ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa pada materi panas dan perpindahannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental design, dengan bentuk desain post-test only control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang. Sampel diambil menggunakan  teknik purposive sampling. Setelah pengambilan sampel, yang terpilih menjadi kelas eksperimen adalah kelas VA dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran POE dan VB sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa antara kelas yang diberikan model pembelajaran POE dengan kelas yang diberikan pembelajaran langsung pada materi panas dan perpindahannya di kelas V MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang; (2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa antara kelas yang diberikan model pembelajaran POE dengan kelas yang di berikan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi panas dan perpindahannya di kelas V MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang. Kata kunci: model pembelajaran POE; kemampuan pemahaman konsep. ABSTRACTThis study is aimed at learning the influence of the use of the POE learning model (Predict, Observe, Explain) on a student's ability to understand science concepts on hot matter and transmigration. The study is carried out at MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang. The kind of research used was quantitative research with experimental quasi design. With a design post-test only design control. The population in the study are all the students in the V MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang class. The sample was taken using an additive sampling, after taking the selected sample into a VA class experiment which was an experimental class using the POE and VB  control class that use a direct learning model. Research concluded that: (1) there is an influence on a student's ability to understand natural science between a class given by the POE learning model and a class given direct learning on hot matter and transfer to V MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang class; (2) there is a difference in the ability to understand a student science concept between the class given by the POE learning model and the class provided the direct learning model for hot matter and transfer to V MIS Ushuluddin Singkawang class. Keywords: POE learning models; the ability to understand concepts.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct learning models on the mastery of basic techniques of sepaktakraw students majoring in sports education at the Faculty of Sport Science, Padang State University (FIK UNP). The method of this research is quasi-experimental research with the independent variable direct learning model and the dependent variable is the basic technical ability of sepaktakraw students majoring in sports education FIK UNP. The population in the study were students of FIK UNP. The results showed that there was a significant influence of the direct learning model on the mastery of basic techniques of sepaktakraw students of FIK UNP sports education with a t count of 14.473> t table 2.31 (df 8) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The average pretest score of 13.11 increased at the time of the post test to be 21.11 with an increase of 8 scores (61.02%).

The ability to solve problems is a skill that students need to have in dealing with various problems in life. This study aims to determine the effect of problem based learning models; cognitive styles and interaction between both factors on science learning outcomes of students in class VII of MTs 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur in academic year 2015/2016. This research was conducted with a quasi-experimental research method by applying a 2 × 2 factorial design. The study sample consisted of an experimental class of 30 students and a control class of 29 students. Data collection was conducted using two types of instruments, namely the Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT) to measure students cognitive styles and students' learning outcomes test in essay forms. The Problem Based Learning model affect the learning outcomes, there is significant difference in science learning outcomes between students who have Cognitive field dependent (FD) style that is taught by the Problem Based Learning model and students who have Cognitive FD style that is taught by conventional learning models. The results show that the value of the experimental class post-test is higher than that of the control class. In short, the experimental class with the application of the Problem Based Learning model in the learning process provides higher learning outcomes than that of the conventional models.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa antara model discovery learning dan jigsaw. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu. Tempat penelitian diaksanakan di SMP Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu. Populasi pada penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VII. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak sederhana yaitu kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning, kelas VII.5 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw, dan kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelas eksperimen 1 memperoleh nilai rata-rata tes akhir (post-test) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yaitu 12,13, nilai rata-rata eksperimen 2 yaitu 11,45, dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 9,26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji anava satu jalur, dengan signifikan 0,05 diperoleh 𝐹ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 = 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 = 0,34, maka H0 ditolak. Artinya ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada kelas eksperimen 1, kelas eksperimen 2, dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan uji beda nyata (BNT) menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran yang memberikan hasil penalaran matematis yang berbeda adalah model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan konvensional, dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan konvensional. Sedangkan pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw tidak memberikan hasil kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang berbeda. Model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw memberikan hasil lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan model konvensional.Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, model discovery learning, model Jigsaw AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine students' mathematical reasoning abilities with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City in the   academic year 2019/2020. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling, namely class VII.1 as experimental class 1 using the discovery learning models, class VII.5 as experimental class 2 using the jigsaw type cooperative learning models, and class VII.3 as control class using conventional learning models. Data were collected by means of tests of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA test, there are significant differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities in the experimental class 1, experiment class 2 and the control class. The results          of the real difference test (BNT) show that learning that gives different results is the discovery learning models with conventional learning models, and the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with conventional learning models. Meanwhile, learning with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models does not give different results for students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung, (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab siswa yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik tinggi lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik rendah, (3) untuk mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi intrinsik terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikan  = 0,05. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran mind mapping lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung dengan  = 6,08 >  = 3,97, (2) hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab siswa yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik tinggi lebih tinggi dari siswa yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik rendah dengan  = 60,34 >  = 3,97, (3) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab, dengan  = 28,92 >  = 3,97.  Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, motivasi intrinsic, keterampilan membaca bahasa arab Abstract: This study aims (1) to determine the learning outcomes of Arabic reading skills students who are taught using mind mapping learning models are higher than students who are taught using direct learning models, (2) to find out the learning outcomes of Arabic reading skills students who have higher intrinsic motivation than students who have low intrinsic motivation, (3) to find out the interaction between learning models and intrinsic motivation on the learning outcomes of Arabic reading skills. This research is a quasi-experimental research with 2 x 2 factorial research design. Data analysis techniques using two-way ANAVA at a significant level = 0.05. Research findings indicate that; (1) the learning outcomes of Arabic reading skills students taught with mind mapping learning models are higher than the learning outcomes of students taught with direct learning models with F count = 6.08 > F table = 3.97, (2) learning outcomes of students' Arabic reading skills those who have high intrinsic motivation are higher than students who have low intrinsic motivation with F count = 60.34 > F table = 3.97, (3) there is an interaction between the learning model and intrinsic motivation towards the learning outcomes of Arabic reading skills, with F count = 28.92> F table = 3.97. Keywords: learning model, intrinsic motivation, Arabic reading skills

