This study evaluated the Program of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) at SMP Negeri 1 Selo. This type of research was evaluative research with CIPP model which conducted based on Context, Input, Process and Product in the implementation of DRR Program. Data collection techniques were done using interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis in this study included data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. This study used triangulation to validate the datas. The results showed: (1) in the Context of evaluation, the DRR Education Program at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is categorized as good, because it is in accordance with the needs of the school. The school is not only getting support from outside parties, but also having clear goals, backgrounds, and requirements for organizing. (2) In evaluating Input, this program answers the needs of school. The number of human resources involved and competent is sufficient. Facilities and infrastructure as well as funds are also adequate. The mechanism that the school has is clear and detailed. Program input is considered good. (3) In the Process, most activities (3-5 activities) can be carried out well. Human resources are fulfilled and functioning. Funding is available but inefficient and there is a lack of infrastructure. In general, the implementation has followed the mechanism. The DRR process at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is considered reasonable, (4) In the Product, most of the activities in DRR Program were achieved, the knowledge and the skills of school members were significantly improved but the attitude/concern of school members to disasters had not increased significantly and it had a considerable impact. Thus, the products were considered fair. Based on the results of the research, sustainability policy can be taken. The program should be continued with improvements of mechanism especially in the form of scheduling and plan of program sustainability and improvement of infrastructure facilities.

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. <p> </p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">Indonesian Muslims are faced with the realities of life that are multi-ethnic, religious, cultural and linguistic. It must be responded critically as early as possible. The understanding of diversity (multiculturalism) should truly be the foundation of all components of the Muslim community without exception for the students. Therefore this paper intends to answer 1) material content of Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak, and 2) Development and contextualization of Qur'an Hadith material in daily life. This research was categorized as field research and literature study. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis was through two models, namely content analysis and Miles and Huberman's model which involved analysis steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification. The authors’ findings on this study are that the content of the Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out by expanding the reading, the meaning of the implementation of tolerance, social ethics, justice, deliberation / democracy concepts which are constructed from the Islamic universal values and moderation (washathiyah) so they can foster a tolerant and empathy (alturism) attitutes to human beings as a manifestation of an obedient servant.</p>

The formation of national character which is mandated through education in schools at every level, but in its implementation has not given optimal results. The Strengthening Character Education Program designed by the government focuses on three main activities, namely Strengthening Class-Based Character Education, Strengthening Community-Based Character Education, and Strengthening School-Based Character Education. Strengthening Community-Based Character Education is intended to support and strengthen the character education that has been given in classrooms and schools. This study discusses local wisdom that is still adhered to by the indigenous people of Kampung Naga as a reinforcement for community-based character education. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis is based on Miles & Huberman (2014), in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the indigenous people of Kampung Naga reflect the main character values contained in Character Strengthening Education. These character values include religion, nationalism, cooperation, independence, integrity, and cooperation. The manifestation of these character values can be seen in their lives, both physically (in the form of houses, clothes, and furniture), social (life of social interaction, cooperation, deliberation system), and culture (certain arts and ceremonies). warning). Therefore, the indigenous people of Kampung Naga can be used as school partners as a learning resource for Strengthening Community-Based Character Education.

The purpose of this research is to know the success of benchmarking of madrasah head in transforming madrasah, to know benchmarking of head of madrasah, to know transformation that happened at madrasah, and to know benchmarking of madrasah head to transform madrasah. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the model of Miles and Huberman and data validity technique uses triangulation data. The results show that the success of madrasah head benchmarking in transforming with active commitment in managing madrasah, understanding the advantages and weaknesses of madrasah, innovating in madrasah, and applying benchmarking results in madrasah. Benchmarking process is self-evaluation of madrasah program, comparison with referral madrasah, reflection of madrasah performance and backbiting towards benchmarking of madrasah. The madrasah transformation covers the aspects of input, process transformation in madrasah, transformation of madrasah output and transformation of madrasah culture. The conclusion of this research can be seen that through benchmarking the head of madrasah can make the head of madrasah do madrasah transformation. The implication of this research is that benchmarking done by head of madrasah is not necessarily self-done. This requires the responsibility and commitment of all madrasahs in it, managerial skills, adequate human resources, and empowerment of all personnel in the madrasah.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of archive learning based on the Kurikulum 2013 conducted by XII students in Office Administration at the SMK Negeri 1 Tepus. This is a evaluative study in which the methods used are Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP). Data collection is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman consists of data collection, data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and conclusions (conclusions / verification). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of archive learning is considered, starting with preparing syllabus and lesson plans (RPP) so that they can be implemented in the classroom starting from Opening Activities, Core Activities, and Closing Activities. However, in real practice, these activities are considered to be less in line with the implementation of the Kurikulum 2013 because there have been many obstacles felt by teachers, students, and school infrastructure.

