This study aims to determine and describing the implementation of the development of Coastal Green Open Space and the factors that cause the ineffective implementation of the policy. This research focused on policy implementation of spatial plans in development of urban areas which based by theory of Charles O. Jones: organizations, interpretation, and application. The author using descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data were analyzed with data analysis, data presentation, and conclusion. The research data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results showed that the implementation process of the regional spatial planning policy in the development of green open space on the coastline of Cirebon City was not implemented properly. The main factor that causes the ineffective implementation of the policy is that the interpretation of the policy it self is vary, so that it affects the implementation of the policy. Suggested to the Cirebon City Government needs to support and be committed to implementing a coastal border green open space development policy and the Cirebon City Government needs to be prepared to face every possibility and challenge of problems that arise and become obstacles in the implementation of the development policy of coastal green open space.Keywords: Implementation, Open Green Space Boundary Beach

Physical development of public spaces was one of the priority programs during the Molen-Sopian administration as Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Pangkalpinang for the period 2018-2023. The availability of public space in urban areas refers to the provisions for the distribution of the proportion of Green Open Space (RTH), namely 20% Public Green Open Space (RTH) and 10% Private Green Open Space (RTH). The City Government of Pangkalpinang is faced with the dynamics of urban politics which are colored by pros and cons issues related to the development of public spaces in Pangkalpinang City. This study aims to determine the role of the Pangkalpinang City government in striving for the arrangement and management of public space in the Pangkalpinang City area as well as exploring the factors that influence the implementation process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the availability of public space in the form of Green Open Space (RTH) in Pangkalpinang City has not reached the minimum target required in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), which is 20% of the city area. The role of the Pangkalpinang City government in striving for the arrangement and management of public spaces in Pangkalpinang City includes regulators, facilitators, executors and dynamists. In the process of structuring and managing this public space, there are also three factors that influence, namely political will, the role of third parties, and budget availability.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.

Purpose Bandung city had constructed new facilities in urban areas or supplemented existing facilities to create a city branding of music-design-culinary. This paper aims to assess their potential as new tourist areas for urban. This study very little research explicitly to discuss new phenomena tourism from urban areas that raise the image of three branding concepts at once. Design/methodology/approach Qualitative research more emphasized meaning and process analysis. Data analysis was carried out by looking at the status of an urban community, an object and a set of conditions in the thought system or current cases. The supporting data analysis technique used in this research is spatial analysis overlay is one of the basic ways to create spatial relationships between music, design and culinary by processing the result SWOT analysis factor. Findings Three forms of brand imaging development can ultimately lift new changes in strengthening relationships for building a good image of the tourism city with visitors. Originality/value For developing a new branding that can be implemented, the actors necessary to identify and assess internal and external factors policy for further formulation development of tourism city strategy. These articles very few research to explore discuss new phenomena in urban tourism that raise the image of three branding concepts at once. The present work was a modest effort to fill this gap literature with uses a compilation of research findings separately from city branding in various cities used as a conceptual basis and a comparative analysis is then conducted of three schemes.

The Semarang Police, as a form of bureaucratic reform in services, uses a Tour Driver's Licenseservice. However, in its implementation, there are still many obstacles, namely inadequate infrastructure for Tour Driver’s License services and lack of human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality of a Tour Driver’s License in Semarang Regency and the factors inhibiting and supporting it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis (data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the service quality of Tour Driver’s Licenses in Semarang Regency is good. Service implementers have the ability and are able to act professionally. It's just that in its implementation it is constrained by a lack of infrastructure, namely there is only one Tour Driver’s License unit, waiting chairs and tents are still not available, and a lack of human resources. There is a need for additional facilities, infrastructure and human resources to support the implementation of Tour Driver’s License services so that they are able to reach all areas in Semarang Regency.

The purpose of this study is to describe the values of faith, worship, and morals contained in the novel Api Tauhid by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy. This researchis a type of qualitative research, which is a study that does not use calculation of numbers. In this study researchers used library research. In collecting data usingdocument review techniques or commonly called documentation analysis. Data analysis in this study through three stages, including: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Islamic values contained in the novel Api Tauhid include: the values of the faith which include planting the value of faith, faith in God, faith in the destiny of Allah, and faith in the last day. The values of worship include prayer on time, guarding against immoral acts, recitation, prayer, and preaching. Moral values include respect for parents, respect for experts, respect for the government, inferiority, courtesy, and honesty.

