Pejeng Village Government Services in Handling Covid-19 in the Village through the Village APB by distributing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to the community. The quality of BLT distribution services in Pejeng Village will have an impact on community satisfaction. There were problems related to the BLT distribution that was not right on target. This condition is the background of this study to determine whether responsiveness, reliability, assurance, concern, and tangibles partially and simultaneously affect the satisfaction of the people of Pejeng Village, Gianyar Regency. The method used in this research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on community satisfaction Pejeng Village. The results showed that responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and tangibles partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Pejeng Village, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to assess the performance of the village government from the use of the SISKEUDES (Village Financial System) application in improving the quality of financial accountability in the village of Tanjungsari, Umbulsari District, Jember Regency. This research uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach. Data obtained from observations and interviews with informants, in this case the village government, from the village head, village secretary, finance officer, financial staff, and planning staff, directly from the results of the interview data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal were carried out. Conclusion.

Based on Law No. 6 of 2014 Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the maximum welfare of the village community. Community needs that are a priority of the village include the development and maintenance of infrastructure, the environment in order to create comfort and prosperity for the community. Village Development is carried out by the village government by involving the entire village community. This research is motivated by high APBDes realization data, but there are damaged village roads. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the APBDes in Sindanglaya Village development and its inhibiting factors. The theory used by Emitai Etzioni to measure the effectiveness of the APBDes in the development of the Sindanglaya Village based on the dimensions of adaptation, integration, motivation, and production. Researchers used a qualitative research method descriptive approach. Primary data sources used are the results of observations and interviews; Secondary data used are the Sindanglaya Village LPPD document and APBDe 2016-2018. Realization Report, the text of the Law. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Hubberman model with the stages of reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the APBDes in the development of Sindanglaya Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, is said to be effective. Based on the dimensions of adaptation, integration, and motivation can be said to be effective, but the dimensions of production have not been effective; Inhibiting factors include environmental characteristics, human resources, and community participation.

The problem of the quality of human resources of the Dusun government is an important issue in the implementation of Autoda. Therefore, increasing the Human Resources (HR) of the Dusun government is an urgent matter that must be done, so that the implementation of Autoda can run as expected, but this is also influenced by two important factors. Level of education In carrying out its duties and responsibilities as a Dusun apparatus, especially in providing services and development of general village economic growth to Balai Rajo Hamlet, it is largely determined by the level of education possessed by the apparatus itself, because the heavier or wider the responsibility of the Dusun apparatus must be carried out. It takes an apparatus that has quality human resources as well. Work experience In carrying out their duties and responsibilities as community servants, the ability of the apparatus is also greatly influenced by the length of work or in terms of work experience, therefore the village government, which has been working for a long time, is demanded to be more effective and recognize what can give satisfaction to visitors and visitors. community Service facilities and infrastructure are all types of equipment, work equipment, and other facilities that function as the main or auxiliary tools in the implementation of work. The role of service facilities is very important in addition to the role of the human element itself. Land and building tax is local tax that has been transferred from the central to the regions since the issuance of PDRD Regulation No. 28/2009. Village is one of the institutions authorized as a collecting officer of PBB is required to carry out duties in the execution of the collection of PBB in accordance with Law No. 12 of 1994 on Land and Building Tax in order to support the original revenue areas used for regional development. This research is to explain how the process of implementation of land tax collection and building in Mrandung village of Klampis district of Bangkalan regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, document review and analyzed using Van Meter model and Carl Varn Horn. The results of this research indicate that there is no a process of collecting land and building taxes in Mrandung village because the village government of Mrandung replaces the obligation of its citizens in paying off all the indebted taxes owned by the people of Mrandung village. It makes the village government as the management apparatus of PBB at the village level is not Following the procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Building Land Tax Law No. 12 of 1994 on Land and Building Tax and does not obey the regulations in Bangkalan regency namely Bangkalan Regent Regulation No. 60 of 2013 on the Management of Land and Urban Building Tax and Rural. The analysis using Model Van Meter and Carl Van Horn it could be seen that the absence of the process of collection of Land and Building Tax in Mrandung village due to attitude / tendency owned by Mrandung village government which underlies the implementors remain in their own thinking in response to the policy of collection land and building in Mrandung village of Klampis district of Bangkalan regency. Suggestion from this research is that PBB officers in the village should be more active in delivering information to the community, the quality of human resources and understanding of the content of PBB policy should be improved so that in running the PBB in accordance with established procedures.

Enhancement public service is one goal of the village setting for the community. Therefore, this study analyzed the correlation between the dimensions of customer satisfaction and community satisfaction. The sample in this study was 83 respondents, Lumajang community who use the services of the village offices, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed empathy variables that influence people's satisfaction significantly. The coefficient of determination in this study was 77.8%, it can do that only requires empathy Lumajang community village government in the ministry. But the village government should not rule out other dimensions of quality of service, because they have laws that regulate their work to the public.

According to the results of observations made by the author in the village of Mudung Darat, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency, the management of village funds, especially the Village Fund Allocation, has not been implemented optimally, especially in the planning and implementation stages of the village fund allocation. This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation in Community Empowerment in Mudung Darat Village, Muaro Jambi Regency, to identify and analyze the constraints of Village Fund Allocation Implementation in Community Empowerment in Mudung Darat Village, Muaro Jambi Regency and to identify and analyze the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in implementing Village Fund Allocation in Community Empowerment in Mudung Darat Village, Muaro Regency. This type of research used in this paper is empirical juridical research. The implementation of ADD in carrying out Public Expenditures and community empowerment has not been carried out optimally. The obstacles faced in implementing the allocation are the lack of understanding of the Village Government apparatus regarding the main tasks and functions and the lack of information and socialization to the community. Quality of Human Resources (HR) That Has Not Supported the Management and Implementation of Village Fund Allocation. The culture of mutual cooperation among the people of Mudung Darat Village is starting to fade, and the culture of mutual cooperation is the hallmark of a village.

