<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>This study aims to develop a blended learning strategy in the Socio-Cultural and Technology Environmental Education (PLSBT) course in the Education Technology Study Program of Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. Development in this study includes learning objectives, outcome evaluation tools. learning, learning strategies and teaching materials. The research method used was a research and development research model of Dick, Carey &amp; Carey which was conducted for one year. The stages in the research that will be carried out include: (1) identifying learning objectives, (2) analyzing learning, (3) analyzing student characteristics and learning context, (4) formulating specific instructional goals; (5) developing assessment instruments, (6) developing learning strategies, (7) developing and selecting teaching materials, and (8) designing and conducting formative evaluations, and (9) revising learning programs. Data collection techniques in this study include: interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the materials and learning strategies developed could be used to improve learning outcomes in the PLSBT course.</em></p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah strategi pembelajaran campuran <em>(blended learning)</em> pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Lingkungan Sosial Budaya dan Teknologi (PLSBT) di program studi (prodi) teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.. Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tujuan pembelajaran, alat evaluasi hasil belajar, strategi pembelajaran dan bahan ajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian <em>research and development</em> model Dick, Carey &amp; Carey yang dilaksanakan selama satu tahun. Tahapan dalam penelitian yang akan dilakukan meliputi: (1) identifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, (2) melakukan analisa pembelajaran, (3) menganalisis karakteristik siswa dan konteks pembelajaran, (4) merumuskan tujuan instruksional khusus (tik); (5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, (6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, (7) mengembangkan dan memilih bahan ajar, dan (8) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi formatif, dan (9) melakukan revisi terhadap program pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan dan strategi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata kuliah PLSBT.</p>

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the dance education process in Indonesia. Teachers of dance are required to be more innovative in designing learning so that the expected learning objectives can be achieved especially skill-based learning. Malang regional dance is a practical subject in the dance and music study program at the university level. It requires an online learning strategy since it was previously always taught face-to-face. The purpose of this research was to develop a dance learning strategy, especially for the Malang regional dance subject, based on blended learning that is used by students of the dance and music education study program. The blended learning model used is the web course model, in which learners and educators are completely separate and face-to-face is not required. All teaching materials, discussions, consultations, assignments and exams are entirely conducted via the internet. This research can be categorized as research and development (R&D). The steps conducted were preliminary research, planning, developing media or production, and media evaluation. The web course model developed for the Malang regional dance course includes 3 stages: (1) seeking information about the learning objectives and directing students to search and collect references about Malang regional dance online; (2) acquisition of information about Malang regional dances that can be studied by students so that students are able to communicate again; and (3) synthesizing knowledge evaluating the material presented in the second stage. This study aims to describe the process of developing teaching materials by using Glasser model in the Indonesian language course in FKIP UMSU. The sample of the research is 34-second semester A morning students in the Study Program of Language and Literature of Indonesia, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah, Sumatera Utara. The questionnaire instrument was used to determine the student's response and activeness to the developed teaching material, the observation sheet used to know the condition of the students in the learning process, and the validation sheet instrument used for the development of teaching materials based on SAP using Glasser model. The result of descriptive research on student's response shows that 100% of students were happy about the teaching materials of Bahasa Indonesia (Teaching Materials, Guided Exercises and Lecture Strategies) and 91.66% of students think that the teaching materials are new to them. After using the teaching materials developed by the researcher and following the teaching and learning activities, students (100%) are interested in following the next lesson, the readability of the language of the learning material is easy to understand (91.66%) and the guidance given by the lecturer is clear (100%). While the self-employed activity is fun for students (91.66%). Students activity in learning activities was shown by their involvement in problem solving, his involvement in carrying out learning tasks, assessing his ability, digging and developing his own knowledge. Based on the validation sheet on the test of learning result 1 obtained information that from the 3 learning objectives formulated in SAP I and SAP II there is 1 learning objectives that have not yet completed. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of the test results of learning 2 it was obtained that the 3 learning objectives formulated in SAP III and SAP IV was finished learning objective.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar pada mata kuliah Dasar-Dasar Matematika di Program Studi Matematika, Universitas Negeri Surabaya.Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangan bahan ajar pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri 5 tahap, yaitu tahap Analisis (Analysis), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation), dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Sementara, metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah metode ceklist pada setiap langkah pada Instructional Design Process Step/Action Checklist, jika tidak maka harus ada langkah alternatif yang dilakukan atau ada alasan yang relevan yang tidak mempengaruhi proses pengembangan. Perkuliahan Dasar-Dasar Matematika menggunakan bahan ajar blended learning telah disusun berdasarkan model pengembangan ADDIE. Setiap langkah pada Instructional Design Process Step/Action Checklist telah dilaksanakan dan telah menghasilkan bahan ajar berbasis blended learning. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pembuatan story line yang merupakan panduan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar. Dari hasil analisis angket respon mahasiswa, diperoleh lebih dari 75% mahasiswa memberikan respon positif tidak hanya pada bentuk perkuliahan yang menggabungkan antara perkuliahan online dan offline melalui blended learning tetapi juga tentang ketergunaan materi yang disampaikan secaran online melalui Vi-learn Unesa.Kata kunci: bahan ajar, blended learning, ADDIEThis study aims to develop teaching materials in the Basic Mathematics course in the Mathematics Study Program, Surabaya State University. The model used for the development of teaching materials in this study is the ADDIE development model consisting of 5 stages, namely the Analysis, Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). Meanwhile, the method used to analyze data is the checklist method at each step in the Instructional Design Process Step / Action Checklist, if not then there must be an alternative step taken or there is a relevant reason that does not affect the development process. Lectures on Basic Mathematics using blended learning teaching materials have been prepared based on the ADDIE development model. Every step in the Instructional Design Process Step / Action Checklist has beencarried out and has produced teaching materials based on blended learning. This research begins with the creation of a story line which is a guide in the development of teaching materials. From the analysis of student questionnaire responses, it was obtained that more than 75% of students gave positive responses not only to the form of lectures that combined online and offline lectures through blended learning but also about the use of material delivered online through Vi-learn Unesa.Keywords: ADDIE, blended learning, teaching materials

