In the world auto market, top three companies are VW(Volkswagen), Runault-Nissan-Mistubishi, and Toyota. About some selected countries and areas, China, England, Italy, Australia, Germany, Turkey, Russia, Sweden, USA, Brazil, UAE, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand are more competitive. However, the situation is different. Seeing monopolistic market countries and areas, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, France, India, and Pakistan, in particular, the influence of Japan to Taiwan, India, and Pakistan is very big. But in Korea and France, their own companies’ brands occupy the market. In Japan domestic market, the overall situation is competitive. Almost all vehicles made in Japan are Japanese brand. From now on, we have to note the development of electric vehicle (EV) and other new technologies such as automatic driving and connected car. That is because they will give a great impact on the auto industry and market of Japan. He [Chulkov] says to me, “mystical anarchism,” I say to him, “non-acceptance of the world, supra-individualism, mystical energism,” and we understand each other. . . .Viacheslav IvanovThe Revolution of 1905 challenged the symbolists’ belief that they could seclude themselves from the rest of society. Forced to reexamine their previous ideas, values, and attitudes, they developed new ideologies that took cognizance of the current crisis. Among the most prominent of the new ideologies was mystical anarchism, the doctrine of the symbolist writers Georgii Chulkov and Viacheslav Ivanov. Particularly attractive to the symbolists, mystical anarchism also influenced other artists and intellectuals; doctrines similar to it proliferated, and it engendered a polemic in which almost all the symbolists took part. Strikingly similar to the mystical anarchism of other periods of social upheaval, both in Russia and in the West, illuminating a facet of the little-known mystical and religious aspects of the Revolution of 1905, and providing an example of the response of apolitical writers and artists to revolutionary upheaval, Chulkov and Ivanov’s doctrine merits closer study than it has so far received.

One of the biggest economic crises since the industrial revolution centuries ago is underway, and its intensity is still invisible. The current crisis is caused by the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic. In March, when the corona began to take off all over the world, including in Serbia, leading epidemiologists claimed that it would be better from May, some even from June, guided by the thesis that warmer weather could stop the virus and bring life back. on the "old". It is now almost impossible to give any precise forecast, both from the health and economic aspect. The only thing that is certain is uncertainty, both for workers and managers and owners, and uncertainty often brings with it fear. The economic crisis of 2020 differs from the crisis of 2008 because the current one was caused by the states with their measures, and the last one was caused by the financial sector by uncontrolled risky behavior. The consequences will be similar, because again, the banks will warn the states that they have borrowed too much, as if the debt did not arise first in order for the banks to be saved. Unlike the world economic crisis that was current ten years ago, this crisis does not have a clear focus in the financial system that can be identified and acted upon with adequate measures. The economic consequences of the pandemic are greater the more economically underdeveloped the country is, and Serbia entered this crisis as a country burdened with numerous problems, a high share of public debt in GDP and developmentally dependent on foreign capital. The suspension of economic activity for a certain period and its restart in an environment of uncertainty and fear of the now certain second wave, are trends that some companies will survive with certain reductions in production and work capacity.

The article analyses the current state and trends of the processes of digitalization of the economy in the Russian Federation, and also collates the levels of penetration of digital technologies in the structure of the economy of Russia and foreign countries-competitors. As a basis, the set task of achieving technological superiority in key sectors of the digital economy has been adopted. The paper shows that although the Russian Federation occupies a prominent position in the world in terms of the introduction of digital technologies, it is not included in the group of leading countries in the digitalization process. As of the end of 2019, it can be stated that Russia, if the current course continues, will remain among the countries of “catching up development”. The authors show that the lag in the Russian Federation is observed in almost all components of digitalization processes. The efforts made by the government of the country in recent years to accelerate the digitalization processes have not been sufficient. Although they produced results, the main opponents of Russia on the world stage pursued a more intensive policy in the same direction, which ensured their current separation. To achieve technological superiority, a cardinal change of policy is necessary, which should reorient to new, more productive than the current mechanisms for the development and implementation of new digital technologies with the simultaneous intensification of both state and private efforts. Deepening the industry specification of digitalization policies will also have a positive effect. In addition, it is necessary to actively engage in digitalization processes and strengthen the role of scientific organizations (both academic and other).
