The bone growth on any organisms have different patterns and equity. In the embryo of ossification lizards happened it during the eggs in the body of the parent before was born. The research aim is to find a bone structure of the embryo that was 48 days old. The method used qualitative with the technique of purposive sampling and alizarin red staining.  Using the six embryos of  lizards (mabouya multifasciata) and it was taken directly from the mother. The analysis used is counting the long of vertebrae and extremitie. The obtained results  were the red colur on limb and vertebrae. Sections of the anterior extremity which undergoes ossification is the humerus, radius, the ulna, phalanges and claws. The posterior extremity which ossification is the femur, the fibula, the tibia, phalanges and claws. The vertebrae bone that it hapened ossification was cervical vertebrae , vertebrae thoracic, lumbar vertebrae , sacralis vertebrae and caudalis vertebrae. Whereas a bone in the part of the limb posterior ones which are not hapened ossification is the carpal and metacarpal. Pada embrio kadal osifikasi terjadi semasa fase telur dalam tubuh induk sebelum dilahirkan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui struktur tulang embrio berumur 48 hari. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan pewarnaan alizarin red.  Menggunakan embrio kadal (Mabouya multifasciata) sebanyak enam ekor diambil langsung dari perut induknya.  Analisis adalah menghitung panjang tulang vertebrae dan ekstremitas. Hasil yang telah didapat adalah tulang ekstremitas dan vertebrae yang telah berwarna merah. Bagian tulang ekstremitas anterior yang telah terosifikasi adalah  humerus, radius, ulna,  falang dan cakar. Pada tulang ekstremitas posterior yang sudah mengalami osifikasi adalah  femur,  fibula, tibia, falang dan  cakar. Tulang vertebrae yang sudah mengalami osifikasi adalah  vertebrae servikalis, vertebrae torakalis, vertebrae lumbalis, vertebrae sacralis dan vertebrae caudalis. Sedangkan tulang di bagian ekstremitas posterior yang belum mengalami osifikasi yaitu  carpal dan  metacarpal.   Kata Kunci : kadal, alizarin red, struktur tulang

The locomotor system comprises the skeleton, composed principally of bone and cartilage, the joints between them, and the muscles which move bones at joints. The skeleton forms a supporting framework for the body and provides the levers to which the muscles are attached to produce movement of parts of the body in relation to each other or movement of the body as a whole in relation to its environment. The skeleton also plays a crucial role in the protection of internal organs. The skeleton is shown in outline in Figure 2.1A. The skull, vertebral column, and ribs together constitute the axial skeleton. This forms, as its name implies, the axis of the body. The skull houses and protects the brain and the eyes and ears; the anatomy of the skull is absolutely fundamental to the understanding of the structure of the head and is covered in detail in Section 4. The vertebral column surrounds and protects the spinal cord which is enclosed in the spinal canal formed by a large central canal in each vertebra. The vertebral column is formed from 33 individual bones although some of these become fused together. The vertebral column and its component bones are shown from the side in Figure 2.1B. There are seven cervical vertebrae in the neck, twelve thoracic vertebrae in the posterior wall of the thorax, five lumbar vertebrae in the small of the back, five fused sacral vertebrae in the pelvis, and four coccygeal vertebrae—the vestigial remnants of a tail. Intervertebral discs separate individual vertebrae from each other and act as a cushion between the adjacent bones; the discs are absent from the fused sacral vertebrae. The cervical vertebrae are small and very mobile, allowing an extensive range of neck movements and hence changes in head position. The first two cervical vertebrae, the atlas and axis, have unusual shapes and specialized joints that allow nodding and shaking movements of the head on the neck. The thoracic vertebrae are relatively immobile. combination of thoracic vertebral column, ribs, and sternum form the thoracic cage that protects the thoracic organs, the heart, and lungs and is intimately involved in ventilation (breathing).

