The advent of technology and increasingly stalled roads make the smart  entrepreneurs in the field of technology to open a business. One of the businesses opened is an online transport business. In Indonesia, especially in Surabaya, the most popular transportation is taxibike online. One of the entrepreneurs desire is that his business can get a lot of consumers, of course it can not be separated from purchasing decisions that exist in the consumer. The online transport entrepreneur must know what is underlying in the consumer purchase decision. This study aims to analyze how much influence Location, Price, Promotion and Quality of Service to Decision in using Taxibike Online at students Catholic University Darma Cendika in Surabaya. Sampling method used is Purposive Sampling. The sample in this research is 75 students of Catholic University Darma Cendika, then analyzed the data obtained by using quantitative data analysis covering validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing through t test. Data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test is processed using SPSS ver.16, so as to produce regression equation as follows :Y = 9,324 + 0,074 X1 + 0,157 X2 + 0,061 X3. Where is Purchase Decision variable (Y), Price variable (X1), Promotion variable (X2) and Service Quality variable (X3). Hypothesis testing using t test shows that the three independent variables namely Price (X1) with tcount 0,738, Promotion (X2) with tcount 1,848 and Service Quality (X3) with tcount 0,945 not influence to dependent variable of Purchase Decision (Y) because tcount <  ttable ( 1,994).The Adjusted R Square number of 0.121 indicates that 12,1 percent of the Purchase Decision variable can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation, and have a very low level of relationship, while the remaining 87,9  percent is explained by other variables beyond the three variables used in this study.

Bckground of the study: Professional development is an activity to increase and improve knowledges, attitudes, and skills that are useful for librarians in carrying out their duties in the library. Padjadjaran University librarians have participated in professional development activities such as attending seminars, workshops, conferences, etc. Librarians’ competencies are obtained from professional development activities which are the most important elements for librarians’ performance improvement. This study discusses how the influence of needs, resources, administrative support, and librarians’ professional development impacted on the performance of librarians at Padjadjaran University Library (UNPAD).Purpose: The purpose is to determine the extent of the influence of needs, resources, administrative supports, and the developments of the librarians’ profession on their performance.Method: This study uses a quantitative approach, with independent variables of professional development (Pan and Hovde, 2010) consisting of needs for professional development, resources for professional development, and administrative support; while the dependent variable is the librarians’ performance (Bernardin and Russell, 1993). The samples were collected using the total sampling method for 87 people in total. The data were tested using validity test, reliability test, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis testing with t-test and f-test.Findings:The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence of professional development on the performance of librarians. And partially, the needs for professional development has a significant influence on performance, resource for professional development has a significant influence on performance, while the Administrative Support does not have any significant influence on library performance. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that librarians have participated in professional development activities, both internally and externally. Although they do not get support from a complete institution.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employees performance in PDAM Brebes Regency office. The method used in this study is survey method that involved 116 respondents. The data gained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study and calculation data from Path Analysis show that transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction affect employees’ performance.

Motivation by business rivalry condition of the telecommunications industry from time to time are getting tight, so the company must create a new marketing strategy to maintain and gain market share higher. As for the problem with this study is "Are service quality, product quality, product design, pricing and trust affect customer loyalty XL Axiata products at the SMK PGRI Karang Sari Belitang III OKU Timur". This study tried to determine the factors that influence consumers make loyalty to the XL Axiata products, especially on students who use the XL Axiata products at the SMK PGRI Karang Sari Belitang III OKU Timur. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of each - each variable, the quality of product (X1), quality of service (X2), product design (X3), and the price (X) and trust (X5) to customer loyalty (Y). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents XL Axiata product users in the SMK PGRI Karang Sari Belitang III OKU Timur using purposive sampling method to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y = 0,274 X1 + 0,218 X2 + 0,270 X3 + 0,238 X4 + 0,207 X5 Results of the analysis found that five factors, product quality , service quality, product design, pricing and the trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that five independent variables found to significantly affect customer loyalty as dependent variables. Then through the F test showed that the variable service quality, product quality, product design, pricing, and the trust has a significant jointly in customer loyalty. Figures adjusted R square of 0.532 indicates that 53.2 percent of the variations of customer loyalty can be explained by five independent variables used in the regression equation. While the rest of 46.8 percent is explained by another variable outside kelimat variables used within this research. This research explains the problem whether the used of zakat funds against Badan Amil Zakat and Lembaga Amil Zakat in Yogyakarta have effect toward society empowerment. This research aim is to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of using zakat fund in Badan Amil Zakat and Lembaga Amil Zakat in Yogyakarta. The data used in this research is primary data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Whereas, the method used to gather data is interview and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and regression test. The result of this research were processed usig SPSS program version 16 for windows indicate the effect of using zakat funds towards society empowerment. It obtained Y =20,089 + 1,294 Y as regression equation. Based on regression equation, the independent variable will change 1,294 for each change in unit of independent variable. In the conclusion, the variable of used zakat fund has an effect toward society empowerment.

