The effective distribution of public storage materials is the key to realizing rapid and accurate rescue of territories, which could truly solve the “last kilometer” problem of emergency rescue. At present, it is relatively rare to study the rapid and accurate distribution of emergency supplies by taking demand forecasts, emergency reserves, and distribution models as an organic whole. In view of the bottleneck of rapid and accurate rescue in the complex disaster environment, this paper selects various means such as field research, literature retrieval, and previous case analysis and uses the system analysis method. Next, this paper explains that the three main factors that affect the distribution of public storage materials are the demand of “black box”, the scarcity of materials, and the blindness of distribution and constructs an effective analysis framework of demand predictability, material availability, and distribution accuracy. Finally, this paper puts forward the triangle structure framework of demand forecasting, virtual public storage, and comprehensive distribution and further explains the triangle structure relationship, operation mechanism, and operation strategy of effective distribution of public storage materials.

Natural disasters cause serious damage to buildings and infrastructure, and victims lose a comfortable living environment. A large number of people are left homeless. Emergency shelter is an important component that cannot be ignored in the comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation plan. However, to the best of our knowledge, no study has collectively taken into account the rapid and accurate resettlement of evacuees by taking stratification of demand, distribution of supplies, and diversion evacuation as an organic model. Given the bottleneck of rapid and accurate resettlement in the complex sheltered environment, we combine field research, literature analysis, and previous case study. This paper explains that the three main factors that affect the resettlement of evacuees are the complexity of demand, the shortage of materials, and the blindness of refuge. Additionally, then an effective analysis framework of the hierarchy of demand, distribution rapidity and refuge accuracy are constructed. Finally, this paper puts forward the structural framework of demand for layered, comprehensive distribution and diversion of evacuees and further explains the structure relationship, mode of rescue and operation strategy of effective resettlement of evacuees.

This study aims to explain the role of Social Media "Facebook" and its impacts ahead of the elections of regional heads in 2017 in Aceh Jaya district. Data required in this study was obtained through literature and field research. The research literature is done by reading textbooks, legislation, and other reading materials related to this research. While the field research conducted by interviewing informants. The results showed that social media "Facebook" very effective way of delivering a variety of things including the introduction of a track record as well as the vision and mission of the future leaders of Aceh Jaya fore. Campaigns that use social networking "Facebook" more influential than campaigns that are only focused on the delivery of any information or content (in the sense of simply using billboard and his card only). In the use of social media "Facebook" there are various impacts. There are two impacts: the effect of positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of the using social media "Facebook" in the election of Aceh Jaya, namely (1) the establishment of kinship fellow Team (timses) of each candidate, (2) can foster public participation in politics (3) provides information on the dynamics of the election in Aceh Jaya (4) to introduce the candidates (5) to introduce the vision and mission of the candidates. Engine designs require better fuel economy, lower NVH, and longer durability. Consequently, the understanding, analysis and design for lubricated engine components that have relative moving surfaces play an important role in this objective. As the GM corporate standard analytical tool for these components, FLARE has been under continuous improvements and validations since its first rollout from GMR in the late 80s. It has also been benchmarked with the best features available in the commercial software package and research literature. There are currently more than 20 standard work procedures directly involving FLARE as solver and its applications span over: • Rod, crank, cam and balance shaft journal bearings; • Connecting rod structure; • Piston structure and scuffing; • Engine mechanical friction; • Load calculation for engine block structural analysis; • Lube system analysis; • Noise analysis. There are three levels of analysis based on requirements. Namely, level one is used in initial design stage that finds solution by interpolating the curve-fitted equations. It requires the least information about the design and runs in seconds. In level 2, a more detailed solution can be obtained by solving mixed mass-conserving lubrication governing equations using FEM with the assumption of rigid bounding surfaces. Heat transfer can be taken into account in this level and above. Level 3 has the full capability, in addition to the features in level 2, the solution is coupled with the elasticity of surface/structure which can be obtained through offline structure FEM analysis. Higher level of analysis captures more physics but requires better understanding of the input parameters and careful interpretation of the results. The unique strength of FLARE is its detailed component level analysis capability. This presentation is an overview of the latest development on FLARE technology. It includes the physics captured in FLARE, integrated solution technique and some selected results for crankshaft bearings, floating piston pins, and piston/liner impact under partial film lubrication.

