<p><em>This study aimed to knowing the effect of electronic banking transactions to fee based income PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. The strategy that was used in this research was  associative strategy or relations effect. The method  was used in this research was ex post de facto. The subject in this research is PT. Bank CIMB  Niaga, Tbk from the merger company that is between Bank Niaga with the Lippo Bank until now. Sample that was used is the e-banking transactions and fee based  income of  PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk for 4 years (year 2014-2017).  The variable that was researched covered the free variable that is the e-banking transactions.  Whereas the variable was tied was fee based income.  This study was carried out by using the analysis technique of simple linear regression  and for the data processing used spss the version 16,0. Were based on results of the testing of the hypothesis α = 5%  df = n-k =2  was received t <sub>table</sub> is 4.302 and t<sub>counted</sub> is 11,855 (t <sub>counted</sub> &gt; t <sub>table</sub>) so the conclution H<sub>0</sub> was refused and H<sub>a</sub>  was accepted, that means there is positive and significant influence the e-banking transactions to fee based income PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya keluhan pengunjung tentang kualitas fasilitas wisata yang ada di lokasi pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu yang buruk dan belum memuaskan mereka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 69 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,6%, sedangkan sisanya 76,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dalam hal ini variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. This research aims to know the influence of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The background of this research is too many visitors complaints about their dissatisfactions. Some of them disappointed with the quality of tourism facilities in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. This is a quantitative research and use simple linear  regression technique. This research use questionnaires with 69 visitors as samples and data processing with Software SPSS. From this research researcher know that the quality of tourism facilities have positive and significant influence to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The contributes  of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction are  23,6% and 76,4% explained by others variables. The  quality of  tourism facilities have positive effects  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs.

Based on observations by researchers at MI Syafa’at Pesantren, there are still manystudents who are not used to saying greetings and shake hands with the teacherwhile at school. Based on this, the researcher wants to know how the influencebetween the theories that have been studied in the classroom is given by the teacherthrough the Akidah Akhlak subjects by applying the habit of greeting and shakinghands. Therefore the formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence ofmoral akidah subjects on the habit of greeting and shaking hands of students. Thisstudy aims to determine whether there is an effect of moral akidah lessons on thehabit of greeting and shaking hands by class 4 students MISyafa’atPesantrenTembelang Jombang. This study is a type of correlational researchendexpost facto with a quantitative approach. Correlational research is a study that isintended to determine whether there is a relationship between two or severalvariables. Expost facto said because in this study no treatment was made on the objectof research but only revealed the facts to the respondent. The researcher uses apopulation sample, all members of the population are used as a sample, namely allstudents in grade IV MI Syafa’at Pesantren25 students. The instrument in this studyused a questionnaire to retrieve data. The data analysis technique used in this studyis simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the data and the results of theresearch and the hypothesis testing that has been done, the calculation resultsobtained obtained the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.599 which means that 59.9% ofthe habit of saying greetings and shaking hands can be influenced by moral aqlahsubjects. While the remaining 40.1% are influenced by other variables besides thestudents' moral akidah subjects. In addition, the Annova calculation obtained Fcountof 34.302>Ftable 4.26 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Paired with theCoeffisients calculation, tcount = 9.819>ttable 1.710 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. That is, there isa significant influence between moral akidah subjects to the habit of greeting andshaking hands of grade 4 students MI Syafa’at Pesantren.

This research aims to determine how much influence the funding of UED-SP on the efforts of rural communities in agriculture in the District of Bantan. The type of data from this research is quantitative using primary and secondary data. The population in this research were all customers who borrowed UED-SP in agriculture in the District of Bantan, amounting to 261 people, while the sample taken was as many as 158 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence between the funding of UED-SP on the effectiveness of rural communities in the agriculture sector of Bantan District, with a percentage value of 54.4%.

This study aims to determine whether economic growth, population, and local original income affect regional spending in the Main District in Jambi Province. The data used in this study are secondary data for 5 years, namely from 2012 to 2016. The variables used are regional expenditure, economic growth, population, and locally-generated revenue(PAD) in Parent Regencies in Jambi Province. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression using panel data. The results of data processing obtained the following results. First, economic growth does not significantly influence regional spending. Second, the population has a significant influence on regional spending. Third, the PAD has a significant effect on regional expenditure. Fourth, when viewed together it can be concluded that only PAD has a positive and significant effect, while economic growth and population do not affect regional spending in Parent Regencies in Jambi Province. Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf lifestyle, an overview of purchase decision, and  the influence of lifestyle on purchase decision employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 130 respondents. Abstract: This study aims to find out, 1) learning outcomes scouting members, 2) the religious character of scout member MI Datok Sulaiman Putra Palopo section, and 3) the influence of scouting education on the formation of religious character of MI Datok Sulaiman part Boy Palopo. This research uses ex post facto research. The result of descriptive statistic analysis shows that the average score of learning scout education result of scout member MI Datok Sulaiman Palopo is 89,4737 from ideal score 100 with standard devias i = 3,95062 and variance = 15,607. Highest score (maximum) = 96 and lowest score (minimum) = 81. Result of inferential statistic analysis using inferential statistic by using simple linear regression obtained that correlation of r value equal to 0,631 show strong correlation and kofesien determinan equal to 39,8%. This shows that there is a significant influence between scouting education on the formation of religious character of Scout members. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, 1) hasil belajar pendidikan kepramukaan anggota pramuka, 2) karakter religius anggota pramuka MI Datok Sulaiman Bagian Putra Palopo, dan 3) pengaruh pendidikan kepramukaan terhadap pembentukan karakter religius anggota pramuka MI Datok Sulaiman Bagian Putra Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Teknik dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan data yang bersumber dari arsip. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa skor ratarata hasil belajar pendidikan kepramukaan anggota pramuka MI Datok Sulaiman Palopo adalah sebesar 89,4737 dari skor ideal 100 dengan standar devias i= 3,95062 dan variansi = 15,607. Skor tertinggi (maksimum) = 96 dan skor terendah (minimum) = 81. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana diperoleh bahwa korelasi nilai r sebesar 0,631 menunjukkan korelasi kuat serta kofesien determinan yaitu sebesar 39,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa benar terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan kepramukaan terhadap pembentukan karakter religius anggota pramuka.

Tourism has been an icon of countless regions in Indonesia since the founding of "Visit to Indonesia" in 2009 by the Government. All efforts were made by stakeholders (Government, managers of tourism destination, hotels and surrounding communities) in order to increase the visit of local tourist (Wiscal), archipelagic tourist (Wisnu) and foreign tourists (Wisman), one of the method is by implementing Saptapesona. The goal of this research is to distinguish the influence of reception of society of Sidoarjo toward marine ecotourism development through the implementation of Saptapesona. The type of this study is quantitative with data acquisition technique through observation and questionnaire, distributed to tourism managers, village and district government staff, and tourists in three different locations namely Sedati, Candi, and Jabon respectively for about 144 respondents. The data analysis was using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of community receptions on the development of marine ecotourism.

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on the Retention of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat, while the population and sample in this study were 68 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression by conducting a regression test, the results of this study indicate that Career Development has a significant influence on the Retention of State Civil Apparatus. This is evidenced by the results of t-test where tcount> ttable (17,992> 1,677), while the amount of Career Development that is proven by Rsquare is 0.831 or (83.1%), while the remaining 16.9 %% is influenced by other variables
