Development and empowerment are things that are commonly discussed for the progress and change of the nation at this time. One of the efforts of the village government in overcoming the problem of poverty is the formation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). This study aims: 1) to explain the social conditions of the people of Teluk Terate Village, 2) to explain how to empower the community's economy through BUMDES. 3) to explain how the results of community economic empowerment through BUMDES. In this study, I used descriptive qualitative research methods with field research. The results of this study indicate that the community feels helped by the existence of BUMDES Sabar Subur. 1) One of them is by sending a number of residents who are unemployed due to low education factors to the Manpower Services Unit, 2) Community economic empowerment through BUMDES runs well through the stages of awareness, training, mentoring and evaluation. And has several business units such as Sharia Microfinance Institution Business Unit (LKMS), Training and Employment Business Unit, Production and Trade Business Unit and Service and Rental Business Unit. 3) With the existence of this business unit, the people of Teluk Terate Village already have a business of cassava chips, catfish farms, and several quite large stalls. And seen from the inhibiting factors, it is hoped that the management of BUMDES can be even better with innovations and new BUMDES board members.

The pandemic period that hit Indonesia in 2020 has a real impact on underprivileged people in the Lamongan area, especially in the village of Sidomukti. The economic impact is felt by all parties so that when the Thematic KKN Universitas BIllfath is carried out one group, namely group 6 carries out Social Service activities. Social service is aimed at underprivileged people who are also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Before social service is carried out, the data collection process needs to be carried out to obtain definite data regarding the underprivileged people who are targeted. This data collection is carried out with the hope that the funds distributed will be right on target to the people in need. This data collection method is carried out in collaboration with the village government by looking at the data that is owned by the village government and going directly to the field to ensure the accuracy of the data. The results of the data collection show that there are 30 families classified as underprivileged and deserving of social assistance funds. The data obtained were then submitted to the social service fund distribution team for immediate follow-up.

The community service program aims to provide knowledge to the village government and village community about the potential of Tanah Merah Village and assistance in mapping the potential of the village. With this service activity, it is expected that the knowledge of the village government and the village community about the potential of the village owned will increase so that the results of the village discussion will be decided upon which business units will be formed to develop the Tamer Mandiri BUMDes business unit. The method used in this activity is to conduct pre-test, counseling, simulation, question and answer, post test, and evaluation. The results of the community service activities are as expected, namely an increase in knowledge of village potential mapping and an understanding that each village must have the potential to be developed into the BUMDes Tamer Mandiri business unit.

Abstract : One of the priority programs mandated by Law No. 6/2014 on traditional villages or villages in Indonesia is the establishment of BUMDes. BUMDes or for West Sumatra Province is called BUMNag, is a business entity formed by the village government which aims to improve the economy in the village and can take advantage of the potential that exists in the village, so as to improve the welfare of the people in the village. However, not all villages have been able to establish BUMNag, one of which is Nagari Padang Tarok. Therefore, researchers want to see what are the obstacles faced by Nagari Padang Tarok, so that BUMNag has not yet been established. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling technique and in data collection used in-depth interviews. The results of this study found the obstacles faced by the Padang Tarok Nagari Government in establishing BUMNag, namely that the village government prioritized physical development, difficulty finding business units and lack of human resources. The focus of the village government in physical development in Nagari Padang Tarok has a positive impact on the community, road access is getting better between jorong and another, irrigation in the fields is starting to run smoothly, health and education facilities are starting to be adequate.

The development of community-based tourism has developed quite rapidly. Indonesia is one of the countries that have the potential to develop community based tourism by promoting local culture. Setanggor Village is a tourist village that uses the concept of community-based tourism. Thus, the author wants to know more about Community Based Tourism (CBT) management and the supporting and inhibiting factors of Community Based Tourism (CBT) management in the Setanggor tourist village. Using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, the authors found that the people of Setanggor Village are involved in controlling, managing, and developing tourism. In terms of supporting factors, the village government has quite a lot of development funding assistance. In addition, the village community is quite active in tourism development. However, the social status between communities and the bureaucracy of village organizations became the main problems found.