Apprenticeship program is one part of the laborrs force in Indonesia, apprentices basically get the same protection with other labors, but in Indonesia there are many industries that do not provide rights that should be given to participants of the internship program. The purpose of this study was to determine, assess, examine and analyze how the legal protection for participants in apprenticeship programs and practices to determine, assess, examine and analyze an obstacle in the implementation of the apprenticeship program. Study used is descriptive nature Analytical. Secondary data was obtained from the research literature and reinforced with Primary Data obtained from interviews daan questionnaire. Stages of the research literature research and field research. Techniques of data collection are through literature study and interviews. Methods of data analysis using Likert method. The results showed that the occurrence of violations of rights protection for participants in the company's apprenticeship program in terms of three main components, namely Statutory Rights, Contractual Rights and Other Rights on the Protection of Rights Internship Program participants have not been frilly implemented in practice yet. This is because there are some companies who do not exercise rights apprenticeship program participants in the form of the right to obtain employment injury insurance and the right to earn pocket money and or transport money and not doing the apprenticeship agreement in writing between the parties with the company's apprenticeship program participants in a company. Other authors propose recommendations for the educational institutions and industry especially Hotel XYZ at Bandung management to address the existing problems. The purpose of these recommendations is to provide input to the hotel in order to provide protection Rights Internship Program Participants in accordance with the rules of government.

This paper originated with strategic management work done at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY and the Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged in Manhattan, NY. As background for the project, the initial phase involved industry-wide studies of healthcare institutions throughout this country and abroad. During these studies, which involved both field research and a review of the research literature, many samples of which are given throughout this paper, it became apparent that advances in hospital Information Technology (IT) are having a dramatic impact on improving patient healthcare services.

This study specifically aims to determine the use of facebook amongst students of SMAN 4 Payakumbuh, and to investigate the students' response to the use of facebook as a medium of learning support. This study uses a descriptive study, in which only describe a situation or event does not explain the relationship and do not test hypotheses and make predictions. The study population was a tenth grade students of SMAN 4 Payakumbuh, semester 1. By using purposive sampling technique, class X4 obtained as a sample class. Data were obtained from the research literature (library research) and field research (field research) with a questionnaire instrument that contains 22 written statement, which must be answered by the respondents. A technique of data analysis in this research is to use the technique of percentage. The results showed that, in general, students of SMAN 4 Payakumbuh have regular and accustomed to using facebook, and for this use the facebook application just for fun. The research shows that the use of facebook as a medium of learning support have a positive impact for students, because not only students can play the facebook app, but can also use facebook as a medium for learning and discussion about learning.   Keyword : facebook, media, descriptive

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of hotel tax in Palu using value for money approach consisting of three ratios that are: economic ratio, ratio efficiency and effectiveness ratio. Data collection technique includes field research, literature research, and interview. The results of this study show that economic ratio of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013-2016 is considered more "economical", the efficiency ratio shows that the achievement level of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013- 2016 is considered "highly efficient", and the effectiveness ratio shows that the performance of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013-2016 is considered "highly effective." Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pajak Hotel di Kota Palu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Value For Money yang terdiri dari 3 Rasio yaitu: Rasio Ekonomi, Rasio Efisiensi dan Rasio Efektifitas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian lapangan, penelitian kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dimana Rasio Ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pajak Hotel di Kota Palu pada tahun 2013-2016 dinilai lebih “Ekonomis”, Rasio Efisiensi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian Kinerja Pajak Hotel di Kota Palu pada tahun 2013-2016 dinilai “Sangat Efisien”, dan Rasio Efektifitas menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian Kinerja Pajak Hotel di Kota Palu pada tahun 2013-2016 dinilai sudah “Sangat Efektif.”

