Abstract: STMIK Royal Kisaran Community Service Team (PKM) provided training to students of Asahan Regency Mandiri Computer Education Course (LKP), because they saw that there were still many school children and residents around the village who were still very limited in knowledge of computer technology and its applications around the village. there is no nearest computer course. The training material taught at the Mandiri Computer Institute of Training and Education (LKP) is office administration using Microsoft Office 2010 application programs, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet. Administratively, Pancoran Village is led by a Village Head who leads 12 section heads, consisting of 1 secretary, 7 heads of affairs, and 4 hamlet heads. Each of these section heads is assisted by other village officials to carry out their duties in community service. In carrying out its obligations, especially those related to village administration and licensing, ideally village officials have competence in the computer sector. However, from the village apparatus report, the village apparatus who mastered basic computer material, in this case was Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel), only one person was not optimal.

This community service aims to increase insight into the use of goat manure as fertilizer mixed with dolomite with very minimal expenditure of money using equipment provided by the USU Community Service Team in 2019 which was carried out in Persadanta Village, Barusjahe District, Karo District. The specific target of this service is to increase the productivity of agricultural products related to the use of fertilizers and be able to sell them to other communities, so as to increase community income for the achievement of a prosperous community, especially farmer groups in the village. So far, the people directly use goat manure as fertilizer for their plants. This is very detrimental to the community because the process is long to be able to become fertilizer and reduced nutrient elements that are poured into plants openly. Besides the use of dolomite mixed with goat manure is very good because dolomite is very much and easily obtained in Tanah Karo. Therefore, it is necessary to give insight and knowledge to the community, especially the Rumah Rih Hamlet Village Group Persadanta Village about the use of goat manure mixed with dolomite. So that people who have been buying fertilizer at a high price can manage it themselves by using the goat manure grinding equipment with the method to be implemented, namely counseling, training, direct practice and work evaluation.

The specific target in this activity was to introduce fermentation and silage methodology to improve the quality of animal feed to Mekar Baru stock farmers cooperatives in Labuhan Batu Regency. Seminars and discussions were conducted as parts of the community service which then followed up by direct practice about animal feed fermentation and silage. The results of the mentioned activities included seminars, discussion, and fodder. In conclusion, the technology of animal feed processing is in a high favorand needed by people in the village, especially beef cattle farmers whose livestock was only given green animal feed all this time.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service is to improve the quality of the teaching staff by conducting training for making learning media and learning applications to calculate student scores. This activity used 2 methods, first was the provision of basic knowledge then continued by the direct practice carried out by the participants. This training was divided into 4 sessions, the first session was an introduction to the basic components of the Windows operating system, the second session was learning Microsoft Word, the third session was learning processing scores with Microsoft Excel and the last session was making learning media using Microsoft Power point. Training material was given by the instructor, assisted by a mentor who accompanied the participants in following the material presented. Evaluation was done by giving questions in the form of case study. The trainees completed the case study with the timeframe given by each instructor. Based on the results of the evaluation and observation of the enthusiasm of the participants, it can be concluded that the training was in accordance with the expected objectives. By participating in this training, teachers had the ability to use computers to support their work in carrying out education and teaching in schools. Keywords: Community Service, Learning Media, Student Score Calculations, Microsoft Office Application, Teaching and Education   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kependidikan dengan mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran dan mempelajari aplikasi pengolahan nilai. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan dua metode pertama adalah  pemberian materi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan  praktek langsung yang di lakukan oleh peserta. Pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi 4 sesi, sesi pertama adalah pengenalan terhadap komponen komponen dasar sitem operasi windows, sesi kedua adalah pembelajaran microsoft word, sesi ketiga adalah pembelajaran pengolahan nilai dengan microsoft excel dan sesi terakhir adalah pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan microsoft powerpoint. Materi pelatihan diberikan oleh pemateri dibantu dengan pendamping yang akan mendampingi peserta dalam mengikuti materi yang disampaikan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan contoh soal berupa studi kasus. Peserta pelatihan  menyelesaikan soal dengan rentan waktu yang di berikan oleh masing masing pemateri. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan pengamatan terhadap antusiasme peserta dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini sudah sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Dengan pemberian pelatihan ini guru-guru di lingkungan PGRI Kec. Cisarua memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan perangkat komputer dalam mendukung tugasnya dalam melaksanakan pendidikan dan pengajaran di sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai wujud keprihatinan terhadap layanan UPTPerpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning terhenti selama pandemic Covid-19. Layananyang biasanya dilakukan secara manual / tatap muka terpaksa dihentikan sementara.Untuk membantu layanan tetap dilaksanakan secara daring maka team PengabdianKepada Masyarakat melakukan training kepada paguyuban pustakawan UniversitasLancang Kuning dengan topik pengenalan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi google dalampelayanan perpustakaan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 1 hari penuh dengan metodetatap muka dan praktek langsung penggunaan aplikasi google. Kegiatan dilaksanakan diruangan multimedia UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning yang dihadiri olehseluruh pustawan. Pustakawan diajarkan cara membuat google form sebagai wadahpengurusan Surat Bebas Pustaka bagi mahasiswa. Serta pustawan juga diajarkanmendigitalisasi arsip perpustakaan agar terhindar dari resiko kehilangan data. Kegiatanini dilakukan pengukuran pemahaman pustakawan terhadap materi training sebelummemulai kegiatan dan setelah selesai kegiatan dilaksanakan. Dengan kegiatan inipustakawan dapat memberikan pelayanan secara daring tanpa mahasiswa datang keperpustakaan. Team pengabdian melakukan publikasi terhadap kegiatan dilaksanakandalam bentuk berita , publikasi jurnal ilmiah dan membuat buku manual Abstract This activity was carried out as a form of concern for the service of the UPT Library at the Lancang Kuning University which was stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Services that are usually done manually / face-to-face had to be temporarily suspended. To help the service continue to be carried out online, the Community Service team conducts training to the Lancang Kuning University Librarian Association on the topic of introducing and utilizing Google applications in library services. The activity was carried out for 1 full day with face-to-face methods and direct practice using the Google application. The activity was carried out in the multimedia room of the Lancang Kuning University Library, which was attended by all librarians. Librarians are taught how to create a google form as a forum for administering Library Free Letters for students. Librarians are also taught to digitize library archives in order to avoid the risk of losing data. This activity is carried out by measuring the librarian's understanding of the training material before starting the activity and after the activity is carried out. With this activity librarians can provide services online without students coming to the library. The service team publishes activities carried out in the form of news, scientific journal publications and makes manual books.