Studi ini adalah hasil tracer study pada Program Studi (PS) Teknologi Pangan Universitas Terbuka tahun 2017-2020. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (qualitative research) melalui survei dan wawancara dengan variabel (1) Keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja; (2) Kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap tingkat komptensi yang dikuasai; (3) Penilaian alumni terhadap metode pembelajaran di PS Teknologi Pangan. Hasil tracer study menyatakan bahwa dari segi keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja, alumni PS Teknologi Pangan UT sebanyak 68% sudah bekerja dan sebanyak 70% sudah memperoleh pekerjaan sebelum masuk UT. Bidang pekerjaan alumni paling banyak di bidang swasta di sektor usaha makanan dan minuman. Kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap tingkat kompetensi yang dikuasai alumni yaitu lebih dari 50% alumni menyatakan perguruan tinggi berkontribusi sangat tinggi dan tinggi dalam pengetahuan di bidang ilmu teknologi pangan, kemampuan riset dan analisis, komunikasi, ketrampilan digital, manajemen waktu dan kemampuan dalam memegang tanggung jawab, serta soft skill. Penilaian alumni terhadap metode pembelajaran di PS Teknologi Pangan yaitu lebih dari 50% menyatakan sudah sangat baik dan baik dari tutorial online, praktikum, dan bahan ajar cetak. Masukan alumni untuk perbaikan layanan yaitu untuk tutorial online antara lain perlunya peningkatan server, tampilan yang lebih menarik, penambahan video dan studi kasus, serta tutor perlu lebih aktif memberikan umpan balik. Masukan mahasiswa untuk praktikum yaitu perlunya laboratorium sendiri yang dimiliki oleh UT, mata kuliah praktikum perlu diperbanyak, serta  integrasi antara mata kuliah praktikum dengan mata kuliah lainnya. Masukan untuk bahan ajar cetak adalah perlu dilakukan pembaharuan materi yang mengikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Tracer study in the Food Technology Study Program of the Open University conducted in 2017-2020. This study uses qualitative methods (qualitative research) through surveys and interviews with variables (1) Absorption of alumni in the world of work; (2) Contribution of higher education to the competency level mastered; (3) Evaluation of alumni of learning methods in the Food Technology Study Program. The results of the tracer study stated that in terms of alumni absorption in the world of work, 68% of UT Food Technology PS alumni were already working and as many as 70% had reached a job before entering UT. Most alumni work in the private sector in the food and beverage business sector. The contribution of higher education to the level of competence controlled by alumni is more than 50% of alumni who state that universities contribute very high and high in knowledge in the field of food technology, research and analysis skills, communication, digital skills, time management and the ability to hold responsibility , also soft skills. The alumni assessment of the learning methods at the Food Technology Study Program, namely more than 50% stated that it was very good and good from online tutorials, practicum, and printed teaching materials. Alumni input for service improvements, namely for online tutorials, including the need for server upgrades, a more attractive display, adding videos and case studies, and tutors need to be more active in providing feedback. Student input for practicum is the need for UT's own laboratory, practicum courses that need to be reproduced, and integration between practicum courses with other courses. The input for printed teaching materials is that it is necessary to update the material that follows the development of technology and science.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Blended Learning learning program to evaluate thematic learning in thematic elementary school in terms of context, input, process, SD Insan Kamil Bogor. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were principals, grade IV teachers, and grade IV students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The assessment criteria as the evaluation benchmark in this study refers to the reference that has been made. The results showed that (1) the thematic learning context component in Insan Kamil Bogor based on the results of interviews with principals and teachers fall into the good category. Learning objectives that are in accordance with the analysis of needs but tend not to be implemented consequently in the thematic learning process because the teacher does not understand the background and the importance of the implementation of thematic learning programs for students in the early grades; (2) the input components of syllabus and RPP aspects, learning facilities, and learning motivation in general are in the excellent category; (3) the process component of the teacher performance aspect in the classroom in general falls into the category of less because so far the teacher has not been maximal in teaching thematic and is more likely to teach the subjects only. It is recommended to teachers and policy makers to be able to conduct innovative evaluations and activities so that thematic learning programs can run as much as possible.

