ABSTRAKTeori Perkembangan Psikososial menurut Erik Erikson menjadi salah satu sumbangsih penting bagi dunia pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan agama Kristen. Delapan tahapan yang diutarakan oleh Erikson dapat dipastikan dilalui oleh setiap individu dalam perkembangan kehidupannya, meskipun tidak semua dapat melaluinya dengan sempurna. Sumbangsih teori ini bagi pendidikan agama Kristen menjadi pertimbangan penting, meskipun bukan satu-satunya teori perkembangan yang mesti dijadikan pertimbangan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan agama Kristen. Dalam artikel ini akan dijelaskan delapan tahapan perkembangan psikososial, tinjauan dan relevansinya bagi pendidikan agama Kristen yang ada di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan (library re-search) yang di mana dilakukan pengumpulan data pustaka dengan membaca dan mengolah bahan menjadi sebuah penelitian. Hasil dan kesimpulannya, keberhasilan di tahap awal mempengaruhi peluang keberhasilan di tahap berikutnya. Dalam hal ini, peserta didik sendirilah yang mengembangkan keseimbangan tahapan demi tahapan. Dengan kata lain, hasil dari setiap tahapan mempengaruhi peluang hasil positif di tahapan berikutnya.Kata Kunci: Teori Psikososial, Erik Erikson, Pendidikan Agama Kristen, sekolahABSTRACTPsychosocial development theory according to Erik Erikson is an important contribution in education sector including Christian religious education. The eight stages can certainly be passed by most individuals in their life’s development. The contribution of this theory to Christian religious education is an important consideration, although this theory is not the only theory of development that must be taken into consideration in the provision of education. In this article, the eight stages of psychosocial development is explained, an overview, and the relevance for Christian religious education in schools. This study uses library research method where library data is collected by reading and processing the material. The result reports success in the early stages affecting the chances of success in later stages. In other words, the outcome of each stage affects the chances of a positive outcome in the next stage.Keywords: Psychosocial Theory, Erik Erikson, Christian Religious Education, School

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many changes in the education sector; learning is currently being carried out by paying attention to social distancing, resulting in very significant changes in learning methods. Learning Islamic Religious Education is one that is affected by this. The purpose of this article is to find out how the learning process of Islamic Religious Education during the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning media used, the effectiveness of learning, and the challenges faced. The research method used is library research, where this article will describe the latest and updated conditions of Islamic Religious Education learning. The results showed that learning Islamic Religious Education was carried out without face-to-face. Learning was carried out online, starting from the elementary school level to college; only at the early childhood level learning was carried out at home. The learning media used are entirely technology-based by utilizing the internet. The effectiveness of learning cannot be concluded because of the lack of data sources. The big challenge faced is the decline in student morale when learning is done online. It takes a special good learning format for learning Islamic Religious Education so that the learning objectives can be achieved.

Key words: Lean manufacturing, life cycle, psychosocial development theory, steel industry,Abstract. This paper presents a case of the implementation of some lean manufacturing initiatives such as lean Kaizen events, improvement project, standardization, training center, "Stage Gate", ideas and suggestion, ISO 14000, ISO 17025 in a steel company in Nuevo León. This study used a diagnostic tool proposed by Hiroyuki Hirano to determine the degree of maturity of the initiative of continuous improvement, and compare against the steps suggested by the main authors in this issue. The above determine the main steps and factorsof success and crises and barriers that were presented. Also, we propose an adaptation of the model proposed by Erik Erikson to organism principle, which takes into account at every stage life cycle.Palabras clave: Ciclo de vida, industria acerera, manufactura esbelta, teoría del desarrollo psicosocialResumen. Este artículo presenta un estudio de caso de la implementación de algunas Iniciativas de Manufactura Esbelta como Lean- Eventos Kaizen, Proyectos de Mejora DMAIC, Equipos participativos, Estandarización, Centro de entrenamiento, Desarrollo de productos “Stage Gate”, Sistema de Ideas, ISO 14000, ISO 17025 en una empresa de acero en Nuevo León. Para dicho estudio se usó la herramienta de diagnóstico propuesta por Hiroyuki Hirano para determinar el grado de madurez de la iniciativa de mejora continua, y secompara contra los pasos sugeridos por los principales autores del tema. De lo anterior se puede determinar los principales pasos y factores de éxito en la implementación así como las crisis y barreras que se presentaron. Además proponemos una adaptación del principio organísmico de las personas propuesto por Erik Erikson al Ciclo de vida de las iniciativas, donde toma en cuenta en cada estadio.

One education that can provide values in counteracting radicalism is Islamic education based on Nahdlatul Ulama. Because Nahdlatul Ulama 'based Islamic education gives more value to education. Nahdlatul Ulama-based Islamic education is flexible in dealing with a situation and condition that exists in society. This research method uses library research which analyzes problems from several books, journals, and relevant scientific publications. The results of this study indicate that the educational process to counteract radicalism is with the approach of Islamic religious education based on Nahdatul Ulama. community values are internalized so that they are tolerant (tasamuh) towards others or others.

The purpose of this research is to deepen in real terms the main factors of the unmatangan of student career planning. So that it can be an evalution for the development of the Education process in islamic religious education courses oriented to career maturity. This research is a research method library (library research) and a method called double movement which according to Sutrisno (2006) the core of the research method using the principles of the Qur'an which is then applied in modern life. The source of this study is divided into two, namely primary and secondary. The primary source is the Text of alqur'an relating to the theme of research, while the source of the secondary is related to books, journals, websites, previous research and literature that has relevance to the theme of this research. The results showed that the need for the application of surah Al-haysr verse 18 which explains the need for man to always intropeksi himself for what has been done today for a better tomorrow.

