Samples obtained were 343 respondentswho were consumers of Limasan Karawang cafes using incidental sampling techniques, dataanalysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, andhypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study showed the criteria agreed on the location obtained an averageof 1319 and on the facilities obtained an average of 1272. While the Criteria agreed on customersatisfaction obtained an average of 1363. The results showed the location and facilities have astrong relationship, amounting to 0.773 . Location has a direct influence of 39.5% on customersatisfaction. As for the facility has a direct influence of 4% on customer satisfaction and bothindirect effects on customer satisfaction of 9.7%. Analysis of this study were emalyzed using validity test, normality test, reliability test and linear regression test. The results of the validity test analysis are 9 invalid questions. The results of the normality test, the data are normally distributed with a significance value of 0.819. The reliability test obtained the results of the data that was reliable with the value of Cronbach's Alpha 0.933. As well as the analysis of the linear regression test the results are closely related. From the research conducted it can be concluded that (1) the relationship of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) to the workforce can be seen from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) the relationship between the factors that influence K3 and the performance of workers. The performance of workers with supervisory factors has a coefficient of determination of 61.27% and with occupational safety of 88.51%, with health of workers of 86.09%, (2) Factors that most influence the performance of workers in the company of raising rice are factors of work safety, where the closeness of the relationship between the two is 61.27%.

The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The sampling technique used non-probability techniques with accindental sampling. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 with the help of SPSS version-20. Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 2.697+ 0.609X1 0.160X2 + 0.126X3 + e. This equation shows that consumer buying interest is influenced by store atmosphere, taste, and word of mouth. The conclusion that can be drawn is: "There is a simultaneous influence of store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" can be accepted. "There is an effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an influence of taste of food on consumer buying interest in Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an effect of word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.736, which means that 73.6% of the variation in the purchase interest variable can be explained by the store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth variables, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Taste of Food, Word of Mouth and Consumer Buying Interest.

This study aimed to see the effect of multi-meeting, multitasking, and meeting fatigue on productivity. The context of this study is during the Covid-19 pandemic, where phenomena related to multi-meeting, multitasking, and meeting fatigue were entirely natural. The literature used is related to multi-meeting, multitasking, and meeting fatigue, as well as productivity. We elaborate on several pieces of literature before the pandemic, and this study emerges from the results of studies during the pandemic. This research method refers to a quantitative approach, which wants to see the relationship between variables;  SMART PLS a test tool. The researcher conducts a reliability test by looking at CR and AVE, a validity test by looking at discriminant validity, and finally, conducting a path analysis by looking at the results of P-Values. This study indicates that meeting fatigue does not negatively affect productivity; multitasking has a positive effect on productivity, meeting fatigue can affect productivity when there are multi meetings as moderators, and multitasking affects productivity when there are multi meetings as moderators.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.
