This community service aims to increase insight into the use of goat manure as fertilizer mixed with dolomite with very minimal expenditure of money using equipment provided by the USU Community Service Team in 2019 which was carried out in Persadanta Village, Barusjahe District, Karo District. The specific target of this service is to increase the productivity of agricultural products related to the use of fertilizers and be able to sell them to other communities, so as to increase community income for the achievement of a prosperous community, especially farmer groups in the village. So far, the people directly use goat manure as fertilizer for their plants. This is very detrimental to the community because the process is long to be able to become fertilizer and reduced nutrient elements that are poured into plants openly. Besides the use of dolomite mixed with goat manure is very good because dolomite is very much and easily obtained in Tanah Karo. Therefore, it is necessary to give insight and knowledge to the community, especially the Rumah Rih Hamlet Village Group Persadanta Village about the use of goat manure mixed with dolomite. So that people who have been buying fertilizer at a high price can manage it themselves by using the goat manure grinding equipment with the method to be implemented, namely counseling, training, direct practice and work evaluation.

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat Desa Buluhcina tentang potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan serta peningkatan pengetahuan mempromosikan Desa Wisata Buluhcina melalui media sosial sehingga Desa tersebut menjadi maju dan mandiri serta kesejahteraan masyarakat meningkat. Permasalahan mitra adalah belum dikembangkannya potensi wisata yang dimiliki serta belum mempromosikan desa wisata secara optimal. Hal ini tentu saja berdampak pada rendahnya minat wisatawan berkunjung ke Desa Wisata Buluhcina. Khalayak sasaran adalah perangkat desa beserta masyarakat Desa Buluhcina. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan dalam rangka peningkatan wawasan terkait pengembangan potensi wisata yang ada di Desa Buluhcina dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam mempromosikan wisata Desa Buluhcina melalui media sosial. Hasil yang dicapai adalah peningkatan wawasan peserta terhadap potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan di Desa Buluhcina dan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam mempromosikan wisata Desa Buluhcina melalui sosial media. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme peserta pada saat pelaksanaan serta peningkatan hasil pre-test.[This program of community service aims to improve the insight of the community of Buluhcina Village about the potential of tourism that can be developed as well as increased knowledge of promoting the Village of Buluhcina through social media so that the village becomes advanced and independent and the welfare of society increases. <p>Wajok Hilir Village is a peatland, agricultural have been going on for generations. The taro plant is one of the leading plants. However, in the last 10 years, productivity is only about 3-5 ounces per stem. This has resulted in the community no longer interested in cultivating taro plants. To increase the people's interest in planting taro, it is necessary to carry out training and practice by making a demonstration plot as a pilot. This activity aims to educate partners and residents in Wajok Hilir Village about how to farm taro so that productivity increases. The training provided was in the form of education on land management without burning. The method used in this activity is to provide training with the lecture and discussion method and direct practice in the taro demonstration plot. The partner of this activity is the Palaguna Farmer Group in Wajok Hilir Village. This training activity is a community service activity funded by the Higher Education DRPM 2020 through the Village Partners Development Program (PPDM) scheme. The result of this activity is that taro productivity can be increased and at the same time can increase the knowledge and skills of the Partners and residents of Wajok Hilir Village. This activity is also expected to increase the income of Partners in particular and the people of Wajok Hilir Village in general.</p>

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. In general, the implementation of community service in Kerta Jaya and Tassel Jaya villages, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency can run well and well..

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

This activity was motivated by the low economic status of the village community, which is located far from the center of the district capital. On the other hand, there is potential for the development of kelor (Moringa) in the village. This community service was carried out with the aim of improving the community's economy through Moringa agribusiness in Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunung Kidul Regency. This activity was carried out in January-June 2020, in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunungkidul Regency. This activity was attended by the people of Danyangan Hamlet, both men and women. The male participants were those who make a living as farmers. While the female participants were housewives who do not have any permanent livelihood. The number of primary participants were 10 people who were community leaders in Pilangrejo Village. The implementation stages of activities include kelor planting and seedling, training on post-harvest processing, and providing production tool. The implementation of this activity is based on subsystems in agribusiness, namely the upstream (input) subsystem, on-farm subsystem and downstream subsystem. The results of this activity can be said that the piloting of Moringa agribusiness can be one solution that can be done in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Gunung Kidul Regency. The benefits that can be obtained in this activity include the sale of Moringa powder and the use of Moringa as the main menu in the community's food pattern.