This development research aims to produce a product in the form of Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) by implementing contextual learning strategies and learning unit modules in the Education Technology Study Program at the State University of Jakarta. In this research development refers to the Dick & Carey model which consists of: identifying Instructional Goal (s), Conduct Instructional Analysis, Analyze Learners and Context, Write Performance Objective, Develop Instrument Assessment, Develop Instructional Strategy, Develop and Select Instructional Materials, Design and Conduct Formative Materials Evaluation of Instruction, and Revise Instruction. This development research product has gone through the formative evaluation stage, namely expert review and one to one. The results of the Expert Review from the learning design expert obtained a value of 3.75 (very good). material expert of 2.9 (good), and from media expert got a score of 3.85 (very good). Then the user evaluation (one to one) was conducted to users namely lecturers and students. One to one evaluation by lecturers received a score of 3.57 (very good) and evaluations conducted by students get a value of 3.7 (very good) .Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Rencana Perkuliahan Semester product in Education photography courses and learning unit modules is very good.

This study aims to create and develop teaching materials for early childhood education (PAUD) media units to facilitate learning processes. The teaching materials developed are compiled with a project-based learning approach. The research was conducted on the PAUD media unit in the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) undergraduate program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research is following Dick and Carey’s model of Research and Development. The development stage focuses on determining instructional goals, analyzing learning materials, analyzing student abilities in the learning context, determining learning targets, developing instruments, developing project-based learning strategies, and applying them to learning. The results showed that students could develop media in line with learning needs and aspects of children’s development using teaching materials.

Curriculum 2013 requires teachers to be more creative in compiling teaching materials which are innovative, varied, exciting, contextual, and in accordance with learners needs to achieve learning objectives. This research aims at developing IPS materials for VII graders of Junior High School (SMP) based on ethnophotography. This study used Research and Development design (R & D). The results were analyzed by qualitative analysis technique. The results show that most social studies (IPS) teachers have not yet developed the IPS materials for VII graders of SMP which is relevant to the environmental conditions. The ethnophotography was used to determine the development of IPS materials by photographing/taking pictures of each regional potential to be used as supporting material in IPS materials. Through ethnophotography, the students would be more interested and easier to learn the material, and at the same time, they learn a variety of regions potential. In conclusion, the IPS material based on ethnophotography can be used as one of the ways to develop teaching materials to get more effective and efficient learning because students can easily understand the material through the photographs displayed in the teaching materials because the photographs show a variety of things around it.

This study aims to develop and produce website based teaching materials using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 in the evaluation of learning process and achievement course at fifth semester of Educational Technology Study Program at Baturaja University. This study was conducted using Bambang Warsita’s Research and Development model design. The results showed that the design, media, and material expert evaluations were at good category (84.27%, 83.6% ,and 81.4%). Meanwhile, individual evaluation result was 82.52% (good), small group evaluation was 82.99% (good), and field trial result was 83.48% (good). In addition, students also commented that website based teaching materials are good, varied, interesting and fun. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that website based teaching materials using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 are good and can be used in the learning process. AbstrakRevolusi Industri 4.0 menjadi kesempatan untuk guru bahasa agar menjadi kreatif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara siswa. Salah satu usaha kreatif yangg dapat dilakukan adalah menggunakan model pembelajaran blended learning.i Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan, penggunaan model pembelajaran blendedd learning telah dilakukan di beberapa mata kuliah. Namun untuk mata kuliah bahasa inggris belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Blended learning ini dapat dilakukann dengan berbagai media pembelajaran online, salah satunya adalah edmodo.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa inggris berbasis blended learning melalui edmodo   di Universitas Baturaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan metode total sampling dengan jumlah 44 orang mahasiswa program studi Teknolologi Pendidikan FKIP Universitas Baturaja tahun akademik 2018/2019.  Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 82% setuju dengan penerapan pembelajaran bahasa inggris berbasis blended learning melalui edmodo dan sisanya 18% tidak setuju pada pembelajaran bahasa inggris berbasis blended learning melalui edmodoAbstractThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an opportunity for language teachers to be creative in developing students' speaking skills. One creative effort that can be done is to use a blended learning model. In the Educational Technology Study Program, the use of blended learning models has been carried out in several courses. But for English language course has never been done before. Blended learning can be done with various online learning media, one of which is Edmodo. The Purpose of this research was aimed at finding out the students' responses of English learning based on blended learning through edmodo at Baturaja University. This was a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of the study  was taken through total sampling method with a total of 44 students from the Education Technology Education FKIP Baturaja University in academic year 2018/2019. A questionnaire was used to collect the data and it was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicated that 82% of the students agreed with the application of English learning based on blended learning through edmodo, and the remaining 18% did not agree with English learning based on blended learning through edmodo.
