This study aims to determine the type of butterfly Papilionidae in the Receiver Zone of the Great Forest Park (GFP) Raja Lelo Bengkulu. The study was conducted in June- August 2017. Determination of the location of the study was conducted using purposive sampling and butterfly collection at each location using the roaming method. Butterfly collection is carried out at 08.00-10.00 WIB and continued in the afternoon at 15.00- 17.00 WIB, on sunny weather using insect nets. The butterflies obtained were taken to the Biology Laboratory of the Basic Science building, then stretched on a stretching board and dried in an oven at 40 0 C. Furthermore, the butterfly sample is identified by the butterfly identification book and grouped by Family, Genus and Species. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results showed 7 species of Papilionidae butterflies, 74 individuals belonging to 4 genera. The types of butterflies obtained were Graphium agamemnon, Grapihum sarpedon, Pachliopta aristolochiae, Papilio polytes, Papilio memnon, Papilio palinurus, Troides helena.

Species and cladystic of butterflies is closely related to the preservation and utilization of biological resources in Indonesia. This study aims to determine species and cladystic of butterflies (Lepidoptera) in Grand Forest Park Central Sulawesi. Sampling of butterflies using a sweeping net with a purposive sampling method at three different watershed (DAS) locations, namely Vatutela, Kawatuna, and Poboya. Butterfly samples obtained at the research location were then identified at the Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. The results showed that there were 97 species from 5 butterfly families, namely Papilionidae (14 species), Pieridae (16 species), Nymphalidae (46 species), Lycanidae (15 species), and Hesperiidae (6 species). The research sample used for the analysis of kinship is 23 species from five butterfly families that dominate the research location. The observed characters included 32 characters. Analysis of kinship was calculated using the Sorensen similarity index, then processed using the Multivariate Statistical Package (MVSP) software. The closest kinship relationship is between the species Appias ithome and A. zarinda which is supported by a similarity index above 0.90 and the farthest relationship occurs between the species Bibasis sp. with other species from the Hesperiidae family which were supported by a similarity index below 0.7.

This research was about Dipterocarpaceae inventory at Ketambe Research Station, Gunung Leuser National Park. The research was done on July 2015. Determination of sampling plot was using purposive sampling. The parameter observed was species as well as number of species. The result showed that there were 5 species of Dipterocarpaceae found in the sampling plot. All the species found were belongs to tribe of Shoreae namely; Shorea johorensis, Shorea parvifolia, Hopea dryobalanoides, Shorea lepidota, and Parashorea lucida.Key words: Dipterocarpaceae, inventory, Gunung Leuser National Park

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on capital structure, the effect of capital structure on firm value, the effect of profitability on firm value and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value through the capital structure of finance companies on the IDX. This type of research is causal associative research. The population of this study is a finance company listed on the IDX, while the selected sample consists of 11 companies. Determination of samples with Purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis (path analysis) and the analytical tool used is IBM SPSS 23. The results show that (1) profitability has a positive and not significant effect on capital structure (2) the capital structure has a positive and not significant effect on firm value ( 3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value (4) capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability on firm value.Keywords:Perusahaan Pembiayaan;Profitabilitas;Nilai Perusahaan;Struktur Modal

This study aims to determine and analyze the Diversification Strategy of Cultural Attractions in Support of Tourism Development in Wakatobi Village. This research method is qualitative research. The determination of the informants in this study was obtained by purposive sampling. The informants are community leaders and traditional leaders who are key informants. The results show that the opportunity for Wakatobi Regency to become a cultural tourism destination can be opened, because it is supported by the exoticism of local communities with their cultural diversity. The strategy that can be prioritized in the development of Wakatobi village tourism is the diversification of cultural attractions that are organized through institutions or Tourism Awareness Groups initiated by the community and funded by the local government and acting as an active facilitator. It seems that the political will and political commitment of leaders to maximize local government efforts need to be supported by tourism stakeholders from the government, private sector and the wider community, this is a weakness that needs to be covered so that the strategy in developing Community Base Tourism (CBT) tourism in Wakatobi provides a diversification of attractions. tour which is actually quite interesting to witness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Strategi Diversifikasi Atraksi Budaya Dalam Mendukung Pengembangan Wisata Desa Wakatobi. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penentuan informan penelitian ini diperoleh secara Purposive sampling. Adapun informan yaitu tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh adat yang merupakan informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peluang kabupaten wakatobi menjadi destinasi wisata budaya dapat terbuka, karena didukung oleh eksotisme komunitas lokal dengan keberagaman budaya yang mereka miliki. Strategi yang dapat diprioritas dapat dalam pengembangan wisata desa Wakatobi adalah  diversifikasi atraksi budaya yang terorganisasi melalui kelembagaan atau Kelompok Sadar Wisata yang diprakarsai masyarakat dan didanai oleh pemerintah daerah serta berperan sebagai fasilitator yang aktif. Tampaknya political will dan political comitment pemimpin untuk memaksimalkan upaya pemerintah daerah perlu di dukung oleh stekholder pariwisata dari pihak jajaran pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat luas hal merupakan kelemahan yang perlu ditutupi agar strategi dalam pengembangan wisata Community Base Tourism (CBT) di Wakatobi menyajikan adanya diversifikasi atraksi wisata yang sesungguhnya cukup menarik untuk disaksikan.