This research aimed to find out: (1) which one providing better mathematics learning outcomes, GI model or direct learning model, (2) which one providing better mathematics learning outcomes, the high, medium or low learning independence students, (3) interaction between learning models and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes. This research used the quasi-experimental research method with 2×3 factorial design. The population were all students of the 8 th class of SMP Negeri 6 Surakarta on academic year 2015/2016. The sample was taken using purposive sampling. The instruments used were learning independence questionnaire and mathematics learning outcomes test. The proposed hypothesis of the research were analyzed by using two-way analysis of variance. The conclusions of this research were as follow. (1) GI model provided better mathematics outcomes than direct learning model. (2) The high learning independence student had better mathematics learning outcomes than medium and low learning independence students, and the medium had as good as low learning independence students. (3) there was no interaction between learning models and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes.

The research analyses the effect of cooperative learning model Jigsaw type and learning motivation on student’s understanding on citizenship subject. The research method uses quasi experimental design with post test only control design. The subject of research was 44 students which constitutes two classes, experiment and control classes. The data collection employs test and questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Two-way Anova test. The results show that cooperative learning model Jigsaw type hasa significant effect on student’s conceptual understanding. The ANOVA test produce significant level below 0.05, which indicates there is significant effect of the Jigsaw model and learning motivation on student achievement. It can be concluded that the cooperative learning model contributes better to learning achievement than conventional learning model, and a high learning motivation contributes better to students learning achievement in citizentship subject than a low learning motivation.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep PPKn siswa sekolah dasar. Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep PPKn. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran ceramah untuk mencapai  hasil belajar yang lebih baik, dan bahwa siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang rendah dalam penggunaan atau pemanfaatan model pembelajaran Jigsaw dan hasil belajarnya.

The low learning outcomes of students, it is due to the learning process that is dominated by traditional learning. At this learning atmosphere tends to teacher-centered classroom so that students become passive, therefore it is necessary to implement a learning strategy that can help students to understand the teaching material and its application in everyday life. Based on this, in this study it will be discussed whether there are differences in mathematics achievement subject matter sub gradient between students who are taught by STAD cooperative learning model and the conventional model of learning in class XI SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in mathematics achievement between students who are taught by STAD cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. This study uses quantitative research. As the population is students in class XI MIA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya The sample consisted of students of class XI MIA 1, amounting to 25 students as the experimental class and the students of class XI MIA 2, amounting to 25 students as the control class.  Data collection method used is to use the test method. Data in the form of student test results done once the post-test is to determine the value of learning mathematics achievement of students in each sample after treatments or treatments performed. From the analysis we found differences in mathematics achievement between students who are taught by STAD cooperative learning model and conventional learning models, in this case increased learning achievement in cooperative learning model STAD. With the calculation of the t-test is greater than the table or 4.98> 1.98 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion from this study is that there are differences in mathematics achievement subject matter sub gradient between students who are taught by STAD cooperative learning model and conventional learning models, characterized by differences in mathematics achievement. One of the learning models based on student activities (Students Centered Learning) is by using cooperative learning of TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) on the learning process in the classroom. This research is intended to know the improving reading comprehension through cooperative learning model of TAI (Team Assisted Individualization). This research used quantitative research using experimental design type one group pretest-posttest design with the sample student of semester 1 Diploma III Midwifery Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The result of the research shows that there is a significant improvement toward the first semester students of Diploma III Midwifery Program by using cooperative learning model of TAI type (Team Assisted Individualization). This can be seen from some calculations such as pre-test average X = 44,32 and average post- Test Y = 66.56 from the average pre-test and post-test posttest is higher than the pre-test. (Compare) with 5% significant level of degree of freedom (df) = (n-1) = 28, whether t value> t table. There is improvement in reading comprehension through cooperative learning model type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) toward the first semester students of Diploma III Midwifery Program of 0.07> 0.14. This research is expected to contribute to the learning model of reading comprehension to improve students' ability.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan model pembelajaran langsung. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif hasil posttest yang diberikan pada kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2, diperoleh skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 78.60 dan skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen 2 sebesar 70,57. Kriteria ketuntasan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen 1 lebih banyak dengan persentase sebesar 64,29% dengan standar deviasi (SD) yaitu 7,33 sedangkan kelas eksperimen 2 dengan persentase sebesar 39,29% dengan nilai standar deviasi (SD) 8,95. Hasil penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan uji-t. Kriteria pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu terima H0 jika –ttabel  < thitung < +ttabel, Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung  = 3,75, ttabel = 2,014 maka -2,014 < 3,75 > +2,014 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis ditarik kesimpulan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (kelas eksperimen 1)  dan siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung (kelas eksperimen 2).Kata Kunci: Berbasis Proyek, Pembelajaran Langsung, Hasil Belajar  ABSTRACTThis research is a quasi-experimental that aims to compare the learning outcomes of students who were taught by  project-based learning model and direct learning model.
