Nuraksa Tahura is an area that has potential to develop as tourist destination with its natural waterfall Segenter. For its development, same effort were need for the waterfall. This study aims to determine the feasibility of Segenter waterfalls, its development strategies and future development solution. The research were conducted through data collection, observation, interviews, Focus Group Discusion. The data were analyzed using natural tourist attraction Guidelines of Director General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation 2003 and SWOT analysis. The results of the research showed that Segenter waterfall is feasible to be used as a tourist destination. The development is using the SO strategy those were utilizing its opportunities with the own potential by the Nuraksa Tahura region.

This research examines the appraisal of the attractiveness of the coastal tourist attraction of Arung Buaya, Meliah Village, Subi District, Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province. This research was conducted in Meliah Village, Subi District, Natuna Regency using a survey method. Direct field data collection through interviews with questionnaire that given to visitors as respondents who were determined accidentally (accidental sampling). This research was conducted using the guidelines of the Director General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation (ODTWA PHKA) in 2003 which includes 6 assessment criteria: natural beauty, beach safety / security, color of sand, variety of activities, beach cleanliness and comfort. The purpose of this study is to get value from the attractiveness of the coastal tourist attraction of Arung Buaya. The location of the tourist attraction to the center of the settlement is 3.3 km and takes 15-20 minutes to Arung Buaya Beach. The coastal area of Arung Buaya, Meliah Village, Subi District, Natuna Regency, received a score of 887.7 Category A Potential to be developed as a tourist attraction.Keywords: Assessment of Arung Buaya beach, meliah village, subi subditrict. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji penilaian daya tarik objek wisata pantai Arung Buaya, Desa Meliah, Kecamatan Subi, Kabupaten Natuna, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Meliah, Kecamatan Subi, Kabupaten Natuna dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengumpulan data lapangan langsung melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengunjung sebagai responden yang ditentukan secara tidak sengaja (accidental sampling). Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman Dirjen Perlindungan Hutan dan Konservasi Alam (ODTWA PHKA) tahun 2003 yang mencakup 6 kriteria penilaian yaitu keindahan alam, keselamatan/keamanan pantai, warna pasir, ragam kegiatan, kebersihan pantai dan kenyamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai dari daya tarik objek wisata pesisir Arung Buaya. Jarak lokasi objek wisata ke pusat pemukiman adalah 3,3 km dan memakan waktu 15-20 menit untuk menuju Pantai Arung Buaya. Kawasan pesisir Arung Buaya, Desa Meliah, Kecamatan Subi, Kabupaten Natuna, mendapatkan nilai 887,7 Kategori A yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai objek wisata.Kata Kunci : Arung buaya, Desa Meliah, Kecamatan Subi, Pantai, Penilaian Objek Wisata,

Kampung Wisata Batik Pesindon (KWBP) is one of tourist destinations in Pekalongan, Indonesia, where people can find various products related to Batik. Although this area has been declared as a tourism village, it has been well known by tourists as there are not many tourists interested to come to this area.  This study aims to determine the strategy that can be applied to develop Kampoeng Wisata Batik Pesindon as a good tourist attraction in Pekalongan City. The type of research used is descriptive with qualitative approach. The method of analysis used in this study is  SWOT analysis. Then SWOT Matrix is formulated to obtain the strategy to develop KWBP.  The result shows several development strategies in the category of human resources, product and marketing.

The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of the tourist attraction of the Kasang Kulim Zoo, the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The population of this study was visitors who came to the Kasang Kulim Zoo, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar District and from the company, with a number of respondents as many as 100. In this study sampling using non probability sampling and respondent sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research is qualitative research and uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis with identification of internal and external variables. Internal variables indicate that location is the main strength in the kasang kulim zoo in kampar district with 0.012 with values ​​and 4 based on rating. From the external variables, the results from EFAS show that the Kasang Kulim zoo has good opportunities. As a result of the opportunity, the Kasang Kulim zoo is in quadrant 1, which is a position where the company is considered to be in a favorable situation because of its opportunities and strength. In this case, the Company can take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strength.

In the current era of disruption, innovation and creativity are needed in all lines of business, including the Tourism sector. Wanagiri Village is one of the tourist destination areas which is located in Buleleng Regency is currently conducting promotions to attract tourists visiting this place. Having a strategic location and involving the community, the type of tourist attraction developed is a selfie tour by having lakes and mountains as background. Using SWOT analysis, it is expected to be able to find out which type of promotion is most appropriate to attract tourists. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, informants with purposive sampling, and triangulation of data aimed at obtaining data validity.


