A financial management system is essential for any organization to manage its cash flow and keep track of its spending and earnings. Currently, our faculty-student organization, Persatuan Teknologi Maklumat (PERTEKMA), still uses multiple Excel spreadsheets to log in financial records and depend on physical ledgers printed from the Excel sheet to keep track of its accounts. This project aims to develop a web-based system that keeps track of the PERTEKMA association's revenue and spending and prevents inconsistencies between different ledgers such as activity and kiosk ledgers maintained by various executive committees (Exco) members of PERTEKMA. The system's targeted users are PERTEKMA Exco members and the lecturers responsible for supervising PERTEKMA. The methodology used to develop the proposed project is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. An interview was carried out with two treasurers in PERTEKMA to obtain the requirements, and their suggestions were used to develop and design the proposed system. In addition, an interview session was carried out with two PERTEKMA advisors to collect the system requirements to design the system. The system developed aims to replace the current approach to managing financial records through a centralized online platform.

CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Abstract - PT. S.A.M.B (Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama) is a distributor and logistics company engaged in Modern Trade (MT) for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). In addition to distribution, SAMB also provides services for companies seeking logistics and transportation services for modern trade within the designated area. The inventory design system is one of the most important factors in meeting the needs of consumers in a timely and demanding manner. There are still many companies that use desktop applications especially on PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Employees often complain about the performance of the used desktop app. Not all desktop applications can run on all operating systems, while web applications can run in all operating systems as long as there is a browser and an internet connection, it makes it more practical. With web-based asset inventory data item can be used relatively fast, relatively accurate, and relatively more accurate data. . Perancangan sistem inventory menjadi salah satu faktor yang paling penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dalam waktu yang tepat dan sesuai dengan permintaan. Masih banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang menggunakan aplikasi desktop terutama pada PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Para karyawan sering mengeluhkan kinerja dari aplikasi desktop yang dipakai. Tidak semua aplikasi desktop dapat berjalan di semua Sistem Operasi, sedangkan aplikasi web dapat berjalan disemua Sistem Operasi selama ada browser dan koneksi internet, itu membuatnya lebih praktis. Dengan berbasis web, data inventori asset barang dapat digunakan relatif cepat, relatif tepat, dan relatif data lebih akurat. . Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Pakis Sabilulungan is a business entity that houses small, micro and medium-sized businesses located in Mekarsari Village, Pasirjambu, Bandung, Indonesia. At present, BUM Desa Pakis has begun to pioneer several businesses including the production of snacks, coffee, crafts, and clothing. But there are obstacles where marketing is still limited to one sub-district and income tends to stagnate. Therefore, we need an internet-based technology that is able to help marketing more broadly and more easily than the current situation. The proposed technology in BUM Desa Pakis is a web-based e-marketplace, where all business owners can sell goods on the same platform. In its development, the prototyping method was used. This is because BUM Desa needs a description of the application that will be used before further development. The results of the e-Marketplace development on BUM Desa show that the marketing process can be carried out faster, payments can be made through bank transfers and delivery can be done through expeditions. This is significantly able to expand product marketing from Mekarsari Village

In this era of digitalization, there are many companies that have problems in delivering information. This makes the data management process slow, as well as providing information when needed, which hinders the process of selling or releasing goods. There are still many large companies in Indonesia that have not applied technology to be one of the reasons for the author to create a web-based inventory design application to facilitate the delivery of the required information, especially in information regarding reports of goods in and out, final stock reports and all problems related to stock. By designing the system towards a better direction, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML modeling language and applying the Rapid Application Development model. Implementation is in the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of a web-based information system that can make it easier for users to process data.

Inventory management must be considered in the company. Because mismanagement will result in losses in the company. UD. Berkah Jaya is a business engaged in the food and beverage trading business. Inventory management at the shop is still done manually by recording it in a ledger. This causes several problems such as unsuitable stock of goods, checking and searching for goods that take a long time, often expired stock. To solve this problem, a computerized system is needed. This study designed a web-based inventory information system (SITORY) using the FAST method. The use of the FAST method is due to rapid application development and is carried out sequentially according to the stages. This inventory system makes it easier for employees to manage inventory, to make it more efficient and accurate in reporting.