This study aims to investigate the multiplier effects of business run by pesantren in economic, education, and social fields. It is a field research conducted in Pesantren Walindo, Siwalan district, Pekalongan. By using qualitative approach, the data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The presence of the researcher was the key point in obtaining the data. The deep interview was conducted to some related parties, such as kyai, managers, and santri (students). This study reveals several findings. First, there is significant effect of developing business in Pesantren Walindo on its development and independence because it can cover 60% of operational funding without drawing fee from the santri. Second, related to the business units development, this pesantren is able to strengthen the sense of entrepreneurship in santri’s spirit. The business unit management run by the santri along with kyai and nyai build their business awareness which can be their foundation after they graduate from this pesantren. Third, regarding the social filed, the relationship between the pesantren and the society are conducted both in the form of partnership and other kinds of relationship which bears the sense of belonging of the society toward the pesantren and their trustworthy to register their children there. Keywords: pesantren, multiplier effects, pesantren business units

ABSTRAK: Inti pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, Faktor-faktor yang mendorong gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna dan akibat gerakan sosial masyarakat Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna? Latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba yaitu keadaan kampungnya yang hanya terdiri dari beberapa kepala keluarga tiap kampung dan jarak yang jauh masing-masing kampung membuat keadaan masyarakatnya sulit untuk berkomnikasi dan tiap kampung hanya terdiri dari lima sampai dengan tujuh kepala keluarga saja. Kampung ini letaknya paling timur pulau Muna terbentang dari ujung kota Raha sekarang sampai kampung Wakuru yang saat ini. Kondisi ini juga yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kampung ini kurang berkembang baik dibidang ekonomi, sosial politik, pendidikan maupun di bidang kebudayaan. Keadaan ini diperparah lagi dengan sifat dan karakter penduduknya yang masih sangat primitif. Faktor yang mendorong adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian antara keinginan pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat yang mendiami Kampung Labaluba pada waktu itu. Sedangkan proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna bermula ketika pemerintah seolah memaksakan kehendaknya kepada rakyat yang menyebabkan rakyat tidak setuju dengan kebijakan tersebut. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna terbagi dua yaitu akibat positif dan akibat negatif.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Sosial, Factor dan Dampaknya ABSTRACT: The main issues in this study include the background of the social movement of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, Factors that encourage social movements of Labaluba Kampung Sub-village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, the social movement process of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District Muna Regency and due to Labaluba community social movements Kontumere Village Kabawo District Muna Regency? The background of the Labaluba Kampung community social movement is that the condition of the village consists of only a few heads of households per village and the distance of each village makes it difficult for the community to communicate and each village only consists of five to seven households. This village is located east of the island of Muna stretching from the edge of the city of Raha now to the current village of Wakuru. This condition is also one of the factors causing the village to be less developed in the economic, social political, educational and cultural fields. This situation is made worse by the very primitive nature and character of the population. The factor that motivated the existence of the social movement of Labaluba Village in Kontumere Village, Kabawo Subdistrict, Muna Regency was the mismatch between the wishes of the local government and the people who inhabited Labaluba Village at that time. While the process of social movements in Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency began when the government seemed to impose its will on the people, causing the people to disagree with the policy. Bungo Village, Subdistrict of Wedung Indonesia, is one of the regions that still upholds the traditions of the region as a form of preserving culture. Along with the development of technology and science, there are many traditions in the village that are considered not modernist by the people. Therefore, some village government and community heads in the village of Bungo, Wedung District, are trying to maintain traditions in their area as a form of preserving local traditions or culture and when developed can have potential for regional income. Coastal traditions in the Bungo Village area that are still carried out include Apitan, Syawalan, and Alms of Earth, the meaning of this tradition as a form of community gratitude to God. There is a Nyadran tradition, the Panji Kusuma Cultural Kirab is a tradition carried out as a form of respect for coastal communities and in memory of the services of heroes who have established villages in the coastal region. There is also the tradition of Keong Keli, Barian, Kembang Sayang, which basically implies a form of community effort to avoid doom and danger. This research was conducted using ethnographic methods, data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. From the coastal traditions carried out by the Bungo people, it is shown that coastal communities depend on the sea for their livelihoods and the wealth of natural resources to survive.