This study aims to determine the potential conflict between Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru after conflict resolution. The research was conducted in the village of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru, Sijunjung Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to reveal how the existence of potential conflicts between the two regions today. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discusion) and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman which consisted of three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources. The results of the study showed: The potential for conflict is still stored in the nagari community of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru villages after conflict resolution.  Community leaders to the two parties in conflict have not shown their sincerity together to obey the revolution.   The resolution is only an agreement but to comply with it is far from the expectations of those in conflict.

The purpose of this study was to describe the opportunities for sharia tourism in Pringsewu Regency by referring to the Law and Fatwa of the National Sharia Council. The research method used is empirical legal research which aims to support the development of legal science, especially sharia law related to halal tourism. Data is collected through documented observation. Examination of the validity of the data by using data source triangulation techniques is done by comparing the results of observational data with the results of related documents, and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study concluded, 1) sharia tourism is very possible to be developed in Lampung Province, because formal juridical is not at all contradictory and Law No.33 of 2013 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products; 2) also does not contradict the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No.108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 towards the development of sharia tourism.

Abstract: This research aimed to determine democratic leadership and decisions making on education in Islamic perspective at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo. This research used descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation, as well as Miles and Hubberman data analysis, including data analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that democratic leadership principal of school and making decisions on education in Islamic perspective at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo has been carried out properly in accordance with Quran, in Ash-Shura: verse: 38, which is reflected in every decision. The school principal always decides through a deliberative forum together with the teachers openly, responsively, responsibly, and trustfully, by promoting the principle of togetherness and kindship.  ملخص: الهدف من هذا البحث هو معرفة قيادة الديمقراطية ووضع السياسات والقرارات التعليمية علي نظرية الإسلام في المدرسة الابتدائية معهد ولد الصالح بيت القرآن فونوروكو. يستخدم هذا البحث البحث النوعي الوصفي مع أسلوب جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات والملاحظات والتوثيق، وكذلك استخدام تحليل بيانات على نموذج ميليس وهوبيرمين، الذي يشمل على تحليل البيانات، وعرض البيانات، وأخذ الاستنباط. تشير نتائج هذا البحث إلى أن: قيادة الديمقراطية مدير المدرسة ووضع السياسات والقرارات التعليمية في المدرسة الابتدائية معهد ولد الصالح بيت القرآن فونوروكو، تم تنفيذها بشكل جيد ومناسب بالقرآن في سورة الشورى: الآية ٤٣، ويظهر ذلك عند ما توجد مشكلات التعليم والتربية، فالمدير يحلها دائما من خلال التشاور مع المعلمين منفتحا، ومستجيبا، ومسؤولا،  بتقديم مراعاة مبدأ العمل الجماعي والأسري.

The purpose of this study was to determine the legal system of member cards in buying and selling transactions in Sophie Paris Hybrid city of Bengkulu in the perspective of Islamic economics. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling, namely the Business Center owner, Business Center assistant and member card user members. Data analysis was performed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study conclude that: The member card system in buying and selling transactions at Sophie Paris who want to join as a member member pays Rp.70,000 registration fee, gets a bag, guidebook, and ID card, 30% discount on Sophie Paris catalog 20% Sunday catalog, bonuses and rewards for each rank up. The member card system in buying and selling transactions in the perspective of Islamic economics that is given free or paid at the beginning of registration is legitimate and permissible, if not contrary to Islamic economic principles. From the explanation of the fatwa institutions it can be understood that the member card system is not allowed to collect money for take advantage of consumers who want to become members, but the collection of money is permitted if the money withdrawn from the member card holder is only limited to the cost of making the card and the issuer does not take advantage of the card issuance at all. The member card system at Sophie Paris Hybrid with a paid system at the beginning of the registration must not be because the registration or administration money is not a substitute for making member card financing but registration money if you want to join as a member member.