ABSTRAK Pengelolaan keuangan diperlukan guna mengatur keuangan secara baik. Sebelas alasan mengapa perencanaan keuangan perlu dilakukan , yaitu karena melalui proses perencanaan keuangan kita lebih bisa untuk: Melindungi diri dan keluarga dari dampak keuangan risiko kecelakaan, penyakit, kematian, dan tuntutan hukum; Mengurangi utang pribadi / keluarga; Membiayai Keuangan bila hidup ini tidak lagi dalam rentang usia produktif – terkait dengan tingkat yang lebih tinggi harapan hidup rata rata di suatu di negara; Membayar biaya-biaya untuk membesarkan anak; Memberikan alokasi pendidikan bagi anak-anak ke ke perguruan tinggi; Membiayai pernikahan anak perempuan kita; Untuk membeli kendaraan; Untuk membeli rumah; Mampu menentukan gaya hidup yang kita inginkan saat pensiun; Membayar biaya biaya perawatan jangka panjang; dan Mewariskan kesejahteraan ke generasi selanjutnya (anak, cucu, dan lain-lain). Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini penggunaan smartphone berkembang pesat sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi perencana keuangan berbasis smartphone. Untuk itu dibangunlah sebuah aplikasi perencana keuangan berbasis smartphone dengan menggunakan framework Phonegap sehingga aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat dijalankan pada smartphone dengan berbagai platform. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan tiga fase yaitu, perencanaan kebutuhan, fase workshop design, dan fase implementasi. Phonegap adalah sebuah framework open source untuk membangun aplikasi di perangkat mobile. Phonegap menggunakan metode cross-platform Application Development sehingga pengembang hanya membuat sekali basis kode dan Phonegap yang mentransformasikan hasil keluaran aplikasi untuk beberapa smartphone seperti Android, Blackberry OS, dan Windows Phone. Dengan menggunakan framework phonegap, aplikasi dapat dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML5, CSS, Javascript, dan SQLite sebagai database.  ABSTRACT Financial management is needed to manage finances well. Eleven reasons why financial planning needs to be done, that is because through the financial planning process we are more able to: Protect yourself and your family from the financial impact of accident risk, illness, death, and lawsuits; Reduce personal / family debt; Finance Finance if life is no longer within the productive age range - related to higher levels of average life expectancy in a country; Paying expenses to raise children; Providing education allocation for children to universities; Finance our daughters' marriage; To buy a vehicle; To buy a house; Be able to determine the lifestyle we want to retire; Pay the cost of long-term care costs; And Passing the welfare to the next generation (children, grandchildren, etc.). In the current technological development of smartphone use is growing rapidly so that required smartphone-based smartphone planner app. For that built a smartphone-based financial planning apps using Phonegap framework so that the resulting application can run on a smartphone with various platforms. This system development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) with three phases namely, needs planning, workshop design phase, and implementation phase. Phonegap is an open source framework for building applications on mobile devices. Phonegap uses the cross-platform Application Development method so developers only create once a code base and Phonegap that transforms the application output to multiple smartphones like Android, Blackberry OS, and Windows Phone. The study aims to investigate the problems and drawbacks associated with the present scheduling process for courses of video-conferencing, conducted at Administration of Educational Media at KAU (King Abdul-Aziz University). In KAU, male and female campuses are almost entirely segregated. The number of male staff and the diversity of their academic specialties is higher than those of their female counter parts. Hence, some subjects are taught to female students by male faculty, while utilizing videoconferencing technology. This research investigates the main challenges, faced by the Administration of Educational Media at King Abdul-Aziz University in scheduling video conferencing courses for classrooms reservation requests. It provides a complete list of tools and features to enhance, support, and automate the scheduling process for classrooms and supervisors, following Rapid Application development (RAD) methodology. The system has been implemented as a web-based automated scheduling system to undertake the capability of technology and to create an influential scheduling system. This system might also help in the migration of traditional paper-based work to a better technological environment, satisfied employees, and faster feedbacks.

The problems that often arise in the neighborhood of Neighborhood Unit (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) are the distribution of information on citizen activities, administration, transparent financial management, and management of citizen databases as an effort to improve services and information facilities for residents. The purpose of this study is to support the government in implementing e-Government-based government systems, by developing Good Local Governance. The specific target of innovation to be achieved is the development of innovation in the form of a web-based Citizen Information System (SiWarga) application at the RT / RW level. The method used in this study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC Waterfall) method, starting from the first is analyzing the needs by conducting a survey and the feasibility of developing the system, second is to make a detailed list according to system requirements specifications, third is to design the system by creating workflow designs and programming design, the fourth is the development of information systems with coding, the fifth is system testing, the sixth is the implementation and maintenance of the system

Institute for Research and Community Service, or called LPPM is a forum for researchers to conduct studies with internal and national scales. LPPM UMN is one of the institutions that provide the container for UMN researchers. However, in the LPPM UMN itself still does not have a webbased system that can be accessed anywhere. This website will be able to share knowledge amongst lecturers by downloading study results that have been done before. After collecting all the requirements, an application is designed using the Rapid Application Development for a limited time spent. The application is built by designing a website and applying MySQL database and PHP programming language with CodeIgniter framework 2.2.2. This website is divided into 3 parts; admins, reviewers, and researcher. Admins are able to see the whole proposal which is sent and appoint a reviewer for one of the proposals. Reviewers have some facilities to review research proposals that have been uploaded. Researchers are able to upload a research proposal. Index Terms - LPPM, Knowledge Management, Research, Website.
