The modern development of society determines the forms and content of the process of teaching foreign languages. The quantity and quality of information in the field of mastering a foreign language is constantly growing as a means of sociocultural, linguistic and cultural and professional development of an individual. A foreign language is currently considered as an integral part of intercultural communication in various fields of objective reality and the development of a culture of interethnic communication. In the process of teaching a foreign language, technologies are becoming increasingly important which makes it possible to achieve the required level of communicative competence in speaking and writing in a shorter time frame and to recreate a virtual spatial temporal communication environment with native speakers. In this regard, the form of distance learning can be more and more prospective, being psychologically more comfortable for students and teachers; many of its elements can be integrated into other forms of training. The article exposes certain information technologies, the use of which increases the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language in distance, part-time and full-time courses. On the example of specific interactive multimedia Internet resources in the field of learning the German language, the urgent importance of using computerized teaching methods for acquiring and enhancing pronunciation, lexical and grammatical skills and knowledge with the aim of forming linguistic and cultural and professional competence of students is emphasized. At the same time, the article highlights importance of non-verbal forms of communication for achieving the desired effect of verbal communication, while relying on relevant audiovisual Internet resources.

The article discusses the possibilities of automation of legal activities. Special attention is paid to the new branch of the business LegalTech, which allows providing legal services using information technology. Some projects in this area are briefly described: FreshDoc document designer, VideoContract app, and electronic trading platforms such as Legal Space and Pravoved.Ru. Although the legal community is not quite ready to work in such conditions, higher education institutions are already reforming their curricula, developing disciplines that allow gaining professional competence in introducing technologies that automate legal work, and so on. The author, in turn, offers using chat bots in legal clinics, gives examples of new disciplines for master’s degree programs, considers the idea of passing final examinations outside universities in certification centers, etc. It is emphasized that in jurisprudence there are a lot of typical situations in which typical decisions need to be made, and here artificial intelligence will be a good helper, and scientists will have more time to undertake a comprehensive analysis of law. Thus, even with the advent of new technologies, the creative work of lawyers will always be in demand.

The article discusses some aspects to be taken into account when preparing polygraph examiners in order to form skills for conducting polygraph tests using search tests related to the method of revealing hidden information. Search tests have their own characteristics and differ from other tests, both in the degree of complexity and the composition of the methodological techniques used, and in the degree of accuracy and reliability of the results obtained. The use of search tests assumes that the polygraph examiner has not only knowledge, but also practical skills to perform a certain sequence of actions for their use, as well as the interpretation of the results obtained. Special attention is paid to the consideration of a number of difficulties that arise when using search tests, directly related to the interpretation of the information received and the development of techniques for the formation of skills for solving them. The authors put the main emphasis on the fact that in the process of training polygraph examiners, self-conducting polygraph tests when solving problems modeled on the basis of situations from practical activities, as well as a detailed consideration of the causes of psychophysiological reactions, will contribute to improving the level of professional competence in decision-making in nonstandard situations. In addition, conducting a detailed analysis of the results obtained, taking into account the interpretation of the recorded reactions when using search tests, will help to reduce the likelihood of making errors of various types in the real conditions of the future polygraph examiner’s professional activity.

Technological possibilities of jet processing cause increased attention to the study of the regularities of the process. The main interest for practice is the establishment of the kind of dependencies between technological parameters (abrasive particles size, particle speed, concentration, compressed air pressure, attack angle, physical and mechanical properties of particles and surface to be treated) and initial process parameters (roughness of the treated surface, removal rates of the metal and libel). That, in turn, determines the necessity of optimal choice of the values of technological parameters in the conditions of a concrete production situation. The basic regularities can be established as a result of regression analysis of experimental data. However, the use of the resulting laws is limited to the complexity of the process and relatively narrow areas of changing the parameters of the experiment. The purpose of the work is to determine the factors that determine the formation of a microrelief in the area of the abrasive air jet, the relationship between them and the degree of their effect on the intensity of the formation of a microrelief; formation of a model of finishing treatment of collector plates, creation of theoretical bases and methodology of designing high-efficient resource-saving technological processes of production of motor collectors of electric machines.Analysis of recent research and publications. The following contributions were made to the development of the theory of modeling of the inkjet-abrasive surface treatment: Volovetsky O.E., Denysyuk V.Yu., Kharchik M.M., Buts BP, Andilahi A.A., Novikov FV, Gordeyev AI, Urbanyuk Ye.A., Silin R.S. and other. The most universal approach based on determining the search dependencies and solving the problem of optimizing the technological parameters of the processing process as a result of statistical simulation, namely the ability to control the input parameters before the start of the model or in the process of work - one of the key benefits of using simulation modeling for the analysis of systems and processes. This allows you to determine the optimal parameters, which maximize the efficiency of the processes, determine the relationship between the input and output parameters. The paper considers: creation of theoretical bases and methodology of designing high-efficiency resource-saving technological processes of production of motor collectors of electric machines; the process of formation of microrelief of collector plates in the area of the abrasive air jet, the relationship between the factors and the degree of their influence on the intensity of formation. The formation of a model of finishing treatment of collector plates treated with silicon carbide (black) was determined.Prospects for further research are the improvement of the technological process of obtaining collector nodes on the possibilities of implementation.

IntroductionInternationally, emergency ambulance paramedic education has evolved from ‘on the job’ training by ambulance services to tertiary-level qualifications. However, across many countries and jurisdictions, clinical practicum requirements still differ substantially. For example, Australian paramedic students spend fewer hours on clinical practicum than their United Kingdom (UK) counterparts.MethodsFifteen semi-structured face-to-face interviews were conducted with Australian and UK paramedics and managers to identify their perceptions regarding the preparedness of graduate paramedics for practice. ResultsInterviewees in Australia and the UK identified that newly graduated paramedics require an internship period before independent practice. Interviewees in both jurisdictions recognised the robust theoretical knowledge and practical skills of graduates. Organisational operations, clinical judgement and decision-making, and care-pathway selection were areas where interviewees identified that an internship period consolidated the graduate’s learning. ConclusionThis research found that increased time spent by paramedic students on ambulances did not increase a new graduate’s ability to practice independently before an internship period. The time spent on ambulance practicums, objectives and supervisory model should be reviewed.
