Improving the quality ef education management begins with the improvement of human resources schools, principals as school managers need to have a high competence. To assume the principal's office is necessary to prepare the candidates who meet the qualifications and competence Goals of this study to obtain strategy to get quality education through ; first competency mapping pricipal candidate, second; competency mapping for the principal candidates in terms of the total competence of the principal, third competency mapping principal candidate from each principal aspects of competence. Surory approach use for this study data analysis with kuantitatif descriptive. Collecting data principal of competency with instmment by paper and pencil Result of this study to Mapping of Competence Principal Candidate, first Mapping competencies for prospective principals principals only 3% of the candidates included in the category of high competence, and 46% of the principal candidates have been category, 51 % belong to low or very low. Second mapping competencies of principal are acquired 63% of the principal candidates have mastered the managerial competence and social competence, for competence and personal entrepreneurship 4 3% of the principal candidates master the competence, the competence for supervision while the only 26% controlled by the principal candidate. Third Mapping competencies for managerial competence, entrepreneurship, personal, supervision and social, there are some competencies have mastery and any competece have not master. Based on mapping results, the implication of this study are : for the competence of managerial skills development priorities through education and training or workshop activities. For entrepreneurial competencies need to be trained to think of creative and innovative capabilities through case studies. For the supervision competencies need to be trained through simulation. For social competence and personality is only required to guide them through regular meetings. A study towards teachers in the area of Bogor municipality is done on the premise that teachers should have some competence that can support their success in carrying out assigned tasks. One of the competence is a must have managerial competency, which is a competency that necessary mainly because teachers hold two different tasks and they are a central issue, namely the task of teaching and task of classroom management. The classroom management is one aspect of managerial competence of teachers which is very important in order to master the learning process. The failure of teacher in achieving the goal of learning is directly proportional to the inability of teachers in managing classes. In this study, data uncovered that managerial skills of teachers can be improved through teacher’s skills in managing the classroom.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

This study was aimed to determine the difference of adolescents’ social competence based on their mothers’ working and non-working status and parenting styles. The interaction between mothers’ work status and their parenting styles in determining adolescents’ social competence was also tested. A total number of 292 Junior High School students whose ages ranged from 11 to15 years old were involved in this study. Data were collected using online questionnaires of social Competence and parenting styles and were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The results reveal no difference in social competence between adolescents whose mothers are working and those whose mothers are not working. However, a significant difference of the adolescents’ social competence was found when it is based on mothers’ parenting styles. The result also shows no interaction between mothers’ working status and their parenting styles.Keywords: Social competence, adolescents, work status, parenting style, mother Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kompetensi sosial pada remaja dengan ibu bekerja dan tidak bekerja dan perbedaan kompetensi sosial pada remaja ditinjau dari pola asuh ibu. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara status pekerjaan ibu dengan pola asuh ibu dalam menentukan kompetensi sosial. Partisipan penelitian adalah 292 remaja siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang berusia antara 11-15 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk koleksi data adalah skala Kompetensi Sosial dan Skala Pola Asuh Ibu. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Two Way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kompetensi sosial pada remaja dengan ibu bekerja dan tidak bekerja. Namun, terdapat perbedaan kompetensi sosial pada remaja ditinjau dari pola asuh ibu. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan tidak terdapat interaksi antara status pekerjaan ibu dengan pola asuh ibu dalam menentukan kompetensi sosial remaja.

The study aimed to identify the impact of Performance management’s dimensions (Task performance & Contextual performance) on improving human resources management’s elements in Al Hikmah Pharmaceutical Company. The study sample consisted of the employees working of Al Hikmah Pharmaceutical Company where 302 questionnaires were distributed to the employees working in in the company in Jordan; (12) questionnaires were excluded because they were not valid for analysis. The study used the descriptive analytical method. The study data was collected through a specially designed questionnaire for this purpose. The results of the study showed that the performance management factors (Task performance & Contextual performance) factors in Al Hikmah pharmaceutical company, the values of their arithmetic averages ranged between (3.675- 4.149) and according to the adopted scale, all these values are (high), which confirms the presence of a high impact of both performance management factors on all factors of human resources management in Al hikmah company. The study also showed that there is a discrepancy in the amount of the impact of performance management factors on the stages of human resources management’s elements, as follows: 1-The training and development. factor came first, 2-The organizational culture. factor came second, 3-The evaluate performance factor came third. Human resources management’s elements have been influenced to a lesser extent by the performance management factors. Based on the study results, researcher recommended the necessity of adapting Performance management by administration's leaders so as to develop the human resources department’s elements in the company because this contributes to raise productivity of it, which also means bigger market share, better revenues, best quality, then driving organization to achieve its goals.

