Village-owned enterprises (BUMDesa) are one of the priorities for using the Village Fund. BUMDesa was established in order to realize economic independence in rural areas. At present, all villages in Tangerang Regency have established BUMDesa, but there are still many who do not understand how to plan a budget. This business budget plan is very important in managing BUMDesa's finances. So the author discusses the need for knowledge and skills for BUMDesa managers in making budget plans to support their BUMDesa business development. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and skills for BUMDesa managers in making budget plans for their respective businesses. This community service activity was in the form of training in making a budget plan that was followed by BUMDesa managers in the Tangerang Regency area. The result of this activity is an increase in understanding and skills in making a budget plan for their BUMDesa business.

Indonesia is one country with a large population, and most live in rural areas. The lives of people in rural areas mostly work as farmers and ranchers. The economy of rural communities still relies on agricultural crops and livestock that are sold on the market. Economic problems of rural communities arise when something interferes with crops from agriculture and livestock. The purpose of this activity is as a form of community service in the field of applying solar home system technology (SHS) to help solve the problems of the village community and create villages that are energy-based in livestock and agriculture. This community service activity was carried out at RT.05 / 12 Batangsari Hamlet, Pasarbatang Sub-District, Brebes Regency. The steps of this activity are preceded by a field assessment; focus group disscussion; and installation of SHS implementation. The result of this activity is that there are drill wells with a depth of more than 100 m and for lifting water with the help of energy-sourced water pumps from the Solar Power Plant.

ABSTRAKKebersihan lingkungan merupakan pintu gerbang dalam mencapai hidup yang sehat. Kesadaran tentang pengetahuan hidup bersih dan sehat sangat penting dan sehat sangat penting bagi masyarakat yang ada diperkotaan maupun  pedesaan. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan di desa mambulilling masih sangat rendah diamati dari sampah yang berserakan dilingkungan serta tidak tersedianya tempat sampah dirumah maupun ditempat umum. Dengan adanya program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya serta mengajarkan membuat tempat sampah dari bambu dengan memamfaatkan sumber daya alam yaitu bambu. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dalam penyampainnya menggunakan metode diskusi, penyuluhan dan aksi lapangan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu bertambahnya wawasan masyarakat mengenai manfaat dan dampak-dampak buruk dari membuang sampah sembarangan sehingga masyarakat mulai berkomunikasi untuk menjaga tempat tinggal mereka. Sampah merupakan bagian dari kehidupan manusia. Sampah adalah benda/zat sisa yang sudah tidak terpakai. Seharusnya sampah mendapat perhatian dan penanganan yang serius. Namun karena kurangnya pengertian masyarakat desa mambulilling dan pemerintah, setempat, juga kurangnya biaya dan pendapatan sebagian besar masyarakat desa mambulilling, maka masalah sampah ini menjadi terabaikan. Saat ini sebagian masyarakat telah mengetahui dampak buruk sampah, antara lain menyebakan banjir, penyakit dan bau yang dapat mengganggu kehidupan, tapi hal ini tidak diimbangi oleh perilaku masyarakatnya sendiri. Kata kunci: sehat; bersih; sampah. ABSTRACTEnvironmental cleanliness is the gateway to achieving a healthy life. Awareness of the knowledge of clean and healthy living is very important and very important for people in urban and rural areas. The lack of public awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness in the village of Mambulilling is still very low, observed from the garbage scattered around the environment and the unavailability of trash bins at home or in public places. With this community service program, it aims to increase knowledge and increase public awareness to dispose of waste in its place and teach how to make bamboo trash cans by utilizing natural resources, namely bamboo. In its delivery, this community service activity uses the method of discussion, counseling and field action. The result of this service is increasing public insight about the benefits and bad effects of littering so that people begin to communicate to protect their place of residence. Garbage is a part of human life. Garbage is an unused waste object / substance. Garbage should get serious attention and handling. However, due to the lack of understanding of the Mambulilling village community and the local government, as well as the lack of funds and income for most of the Mambulilling village community, this waste problem has been neglected. Currently, some people are aware of the bad effects of waste, including flooding, disease and odors that can disrupt life, but this is not offset by the behavior of the community itself. Key words: healthy; clean; trash.

<p>Wajok Hilir Village is a peatland, agricultural have been going on for generations. The taro plant is one of the leading plants. However, in the last 10 years, productivity is only about 3-5 ounces per stem. This has resulted in the community no longer interested in cultivating taro plants. To increase the people's interest in planting taro, it is necessary to carry out training and practice by making a demonstration plot as a pilot. This activity aims to educate partners and residents in Wajok Hilir Village about how to farm taro so that productivity increases. The training provided was in the form of education on land management without burning. The method used in this activity is to provide training with the lecture and discussion method and direct practice in the taro demonstration plot. The partner of this activity is the Palaguna Farmer Group in Wajok Hilir Village. This training activity is a community service activity funded by the Higher Education DRPM 2020 through the Village Partners Development Program (PPDM) scheme. The result of this activity is that taro productivity can be increased and at the same time can increase the knowledge and skills of the Partners and residents of Wajok Hilir Village. This activity is also expected to increase the income of Partners in particular and the people of Wajok Hilir Village in general.</p>

This community service activity was carried out on the youth of Harapan Baru Village, Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency. This activity is in the form of a workshop or training which is carried out with socialization by providing materials or modules on tips for successful investing, especially at a young age in village youth. So it is hoped that the partners have a good understanding of investing even in the village. Then the targets to be achieved through this service activity are (1) partners know what the first step is to invest, especially in rural areas, (2) partners can classify which investments have a high level of failure risk, (3) partners have awareness the importance of investing even though they are still at a young age.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. Attention on the nutrient food fulfillment need to be more serious. Efforts to increase people nutrition through homegarden utilization with planting california papaya and avocado can be solution here. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

This community service activity is continuously carried out to develop the creativity of mothers in producing innovative and attractive products. This activity involves training and assistance in preparing financial and marketing reports. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Sukolilo District and STIESIA Surabaya. MSMEs in Sukolilo District experienced several obstacles related to preparing financial reports, marketing that utilized social media, and other technical obstacles. After this mentoring activity, MSME managers gained several benefits, including having started compiling financial reports. Marketing training activities are carried out using Instagram social media as a means of producing products. In this activity, assistance was carried out to create an Instagram account, taking photos of products to be uploaded on Instagram, assisting in uploading product photos on Instagram accompanied by product descriptions so that they could attract consumers. This activity is carried out to improve the business carried out from the management aspect. The target to be achieved is that MSME players have financial reports that can be used to submit funds or capital to banks for business development, expand marketing networks, and increase sales.

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak  Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak  sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak.  Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan.       Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. OPTIMIZING THE SWEET POTATOES’ POTENTIAL IN SINDANGKARYA VILLAGE, MENES SUB-DISTRICT, PANDEGLANG REGENCY. Sweet potato is one of the agricultural commodities that is suitable for cultivation in Sindangkarya village, Pandeglang Regency. Each year, Sindangkarya village produces 350 tonnes of sweet potato. However, the low price of sweet potato causes small income for the residents. One of the efforts to increase its selling value is processing sweet potatoes into various products such as sweet potato cake or various other processed products. The problem founded is that people do not have the knowledge and skills of sweet potatoes utilization. The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer knowledge and train the community skills in processing sweet potatoes so they will have a higher selling value and attract the buyers. This article concludes that Sindangkarya Village has a business potential that involves the participants, PKK Cadres, Posyandu Cadres and Youth Organization developing creative ideas to make valuable products and beneficial to the lives of Sindangkarya residents and can reduce unemployment.