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat sangat berpengaruh terhadap lembaga pelayanan masyarakat ditingkat kelurahan, yang saat ini telah melakukan peningkatan dalam hal pelayanan kepada masyarakat, termasuk salah satunya adalah pelayanan administratif dan pemberian informasi. Informasi dari pemerintah harus bisa segera tersampaikan kepada masyarakat mengingat akan adanya tenggat waktu dan masa di setiap informasi yang disampaikan. Peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat membutuhkan kesiapan yang baik dari petugas administrasi kelurahan, mulai dari menyiapkan berkas, pencatatan hingga pelaporan. Demikian pula halnya dalam penyampaian informasi baik terkait program pemerintah maupun laporan kegiatan warga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Sumber daya manusia di lingkungan kelurahan baik petugas administrasi, Ketua RT/ RW dan perwakilan dari karang taruna. Kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi pelatihan program office dan Internet. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dilakukan selama 2 hari mengingat kesibukan dari peserta dan pelatihan ini dirasa cukup berhasil, hal ini dapat dilihat dari minat peserta yang antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan sampai tuntas. Pelatihan ini mendasari kerjasama antara Perguruan Tinggi dengan instansi pemerintah yang diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dengan program pelatihan lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Kelurahan Merjosari.The rapid development of technology is very influential on community service institutions at the village level, which currently has made improvements in terms of service to the community, including administrative services and providing information. Information from the government must be conveyed to the public immediately given the deadline and period imposed for each information submitted. Improving services to the community requires good readiness from the village administration officers, starting from preparing the files, recording to reporting. Likewise in the delivery of information both related to government programs and reports on citizens' activities. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of human resources in the area including the administrative staff, Head of RT / RW and representatives of youth organizations. These training activities include Microsoft office and internet training. The Community Service was held for 2 days considering the busyness of the participants the training was considered quite successful, this can be seen from the enthusiastic participants' interest in participating in the training activities to the end. This training is the basis of a collaboration between universities and government agencies which are expected to be sustainable and can synergize with other training programs to improve the quality of human resources in Merjosari Village.

The objectives of this community service activity include 1) Implementing and applying Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs to the community of Sukowuwuh, Bener, Purworejo villages, 2) Knowing the response of youth groups and Sukowuwuh Village Devices, Bener Purworejo. The Target of Community Service is Youth Organization and Sukowuwuh Village Apparatus. In computer training provided using the Sukowuwuh Village Hall. The training material is in the form of computer introduction, word processing using Microsoft Word, making presentations using PowerPoint, and introduction to Excel. The results of the implementation of this activity include: 1) Youth and Village can apply computers for correspondence in Youth and can design home-made food products in Sukowuwuh Village, Bener Sub-District, Purworejo District, 2) Community response is very positive and will apply knowledge owned for purposes in the village and accountant.