This research is experimental research on students class XI of MIPA in SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. This research takes the title of "The Influence of the Application of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Course Review Horay (CRH) Against the Liveliness of learning and the Results of the Economic Study (study on the Grade XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto)". The purpose of this research is to know the difference in learning outcomes and learning activity between the learning model Course Review Horay (CRH) with conventional learning model, to know the influence of learning model Course Review Horay (CRH) against the learning outcomes and learning activity, as well as to know the influence of the liveliness of the learning results of learning. The population of this research is the grade XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The number of samples taken in this study is 72 i.e. 2 Class XI of MIPA which each class amounted to 36 students. Purposive Sampling Method used in the determination of the sample. Based on the results of the research and the anallisis data indicate that (1) there is a significant difference between the model of learning learning activeness cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) and conventional learning model on economics. (2) there are significant differences between the learning outcomes learning model cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) and conventional learning model on economi. (3) there is a positive influence learning model cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) against the liveliness of the study on economic. (4) there is a positive influence learning model cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) against the results of the study on economic. (5) there is no positive influence between the liveliness of student learning against the results of the study on economic. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen pada siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap Keaktifan Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi (Studi pada Siswa Kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto)”.        Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH) dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Jumlah sample yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 yaitu 2 kelas XI MIPA yang masing-masing kelas berjumlah 36 siswa. Purposive Sampling Method digunakan dalam penentuan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan anallisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat perbedaan signifikan keaktifan belajar antara model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH) dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (2) Terdapat perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH)  dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH)  terhadap keaktifan belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH)  terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (5) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara keaktifan belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.

ABSTRAKPerikanan  tangkap  di  kawasan  Taman  Nasional  Karimunjawa  dikelola  oleh  lebih  dari  satu  instansipengelola.  Setiap  instansi  diduga  mempunyai  peran  masing-  masing  sesuai  tupoksinya.  Saat  ini  belum diketahui secara nyata instansi apa saja yang mengelola beserta perannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi instansi pengelola yang berperan dalam pengelolaan perikanan tangkap di kawasan TNKJ, persepsi,  aspirasi  dan  partisipasi  nelayan  terhadap  pengelolaan  perikanan  tangkap  serta  bagaimana  strategi pengelola  dalam  pengawasan  perikanan  tangkap.  Metode  penelitian  ini  adalah  studi  kasus  dengan  analisis deskriptif, dimana pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling, responden terdiri dari nelayan dan instansi pengelola. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  instansi yang  mengelola  perikanan tangkap adalah Unit  Pelaksana  Teknis   Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Karimunjawa, Balai Taman Nasional Karimunjawa, Dinas Perikanan, Polisi Air   dan Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Laut dan Satuan Kerja Pengawasan Sumberdaya Kelautan dan   Perikanan. Pembagian peran masing- masing instansi pengelola sudah sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing  serta tidak terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan. Sinkronisasi dan koordinasi sudah dilakukan, hal ini terbukti   dengan  adanya  Nota  Kesepakatan Bersama. Sebanyak 80% nelayan setuju dengan peraturan yang diterapkan. Partisipasi nelayan terhadap sosialisasi dan pelatihan rendah yaitu 35% dan 19%. Strategi pengelola dalam pengawasan perikanan tangkap adalah dengan membentuk dan memberdayakan Pengawas   Perikanan  dan  Kelompok  Masyarakat  Pengawas  secara  sinergi. Strategi untuk  meningkatkan partisipasi  nelayan  dalam  sosialisasi  dan  pelatihan  adalah  dengan  memberikan penyadaran  motivasi dan  apresiasi berupa penghargaan dan pendampingan. ABSTRACTCapture   fisheries   in Karimunjawa National   Park   are   managed by   more   than one   management institutions.  Each  institution  is  assumed  to  have  their  respective  roles  according  to  their  basic  tasks  andfunctions. It is not yet known exactly what institutions are managing along with their roles. The purposes of  this study  were to know what institutions  were involved  in the management of capture fisheries in TNKJ  areas, perceptions, aspirations and participation of fishermen on the management of capture fisheries and  how the management strategy in the supervision of capture fisheries. This research method was case study with descriptive analysis, where data collected by interview and literature study. Determination of  respondents used purposive sampling method, respondents consist of fishermen and manager institution. The results showed that the institutions that managed capture fisheries were Technical Implementation Unit  Karimunjawa Fishery Port, Karimunjawa National Park Office, Fisheries Official, Water Police and Indonesian National Army – Navy and Work Unit of Supervision of Marine and Fisheries Resources. The  division of roles of each institution agency was in accordance with their respective fields and there was no  overlapping authority. Synchronization and coordination had been done, it was proved by the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). As many as 80% of fishermen agree with the regulations applied. The  participations of fishermen on socialization and training were low at 35% and 19%. The management strategies in the supervision of capture fisheries were by establishing and empowering Fisheries Supervisor  and a group of supervisor community (PokMasWas). The strategies to increase the participation of fishermen in socialization and training were by giving awareness of motivation and appreciation in the form  of recognition and assistance.