ABSTRAK: Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apa latar belakang terbentuknya Desa Talaga Besar Kecamatan Talaga Raya Kabupaten Buton Tengah? (2) Bagaimana berkembangan Desa Talaga Besar Kecamatan Talaga Raya Kabupaten Buton Tengah Tahun 1977-2017? Metode sejarah tersebut adalah: (a) Pemilihan topik (b) Heuristik (Pengumpulan Data) (c) Verifikasi (Kritik Sejarah) (d) Interpretasi (e) Historiografi (kritik sejarah). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Desa Talaga Besar awalnya hanya dijadikan tempat untuk berkebun atau bercocok tanam, misalnya menanam jagung dan ubi kayu sebagai makanan pokok masyarakat setempat dan pada umumnya masyarakat Buton. Karena seiring berjalannya waktu dan peradaban serta jumlah penduduk semakin bertambah banyak. Pemerintah daerah berinisiatif memekarkan desa Talaga Besar menjadi desa definitif. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung terbentuknya Desa Talaga Besar ini ialah: (a) Adanya peranan pemimpin yang selalu memberikan motivasi kepada warga untuk aktif dalam setiap kegiatan yang sifatnya membangun. (b) Faktor pendukung diantaranya faktor geografis (wilayah), faktor demografi (penduduk), dan faktor ekonomi. (2) Perkembangan Desa Talaga Besar dalam bidang ekonomi, sebagian besar masyarakat Talaga Besar menggantungkan hidupnya di bidang pertanian dan perdagangan yang telah dilakukan dan dikembangkan secara turun temurun. Di bidang sosial, hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan antara warga Desa Talaga Besar cukup harmonis. Di bidang pendidikan, perkembangan pendidikan di Desa Talaga Besar pada khususnya dan Kecamatan Talaga Raya pada umumnya mengalami perkembangan pendidikan yang boleh dikatakan sudah cukup baik dan infrastruktur lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan keadaan sebelumnya. Kata Kunci: Sejarah, Desa, Talaga BesarABSTRACT: The main problems in this study are: (1) What is the background of the formation of Talaga Besar Village, Talaga Raya District, Buton Tengah Regency? The factors that support the formation of the Talaga Besar Village are: (a) There is a role of leaders who always motivate citizens to be active in any constructive activity. (b) Supporting factors include geographical factors (region), demographic factors (population), and economic factors. (2) The development of Talaga Besar Village in the economic field, most of the Talaga Besar people depend their lives on agriculture and trade which have been carried out and developed for generations. In the social field, social relations between the people of Talaga Besar Village are quite harmonious. In the field of education, the development of education in the village of Talaga Besar in particular and the Talaga Raya sub-district in general experienced a development of education which was arguably quite good and the infrastructure was better when compared to the previous situation. Keywords: History, Village, Great Talaga

<p><em>Lontar Calonarang's literary works is a work of art. Calonarang term other than as one of the works of literature, Calonarang also means characterization</em><em> </em><em>or the name of a man in the play known as Rangda ing Girah. Calonarang is also known as art form such as wayang pacalonarangan and in staging pacalonarangan dance drama. Lontar Calonarang is a lontar manuscript that specifically tells about Calonarang revenge using black magic against the people in Girah village. This is because the people in the village of Girah no one wants to marry Calonarang child is Ratna Manggali. Lontar Calonarang literary work is interesting to read and researched because this literary work has a philosophical meaning of construct so easy to be understood in depth. </em></p><p><em>The results that can be obtained from this literary work are Teachings contained in lontar Calonarang include Rwa Bhineda, Catur Asrama, and Tantra. The function of the teachings contained in the Calonarang lontar is the religious function, the social function, and the function of cultural preservation. While the philosophical meaning derived from this literary work is the meaning of balance, meaning of education, and the meaning of divinity.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

Congko Village is one of the villages in the district of  Marioriwawo, Soppeng District. In terms of its formation, this village is a unit of government known as 'local self-government', the village formed or formed supra village government. BUMDes is obliged to make the financial statements of all BUM Desa business units every month honestly and transparently. In addition, BUMDes is also required to report the progress of BUM Desa business units to village communities through village meetings at least twice a year.  BUMDes must perform systematically written records or bookkeeping of daily transactions. Listing recording generally uses an accounting system. The function of accounting is to present financial information to internal and external parties and as a basis for making decisions. BUMDes internal party is the manager and the Board of Commissioners, while the external parties are district governments, banks, and communities that provide equity, as well as tax officials.  AbstrakDesa Congko adalah salah satu desa di distrik Marioriwawo, Distrik Soppeng. Dalam hal pembentukannya, desa ini adalah unit pemerintahan yang dikenal sebagai 'pemerintahan sendiri lokal', desa yang membentuk atau membentuk pemerintahan desa supra. BUMDes wajib membuat laporan keuangan semua unit usaha BUM Desa setiap bulan secara jujur ​​dan transparan.
