Abstract. Collaboration is a complex process that requires planned knowledge sharing and be a joint responsibility to treat patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of doctors and pharmacists in terms of the aspects of acceptance, expectations, and experience in collaborating on pharmaceutical care services on general hospital of H. Adam Malik Medan. This research is a survey research, located at general hospital of H. Adam Malik Medan. The sample in this study were 50 doctors and 10 pharmacists at general hospital of H. Adam Malik Medan. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this study is the perception of acceptance, current and future doctor's expectations of the role of pharmacists in collaborating on pharmaceutical care services is quite high, and perception of acceptance, pharmacist's current and future expectations of the role of pharmacists in collaborating on pharmaceutical care services are also high enough.

This study aims to determine the role of social values in society in Karawang Regency in 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive survey research type. This type of descriptive survey research relates to situations that require certain data collection techniques, such as: interviews, questionnaires, or observations. This research was carried out in Karawang regency with an implementation plan in May 2019. This research variable is the role of Olympic values. Variable olimpism values are the results of the evaluation of Olympic values, namely: Excellence, Respect, and Friendship. The sample used in this study was 60 people in Karawang Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis of percentages with the help of a computer through the SPSS 20.00 program. The results showed the role of Olympic values in society in Karawang Regency in 2019 obtained 69% of the values of Olympism have a role in society and 31% of the values of Olympism have no role in society.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the strengthening of environmental care attitude to support the adiwiyata program of students of class XI IPS Sintang District 02 High School. This type of research is survey research which is included in the quantitative category. Therefore, this study uses a sample of one population and uses a questionnaire as an instrument of data collection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS in State High School 02 Sintang Regency, amounting to 30 people. Analyzing data is based on the calculation of the percentage of results of filling out questionnaires by respondents. The results obtained are as follows: 1) the role of students in strengthening environmental caring attitudes through the adiwiyata program, namely with an average value of 43% with sufficient categories. 2) the form of implementation in strengthening environmental awareness through adiwiyata program with an average value of 49%, with sufficient categories. 3) Constraints faced by students in strengthening environmental awareness through adiwiyata program with an average value of 59%, with sufficient categories.</em><em></em></p>

This study aimed to provide pharmaceutical care for the general community served by Pharmacy students from the Pharmacy School of the State University of Maringá [Universidade Estadual do Maringá] (UEM). Pharmacotherapeutic follow-up was performed with the identification, classification and resolution of drug-related problems (DRPs) through pharmaceutical consultations. A descriptive analysis was conducted. A total of 59 patients were interviewed; they were mostly women (75%) with average age of 63 years, and each of them was taking 8 medicines on average. The most frequently mentioned drugs were classified according to the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Code and related to cardiovascular system (28%), alimentary tract and metabolism (23%), and nervous system (20%). An average of 1.49 DRP per patient was detected (88), and treatment non-compliance was the most frequent DRPs found (45%). In view of this, 63 pharmaceutical interventions were carried out, with most of them (52%) being related to patient education on the treatment; approximately 20% of the patients were referred to another health professional. Information supplied by this study shows the relevant role of pharmacists face the lack of pharmacotherapeutic follow-up of polymedicated patients.

Purpose of study: To determine job satisfaction, perception towards pharmacists, and preparedness to provide pharmaceutical care (PC) among intern pharmacists. Methodology: A prospective survey of all intern pharmacists in South - Eastern Nigeria was done. A questionnaire with five sections measuring work characteristics, job satisfaction, perception towards pharmacists, and preparedness to provide PC was administered. Descriptive analysis and chi-square tests for differences in proportions were calculated. Results: It took interns an average of 10 months to get an internship position after graduation. The interns were barely satisfied with their workplaces and conditions (2.83 of 4.0). They held moderately positive perceptions about pharmacist's clinical roles in the hospital (3.79 of 5.0) and felt marginally prepared to provide PC on graduation (3.38 of 5.0). The interns’ age, gender, future career aspirations influenced their perception of pharmacists’ clinical roles and preparedness to provide PC (p<0.05 for all). Conclusion: It takes a very long time to get a place for an internship in Nigeria. Interns were marginally satisfied with their jobs, held favorable perceptions about the profession, and didn’t feel adequately prepared to provide PC in all items assessed.

Knowledge management has been applied in various organizations. The implementation of knowledge management will not work if there is no process of knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing is the key to an organization's success. To facilitate knowledge sharing, it can use information assistance. The existence of information technology can be an enabler in the process of knowledge sharing. PT. Indonesia Villa Jaya is a company of production field. This company is one of the companies that already did knowledge sharing activities. Knowledge sharing activities include routine meetings, training, watching together, and many other activities. Knowledge sharing activities in this company are also inseparable from the role of information technology. However, this time, the use of information technology in this company has not been maximized that there are still many complaints from employees regarding the use of information technology for knowledge sharing. This study aims to determine the description of the use of information technology for knowledge sharing. The information technology that will be discussed from this research are ICT tools, ICT infrastructure, and ICT know-how. This is a quantitative research. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Indonesia Villa Jaya, with questionnaire collection methods and census sampling techniques, and data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of information technology for knowledge sharing at PT Indonesia Villa Jaya is at a good level. ICT Infrastructure has the highest value for information technology variables that support knowledge sharing.

