THE INFLUENCE OF JIGSAW LEARNING MODEL IN INCREASING THE LEARNING OUTCOME SOCIAL STUDIES (IPS) SUBJECT FOR STUDENTS IN CLASS 4 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The purpose of this research was to re-analyze the use of cooperative learning type jigsaw model in increasing the learning outcome in social studies subject. The research method was meta-analysis. The research began with formulating research problems, then trancing relevant research result to be analyzed.  The data was collected by browsing article, electronic journals, and essay using “learning outcomes”, “jigsaw model”, and “Social Studies of Primary Education”. The searching result showed that there were 12 articles, electronic journals, and essay but only 10 relevant articles, electronic journals, and essay. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The analysis result showed that cooperative learning type jigsaw model could improve student’s learning from the lowest 9,89% to the highest 85,56% and the mean was 46,09%

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan soft skills dan pemahaman konsep IPS melalui media mindscape dan metode cooperative learning siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Jogodayoh Bantul. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif dengan guru kelas sebagai kolaborator pelaksana tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan butir soal. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa soft skills dan pemahaman konsep IPS siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah dilaksanakan tindakan pembelajaran melalui media mindscape dan metode cooperative learning. Rata-rata skor soft skills siswa sebelum tindakan adalah 1,14 (sangat rendah) meningkat menjadi 2,06 (sedang) pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 3,50 (sangat tinggi) pada siklus II. Peningkatan skor rata-rata pemahaman konsep IPS siswa dilihat dari pembimbingan pembuatan mindscape pada siklus I adalah 1,8 (cukup) meningkat menjadi 2,8 (baik) siklus II serta dari presentasi mindscape pada siklus I 1,9 (cukup) meningkat menjadi 2,8 (baik) pada siklus II. Dari rata-rata skor hasil belajar siswa sebelum tindakan 63 meningkat menjadi 72 pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 82 pada siklus II.This study aims to improve soft skills and social studies concept understanding through mindscape media and cooperative learning method of students Grade V of SD Muhammadiyah Jogodayoh Bantul. This was a collaborative classroom action research (CAR). The research collaborator was the Grade VB teacher as the action doer. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests. The instrument included observation sheets, interview guided, and test items. The results of the study showed that soft skills and social studies concept understanding improved after the learning action through mindscape media and cooperative learning method. The mean score of soft skills before the action was 1.14 (very low). In Cycle I, it improved to 2.06 (moderate), and in Cycle II it improved to 3.50 (very high). The improvement of their mean score of social studies concept understanding from the guidance in designing mindscape in Cycle I was 1.8 (moderate) and in Cycle II it improved to 2.6 (good) and from mindscape presentation in Cycle I was 1.9 (moderate) and in Cycle II it improved to 2.8 (good). From the mean score of learning outcome was 63 in the pre-action, in Cycle I it improved to 72 and improved to 82 in Cycle II.

Learning physics with practicum activities can create active learning. However, not all practicum can be done in real time. In the era of technological advancement and information practical activities can be done virtually. This research aims to analyze the influence of virtual laboratory use in improving physics learning outcomes. This research uses meta-analysis methods. Research begins by formulating research problems, then continues by using relevant research results for analysis. Data collection is done by searching electronic journals through Google Scholar. From the search it obtained research data sources from ten articles. Data analysis is done in a qualitative descriptive way. Based on the results of the analysis can be known that the application of virtual laboratories can improve the understanding of the concept of student physics.

The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of social studies learning through the type of STADm in class VI students of SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The research subjects were teachers, class VI students at SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. The technique of collecting data uses tests and non-tests. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed: (1) The skill of the first cycle teacher got a score of 19 good categories, and the second cycle of the score 30 was very good. (2) Activity of the first cycle students get a score of 17.14 enough categories, and the second cycle scores 25.32 in the good category. (3) The percentage of classical completeness in student learning outcomes in cycle 1 is 55%, and increases in cycle 2 to 91%. The conclusion of the study through the type of STAD can improve the quality of social studies learning including teacher skills, student activities, learning outcomes of SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. The aims of this research are: 1) to investigate the effectiveness of cooperative teaching practice using STAD type in the topic of comparison; 2). investigate whether the learning outcome of the students who were involved in cooperative learning process is better than those who were involved in conventional learning process in the topic of comparison. This research was quasi experimental research. The samples of this research were the students of VIIA as the experimental classroom and the students of VIIB as the control classroom. Based on the descriptive analysis, it was concluded that the use of cooperative learning using STAD type in the topic of comparison in SMPN II Megaluh was proven effective with criteria 1) students mastery reach 87.09%, 2) the students active participation is effective, 3) the teachers capability in managing classroom is effective, 4) the students response of the teaching and learning practice are positive. Based on the analysis by using inferential t-test, it was gained ttest= 2.197 and ttest > ttable,. It means the students learning outcome using cooperative teaching and learning process was better than those using conventional teaching and learning process in SMPN II Megaluh Jombang, academic year 2013/2014.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fakta bahwa aktivitas dan pencapaian siswa pada ilmu-ilmu sosial yang masih rendah. Fakta ini disebabkan oleh, misalnya, penggunaan metode pengajaran yang konvensional oleh guru. Melalui tindakan penelitian menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif jenis STAD, ingin posisi siswa di tengah panggung. Hal ini disebut sebagai siswa pusat pembelajaran. Tujuan dari studi adalah untuk menggambarkan peningkatan kegiatan dan prestasi siswa pada ilmu-ilmu sosial yang menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif jenis STAD. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa, sebagai hasil penelitian, ada kegiatan peningkatan dari 52,8% (siklus pertama) ke dalam 82% (kedua siklus) di sisi guru. Angirovement dibuat dari 68% (siklus saya) ke 93% (siklus II), di samping siswa, peningkatan dari 61% (siklus saya) menjadi 86% (siklus II). Peningkatan prestasi dibuat dari 67,57% (siklus saya) into74, 5% (siklus II). The faet was caused by, for example, the use of conventional teaching method by the teacher.Through action  research of using cooperative learning model of STAD type, the asited wanted to position the students in the center stage. It’s called as students center learning. The purpose of the study was to describe the improvement of the students’ activity and achievement on social studies using cooperative learning of STAD type. The Result of data analysis showed that, as the research result, there was activity improvement from 52,8% (first cycle) into 82% (second cycle) on the side of teacher. The angirovement was from 68% (Cycle I) into 93% (cycle II), on the side of students, the improvement was from 61%(cycle I) into 86% (cycle II). The achievement improvement was from  67,57% (cycle I) into74,5% (cyle II). The research objective was to describe the improvement in social studies learning outcomes of grade V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope students after using the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is descriptive, this type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The focus of research is the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students and the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model. The research setting was class V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis which is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of data analysis indicate that learning using the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can improve social studies results for fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macope.