Human resources are a very important part for every company to achieve the goals to be achieved. Company goals can be achieved through high employee performance. The management of the company must be able to increase employee performance by paying attention to factors such as discipline and compensation. Results of research on company performance, PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu in the 2013-2018 period experienced a decline in performance. This study aims to determine the effect of: work discipline on employee performance; compensation for employee performance; and the influence of work discipline and compensation together on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this study is associative, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques by means of field research, literature study, data analysis and a population of 30 people and the determination of the sample using total sampling. The data analysis follows descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Work discipline and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 while the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance is 91.9%. The remaining 8.1% is influenced by other factors. Employee performance can be increased if discipline and compensation are considered by the company management. The enactment of regulations that are accompanied by appropriate sanctions will encourage high work discipline and the management of the company to try to meet the needs of employees through appropriate compensation

Introduction. The problem of solid household waste management, analyzed in the context of sustainable development, is relevant both in Russia and worldwide. On the one hand, it deals with vast legitimate and illegitimate landfills, polluting the environment. On the other hand, it deals with the depletion of natural resources and the potential usability of latent reserves of recyclable waste. It is inefficient to accumulate mixed waste and build recycling capacities, since they are accompanied by atmospheric pollutions. Separate collection of waste has a great potential. According to the estimates, Russia’s waste management system will move to a new level when local waste management companies come into operation. This new level will ensure environmental protection and higher standards of living. However, the intersectoral problem of separate waste collection cannot be solved by local waste management operators. This problem deals with urban development patterns and urban economies of the RF subjects, as well as the Russian industries, that use recyclable materials. Materials and methods. The co-authors have applied the system analysis of the research literature, statistical data and regulatory documents, as well as process modeling. Results. The co-authors have analyzed the engineering model of separate waste collection, implemented by residents of multi-family homes within the framework of the “nature – economic activities – nature” pattern. The accumulation of hazardous and oversized waste is organized as the separate subsystems of the waste management system implemented by the residents of a multi-family home. Conclusions. The co-authors propose to modify the system of household waste management to prevent the over-accumulation of substantial amounts of mixed household waste in waste containers near residential houses and in waste collection rooms. The introduction of ecologically friendly innovations is needed at each stage of the life cycle of any product.

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Analyze determine and analyze the role of the notary in the completion of the loan agreement with collateral Mortgage PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. 2). Analyzing the causes of a default in settlement of loans with collateral Mortgage PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. 3) Analyze the settlement of disputes in the credit agreement with collateral Mortgage PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.This research is a field research or empirical research with sociological juridical approach. Sociolegal research done by researching in the field (field research) by means of interviews with respondents who are the primary data and researching library materials is a secondary data and also referred to the research literature. Analysis of data using Qualitative analysis.The research results are: 1) Task, responsibilities and authority of the Notary is a deed of credit agreement requested by the bank based on information that is clear, to legalize the deed of credit agreement, and is responsible for the correctness, accuracy, completeness of documents, provide counseling to clients / debtors , conceal the identity of the debtor's creditors, enter into a deed of the District Court registry book. 2) Notarial acts as a public official entitled to a deed of credit agreement. And provide legal certainty for the parties to the credit agreement. Besides the role of the Notary as well as the authorities to check against collateral in the form of Encumbrance to ascertain whether goods such guarantee was legal or not, or to avoid if there is a possibility in the collateral Mortgage were made in the warranty is still disputed law or case law. 3) Barriers faced by a Notary is a lack of understanding on banking borrowers, thus providing an explanation to the parties concerned to a mistake in making the agreement can be minimized.Keywords: Deed; Loan Agreement; Encumbrance.