This study aimed to determine the potential of the Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang tourist attraction as a special interest tourist attraction in terms of the 4A tourist attraction component. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis. The data collection in this study was collected by using a literature study due to limited space in the middle of the Covid-19. Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon Tourism Attraction has the potential to be used as a special interest in a tourist attraction. Natural tourism with interesting beauty becomes a tourist attraction. Tourists can do many activities, such as trekking along the river, local resident’s housing, and plantations. The access to the Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang is quite easy to reach by land transportation modes. Supporting tourism facilities provided to fulfill the needs of tourists. Although it has the potential to be a special interest tourist attraction, Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang's tourist attraction still has some obstacles, such as lack of knowledge of foreign languages by local tour guides in delivering information to foreign tourists. KPH Unit XIII Gunung Rajabasa, Way Pisang, Batu Serampok has several potential natural tourism objects including waterfalls and sulfur spring. However the visitors were still a few. This study aimed to assess the natural tourism potential in this area and to develop an appropriate development strategy for priority natural attractions. Potential assessment and determination of natural attractions priority were conducted using Operation Areas Analysis of Object and Natural Tourism Attraction (ADO-ODTWA) guidelines issued by the Director General of Forest Protection and Natural Conservation (PHKA) 2003. Development strategy of natural attractions priority was conducted by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis. Result showed that among various natural tourism attractions in thearea, Kecapi Waterfall plus Way Belerang Simpur Hot spring were selected as the most potential tourism spot. Based on SWOT analisys, this object is located among growing market area that makes this objectin a favorable condition because they have a positive strength and opportunity in terms of natural tourism development. Strategies needed in order to create a developing plan are increasing the information spreading and promotion trough offline either online mass media. Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Branta sama dengan pasar tradisional yaitu sebagai tempat yang kumuh, kotor dan bau. Padahal kegiatan membeli ikan segar merupakan kegiatan menarik yang bisa dijadikan sebagai wisata untuk melihat beberapa jenis ikan. Oleh karena itu, dengan pengembangan konsep yang lebih menarik menjadikan TPI Branta Pesisir sebagai wisata bahari ikan segar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan TPI Branta sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari di Pamekasan dan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan tempat pelelangan ikan dari hasil uji kelayakan. Deskriptif dan SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner kepada 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis objek potensial sesuai dengan Pedoman Objek Operasional Daerah dan Analisis Objek Wisata Alam Direktur Jenderal PHKA tahun 2003 dengan kriteria Daya Tarik, Aksesibilitas, Akomodasi, dan Fasilitas. Sebagai alat untuk merancang strategi pengembangan TPI Branta menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis bahwa TPI Branta layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari dengan tingkat kelayakan 70,7%. Strategi pengembangannya yaitu: (1) menambah wahana permainan keluarga, taman bunga, fotospot, fasilitas umum dilengkapi tempat tunggu yang free wifi; (2) membentuk POKDARWIS (kelompok Sadar wisata) dengan dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat; (3) meningkatkan produk ekonomi kreatif dan memperbaiki manajemen TPI; (4) meningkatkan keamanan, keramahan, kebersihan, perbaikan jalan dan pelestarian lingkungan, dan; (5) meningkatkan promosi TPI sebagai wisata.Title: FeasibilityStudy and Development of Fish Auction Branta As A ‘Bahari’ Tourism Fish Market In PamekasanFish Auction Branta is the same as a traditional market, which is a dirty and smelly place. The aimed of this study was to determine the feasibility of the Branta Fish Auction Place as a marine tourism fish market in Pamekasan, and to analysed the development strategy for fish auction place based on the feasibility test. The research used descriptive and SWOT analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires towards 30 respondents with purposive sampling method and analysis of potential object in accordance with the Regional Operational Objectives Guidelines and Analysis of Nature Tourism Objects Director General of PHKA in 2003 with criteria of Attraction, Accessibility, Accommodation, and Facilities. The development strategies for developing Branta Fish Auction Place were designed based on SWOT analysis. The results showed that Branta Fish Auction Place is feasible to be developed as a marine tourism fish market with a feasibility rate of 70.7%. The development strategies are as follows: 1). Build family games, flower gardens, photospots, special public facilitiy, waiting rooms and free wifi, 2). Create tourism conscious group “POKDARWIS” to get support from the government and community, 3) Improve the economic creative products of local community and the management of Branta Fish Auction Place, 4). Improve safety, friendliness, cleanliness, road repair and environmental preservation, and 5). Improve promotion of Branta Fish Auction Place as tourism place.

The development of tourism in Badung Regency which is focused in South Badung needs to be equalized by developing the potentials of the rural areas, one of which is Pangsan Village, as superiority in North Badung; otherwise, tourism will never equally benefit all the areas. However, the potentials the Pangsan Village has in tourism have not been developed yet. This study aims at (1) identifying the potentials as a tourist attraction; (2) analyzing the internal and external environment, and (3) formulating the strategies used and programs created to develop Pangsan Village as a tourist destination. The result of analysis of internal and external environment indicated that Pangsan Village was categorized as fair (on cell V), that is using the general strategies of market penetration and product development. From the SWOT analysis, the alternative strategies were the SO (Strengths Opportunities) strategy which could be tourism product development and market penetration; the ST (Strengths Threats) which could be applied by improving security and comfort, and strengthening the specific characteristics of Pangsan Village; the WO (Weaknesses Opportunities) strategy which could be applied by developing the basic and supporting facilities and infrastructure, strengthening collaboration and promotion; the WT strategy (Weaknesses Threats) which could be applied by developing the human resources and the groups that were aware of tourism “Kelompok Sadar Wisata”. This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction.
