This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employees performance in PDAM Brebes Regency office. The method used in this study is survey method that involved 116 respondents. The data gained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study and calculation data from Path Analysis show that transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction affect employees’ performance.

Abstract: The Effect of Location and Facilities on Limasan Cafe Karawang CustomerSatisfaction. The problems of this study are (1) how big is the relationship between location andfacilities, (2) how big is the partial influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction, (3)how big is the simultaneous influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction.This research uses a descriptive, verification approach. Samples obtained were 343 respondentswho were consumers of Limasan Karawang cafes using incidental sampling techniques, dataanalysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, andhypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study showed the criteria agreed on the location obtained an averageof 1319 and on the facilities obtained an average of 1272. While the Criteria agreed on customersatisfaction obtained an average of 1363. The results showed the location and facilities have astrong relationship, amounting to 0.773 . Location has a direct influence of 39.5% on customersatisfaction. As for the facility has a direct influence of 4% on customer satisfaction and bothindirect effects on customer satisfaction of 9.7%. So it can be explained that location variables aremore dominant in influencing customer satisfaction and Limasan Karawang cafes are advised topay more attention to facility variables for customer satisfaction convenience.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and training on motivation and its implications on the performance of both partially and simultaneously. Data collected through survey method and instrument questioner analysis to be distributed to the units of Mercu Buana University academic staff of 126 educators. Research analysis method is descriptive method and quantitative verification tool path analysis (path analysis) was then forwarded to the analysis of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test). Prior to the analysis process has been tested intrument with validity and reliability. Results of this study were: 1) the transformational leadership style has no effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 2) Training effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 3) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel motivation to work directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 4) transformational leadership style of the performance of educators at Mercu Buana University; 5) Training of educational personnel in the performance of Mercu Buana University; 6) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel performance both directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 7) To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of work at the University of Mercu Buana.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. This study used  a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires and observations. With a population of 76 respondents. Analysis of the data used  the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Khasrisma Busana Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The F test results are 70,878> F table = 2,92 simultaneously. Partially work motivation of 8.433> t table 1.993 has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation of 4.564> 1.993 has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workmotivation, organizational culture on employee performance through jobsatisfaction. type of research is explanatory research, data collectiontechniques are questionnaires. the sample in this study amounted to 37respondents with the sampling technique was census/population sampling,the scale of measurement using a Likert scale. Quantitative analysis usesvalidity test, reliability test, classic assumption and path analysis. Basedon the results of this study indicate that work motivation (X1) andorganizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on performance (Y2)through job satisfaction (Y1). The results of path analysis show the directeffect of work motivation and organizational culture on employeeperformance greater than indirect effects through job satisfaction.Keywords: work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction andperformance

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction,  the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction,the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation together on job satisfaction This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are Mathematic teachers. The sample of the study was 75  teachers.Data collection was done by using questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 20.00 for windows application. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 shows that there is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership to job satisfaction. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. And There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at mathematics Teachers

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction toward work motivation in Catholic Senior High Schools at West Jakarta.The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 130 from 192 teachers had selected random sampling. The responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questionnaires.The results showed that: first, there are positive influences between organizational communication and work motivation; second, there are positive influences between job satisfaction and work motivation; third, there are positive influences between organizational communication and job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Menengah Atas Katolik di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei analisis jalur dalam. Dalam penelitian ini, 130 dari 192 guru telah memilih sampel acak. Para responden dilibatkan dengan mengirimkan umpan balik mereka dalam kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja; kedua, ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja; ketiga, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee achievement motivation of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. It was quantitative research with survey method in Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. The research was conducted to all employees of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 89 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive of transformational leadership on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of nonfinancial compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi partially and simultaneously. The research this use  quantitative approach by using interview and questionnaire. The samples using purposive sampling technique with Slovin formula resulted 217 respondent samples. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test. The result of the research found that: (1) Nonfinancial compensation has no significant effect on employee performance; (2) Motivation have significant effect on employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance; and (4) Nonfinancial compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance. The advent of technology and increasingly stalled roads make the smart  entrepreneurs in the field of technology to open a business. One of the businesses opened is an online transport business. In Indonesia, especially in Surabaya, the most popular transportation is taxibike online. One of the entrepreneurs desire is that his business can get a lot of consumers, of course it can not be separated from purchasing decisions that exist in the consumer. The online transport entrepreneur must know what is underlying in the consumer purchase decision. This study aims to analyze how much influence Location, Price, Promotion and Quality of Service to Decision in using Taxibike Online at students Catholic University Darma Cendika in Surabaya. Sampling method used is Purposive Sampling. The sample in this research is 75 students of Catholic University Darma Cendika, then analyzed the data obtained by using quantitative data analysis covering validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing through t test. Data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test is processed using SPSS ver.16, so as to produce regression equation as follows :Y = 9,324 + 0,074 X1 + 0,157 X2 + 0,061 X3. Where is Purchase Decision variable (Y), Price variable (X1), Promotion variable (X2) and Service Quality variable (X3). Hypothesis testing using t test shows that the three independent variables namely Price (X1) with tcount 0,738, Promotion (X2) with tcount 1,848 and Service Quality (X3) with tcount 0,945 not influence to dependent variable of Purchase Decision (Y) because tcount <  ttable ( 1,994).The Adjusted R Square number of 0.121 indicates that 12,1 percent of the Purchase Decision variable can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation, and have a very low level of relationship, while the remaining 87,9  percent is explained by other variables beyond the three variables used in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Transformational Leadership on the Productive Behavior of Employees at PT. Korin Intiwira Sejahtera Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is to tabulate the data coellection questionnaireiin the form of a validity reliability test, theehiypothesisein thissstudyyis Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Transformational Leadership Productive Behavior of Employees. The research a results obtained based on the validity test showed that all statements on the questionnaire were declared valid. For the reliability test of all variables, the Crombach Alpha value >0.6 was declared valid. And for hypothesis testing based on the F test, the t test and adjusted R2 show that there is a significant influence between Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Transformational Leadership on Productive Behavior of Employees.