This paper departs from the author's concern for the curriculum for adults in the church, that until now the curriculum has not been a particular concern for ministers and teachers in the church in adopting the curriculum as reviewed in this paper.  The purpose of writing this article is to encourage churches to pay attention to curricula for adults to mature church members into strong congregations in the faith. The method used is the library research method (library research or literature review) by examining the urgency of implementing the curriculum for adults. The analysis process carried out is to use various literary sources, both journals, books and other reliable reference materials to support the author's analysis. The results of this study found that there is significance in implementing the curriculum for adults with indicators, namely recognizing adult characteristics, the Bible as the basis of the curriculum, the foundation of the development of the Christian religious education curriculum and curriculum implementation strategies. Thus, the curriculum places a very strategic and urgent position in carrying out the learning process for adults in the church. Tulisan ini berangkat dari keprihatinan penulis terhadap kurikulum bagi orang dewasa dalam gereja, bahwa sampai saat ini kurikulum belum menjadi perhatian khusus bagi para pelayan dan pengajar di gereja dalam menerapkan kurikulum sebagaimana ulasan tulisan ini. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah mendorong gereja untuk memperhatikan kurikulum bagi orang dewasa untuk mendewasakan warga gereja menjadi jemaat kokoh dalam iman. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pustaka dengan mengkaji urgenitas dalam menerapkan kurikulum bagi orang dewasa. Proses analisis yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan berbagai sumber literatur-literatur baik jurnal, buku dan bahan referensi lainnya yang terpercaya untuk mendukung analisis penulis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanya signifikansi dalam menerapkan kurikulum bagi orang dewasa dengan indikator, yaitu mengenal karakteristik orang dewasa, Alkitab sebagai dasar kurikulum, landasan pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Kristen dan strategi penerapan kurikulum. Dengan demikian bahwa kurikulum menempatkan posisi yang sangat strategi dan urgen dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran bagi orang dewasa dalam gereja.

Islam encourages the followers to be moderate, belances, not extreme, and not inclusive. TheTawasuthis part of the moderation of religion that must be embededto the students so that students have a moderate attitude in thier life of the nation and state. In the middle of the advancement of the Indonesian nation, religious moderation is needed by all human being and its must be taught to students so that they can become peaceful, compassionate and tolerance people in the future. The involvement of religious teachers in providing understanding of the tawasuth for the students are needed in order that its can be habatuation in their life. The content of Islamic religious education is emphasized on the understanding of compassion, mutual love, mutual respect, and help each other in kindness. Because with this understanding, the students can implement it in their daily life. This paper explains the role of religious teacher in embeding religious moderation. This paper uses the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach.

The motivation of this paper is to describe the role of the family in building morals through an exploration type by looking at what methods families use in educating children to build children's morals through family counseling analysis. Furthermore, the role of the family in building the morale of children is analyzed through family counseling as a guide to the importance of building harmony with individuals in the family, especially with children. This research is considered important because lately the lack of morality in children is caused by various factors that occur at this time. It is not only caused by the education of parents, but also due to environmental influences and the continuous development of the times. This research uses the library research method with a theoretical approach. The results of this description are obtained from various existing studies, and literature. The scope of methods that have been used by families in building children's morality is more striking, namely the Islamic religious education method, the method of communication, and the method of moral education.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">This article aims to explain how important moral education is starting from within the family where parents play a major role in educating children and are responsible for the development of their souls and beliefs. The method of writing in this article is carried out by the library research method. The method of writing in this article is carried out by the library research method. From the results of this study it can be concluded that happiness and well-being are not always related to one's success in reaching the peak or sufficient material, but can be obtained through the appreciation and practice of religious teachings. Therefore, humans are required to prepare themselves and family experts with religious education as the basic capital in carrying out life in this world and provisions for the hereafter. Dari hasil kajian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan tidak selalu  berhubungan dengan keberhasilan seseorang dalam mencapai puncak atau materi yang tercukupi, namun dapat diperoleh melalui penghayatan dan pengamalan ajaran agamanya. Maka dari itu manusia dituntut untuk menyiapkan diri dan ahli keluarga dengan didikan agama sebagai modal dasar dalam menjalankan kehidupan di dunia dan bekal untuk di akhirat kelak. Salah satu yang utama adalah pendidikan agama yang harus dipelajari sejak dini, karena ajaran Islam harus menjadi landasan atau tuntunan dalam perkembangan jiwa anak selanjutnya.</p><p class="16cKataKunci"> </p>

The era of technological disruption is one of the characteristics and challenges of human life and civilization in the 21st century. So that it has an impact on the urgency of reorienting the curriculum and learning of Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of this study is to reveal the challenges, facts and phenomena of curriculum disorientation and learning in Islamic Religious Education. The research method in this article uses a qualitative approach to library research, which is descriptive and radical in which the researcher describes and explores the topic of program reorientation or curriculum formulation and learning of Islamic religious education which is full of challenges during this technological disruption. The results of this study are the need to strengthen and formulate Islamic Religious Education curriculum and learning that focuses on strengthening the goal of fostering human beings and affirming two human dimensions as caliph fil ard and Abdullah. As well as the need for the formulation and embodiment of curriculum and learning that trains the critical power of the nation's generation.
