The current study was conducted to assess the relationship between online gaming addiction, narcissistic personality, anger expression and social interaction among adolescent boys. Correlational research design was used and the sample was selected through non probability purposive sampling technique. Data was collected from adolescent boys (13-16 years) of five private schools of Lahore. Data was accumulated by using Anger Expression Scale (Shafaqat, 2016), Narcissistic Personality Scale (Ames, Rose, & Anderson, 2006) in Urdu version (Zafar & Kausar, 2016), Social Interaction and Technology Use Questionnaire (Henderson, 2001) in Urdu version (Zafar & Kausar, 2016) and Gaming Addiction Scale (Lemmens, Peter & Valkenburg, 2011) in Urdu version (Zafar & Kausar, 2016). Pearson product-moment correlation revealed that thereis a significant positive relationship between anger expression and gaming addiction (r=.25**,p < 0.01) among young adolescent boys. On the contrary, there exists a non-significant relationship between narcissistic personality and gaming addiction. There is also a significant negative relationship between social interaction and gaming addiction (r= -.10*,p < 0.05).The findings of this research will be helpful in determining the causes of gaming addiction in adolescent boys and to solve this problem among them.

<span lang="EN-US">This study aims to describe self-concept, lifestyle, and examine the relationship of self-concept to the lifestyle of BIDIKMISI scholarship recipients.</span><span lang="EN-US">This research is descriptive and correlational research.</span><span lang="EN-US">The study population was students receiving BIDIKMISI scholarships majoring in UNP's BK FIP 2016-2019</span><span lang="IN">. </span><span lang="EN-US">The number of samples was 90 students who were obtained by using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage technique and Pearson product moment correlation with the SPSS program version 23.00.</span><span lang="EN-US">The results showed that in general the self-concept of BIDIKMISI scholarship recipients in the category was not positive</span><span lang="IN"> and </span><span lang="EN-US">the lifestyle of scholarship recipients in the medium category, and there is a significant negative relationship between self-concept and the lifestyle of BIDIKMISI scholarship recipients.</span>

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy with anxiety facing matches in athletes at the Apac Inti soccer school. Anxiety will arise when faced with something new such as facing a match. Athletes who master physical, technical, and good tactics, but if an athlete's mind is disturbed by excessive negative things, it can interfere with concentration and not optimal in the competition, causing athletes to feel anxious. The population in this study were 40 male students of Apac Inti aged 15-18 years. This research uses a quantitative correlational method with saturated sampling technique. Based on the research results obtained correlation coefficient (r) = -0.547; p <0.05 and it can be concluded that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy with anxiety facing the match in athletes at Apac Inti soccer school.

Profitability in manufacturing companies in Nigeria depends on the ability of the companies to grow their earnings and tame their cost profile through cost control techniques. Many manufacturing companies seem not to understand these costs and the impact they have on profitability. This study examined the effect of cost control on the profitability of selected manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The population of the study was the 78 manufacturing companies listed on the Nigeria Stock Exchange as at 31st December 2017. A sample frame of 23 companies listed on the consumer goods sector was selected out of which five companies were considered for a period of 10 years (2005 – 2017). The study adopted a judgmental sampling technique. Data were obtained from the audited financial statement, and the accounts have already validated by regulatory authorities. The study took descriptive and inferential (regression) statistics. It was found that there is a significant negative relationship between the cost of raw materials (CoRM) and profit before tax of manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The study concluded that cost control has a significant positive effect on the profitability of manufacturing companies in Nigeria for the period under review. Therefore, it is recommended adequate management and alternative sourcing of raw materials.

Abstract. This study aimed with determine the correlation between religiusity and self-control with juvenile tendencies. The subjects were 100 students both from SMA Negeri 1 Bancar and SMA Negeri 1 Jatirogo. Sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection instrument used in this study were juvenile delinquency scale , the scale of religiosity and self-control scale refers to the making according to a Likert scale. The results of data analysis using regression Anareg get the F = 17.954 with  p = 0.00 (p < 0.01). Religiusity and self-control variables simultaneously and significantly correlated with delinquency. Partially, it was found the value of t Regression between religiusity and juvenile delinquency  = -3.632, and r = -0.346 partial, with p = 0.000             (p <  0.01), this means that there is a significant negative relationship between religiusity and juvenile delinquency. Partial Test also find the value of t regression between the variables of self-control with juvenile delinquency = -2.737 and         r = -0.268  with a partial p = 0.007 (p < 0.01), this means that there is a significant negative relationship between self-control with juvenile delinquency. Effective contribution of religiusity and self-control variables was 27 % (R square = 0.270).Keywords: Religiusity, Self-Control, Juvenile Delinquency.