Widespread expression of leptin and its receptor in developing cartilage and bone suggests that leptin may regulate bone growth and development in the fetus. Using microcomputed tomography, this study investigated the effects of exogenous leptin and leptin receptor antagonism on aspects of bone structure in the sheep fetus during late gestation. From 125 to 130 days of gestation (term ~145 days), chronically catheterized singleton sheep fetuses were infused intravenously for 5 days with either saline (0.9% saline, n = 13), recombinant ovine leptin at two doses (0.6 mg·kg−1·day−1 LEP1, n = 10 or 1.4 mg·kg−1·day−1 LEP2, n = 7), or recombinant superactive ovine leptin receptor antagonist (4.6 mg·kg−1·day−1 SOLA, n = 6). No significant differences in plasma insulin-like growth factor-I, osteocalcin, calcium, inorganic phosphate, or alkaline phosphatase were observed between treatment groups. Total femur midshaft diameter and metatarsal lumen diameter were narrower in male fetuses treated with exogenous leptin. In a fixed length of femur midshaft, total and bone volumes were reduced by the higher dose of leptin; nonbone space volume was lower in both groups of leptin-treated fetuses. Leptin infusion caused increments in femur porosity and connectivity density, and vertebral trabecular thickness. Leptin receptor antagonism decreased trabecular spacing and increased trabecular number, degree of anisotrophy, and connectivity density in the lumbar vertebrae. The increase in vertebral porosity observed following leptin receptor antagonism was greater in the malecompared with female, fetuses. Therefore, leptin may have a role in the growth and development of the fetal skeleton, dependent on the concentration of leptin, sex of the fetus, and bone type examined.

Abstract Purpose: Bone structure alters with increasing age. Material and structural properties are both important for bone strength. Despite having an ageing society, there is a paucity of data from elderly subjects in terms of these parameters. The aim of the present study was to conduct comparative examinations of the structure and material properties of the cervical spine (CS), the thoracic spine (TS) and the lumbar spine (LS), in order to identify both structural and biomechanical differences between the segments of the spine. Methods: We examined central bone cylinders of vertebral bodies C1 to L5 from a 79-year-old body donor in regards to their bone volume fraction (BVF), trabecular thickness (Tb.Th.), separation (Tb.Sp.), trabecular orientation (SMI) and degree of anisotropy (DA). Samples were obtained from all vertebrae with a Jamshidi needle®, and were prepared with a damp cloth in an Eppendorf reaction vessel (1.5 ml). The investigations were performed with a micro-CT device (SKYSCAN 1172, RJL Micro & Analytic GmbH, Germany). Existing deformities and fractures were registered with quantitative computed tomography (QCT). The load tests of the vertebral bodies C1 to L5 were performed on a servo-hydraulic testing machine (MTS 858, MTS Systems Cooperation, Eden Prairie, USA). Results: Regarding BVF (p=0.003), Tb.Th. (p=0.041) and SMI (p=0.012) statistically significant differences were found in the different spinal column sections. The force per area was significantly higher in the CS than in the TS and LS (CS vs. TS, p=0.022; CS vs. LS, p<0.001; TS vs. LS, p=0.012). Conclusion: Due to their unique microarchitecture cervical vertebrae are less prone to fractures than thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. Among the reasons are the higher BVF and Tb.Th. of the cervical vertebrae compared to other vertebrae. Furthermore, the SMI of the CS has more plates than rods. Thus, the CS is characterized by specific features, whose causes must be determined in further investigations.