This study evaluated the Program of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) at SMP Negeri 1 Selo. This type of research was evaluative research with CIPP model which conducted based on Context, Input, Process and Product in the implementation of DRR Program. Data collection techniques were done using interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis in this study included data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. This study used triangulation to validate the datas. The results showed: (1) in the Context of evaluation, the DRR Education Program at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is categorized as good, because it is in accordance with the needs of the school. The school is not only getting support from outside parties, but also having clear goals, backgrounds, and requirements for organizing. (2) In evaluating Input, this program answers the needs of school. The number of human resources involved and competent is sufficient. Facilities and infrastructure as well as funds are also adequate. The mechanism that the school has is clear and detailed. Program input is considered good. (3) In the Process, most activities (3-5 activities) can be carried out well. Human resources are fulfilled and functioning. Funding is available but inefficient and there is a lack of infrastructure. In general, the implementation has followed the mechanism. The DRR process at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is considered reasonable, (4) In the Product, most of the activities in DRR Program were achieved, the knowledge and the skills of school members were significantly improved but the attitude/concern of school members to disasters had not increased significantly and it had a considerable impact. Thus, the products were considered fair. Based on the results of the research, sustainability policy can be taken. The program should be continued with improvements of mechanism especially in the form of scheduling and plan of program sustainability and improvement of infrastructure facilities.

This study aims to examine the effect of self efficacy and social competence on HR performance and in moderation of Islamic work ethic. The research problem is how to improve the performance of human resources through self efficacy and social competence with moderation of Islamic work ethic. The sampel of this research was the employees of the Department of Regional Finance of Semarang Regency consisting of 102 respondents. Regression analysis was done with Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software, and it was used also to analyze the data. The result of the analysis showed that self efficacy and social competence have a significant effect on HR performance with moderation of Islamic work ethic. These empirical findings indicate that self-efficacy has a significant effect on HR performance; Social competence has a significant effect on HR performance; social competence has significant effect on self efficacy; Islamic work ethic moderates the effect of competence on self efficacy; Islamic work ethic moderates the effect of self efficacy on HR performance; and Islamic work ethic moderates the effect of social competence on HR performance.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Social Competence, Islamic Work Ethics and HR Performance

The purpose of this research is to know the success of benchmarking of madrasah head in transforming madrasah, to know benchmarking of head of madrasah, to know transformation that happened at madrasah, and to know benchmarking of madrasah head to transform madrasah. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the model of Miles and Huberman and data validity technique uses triangulation data. The results show that the success of madrasah head benchmarking in transforming with active commitment in managing madrasah, understanding the advantages and weaknesses of madrasah, innovating in madrasah, and applying benchmarking results in madrasah. Benchmarking process is self-evaluation of madrasah program, comparison with referral madrasah, reflection of madrasah performance and backbiting towards benchmarking of madrasah. The madrasah transformation covers the aspects of input, process transformation in madrasah, transformation of madrasah output and transformation of madrasah culture. The conclusion of this research can be seen that through benchmarking the head of madrasah can make the head of madrasah do madrasah transformation. The implication of this research is that benchmarking done by head of madrasah is not necessarily self-done. This requires the responsibility and commitment of all madrasahs in it, managerial skills, adequate human resources, and empowerment of all personnel in the madrasah.

Every citizen has the same rights to obtain the education, including for children with disabilities. However, from the current researchers there are several problems faced with the implementation of Extraordinary School (SLB) education in Central Java Province, which is the limitation of human resources policy, budget and infrastructure facilities. This research aims to observe and conduct analysis of the policy reform of Sekolah Luar Biasa (Extraordinary School) of Education management in Central Java Province and supporting factors and inhibitors of SLB education management policy conducted by the government of Central Java Province. The research method used by researchers is qualitative, with data collection using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the policy reform of SLB Education management in Central Java Province in the field of apparatus resources still need to be addressed because still many who have not been literate with technology. However, it does not affect them in the service given to the community. These recommendations given improving the quality and quantity are human resources apparatus through the technology and training. The addition of personnel, development of infrastructure adapted to disabled, master data collection and budget adjustments. Preparation of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) sustained to the LAW No 8 in 2016 about the disabled. Indonesia is the 4th largest country in Southeast Asia with a population of 262 million which needs to be considered the success rate of its human resources, because of a strong country that has a strong foundation, one example is the intelligence of human resources. Global competition proves that HR requires strong competence in all fields, generally in the field of technology. However, the lack of equitable education, as well as the conventional education system, makes the country of Indonesia far behind compared to other neighboring countries. The challenge of this 4.0 era is an opportunity to bring up the development of a combination of Industry 4.0 and the education curriculum in Indonesia. There are four issues why the Indonesian education system and curriculum needs to be reviewed. Where there is a literature study and SWOT analysis method used as a reference in solving problems and there is a significant scope. In this paper, competencies are needed to enable success between the integration of education management and the industrial era 4.0 which will be discussed and analyzed based on the facts and reality of the education system in Indonesia which can then be presented in a comprehensive curriculum.

This study aims to describe a number of things that include planning processes for improving management quality through school programs, the process of implementing school programs, evaluating school programs, constraints and solving problems encountered in implementing strategies to improve management quality through school programs. The type of research used is case study research using a qualitative approach. In case study research, researchers go directly to the field to observe and explore data from research objects. Data collection is done using interview techniques, observations, field notes and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained. First, planning activities for improving the quality of management through school programs is a design to follow up on previous programs after program evaluation. Secondly, the programs included religious formation, intelligent child development, sympathetic teacher formation, and the creation of a beautiful environment. Third, supervision of program implementation is carried out internally and externally. Fourth, the constraints faced in implementing school programs to improve the quality of education management are the management of human resources and management of facilities and infrastructure that are still weak so that it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of school programs and make improvements with more disciplined management of human resources and management school facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: strategy, quality management, and school program