Classroom Action Research was conducted in class VIII C SMP Negeri 3 Berbah Academic Year 2013/2014 by using Jigsaw cooperative learning approach. This study aims to implement cooperative learning Jigsaw to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students in the subject of Citizenship Education. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that prior to the implementation of the action no activity learners are categorized very active, the active category 5 (22.73%), fairly active 6 (27.27%) and less active 11 (50.00%). After the first cycle are very active category 5 (27.27%), the active category 11 (50.00%), quite active 4 (18.18%) and less active 1 (4.55). And after the second cycle which is very active category 7 (31.82%), the active category 9 (40.91%), quite active 5 (22.73%) and less active 2 (09,09%)). When viewed in the development of mastery learning it before action 9 learners otherwise completed (40.91%), following which the first cycle were 17 (77.27%) students who otherwise completed and after the second cycle students who achieve mastery learning 19 learners (86.36%). During the implementation of the action has been an increase in both, the level of activity and learning outcomes of students. Student activity levels increased along with the lessons learned in the initial group of experts and grouped. With increasing activity of the learner cognitive structure and his memory be better study results also increased

Tujuan ditulisnya artikel ini untuk mengidentifikasi jejak Hindu Kuno di Kawasan Menara Kudus Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah deskriptif analitik yakni cara mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa data berupa bangunan kuno berupa Menara Masjid Al-Aqsha, Makara/Kalla, dan dua gapura (kori) di Masjid al-Aqsha. Riset ini mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi data berdasarkan observasi danliteratur. Hasilnya,kondisi benda cagar budaya yang menyerupai peninggalan Hindu di Kawasan Menara Kudus(1) Menara hasil renovasi erakolonial tahun 1880, 1913, 1933, dan oleh BPCB Jawa Tengah tahun 1980, 2011, 2013, dan 2014.Kondisinya kini tidak lagi asli karya masa lalu tapi bentuknya tetap utuh, 80 persen hasil renovasi BPCB Jawa Tengah akibat Menara mengalami kerusakan diterpa hujan, cuaca/iklim/angin, dan getaran akibat pengguna jalan di depan Menara yakni mobil dan sepeda motor.Rekomendasi BPCB Jawa Tengah sejak tahun 2018 mobil umum dilarang melintas jalan di depan Menara oleh Pemda Kudus hingga kini, (2) dua gapura (kori) di serambi dan di dalam Masjid Menara Kudus kondisinya baik dan utuh, dan (3) kala/makara posisinya ada di tempat wudlu.Untuk merawat kesinambungan Kawasan Kauman Menara Kudus agar lestari, Pemda Kudus perlu mencanangkannya sebagai kota pusaka.   This article identifying the Kuno Hindu Trail in Region Kudus Minaret Central Java. This research data were descriptive analysis a by interview, participatory observation, and literature review. Data collection was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was observationand literature. Research result, condition culture reserve relic Hindu in Kudus Minaret (1) minaret, renovation colonial era in the year of 1880, 1913, 1933 and BPCB Central Java 0f 1980, 2911, 2013, and 2014. The condition is now not original after renovation although the shape is still intact. The minaret is damaged because get rained on, weather, vibration due to the car. The recomanded BPCB until 2018 the car prohibited from passing in front of minaret, (2) two gate (kori) in the masque al-Aqsha good condition and intact, (3) kala/makara in ablution place. To preserve holy government Kudus need to schedule the city heritage.

This researcher aims to find out the learning activities of students and find out the perceptions of students about social studies subjects. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach, which was the subject of this study were eight students at the Muhammadiyah Middle School in Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that students with low achievement had negative perceptions of social studies subjects. This is illustrated by The way teachers teach who always asks students to record too much and teachers are less able to approach the students with low achievement, and Schedule of social studies subjects that are available during the day so that students feel lazy to take social studies subjects

The types of this research is classroom action research, there are 2 cycles in this research with four phases: planning, implementation, observation, reflection.The locaton of this research at SDN 163087 Tebing Tinggi. This research aim to describe this increase in teacher activity, student activity, and improvement of student learning result in social studies by appliying Word Square learning method. The subject of research is teacher and student third grader which amounted to 32 students. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result obtained from the learning results in the first cycle is 75% has increased in two cycle get 90,62 % and students activity in cycle I is 77, 4% has increased in cycle II get 81,2%. From the data obtained can be concluded that the word square learning model can improve students learning outcomes in class VI SDN 163087 Tebing Tinggi.