Studi memperkirakan emesis gravidarum terjadi pada 50-90% kehamilan. Mual muntah pada kehamilan memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi tubuh dimana ibu menjadi lemah, pucat dan cairan tubuh berkurang sehingga darah menjadi kental (hemokonsentrasi). Keadaan ini dapat memperlambat peredaran darah dan berakibat pada kurangnya suplay oksigen serta makanan ke jaringan sehingga dapat membahayakan kesehatan ibu dan janin. Salah satu terapi yang aman dan dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi keluahan mual muntah pada ibu hamil adalah pemberian aromaterapi lemon. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas aroma terapi lemon untuk menangani emesis gravidarum. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi experiment  dengan  one group pre-post test design. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang mengalami emesis gravidarum di Kecamatan Berbah, Sleman. Jumlah sampel 20 ibu hamil trimester pertama yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran mual muntah dilakukan debelum dan setelah  pemberian aromaterapi lemon menggunakan Indeks Rhodes. Analisa data menggunakan uji Paired t-test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata skor mual muntah sebelum pemberian aromaterapi lemon berdasarkan Indeks Rhodes pada Ibu Hamil dengan emesis gravidarum yaitu 22,1 dan terjadi penurunan skor setelah pemberian aromaterapi lemon menjadi 19,8. Ada pengaruh pemberian aromaterapi lemon dengan pengurangan mual muntah pada ibu hamil (p-value = 0.017). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pemberian aromaterapi lemon efektif untuk mengurangi emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester pertama.  Kata kunci: aromaterapi lemon, emesis gravidarum THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEMON AROMATHERAPY FOR HANDLING EMESIS GRAVIDARUM   ABSTRACT Studies estimate that nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) occur in 50 – 90% of pregnancies. Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy have a significant impact on the body in which it makes a mother becomes weak, pale, and decreasing body fluid so that the blood becomes thick (hemoconcentration). This situation can slow down blood circulation and inflict the lack of oxygen and food supplies to the body tissues so that it can endanger the health of the mother and fetus. One of the therapies that is safe and can be conducted to reduce nausea and vomiting of pregnancy is by giving the lemon aromatherapy treatment. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of the aroma of lemon therapy to deal with emesis gravidarum. This study applied quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was pregnant women who experienced emesis gravidarum. Furthermore, samples were 20 mothers from Berbah, Sleman taken by using a purposive sampling technique. Nausea and vomiting were assessed between before and after giving lemon aromatherapy using the Rhodes Index. The data were analyzed using the paired t-test. The mean score of nausea and vomiting before giving lemon aromatherapy on mother with emesis gravidarum based on the Rhodes Index was 22.1. However, it decreased after given lemon aromatherapy treatment to 19.8. Therefore, there was an effect on giving lemon aromatherapy treatment toward the decrease of nausea and vomiting for pregnant women (p-value = 0.017). Lemon aromatherapy is effective to reduce emesis gravidarum.  Keywords: lemon aromatherapy, emesis gravidarum

Growth and development of the child have the nature of a thorough and intertwined relationships between components (health, nutrition, and environment). In general, child development can be grouped into three areas, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, whereas biological growth which includes a change in the body structure. Body structure regarding the changes in bone structure, especially the long bones that have an impact on changes in body size, whereas changes in bodily functions is a result of hormonal changes that affect the physiological function .. The purpose of this development are: 1) Describe the product feasibility study التربية الجسمية for grade XI IPA at MAN I Mojokerto 2) Describe the development of learning tools using process skills can improve learning outcomes subjects التربية الجسمية class XI IPA at MAN I Mojokerto From the results of this development can be concluded: 1) results of expert validation and testing, the model approach process skills is fit for use for subjects of Physical Education, Sport and Health, because the products developed are not revised by experts but from the results of questionnaire of students stated that require revision are: (a) Improve the look model or change the learning strategy, and (b) improve the use of resources in implementing the model. 2) Product development learning tools using process skills can improve learning outcomes subjects التربية الجسمية class XI IPA at MAN I Mojokerto. From the class of the test increased learning completeness of Pre and Post Tests Tests are respectively 77.78% increase to 91.67%.