This research was conducted in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo City with the aim to determine the effect of Segmenting, Targetting, Posisioning (STP) on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo, both simultaneously and partially, and to find out which variable between segmentation, targeting and positioning had the dominant influence on decision to buy an automatic motorcycle.This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative relationships. The variables used consist of independent variables namely STP and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used was 97 respondents. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and dominant.The results of this study indicate that segmentation, targeting and positioning have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic motorbikes.,with the results of the hypothesis testing simultaneously which proves that there is a significant simultaneous effect between  on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in KanigaranSubdistrict, Probolinggo City. The research talk about The effect of Services Quality and Store Atmosphere to purchase decision, that has been done service quality and store atmosphere change to purchase decision available at Sugar Rush hasn’t been complete that visitor target.Analysis tool that being used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, T test, and most influence variable test. The result of F test (simultaneous) shows that service quality and store atmosphere significant simultaneously influence to purchase decision. This proved by sig Fvalue = 0,000 < α 0,05. In result of T test (partial) variable service quality significant partially influence to purchase decision, this proved by sig Tvalue = 0,000 < α 0,05 and variable T test result that store atmosphere partially not influence significant with purchase decision, this proved by sig Tvalue = 0,059 > α 0,05. Which most influence is service quality with strandardized coefficients beta value 0,556. This research conclude that service quality and store atmosphere simultaneously significant to purchase decision, as for more effective variabel which is service quality. Advice that can be given to company is add more employee so there’s more clear task and fast service, add additional facility such as wifi and live music and make improvement with parking space and restaurant sign.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer satisfaction with the payment of electricity and water bills for PDAMs at PT Nusa Mandiri. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to 100 consumers of PT. Nusa Mandiri Berau District. The analysis tools used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test and F Test. The results of this study indicate that the factors that have a significant ef ect on customer satisfaction are Service Quality, Responsiveness, Empathy, Tangible. Whereas reability and assurance do not significantly influence customer satisfaction.

This research aims to analyze the impact of quality of the service upon customer satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor. The questionniares have been distributed to 100 respondents. Type of the research is descriptive and verificative one. The questionnaire has applied validity test, reliability test and classics assumption. Likert scale has been used before applying multiple regression test to see the effect of five independent variables upon one dependent variable. The result has indicated that simultaneously and partially quality service (physical evidence, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness and guarantee) has positively and significantly affected the Customers satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor. Abstract: The Effect of Location and Facilities on Limasan Cafe Karawang CustomerSatisfaction. The problems of this study are (1) how big is the relationship between location andfacilities, (2) how big is the partial influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction, (3)how big is the simultaneous influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction.This research uses a descriptive, verification approach. Samples obtained were 343 respondentswho were consumers of Limasan Karawang cafes using incidental sampling techniques, dataanalysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, andhypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study showed the criteria agreed on the location obtained an averageof 1319 and on the facilities obtained an average of 1272. While the Criteria agreed on customersatisfaction obtained an average of 1363. The results showed the location and facilities have astrong relationship, amounting to 0.773 . Location has a direct influence of 39.5% on customersatisfaction. As for the facility has a direct influence of 4% on customer satisfaction and bothindirect effects on customer satisfaction of 9.7%. So it can be explained that location variables aremore dominant in influencing customer satisfaction and Limasan Karawang cafes are advised topay more attention to facility variables for customer satisfaction convenience.

<p><em>Tax is very useful for the development of a county. This study aimed to determine the Effect of Sanctions, Tax Awareness and Quality of Taxpayer Services on Property Tax Compliance, the case studies Kab. Kerinci. The number of samples determined was 128 respondents. The independent variables were sanctions, tax awareness and service quality of taxpayers and the dependent variable was Property tax compliance. The analysis method used multiple regression analysis, including determination coefficient and hypothesis testing. The result analysis shows that Sanctions variable affects the taxpayer compliance by 0.421 (42.1%), Tax Awareness affects the taxpayer Compliance by 0.195 (19.0%), and the Quality of Taxpayer Services has an influence magnitude of 0.250 (25.0 %).</em></p><p> </p><p>Pajak sangat berguna bagi pembangunan suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sanksi, Kesadaran Perpajakan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan khususnya pada daerah Kab. Kerinci. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 128 responden. Sebagai variabel independen, yaitu sanksi, kesadaran perpajakan dan kualitas pelayanan wajib pajak. Selanjutnya, variabel dependennya adalah kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regeresi linier berganda meliputi, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Sanksi mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebesar 0,421 (42.1%), Kesadaran Perpajakan mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebesar 0,195 (19.0%), dan Kualitas Pelayanan Wajib Pajak memiliki besaran pengaruh sebesar 0,250 (25.0%).</p>