Abstract. Based on this study to analyze the marketing mix at the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is a qualitative descripptive. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique that is many as eight research informants consisting of hotel marketing and hotel consumers. The results obtained from this study are as follows : 1) The products offered by the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang are quality attractive and of high quality and the service provide to guests are good, 2) The Price set by the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang is quite high and is only affordable for middle and upper class people, 3) Promotions carried out by the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang have been maximized so that guests are still intererted in staying at the hotel, 4) The Place or location of the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang is already strategic annd in the city center, and works together to travel agents so that guests know the location of the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. ABSTRAK Perkembangan strategi brand suatu produk sekarang ini semakin kreatif dengan menggunakan berbagai media komunikasi untuk dapat mempersuasi publik. Keberadaan suatu brand dapat dikomunikasikan melalui pendekatan emotional feel, attitude change, dan behaviour yang dilakukan terhadap target sasarannya. Youtube sebagai provider yang memiliki peran yang kuat dalam menyimpan data informasi yang paling besar berupa tayangan film dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk membangun dan meningkatkan brand experience produk tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses kampanye yang dilakukan oleh Youtube Broadcast Box dalam upaya meningkatkan brand experience terhadap Youtubers Indonesia. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Dalam teknik penentuan key informan, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kampanye public relations yang dilakukan oleh Youtube Broadcast Box telah dapat meningkatkan brand experience para Youtubers Indonesia yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya kunjungan dari audience yang ingin menonton tayangan di Youtube secara berkelanjutan untuk berbagai kegiatan yang dianggap memiliki nilai informasi bagi publik. Kata Kunci : Kampanye Public Relations, Brand Experience, dan Youtube Broadcast Box ABSTRACT The development of the brand strategy a product now this is getting creative by the use of various media of public communication persuasive. The existence of a brand can be communicated with the emotional feel , attitude change , and behaviour was done with their targets. Youtube as providers having role strong in store data information the greatest of impressions film to give contribution to build and improve brand experience certain products. The purpose of this research is to aware of the campaign done by youtube broadcast box in order to increase brand experience of youtubers Indonesia. As for research methodology used is descriptive to technique data collection through interviews structured, observation, and the literature study. The technique of the determination of key informants, this research using a technique purposive sampling. The research results show that the process of public relations campaign conducted by broadcast box of youtube has been able to increase brand experience the youtubers indonesia which is evidenced by the number of visits from audience who want to watch impressions on youtube in a sustainable way for various activities being regarded as having the value of information to the public. This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, managerial ownership and company size on earnings management in the manufacturing companies of the automotive sub sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, namely the determination of samples based on certain criteria, the sample used is 4 (four) automotive sub sector manufacturing companies and components that have met the specified criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially tax planning has a positive and not significant effect on earnings management while managerial ownership and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. However, simultaneous tax planning, managerial ownership and firm size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. From the results of this study, researchers provide some suggestions for further research to get better results because the results obtained by researchers are still lacking and further research needs to be done.

This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club.