ABSTRAKPerkembangan (development) adalah bertambahnya kemampuan atau fungsi semua sistem organ tubuh sebagai akibat bertambahnya kematangan atau maturitas fungsi sistem organ tubuh (Dewi, 2013). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas pemberian origami dan playdough terhadap perkembangan pada anak prasekolah kelompok A di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal tahun 2018.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pre eksperiment dengan pendekatan pre-test and post-test Design. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh anak kelompok A di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal berjumlah 56 anak dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sampel 36 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar KPSP. Hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan wilcoxon signed rank.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa perkembangan anak sebelum pelaksanaan pemberian Origami didapatkan setengahnya perkembangan anak meragukan, setelah pelaksanaan didapatkan hampir seluruhnya perkembangan anak sesuai. Perkembangan anak sebelum pelaksanaan pemberian Playdough didapatkan sebagian besar perkembangan anak meragukan, setelah pelaksanaan didapatkan sebagian besar perkembangan anak sesuai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada pengaruh pemberian permainan origami dan permainan Playdough terhadap perkembangan anak kelompok A di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tahun 2018 dengan hasil ρ-value = 0,001 ɑ = 0,05 dari kelompok origami dan ρ-value = 0,007 ɑ = 0,05 dari kelompok playdough, sedangkan hasil analisis perbedaan adanya perbedaan efektivitas pengaruh pemberian permainan origami dan playdough terhadap perkembangan anak pada kelompok A di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tahun 2018 dengan hasil ρ-value = 0,043 ɑ = 0,05.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh permainan origami dan playdough terhadap perkembangan anak pada kelompok A di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tahun 2018. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness difference of origami and playdough on development in preschoolers group A in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in 2018.The research design used is research pre eksperiment with approach pre-test dan post-test. The population studied was all group A children in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal amounted to 56 children with purposive sampling technique obtained sample 36 respondents. The research instrument used is KPSP sheet. The results were then analyzed by using wilcoxon signed rank.The results of the research show that the development of children before the implementation of giving Origami found half of child development doubt, after the implementation is obtained almost entirely the child's development accordingly. Child development prior to the implementation of Playdough gift obtained most of the development of children doubt, after the implementation is obtained most of the child's development accordingly.  The results of the analysis show that there is an effect of giving origami game and Playdough game to the child development group A in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten Year 2018 with the result ρ-value = 0.001 ɑ = 0.05 from the origami group and ρ-value = 0.007 ɑ = 0.05 of the playdough group, while the result of difference analysis that is difference between origami and playdough influence to children development in group A diiyah Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Year 2018 with result of ρ-value = 0,043 ɑ = 0,05.Based on the research results can be concluded there is influence of origami and playdough on the development of children in group A in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten Year 2018. We performed the first ever comparative analysis of modifications in the proteome, ionogram and some other blood plasma biochemical indices of 18 male cosmonauts (44 ± 6 years of age) before and after maiden or repeated long-term missions to the Russian segment of the International space station (ISS RS). Levels of proteins, substrates and ions as well as chemical components were measured using the LC-MS-based proteomics and routine biochemical techniques. A total of 256 to 281 indices were investigated with the methods of descriptive statistic, regression analysis, and access to bioinformatics resources. It was shown that blood indices recovery from the maiden and repeated missions reflects changes in the body systems and goes at a various speed. The results of measurements made prior to launch and on day 7 after landing are dependent on the number of missions. The bioinformatics techniques showed that after maiden missions both the mediator proteins of alkaline phosphatase (AP) and blood proteins with reliably changing concentrations are associated with the bio-processes including stress, metabolism and DNA reparation, apoptosis, catabolism and proteolysis. During early re-adaptation from repeated missions the AP level was affected by bone remodeling, phosphorylation, angiogenesis and coagulation cascade suggesting a distinct and urgent trigger of the processes of bone structure and mineralization.

The article deals with the measurement of dynamic effects that are transmitted to the driver (passenger) when driving in a car over obstacles. The measurements were performed in a real environment on a defined track at different driving speeds and different distributions of obstacles on the road. The reaction of the human organism, respectively the load of the cervical vertebrae and the heads of the driver and passenger, was measured. Experimental measurements were performed for different variants of driving conditions on a 28-year-old and healthy man. The measurement’s main objective was to determine the acceleration values of the seats in the vehicle in the vertical movement of parts of the vehicle cabin and to determine the dynamic effects that are transmitted to the driver and passenger in a car when driving over obstacles. The measurements were performed in a real environment on a defined track at various driving speeds and diverse distributions of obstacles on the road. The acceleration values on the vehicle’s axles and the structure of the driver’s and front passenger’s seats, under the buttocks, at the top of the head (Vertex Parietal Bone) and the C7 cervical vertebra (Vertebra Cervicales), were measured. The result of the experiment was to determine the maximum magnitudes of acceleration in the vertical direction on the body of the driver and the passenger of the vehicle when passing a passenger vehicle over obstacles. The analysis of the experiment’s results is the basis for determining the future direction of the research.

A case of MZ twins, both affected by Wolf's syndrome, is described. Their mother, of subnormal look and low intellectual level is translocated. The children, born with a weight and size much below the average, show a very special morphotype: a hook-nose, an abnormal conformation of the back edge of the nostrils (a protrusion in the shape of a horn overhanging the filtrum), hypertelorism, microcephaly. Great asynchronism in the maturation of the bones and a somatoschisis of the body of the cervical vertebrae are noted. Deletion of the short arm chromosome 4 is juxtacentromeric. The study of blood and tissue groups corroborates monozygosity. Dermatoglyphs are little abnormal and identical in the two children. The mother's family is phenotypically normal. At 19 months of age, measuring is still below 4, psychomotor progress is extremely weak, and convulsions are frequent.