Aggression behavior among high school students or teenagers is still often found, for example: brawls, bullying. A person will behave aggressively so he will think first in acting so that he is able to manage himself (self management).The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between self management and aggression behavior in high school students. This study uses a quantitative non-experimental approach. The subjects were 217 students of class X and XI SMA taken by stratified sampling technique. The research instrument uses the scale of aggression behavior and self management scale. The method of data analysis was the product moment correlation. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 22.0. The results showed a value (r) of -0.122 with p was 0.037 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant negative relationship between self management and aggression behavior in high school students. The contribution of self management to aggression behavior is 1,5% (=0.015)

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between grit and parenting style of mother among Indian rural adolescents. Parental Authority Questionnaire [1] and Short Grit Scale [2] was used to meet objectives of the paper. A sample of 60 adolescents was chosen from private institution located at Bathinda (Punjab) by using convenience sampling technique. Results of correlation analysis revealed that significant (negative) relationship exists between mother&rsquo;s authoritarian parenting style (only) and grit. This is true for both genders and for adolescents who comes from joint families. Educational implication of the study signifies that the suitable informative and counseling sessions should be organised for the parents to make them conscious of the appropriate parenting style for the development of gritty adolescents.

Small and medium enterprises are acknowledged as the lubricants that wheel the socio-economic development of a nation yet their growth has been stunted by harsh fiscal and monetary policies. This study seeks to investigate the effect of micro financing interest rate on small and medium scale enterprises growth in Lagos and Ogun State, Nigeria. Primary data was employed using structured self-administered questionnaire with five-point Likert scale. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design to give an accurate description of the research variables. Yaro Yamane’s sampling technique was used to select four hundred (400) SMEs from the total population of thirteen thousand four hundred and fifty-seven (13,457) in both Lagos and Ogun States, while stratified and proportionate sampling methods are used to determine the sample size of three hundred and fourty eight (348) SMEs in Lagos state and fifty-two (52) in Ogun state. Ordinary Least Square Regression (OLS) was used to estimate the regression. In the study, one hypothesis was formulated and tested. The results from the hypothesis tested revealed that a significant negative relationship exist between micro finance interest rate and SMEs growth in Nigeria at 5 per cent level (tc= -1.570731; p= 0.0009). Based on the finding, the study concluded that significant negative relationship exist between micro finance interest rate and small & medium enterprises growth in Nigeria. The study recommends that microfinance banks should charge moderate interest rate to SMEs without stringent collateral requirements to boosts SMEs growth in Nigeria.

Social media addiction can be seen as a form of internet addiction, in which individuals show an urge to use social media excessively. A person's inability to control himself to connect to the internet is the cause of internet addiction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and social media addiction in students of SMA Negeri 3 Kota Kupang. The sampling technique used convenience sampling with a total sample size of 117 subjects. The analysis in this study used non-parametric correlation analysis Spearman Rank. The results of hypothesis testing using the Spearman correlation technique obtained a correlation coefficient of -0.387 with a significance level of 0.000 (P> 0.05). This means that there is a significant negative relationship between self-control and social media addiction in SMA Negeri 3 Kota Kupang. This study concluded that the higher the social media addiction, the lower the self-control in SMA Negeri 3 Kota Kupang and vice versa.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of authentic leadership towards employees' performance through OCB. The population in this study is nurse with civil servants status at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo. Methods of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a simlpe random sampling. Sample is 109 nurses.  Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis and analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between authentic leadership towards employee performance.  There is a positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership towards creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour as well as creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour towards employee performance. In addition, research results also show that the creativity and behavior of the organizational citizenship of the employee has a significant positive impact on the employee's performance. The advice for the organization is to strengthen the relationship between leaders and nurses and increasing the information in the field of nursing that can trigger the emergence of creativity in work. For further research it is recommended to increase the number of research samples.

The main aim of present study is to test the associations between perceived jealousy, subjective happiness, and self-esteem. Moreover, it also aimed to test the role of self-esteem as a moderator between jealousy and subjective happiness. Our sample comprised of 200 university students using purposive convenient sampling technique including 100 male and 100 female students. For data collection we used Perceived Jealousy Scale (Iqbal, Fazaldad, & Hassan, 2019), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965) and Subjective Happiness Scale (Lyubomirsky & Lepper, 1999).Findings indicate a significant negative relationship between perceived jealousy and subjective happiness (r=-.32, p <.001), and a positive relationship between subjective happiness and self-esteem. Furthermore, self-esteem acts as a moderator between perceived jealousy and subjective happiness. This study is beneficial in finding ways to enhance the self-esteem of students so that they can deal with negative emotions of jealousy and can experience positive emotions of happiness.