Sebagian guru di SD Negeri Kembangarum 01 banyak yang masih gagap teknologi terutama mereka yang sudah jadi guru sejak lama atau senior karena selama mereka kuliah, teknologi komputer dan internet belum sebanyak sekarang. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut, semua guru dituntut untuk selalu mengembangkan diri sejalan dengan kemajuan  ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tetapi pada kenyataannya kemampuan mereka cenderung relatif standar hanya mampu mengoperasikan microsoft words saja. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, tim pengabdi kami memfokuskan pengabdian masyarakat pada pemanfaatan teknologi komputer pada guru SDN 01 Kembangarum Semarang yang berjumlah 21 orang. Adapun metode pelatihan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah, praktek, dan evaluasi kepuasan peserta pelatihan. Dari program pelatihan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut dihasilkan peningkatan kemampuan mengoperasikan microsoft words, power point, microsoft excel, pelatihan membuat email, dan pelatihan mendaftar website di wordpress. Para guru menjadi termotivasi untuk lebih menggunakan power point, dan website gratis sebagai media pembelajaran dan penghitungan dalam excel untuk mengevaluasi penilaian siswa baik ulangan harian, tugas, UTS, atau UAS.Keywords: aplikasi komputer, kinerja guru, sekolah dasar.AbstractSome teachers at Public Elementary School of Kembangarum 1 are technologically illiterate, primarily the senior ones, for when they were students the technology was not as high as it is now. Based on that, all of the teachers are asked to always develop themselves in line with the advancement of science and technology. I fact, their abilities are relatively standard, only able to operate Microsoft Word. Therefore, we conducted a community service focusing on utilizing computer technology for 21 teachers at Public Elementary School of Kembangarum 1 Semarang. Methods used were lecture, practice, evaluation on satisfaction, and training. Results of the community service showed that the ability to operate Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Excel improved. Trainings on how to create an email and register a website on Wordpress were also given. The teachers were more motivated to use Power Point application and free-of-charge website as learning and calculating media in excel in order to evaluate the students’ assessments in both daily tests, assignments, mid-term test, and post-term test.

IbM discusses the utilization of software in assisting the village head Performance SeiBatangAngkola. His goal was to provide the skills and ability in using the device and take advantage of information and communication technology priority needs, improving basic capabilities in solving problems that will be faced in life in the village environment, enhancing the knowledge of computer-based administrative system, improve the skills of operating computer devices to improve the documentation of the data. The next performance is measured through the ability to process and use the software in question. Respondents who used as many as ten people on the research of the village chief in the village BatangAngkola. This dedication was held in Balai Village PurbaNauliBatangAngkola. The method of implementation is done in the form of training. Public service was conducted for three months, in January-March 2016. Where the activities of the training were held for two days in a row. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong>.</strong> <em>Dalangan Elementary School 02 and 30 Tawangsari, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency are located in the village of Dalangan, which is an in-depth area. School facilities such as LCDs, notebooks and even the internet already exist in several schools in the Merauke Cluster Elementary Schools in Nguter District, Sukoharjo Regency. The fact is that teachers are still few in using ICT media as a medium of learning, teachers in these schools still mostly use image media and conventional media. Whereas in every school, LCD and notebook are available. However, only a few teachers have not yet mastered the technology of making ICT-based media. The use of ICT media uses more exposure to power pints. The use of power points that is displayed is less interactive and tends to be exposive. So that the use of ICT media is not optimal. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem to be answered is "Can training be able to provide knowledge about the making of interactive learning media through power point animation and Flash for the RA Kartini KKG Group in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency? The results achieved through this activity are as follows; 1) There is increased skills in designing and converting offline RPP to online. 2) There is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the teachers about the making of video presentation learning media through OBS studio and online evaluation Quiziz. 3) Availability of online lesson plans, presentation video learning media through OBS studio and online evaluation Quiziz. 4) The involvement of partner teachers in community service activities, 100% starting from socialization, counseling, training and assistance in making ICT-based interactive learning media. 5) Activity reaches 80% of partner participants who are actively participating in the training must be able to do in developing and making ICT-based interactive learning media</em></p><p align="center"> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong><em>.Sekolah Dasar Negeri Dalangan 02 dan 30 Tawangsari kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Sukoharjo terletak di desa Dalangan yang termasuk daerah pendalaman. Fasilitas sekolah seperti LCD, notebook bahkan internet sudah ada di beberapa sekolah Gugus Merauke Sekolah Dasar seKecamatan Nguter Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Kenyataan guru masih sedikit dalam menggunakan mediia ICT sebagai media pembelajaran, guru di sekolah tersebut lebih banyak masih menggunakan media gambar dan media konvensional. Padahal di setiap sekolah sudah tersedia LCD dan notebook. Akan tetapi hanya beberapa guru yang belum bisa menguasai teknologi pembuatan media berbasis ICT. Penggunaan media ICT, lebih banyak menggunakan pemaparan pada power pint. Penggunaan power point yang ditampilkan masih kurang interaktif dan cenderung pemaparan. Sehingga penggunakan media ICT belum maksimal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, rumusan masalah yang akan dijawabadalah “Apakah dengan pelatihan mampu memberikan pengetahuan tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif melalui animasi power point dan Flash bagi KKG Gugus RA Kartini seKecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Sukoharjo? Hasil yang dicapai melalui kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut; 1)Adanya peningkatan ketrampilan dalam merancang dan merubah RPP luring ke daring. 2)Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran video presentasi melalui OBS studio dan evaluasi online Quiziz. 3)Tersedianya RPP daring, media pembelajaran video presentasi melalui OBS studio dan evaluasi online Quiziz. 4)Keterlibatan guru mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, 100% mulai dari kegiatan sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis ICT. 5)Kaeaktifan mencapai 80% peserta mitra yang secara aktif mengikuti pelatihan harus mampu melakukan dalam  mengembangkan dan membuat media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis ICT.</em></p>