This research uses qualitative approach with case study. Data collection technique is done by (1) depth interview, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation. Data were analyzed by interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Validity checking is done with credibility test, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The formation of noble character through the application of affective education that is represented in attitudes, attitudes, and gentle attitudes there is convincing evidence can have positive implications for the increase in awareness of worship, academic achievement, and the laudable behavior of learners in elementary education. Attentiveness creates an atmosphere of learning directed, controlled and measurable. The activity of the teacher's soul is focused on the condition of the learners to be understood, understood, evaluated and improved and optimized for their potential, and supported by the attitude of affection which creates a warm learning atmosphere and harmony in communicating between teachers and learners. The activity of the soul of the teacher who respects, loves, recognizes and upholds the existence of the learners is reflected in his attitude of a loving and loving parent towards his child and equipped with gentle attitude in creating a comfortable learning atmosphere (learning is fun), happy, passionate and fresh. The humanist, democratic and integrating human soul activity is reflected in its gentle, attractive, warm, empathetic, earthy, selfish, arrogant and authoritarian manner.

Human resource management is oriented to optimizing a working system in an organization. Kindergarten teacher development management is needed to meet the qualifications so that all teachers are able to have competence in the field of early childhood education so as to improve the quality of educational institutions, Early childhood is a golden age or golden age, so in learning kindergarten teachers do not only act as a conveyer of information to students However, teachers are required to have the ability and understand the uniqueness of each student in order to help them in various difficulties in developing creativity and learning. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding become the data analysis techniques in this study. The research findings show that teacher development at TK IT Nur Al Izhar is done by coaching, counseling, mentoring, motivating, and empowering through; 1) professional training, 2) collective activities of teachers such as Clusters, IGTKI, KKG, and PGRI, 3) participation in scientific forums in the form of technical guidance, workshops, seminars, 4) mentoring the learning process.

The aims of this research is to analyze context, input, process, and product of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping. The type of this research is evaluative research with a qualitative approach and use an evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Process, Input, Product)by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques with observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis of this data using data reduction and conclusion. The results of this study are (1) in the context component, the goals and objectives of Tahfidz Al-qur’an program have been a means category that has a purpose to inculcate the Quranic values and familiarize the atmosphere of the Qur’an in life. (2) in the input, the component shows that the input of teachers, methods, and facilities have been a quite good category, but in teacher input still lack educator to guide tahfidz to be more effective in guiding, while input means to study Tahfidz still less comfortable because there is no place specifically so as not to disturbed student concentration (3) in the process component shows that the implementation schedule is held every day, the target of memorization is 2 juz, but in the achievement of the target, not all student can achieve 2 juz (4) in the product, component shows the results and impact of the Tahfidz program can be categorized well. And the completeness of the achievement of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program has a value 50 % and categorized “means”.

Education is a government effort to educate the people of Indonesia, as mandated in the opening of the Constitution 1945, Human resources education is an important factor for the success of an education that must be managed with the most, because with the management of human resources education this educational institution can produce quality graduatesto realize the quality of the college graduates are required a qualified HR lecturer through the management of human resources in the University of Kutai Kartanegara. Human Resource Management (MSDM) is managing recruitment, selection, awarding, efforts to maintain assessment and promotion of personnel to gain the welfare or sanction of the institutions. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the mechanism of HR recruitment. 2 To describe the efforts to increase HR capability. (3) to describe the HR career level. (4) to describe the welfare of human resources. (5) to describe the process of termination or termination of human resources at Kutai Kartanegara University. This method of research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are conducted with; Interviews, observations, photography, and documentation. Data was analyzed by the interactive model Milles Huberman (1994), namely; Data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion. Data validity checks are conducted to test credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study found (1) Therecruitment of resources lecturer in education and teaching is determined by the quality of lecturers. (2) Improving the resource capability of lecturers measured through performance. 3 Career Enhancement lecturer conducted with the implementation of college followers (4) Lecturers get guaranteed income, based on the performance report of lecturers (5) dismissal and sanctions system and award based monitoring, performance of lecturers using a written record system.
