The light in the operating room has a special luminance intensity standard, so the light intensity needs to be known, because it adapts to lighting needs and functions. The lamps used for operating lighting must meet the requirements stipulated by law, good lighting is lighting that suits your needs, for operating rooms that are 300-500 lux and for operating tables 10,000-20,000 Lux. The problem in the field is that not all hospitals have a lux meter measuring instrument, so when taking measurements if there is an unsuitability of the light it brings a third party, from the problem so that it is not dependent, the research method used is the experimental method, with Arduino uno R3 programming. The Lux meter that has been made has been successful and has been tested with a calibration tool, in this case the calibration test is carried out in the hospital. Based on the calibration test data shows quite good results, the measurement data has been tested 20 times with a distance of 1 meter and 20 times at a distance of 1.5 meters. Based on the measurement and comparison of data, it can be concluded that the error of the tool is relatively low, namely 0.01% at a distance of 1 meter with a difference of 2 lux, and an error value of 0.23% at a distance of 1.5 meters with a difference of 24 lux. For distance measurement and timer, the error is 0% so that it has a difference of 0%.

This article will explain how the authority of village officials in resolving disputes over ownership of aid houses is mediated? To answer the problem above, the writer uses the descriptive analysis research method, where the data obtained is sourced from observations, interviews, photoshoots, document analysis, and field notes compiled by the writer at the research location which is not set forth in the form of figures. From the results of the study it can be seen that based on Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Customary Life and Customs where village officials have the authority to reconcile disputes that occur within the community by deliberation / mediation and one of the village apparatuses that mediates the parties who disputes to end their disputes peacefully. The consequence of the mediation decision is the termination of the dispute that occurred and the parties agreed to make peace by making a peace agreement and carrying out the agreement accordingly. The concept of mediation in positive law is no different from the concept of iṣlāḥ in Islamic law which involves a third party to reconcile the disputing parties. The content of the agreement of the mediation that has been carried out by the parties, is allowed in Islamic law because the purpose of iṣlāḥ or mediation is to end the dispute.

Abstract Light is a propagation of electromagnetic waves that spread all directions that play an important role in everyday life because it is an absolute part of life and without the light of life on earth can not develop. The amount of light illuminance is necessary to know because basically humans require adequate lighting. The instrument for measuring light illuminance is a luxmeter or light meter. However, this gauge is difficult to obtain and the price of the tool is expensive so that it can only be found in certain school laboratories or colleges. While telemetry is the process of measuring the parameters of an object (objects, space, natural conditions) that the measurement results are transmitted to other places via data transmission without or using a cable (wireless). The purpose of this study is to measure, to know the conditions of light intensity. This research uses experimental model of light intensity measurement using independent measuring instrument with combination of LDR and Arduino uno consisting of transmitter and receiver. In the transmitter there are LDR, Arduino Uno, and RF Module Board 433 MHz components, while the receiver consists of Arduino Uno, laptop, and RF Module Board 433 MHz. In this design is also done a variety of testing tools using distance variables. Overall this tool is working well. The system has successfully delivered telemetry measurement results with a range of conditions without a wall barrier with a maximum distance of <28 m. And conditions there are obstacles diding with a maximum distance <13.2.

Abstract In solid rocket motors (SRMS) using aluminized composite solid propellants and submerged nozzles a two-phase flow pattern is one of the main flow characteristics needs to be investigated. The modeling and validation of two-phase flow are the focus in this research field. In this paper the authors first traced the particle trajectory in a SRM chamber by using numerical method, and then developed a new experimental method to measure the particle trajectory in a SRM chamber to validate the numerical results. The experimental method was based on the RTR (X-ray Real-time Radiography) technique and high-speed motion analyzer. A special method was developed to imitate the particle injection on the propellant surface. The calculation results and measurement data show that the trajectory obtained by numerical simulation was in good agreement with the measured one by imposing proper boundary conditions. For particles with diameter of 75μm, the initial velocity factor of particle is approximately 0.4, and the particles pass through the centerline in both calculation and experiment. The present method can be extended to study the impingement of particles on the wall and other related two-phase flow patterns.
