The study hypothesizes that female farmer participation in the local knowledge training provides corn farmers an advantage over non-participants. We planned on determining the amount of influence market participation had on female corn farmers along with entrepreneurial propensity among them and whether there was any change in income or standard of living among them. 600 female corn farmers were sampled in Bangladesh through a multi-stage sampling technique. Mean, standard deviation, and independent-sample t-test were used for data analysis. The findings showed that female participation in training classes gave them an advantage, entrepreneurial propensity (p<0.01), and improved standard of living/income enhancement (p<0.01). There is a continual need to strengthen female farmer participation through improved training for better outcome and economic growth.

The study assumes that participation in the Farmer Business School (FBS) gives the cocoa farmer an advantage over the non-participants. The following objectives were set to give an overall appreciation of the research; determine the extent to which participation in the FBS has influenced the market orientation of the cocoa farmers, determine the extent to which participation in the FBS has influenced the entrepreneurial proclivity of cocoa farmers and determine the extent to which participation in the FBS has influenced the livelihood of the cocoa farmers. With this in mind, 600 cocoa farmers were sampled in Ghana using the multi-stage sampling technique. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and the independent sample t-test. The results show that participation in the Farmer Business School indeed gives the cocoa farmers an advantage; market orientation (p<0.05), an entrepreneurial proclivity (p<0.05), and livelihood outcomes (p<0.05). There is a need to continually strengthen activities that promote these three key areas.

Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Based on the observation of the writer it can be indicated that low level of ability of football player base of SSB SKB MuaraBungo. There are some factors caused this, such as exercise methods, physical conditions, nutritional status and infrastructure facilities. This study aims to explain the influence of the self-inspection style and the convergent style of the dribbling ability of football. The population in this study is SSB players SKB MuaraBungo (U.13-U.15) which amounted to 75 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 samples. Moreover, the data of dribbling soccer capability is taken by the coach and the research team. The test instrument is dribbling test. Data analysis technique using t test. The result of data analysis shows that: 1) there is impact of self-check force toward dribbling ability of player SSB SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,132>ttable 2,145; 2) the impact of convergent style on dribbling ability of SSB players SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,613>ttable 2,145,3 ) self-check style is more effective than convergent style to increase dribbling ability of SSB SKB player with tcount of 7,132>ttable 2,145 for self check style and ttest result 7,613>ttable 2,145 for convergent style, which means there is difference between the two styles.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of problem-solving learning models on students’ learning outcomes in the acid-base solutions topic in SMA Negeri 1 Buko on Academic Year 2018-2019. This type of research was a true experiment with a non-randomized posttest two group design. The population of this research was all students of class XI MIA, the sampling techniques was saturated sampling methods. The sample used was students of class XI MIA 1 and XI MIA 2 as experimental class 1 and experimental class 2. The testing of students’ learning outcomes data was using one-party statistical analysis t-test to test the completeness of individual learning outcomes and classical completeness test to test the overall percentage of mastery learning. The results of data analysis obtained, the mean experimental class 1 (X1) was 75.5 with a standard deviation of 10.71 and the average experimental class 2 (X2) was 76.43 with a standard deviation of 12.77. The results of hypothesis testing with one-party t-test statistics in the experimental class 1 and 2 was obtained tcount > ttable (2.321 > 1.740; 2.306 > 2.101) with a significance level of α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom 18 and 19, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then, the result of the classical completeness test obtained in the experimental class 1 were 80% and experimental class 2 were 80.95%. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that the problem-solving learning model is effective against students’ learning outcomes in the acid-base solutions topic in SMA Negeri 1 Buko on Academic Year 2018-2019.

The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

Exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) plays a pivotal role in determining the optimal health and development of infants with reduction in infant mortality. This study focuses on those factors which place nursing mothers in the likelihood of not adopting and practicing EBF. It is a descriptive study that utilized a multi-stage sampling technique. A structured questionnaire, mean and standard deviation were used. The result shows that the EBF practice among nursing mothers is high with a grand mean and standard deviation of 2.75 (0.61). Those with secondary qualification and below had 3.10(0.37) while tertiary had 2.23 (0.41). Mothers aged 25 and below had 3.39 (0.14) and above age 25 had 2.57(0.52).Parity of 1-4 had 2.93 (0.47) while parity of 5 and above had 1.93 (0.34). Married and single mothers had 2.75 (0.61) and 1.26 (0.05) respectively. Effective EBF education is needed to reduce socio-demographic factors that hinder mothers’ practice of EBF.

This study aimed to discover the difference Galungan preparation’s stress between Hindus housewives and working mothers in Denpasar Sampling technique used in this research was simple random samplings that were 100 subjects consisting of 52 working and mothers and 48 housewives that lived in Denpasar area, that filled the scale of Galungan Preparation’s Stress that was made by stress aspect from pyshic, emotional, and concentration by Dr. Robert J. an Amberg, Cary Cooper, Alison Straw and Braham. From available 60 items, 55 items was declared dan 5 items fall with reliability value 0,974,. Method of analyzing data used in this research is the analysis of parametric t-test independet group. Results from test data analysis is that there is a significant value of p= 0.000 which indicates a significant stress difference between both group of Hindus housewives and working mothers, which was working mothers have more stress level than housewives when working on Galungan’s preparation. Keywords : Galungan, Stress, Working Mothers, Housewives