Badan Permusyawaratan Desa merupakan mitra pemerintah desa yang solid dalam membangun dan mensejahterakan rakyat. Pemerintah Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa diharapkan bisa membawa kemajuan dengan memberikan pengarahan dan masukan dalam membangun pemerintahan desa menjadi baik.. Fungsi BPD sebagai lembaga yang menetapkan Peraturan Desa bersama Kepala Desa, serta menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menejelaskan fungsi kinerja BPD dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa, hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi BPD dalam mengoptimalkan kinerjanya dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, dan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan BPD untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang timbul dalam rangka optimalisasi kinerja BPD dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara  interaktif dan berlansung secara terus-menerus sampai tuntas, sehingga datanya lebih menekankan pada aspek pemahaman secara mendalam terhadap suatu masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa BPD telah menjalankan kedua fungsinya dengan baik. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh BPD dalam melaksanakan fungsinya disebabkan oleh hambatan internal dan eksternal, telah disikapi secara positif oleh BPD. Namun secara umum BPD sudah berjalan dengan baik,komunikasi yang baik antara BPD dan Pemerintahan  Desa, dan masyarakat yang cukup puas dengan kinerja pemerintahan desa.The Village Consultative Body is a solid village government partner in building and prospering the people. The Village Government and the Village Consultative Body are expected to be able to bring progress by providing direction and input in developing a good village government. The function of the BPD is an institution that establishes Village Regulations with the Village Head, and accommodates and channeles community aspirations. The research objective is to explain the function of BPD performance in the implementation of Village Government, the obstacles faced by the BPD in optimizing its performance in the administration of village governance, and the efforts made by the BPD to overcome the obstacles that arise in order to optimize BPD performance in implementing village governance. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The method of data collection in this study is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and runs continuously until complete, so that the data emphasizes more on aspects of deep understanding of a problem. The results of the study show that the BPD has carried out both functions well. The obstacles faced by the BPD in carrying out its functions caused by internal and external barriers, have been responded positively by the BPD. But in general the BPD has been running well, good communication between the BPD and the Village Government, and the community is quite satisfied with the performance of the village administration.

Bungo Village, Subdistrict of Wedung Indonesia, is one of the regions that still upholds the traditions of the region as a form of preserving culture. Along with the development of technology and science, there are many traditions in the village that are considered not modernist by the people. Therefore, some village government and community heads in the village of Bungo, Wedung District, are trying to maintain traditions in their area as a form of preserving local traditions or culture and when developed can have potential for regional income. Coastal traditions in the Bungo Village area that are still carried out include Apitan, Syawalan, and Alms of Earth, the meaning of this tradition as a form of community gratitude to God. There is a Nyadran tradition, the Panji Kusuma Cultural Kirab is a tradition carried out as a form of respect for coastal communities and in memory of the services of heroes who have established villages in the coastal region. There is also the tradition of Keong Keli, Barian, Kembang Sayang, which basically implies a form of community effort to avoid doom and danger. This research was conducted using ethnographic methods, data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. From the coastal traditions carried out by the Bungo people, it is shown that coastal communities depend on the sea for their livelihoods and the wealth of natural resources to survive.

Reform and regional autonomy is actually a new hope for the goverment and village communities to build their villages according to the needs and aspirations of the community. The implementation of development in the village is intended to improve the standard of living and welfare of the village community itself through the establishment of policies, program activities that are in accordance with the essence of the problem and priority needs of the village community. The Village Consultative Division (BPD in Indonesian) is an institution of the realization pf democracy from the village community or an institution that represents the voice of the community and is a working partner of the village Government in administering The Goverment in the village head along with his device was overseen by the Village Consultative Division (BPD in Indonesian). The method of the approach used in this study is the Juridical Sociological approach, it uses the Juridical Sociological. The selection results obtained include : 1) Inbiting factors influenced by human resource factors both from the village Government itself as the highest office holder in the village, as well as from PD members who are tasked with assisting in the implementation of the legislative functions of approval and discussion of illage regulations. 2) Solutions and efforts, the village Goernment is expected to conduct training in human resource development such as improving the quality of education and developing capabilities in shapping regulations.

Public Service Analysis of Village Tlanak Support of Lamongan District. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors and solution of Public Service of Village Government of  Tlanak Kedungpring District of  Lamongan Regency and to know the implementation of Good Governance in Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency. The type of this research is non-doctrinal (sosiologis) legal research. Non-doctrinal method is a type of scientific study with the intention just to learn just and not to teach something doctrine. The research method used is research method with qualitative analysis. The results of this study concluded that the quality of Public Service Village Tlanak Kedungpring District Lamongan through Programs, policies, and attitudes is Services Open, easy and accessible by all parties who need and provided adequate and easy to understand, can be accounted for in accordance with the provisions of legislation - invitation, inhibiting the public service of Tlanak village administration of Kedungpring Sub-district of Lamongan Regency is seen in the condition of society which still have a lot of parochial political culture. The solution of inhibiting factor of public service in Tlanak Village, Kedungpring Sub-district, Lamongan Regency by strengthening service system, improving professionalism of each employee, conducting public awareness program to help dissemination and comprehension of information to society about matters related to service activity and giving sanction that is firm. The village government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency has not fully implemented the Good Governance principles in the implementation of the village government's tasks, functions, authorities, rights, and obligations in terms of planning, service, implementation of village development, especially those related to village governance.Keywords: Quality Analysis of Public Service, Good Governance.
