Arabic is a universal language, Learning Arabic cannot be separated from the social and environmental environment that surrounds it. Learning Arabic requires adaptation to the environment which is an integral part of educational institutions. Students are part of the learning process, after formal education is complete, then they again become one of the important elements in society. Non-verbal language is statement forms of personality or personality traits that are manifested in body movements. Arabic is also an interesting study, where Arabic is one of the dominant Semitic languages ​​and still persists today. Based on the focus of the study, this study aims to describe: The Implementation of Learning Arabic non-verbal communication with Body Language as a cross-cultural kinesic understanding. This research is "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. Data processing is carried out by conducting study activities, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. While data analysis in this study was carried out during and after data collection using descriptive-critical-comparative methods, and content analysis methods. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that: 1) In its development language became a feature of a culture. At a minimum it becomes a differentiator between one community and another in terms of language use. 2) Since the first year of his life in the world, children take part in conversations using body language and non-verbal cues. Then little by little they learn linguistic codes of language, how codes represent objects, events and types of relationships between objects and events. They learn how to send and receive orders with spoken language. 3) The role of Arabic in national culture has taken an important part since the development of Islam in the archipelago in the XIII century and its role is still felt lexically and semantically

Adanya fenomena disrupsi digital menyebabkan praktik passing off tidak hanya ditemukan dalam pasar konvensional namun juga dalam perdagangan elektronik, yaitu pada bentuk digital platform marketplace. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, pertama, mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai pelindungan hukum merek terkenal terhadap passing off atas merek terkenal pada digital platform marketplace di Indonesia. Kedua, mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai tindakan hukum yang dapat dilakukan pemilik merek terkenal terhadap pedagang dan penyedia digital platform marketplace terhadap passing off pada digital platform marketplace. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif-analitis yang menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif serta menganalisis data dengan metode normatif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu studi kepustakaan dengan mengakaji data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2016 tentang MIG dan Undang-Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE, pemilik merek terkenal memiliki pelindungan hukum atas praktik passing off yang dilakukan dalam digital platform marketplace dan dapat melakukan tindakan-tindakan seperti mengajukan gugatan ganti rugi dengan memohon ganti rugi baik materil maupun immateril serta dapat mengajukan gugatan kepada Pengadilan Niaga sebagai bentuk ultimatum remedium. Namun untuk mendapatkan pelindungan lebih komprehensif pemilik merek terkenal haruslah mendaftarkan mereknya terlebih dahulu dan juga sebelum mengajukan gugatan dapat melakukan pengaduan kepada masing-masing digital platform marketplace. The phenomenon of digital disruption causes the practice of passing off not only found in conventional markets but also in electronic commerce, which is a digital platform marketplace. This research aims to, first gain an understanding of the legal protection of well-known marks against passing off on the digital platform marketplace in Indonesia and second, gains an understanding of legal actions that can be done by well-known marks owners towards traders and digital platform marketplace providers towards passing off on the digital platform marketplace. This research is in the form of descriptive-analytical using a juridical-normative approach and analyzing data with normative-qualitative methods. The data collection technique used is library research by assessing secondary data. The results showed that based on Law No. 20 of 2016 on Marks and GI and Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 on EIT, it said that the owner of well-known marks has legal protection for the practice of passing off carried out in the digital platform marketplace and can take actions such as filing a claim for compensation by requesting compensation both material and immaterial and can file a lawsuit to the Commercial Court as a form of ultimatum remedium. In order to have full protection, the owner of the well-known mark must register the trademark first and also before filing a lawsuit can make a complaint to each digital platform marketplace.

Implementation of 2013 Curriculum in Indonesia with a scientific approach shows that most learning activities are directly related to communication. This study aims to describe: failure of teaching classical Islamic education in a monological verbal communication perspective. This research is "Digital Library Research" The research data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. Data processing is carried out by conducting study activities, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. While the data analysis in this study was carried out during and after data collection using descriptive-critical-comparative methods, and content analysis methods. From the results of the analysis concluded that: failure of teaching Islamic religious education classically in the perspective of monological verbal communication is influenced by several factors including 1) Psychological reasons: That there can be some students who can not catch what the teacher said well and there are also some students who have limitations to understand teacher explanations, and some are not able to digest various teacher explanations for too long, or some have various limitations in some of the above aspects, simultaneously, so that the effectiveness of teaching becomes very disturbed. 2) Emotional Reason: That indeed there are students who have limitations in learning participation in Islam because of the form of delivery, either because they are in an angry atmosphere, feel embarrassed because of being humiliated by the teacher, fear or feeling displeased with the teacher delivering the subject of Religious Education Islam. All these emotional symptoms will interfere with the effectiveness of delivering teaching materials from the teacher to students. 3) Cultural Reasons (Culture): namely that among students there are those who have cultural constraints in the communication process, such as weaknesses in understanding various clues, or weaknesses in understanding the symbols used in communication, so that the process of delivering information on Religious Education becomes ineffective. This study aims to identify the factors that determine the success of a learner in language learning. The study used library research methods through procedures, namely data collection, reading and recording data, and data processing. Data collection technique used was documentation with instruments in the form of data cards. Data analysis technique used content analysis. The results showed that the success of learners in language learning was influenced by several factors, namely factors related to students, factors related to teachers, factors related to the learning environment, and factors related to the social environment. Therefore, language teachers must identify the factors that can influence the success of language learning in their class and accommodate all the factors that influence the success of language learning, otherwise the factors that influence failure must be avoided.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>

