan menghormati hak asal usul yang bersifat istimewa. Oleh karenanya mempunyai keharusan bahwa dalam melaksanakan pembangunan disegala bidang guna memcapai hasil yang optimal, mau tidak mau harus mengikutsertakan masyarakatyang ada di desa, pemerintah desa sebagai penyelenggara pemerintahan terendah yang langsung berhadapan dengan masyarakat sebagai pelaksana pembangunan agar semakin mampu menggerakkan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan (StatuteApproach), pendekatan konseptual (ConceptualApproach) dan pendekatan lapangan. Based on the Village Ministerial Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning the establishment and management of BUMDes, each village is required to have a business entity managed by the village government. This paper aims to determine the implementation of the Pandan Ningan Village Owned Enterprise policy in providing LPG gas in Pendingan Village, Musi Rawas Regency. The problem is focused on the people of Pendingan Village who do not have gas cylinders personally. This research uses implementation theory from George C Edward III. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy of the Pandan Ningan Village-owned business entity in providing LPG gas in Pendingan Village, Musi Rawas Regency is said to be good, this is because the Pandan Ningan Village-Owned Enterprise can meet the needs of the community. In addition, indicators from Edward III's theory are very suitable to be used and implemented in research. Of the four indicators, there are two indicators that can be said to be optimal.

The new village market that was built in Pademawu Barat Village, Pademawu District, is not yet fully able to compete with the traditional markets that were running earlier. The inability to compete, includes, the level of visits to the market is low, the income of market management is low, so that the people don't want to visit the village market. The Village Government prefers the important thing to build a physical market, rather than presentations on the future of the Village market. From these problems, researchers want to encourage the realization of thematic markets. As a result, the average community agreed that the market should be used as a thematic market. With the hope, the number of visitors can increase. The method in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive research method.

Under the provisions of Law No. 32 of 2004, the Village is a community unit either by law or by customary law which occupies a territory, led by a village chief and aided by some people as helpers to carry out the administration of the village. Village Government consists of Village Administration and Village Consultative Body (BPD), which serves the village with the rules set village head, accommodate and channel the aspirations of the people. Village independence is a central issue that is of concern to the government at this time. Village funds provided by the central and regional governments are a way to realize development starting at the village level. The assumption is that when the village is economically, socially, and politically independent, it will support the strength of the state. However, village funds must also be appropriately managed so that village development can be maximized. Good management is an absolute focus to make it happen. Pecatu Village as one of the villages that receive village funds must also make good arrangements to create an independent Pecatu Village, one of which is through village financial management towards an independent village. This study aims to see how the implementation of good village governance through good village financial management is to create an independent village. This study uses a qualitative approach to seeing and analyzing the phenomena and events that occur in the village of Pecatu. The informants in this study were the Head of Pecatu Village, the Head of Government Affairs, the Head of Financial Affairs, and the people of Pecatu Village. The results of this study indicate that Pecatu Village has implemented the principles of good village governance in village financial management to create village independence. One of the efforts to create an independent village is through optimizing the role of village-owned enterprises that help improve the community's economy and village income.

Pejeng Village Government Services in Handling Covid-19 in the Village through the Village APB by distributing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to the community. The quality of BLT distribution services in Pejeng Village will have an impact on community satisfaction. There were problems related to the BLT distribution that was not right on target. This condition is the background of this study to determine whether responsiveness, reliability, assurance, concern, and tangibles partially and simultaneously affect the satisfaction of the people of Pejeng Village, Gianyar Regency. The method used in this research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on community satisfaction Pejeng Village. The results showed that responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and tangibles partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Pejeng Village, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to identify the relationship between the village head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the use of village funds in the village of Karang Jaya, Namlea District, and explain the influence on the development of village communities. The problem is focused on the use of village funds which should be a stimulus for development in each village, but, in management, there are often problems that hinder village development. This study seeks to see and get deeper into the relationship that has been built between the village head and the BPD in the village of Karang Jaya. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The number of informants who will be interviewed is 15 people taken purposively, considering that respondents are regarded as related parties to achieve the research objectives. Researchers used observational data collection techniques and in-depth interviews to obtain data on the implementation of the village fund program. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis following the concepts given by Miles and Huberman, and Spradley. This study concludes that the parallel relationship pattern between the BPD and the village head in the management of the village government as regulated in the legislation, it turns out that in its implementation, there is enough response so that the working relationship becomes harmonious and leads to a pattern of cooperation and shows a tendency to share tasks that are parallel between the heads.