Bathara Katong merupakan salah satu leluhur yang menyiarkan agama Islam di Kaliwungu. Penghargaan Kaliwungu sebagai kota santri tidak terlepas dari peran penting Bathara Katong, warna masyarakat Kaliwungu yang religius hingga saat ini merupakan salah satu pengaruh ajaran Bathara Katong. Data penelitian ini berupa ajaran Bathara Katong yaitu tradisi lisan dan tradisi bukan lisan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data dari informan yaitu juru kunci makam Sunan Katong di Kaliwungu, juru kunci tempat sembahyang Sunan Ampel (nama lain Sunan Katong) di Kendal kota, tokoh masyarakat Kaliwungu, tokoh masyarakat Kendal, dan masyarakat umum Kaliwungu. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ajaran Bathara Katong di Kaliwungu ada yang masih rutin dijalankan, dan ada yang sudah jarang dilaksanakan, namun sebagian besar masyarakat Kaliwungu tidak mengetahui bahwa ajaran tersebut merupakan ajaran Bathara Katong. Ajaran Bathara Katong di Kaliwungu penting untuk dilestarikan tidak hanya oleh masyarakat Kaliwungu namun juga oleh tokoh masyarakat, masyarakat Kaliwungu harus berani mengakui bahwa warna masyarakat Kaliwungu hingga saat ini merupakan hasil perjuangan leluhur seperti Bathara Katong. Abstraks Bathara Katong is one of the ancestors who broadcast Islam in Kaliwungu. The Kaliwungu award as a city of santri is inseparable from the important role of Bathara Katong, the color of the religious Kaliwungu community to date is one of the influences of the teachings of Bathara Katong. This research data is in the form of Bathara Katong teachings namely oral traditions and traditions rather than oral. The data sources of this research are data from informants namely the caretaker of the tomb of Sunan Katong in Kaliwungu, the caretaker of the prayer place of Sunan Ampel (another name is Sunan Katong) in Kendal city, Kaliwungu community leaders, Kendal community leaders, and the Kaliwungu general public. The data collection of this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then the data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study are the teachings of Bathara Katong in Kaliwungu which are still routinely carried out, and some are rarely implemented, but most of the Kaliwungu people do not know that the teachings are the teachings of Bathara Katong. The Bathara Katong teaching in Kaliwungu is important to be preserved not only by the Kaliwungu community but also by community leaders, the Kaliwungu community must dare to admit that the colors of the Kaliwungu community up to now are the result of ancestral struggles such as Bathara Katong.

Introduction. The existence of demotivating phenomena in the process of learning Arabic is very much felt by the instructor at this time, it can be seen from the low of the final result of students. Data Collection Method. Using a study literature approach Analysis Data. Using a descriptive analysis Results and Discussions. There is a positive correlation to the role of motivation in language learning. This is evidenced by several studies that say that motivation can improve the results of student learning achievement. In the research conducted by Nik Mohd Rahimi Nik Yusoff, Zamri Mahamod, Kamarulzaman AB. Ghani, found that the relationship between motivation towards proficiency in hearing Arabic and achieving proficiency in hearing Arabic (r = 0.613). This shows that the achievement of students in the ability to hear Arabic is somewhat influenced by students' motivation towards the ability to hear Arabic. Business organizations must have good characteristics and a differentiator from other organizations. Business organizations that have a strong organizational culture will be able to last a long time and can deal with change. An organizational culture consists of norms and values that guide the behavior of members of the organization. The behavior of members of the organization that occurred in the workplace one of them is knowledge sharing activities. In a learning organization, to gain new knowledge sharing activity is needed. With a strong organizational culture, knowledge sharing activities can be run successfully. This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing in PT Sandy Globalindo. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative, while the data collection techniques are to do interviews and distributing questionnaires to 135 employees by the census. The results of the descriptive analysis stating the organization's culture and knowledge sharing in PT Sandy Globalindo classified in either class. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation of Y = 9.790 + 0,608X. The study states that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing in PT Sandy Globlindo at 0.608 and organizational culture affects knowledge sharing of 36.9%.

In the family the father is a figure who plays a role in the growth, development and success of the child. Fathers are responsible for giving advice to their children. This research discusses the role of fathers in educating children according to the Qur'an. This study examines the verses of the al-Qur'an which are related to the role of the father in educating children according to the al-Qur'an. This research uses library research or also called library research. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. The data collection was carried out thematically, namely collecting the verses of the Qur'an in various letters that have a relationship about the role of the father. The results showed that in the Qur'an it is explained that there are several verses that describe the role of fathers in educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be realized in the contemporary context. The father figure in question is Prophet Nuh, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Ya'qub, and Luqman. Among the roles are as educators and caregivers for their children, as role modes for children, creating togetherness with children, and as protectors in the family.

This research starts from academic awareness when realizing Falak keyword in the Play Store. It shows fifteen Falak aplications by programmers without validated Falak competence.This is crucial, because Falak regulates not only astronomical or social relations, but also theological. One of these applications were developed by Falak youth, namely Muhammad Faishol Amin with his Islamicastro. This research discusses digitization of Falak by Islamicastro and youth Falak contributions. This research is qualitative type that based going exploring. Primary and secondary data collection is done by documentation and interviews. The research data is processed in three stages, codification, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Then data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and inductive thingking methods. The conclusion is Islamicastro helps Falak practitioners by his data accuracy in the field. From literatures, algorithm of Islamicastro uses the ephemeris method, the spherical astronomy, and the renewal of vincety method. Muhammad Faishol Amin are agents of change as UU No. 40 of 2009 whose part is anacted role, prescribed role, and role models.