This research is an attempt to know the courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran by Imam Nawawi. The question that is to be answered through this study is (1) how the courtesy to read Al-Quran in the book At-Tibyan, (2) How does the relevance of courtesy to read the Qur'an in the book of At-Tibyan in contemporary times? The research methods use library research. This study is conducted using data collection techniques by conducting observations on certain sources, seeking, studying books, articles, journals, theses or others related to this study. Data collection is divided into two sources, namely primary and secondary data. Then the data are analyzed using descriptive and contextual methods. The results show that courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran includes: Solemn, sincere, ethical, clean and holy State, facing the Qibla, start with Ta'awudz. While the relevance of courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran with the context of contemporary can be a solution in improving the manners of interacting with the Quran, especially in the face of today's characteristics or contemporary.

The purpose of this research itself is to determine the market position PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia in the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group) and formulating strategies to maintain market share. This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive methods. While this research data collection technique uses secondary data based on written documents in the form of sales results and market share PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. The calculation result of BCG Matrix owned by PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia shows that the company is in the position of Cash Cows where the position has a medium market growth with high market share. The discussion in this research is terrorism from the perspective of Islamic criminal law (fiqih jinayah). The problem that becomes the focus of research is how terrorism is in the review of Islamic criminal law or jinnayah fiqh. Qualitative research, the source of which is library research, is the method used in research. There are two kinds of data sources in this research, namely primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection and analysis uses literature review research. The data were analyzed using the Islamic criminal law theory approach. So as a result of this research that acts of terrorism are not justified in Islamic teachings. The birth of this action is because the perpetrators have shallow thoughts or have very minimal thoughts and have political goals to harm themselves and others. They even consider this act as Jihad, even though in fact it is not a jihad but an act that brings fear to potential victims.

ABSTRACTFree Number of larvae (ABJ) in RW 15, Wonokusumo Village is 85%. However, the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still high, ie 17 cases. The high incidence rate of DHF is due to the interaction between host, agent and environment. Host in terms of behavior, dengue virus as an agent and environment derived from the surrounding conditions that can cause and trigger the spread of DHF. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of host and environment behavior to the occurrence of DHF in RW 15. This research using cross sectional design. Random sampling using the guy method. How to calculate the method guy is 10% of the population so that obtained a sample of 78 respondents. Primary data collection technique is done through indepth interview and filling questionnaire. Secondary data collection was obtained from Wonokusumo Puskemas report and report from Surabaya City Health Office. The research was conducted in RW 15. The result of bivariate statistic test showed significant relation between knowledge, attitude, action and environment against DHF incidence with p> α, 0,00> 0,05. The conclusion of this research is that there is host and environment interaction to DHF incidence. Suggestion of this research is procurement of work program every month, independent larvae monitoring movement by society and 3M movement plus every week on Thursday and procurement of training of cadre jumantik about how and regulation of dosage of abate powder according to dose.Keywords: host behavior, environment, disease Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever

Abstract. Research in this thesis is a type of descriptive research. The data used in this study is secondary data with primary legal material in the form of Al-Qur'anul Karim, Compilation of Islamic Law, Law No. 1 of 1974, Law No. 48 of 2009 on the Power of Justice. While the approach the author uses is juridical normative. The author uses data collection techniques or library research in accordance with PERMA No. 1 Year 2019 on The Administration of Cases and Hearings in the Court conducted electronically, however, the facts that occurred, the absence of the respondent at the court on the grounds that the existence of PSBB, although the call has been made officially and appropriately. In the examination of the Respondent from the attorney general the applicant submits an application to the panel of judges to continue the trial and examine the respondent via video call. The results of this study showed that the discretion of the Judge in deciding the divorce lawsuit through a video call in the Brass Religious Court, the judge prioritized the principle of justice and efficacy for the community, especially to the litigants. Abstrak. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan bahan hukum primer berupa Al-Qur’anul Karim, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, Undang-undang No. 1 Tahun 1974, Undang-Undang No. 48 Tahun 2009 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman. Sementara pendekatan yang penulis gunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data atau library research Sesuai dengan PERMA No. 1 Tahun 2019 tentang Adminsitrasi Perkara dan Persidangan di Pengadilan dilakukan secara elektronik, Namun, Fakta yang terjadi, ketidakhadiran dari termohon di persidangan dengan alasan saat itu adanya PSBB, meskipun telah dilakukan panggilan secara resmi dan patut. Dalam pemeriksaan Termohon dari kuasa hukum pemohon mengajukan permohonan kepada majelis hakim untuk tetap melanjutkan persidangan dan memeriksa pihak termohon melalui video call. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diskresi Hakim dalam memutus perkara gugatan cerai talak melalui video call di Pengadilan Agama Kuningan, hakim mengutamakan asas keadilan dan kemanfatan bagi masyarakat, khususnya kepada pihak yang berperkara.