Horticulture is the study of the cultivation of garden plants. Broadly speaking, it is the study of the cultivation of vegetables, fruits, flowers and ornamental plants. The purpose of this community service is to provide insight and knowledge of farmer groups to use the house yard for planting crops, especially horticulture. The implementation method is carried out by counseling, training and mentoring residents and farmer groups to maximize the results of empowerment. In addition, leaflets as educational tools are given as a guide. The steps were taken: firstly, the lecturers of the agrotechnology study program to residents and farmer groups, secondly, training, starting from the selection of good planting materials. Third, assistance related to the use of household agriculture (home gardens) with horticultural cultivation techniques. The result of this community service program is that the beautiful jasmine farmer group has understood and the benefits of the house yard to be used as a planting area, especially for horticultural crops. From the activities of this community service program, it can be concluded that farmer groups can specifically make use of the empty land and unused land around their homes, especially the existence of empty land.

The Grajagan village had a library located at the village office. So far, the library has not been managed and utilized optimally. The problems that occur in this library include the lack of book collections, the absence of chairs and tables for readers, the condition of the library is not well organized, and the library staff were not trained in managing the library. These problems have resulted in the low interest of the people of Grajagan village to visit the village library. To solve the problems, it was necessary to provide assistance in library development. Library development is carried out through the addition of book collections, providing chairs and tables for readers, arranging library space, and training for library staff. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, it can be stated that the library's book collection has increased by 88 books, the library space becomes more comfortable with the increase in furniture, and the library staff has increased their knowledge in terms of library management. To further increase the role and function of the library, promotion or introduction to the library's book collections and facilities to local villagers is required.

Abstrak   Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui bentuk kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pengolahan sampah di Desa Tempursari, Kecamatan Tempursari, Kabupaten Lumajang, Jawa Timur pada tanggal 12-17 Juli 2017.  Permasalahan sampah menjadi permasalahan yang belakangan sangat banyak dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat secara khusus di desa Tempursari. Kerjasama yang solid antara semua stakeholder diharapkan dalam penanganan dan pemecahan permasalahan sampah ini, seperti yang sudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Tempursari dengan kehadiran Gereja Kristen Jawa Wetan (GKJW) yang menjadi fasilitator dalam penanganan sampah di desa Tempursari. Dalam rangka mengembangkan program yang sudah disusun dan akan dijalankan, GKJW bekersama dengan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta dalam beberapa hal terkait pengolahan sampah tersebut, di antaranya mensosialisasikan pemahaman tentang sampah (jenis dan dan dampak yang ditimbulkan), bagaimana mengolah sampah sesuai dengan jenisnya dan membantu mengoperasikan mesin pencacah sampah plastik dan sampah organik lainnya. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dinilai memberikan dampak positif, di mana mesin pencacah yang tadinya sudah lama tidak berfungsi menjadi beroperasi dengan operator yang yang sudah mahir atau fasih, masyarakat mampu memilah sampah dimulai dari tia-tiap rumah tangga sebelum selanjutnya diserahkan ke tim pengolah yang sudah ditunjuk oleh gereja. Akhirnya setelah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bersama dengan GKJW Tempursari, maka program pelayanan masyarakat melalui pengolahan sampah oleh GKJW Tempursari mulai berjalan lancar.   Kata Kunci: sampah organik, mesin pencacah   Abstract The community service activities were carried out through the form of socialization and training activities on waste management in Tempursari Village, Tempursari District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. The problem of garbage has become a very recent problem that is very much complained by the community specifically in the village of Tempursari. Solid cooperation between all stakeholders is expected in handling and solving these waste problems, as has been done by the people of Desa Tempursari with the presence of the Gereja Kristen Jawa Wetan (GKJW) who became a facilitator in handling waste in the village of Tempursari. In order to develop a program that has been compiled and will be implemented, GKJW cooperates with the Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta in several matters related to waste management, including socializing understanding of waste (types and impacts), how to process waste according to its type and helping operate plastic waste chopping machines and other organic waste. The results of community service activities are considered to have a positive impact, where the enumerating machines that have not been functioning for a long time become operational with operators who are already proficient or fluent, the community is able to sort waste starting from each household before being submitted to the processing team who has been appointed by the church. Finally after the community service activities together with GKJW Tempursari, the community service program through processing waste by GKJW Tempursari began to run smoothly.   Keywords: organic waste, chopping machine

Abstract: STMIK Royal Kisaran Community Service Team (PKM) provided training to students of Asahan Regency Mandiri Computer Education Course (LKP), because they saw that there were still many school children and residents around the village who were still very limited in knowledge of computer technology and its applications around the village. there is no nearest computer course. The training material taught at the Mandiri Computer Institute of Training and Education (LKP) is office administration using Microsoft Office 2010 application programs, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
