The article presents the results of the effectiveness of probiotic lactobacilli on the productivity and non-specific resistance of rabbits. The phagocytic activity of neutrophils increased by 10 %, which turns out to be statistically significant. The bactericidal activity of blood increased by 8 % in comparison with the control group; the phagocytic index was also higher in the experimental group by 2.02. The content of lysozyme in the blood serum of rabbits in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control parameters by 18.6 micrograms/ml. As tentative results, we report an increase in the live weight and growth rate in the experimental group of rabbits.

The immune system is central to ensuring the consistency of the body's homeostasis. The state of the body's natural resistance is determined by a set of non-specific protective mechanisms. Lymphocytes and phagocytes are actively involved in maintaining immunity. Lymphocytes recognize the antigens of pathogenic microorganisms, and phagocytes absorb and destroy the pathogens themselves. During the weaning of piglets from sows there is a decrease in the protective forces of their body. During this period, the natural resistance of the piglets is reduced due to the stressful situation caused by changing conditions of confinement, the transition to full feed and lack of sows. The immune system of weaning pigs is relatively weak, so when exposed to environmental and technological stressors, they become susceptible to various diseases. The use of probiotic drugs stimulates the activity of the immune system, prevents stress and immunodeficiency. One of these probiotics is the probiotic of domestic production Protecto-active. It w observed the the influence of the probiotic Protecto-active on the indices of nonspecific resistance of the young pigs organism to the growth. An increase in bactericidal activity of blood serum by 12.10% (P <0.05) and lysozyme activity of blood in the piglets of the experimental group was increased by 3.71% compared to control, which indicates the activation of the body's defenses and the increase in adaptive capacity. An important step in the study of the influence of the probiotic Protekto-active on the state of the immune system is to determine the phagocytic activity of neutrophils, phagocytic index and phagocytic number. In the experimental group of piglets that were fed the probiotic Protecto-active, we found an increase in leukocyte phagocytic activity by 9.0% (P <0.001), a phagocytic index by 51.7% (P<0.001) and a phagocytic number by 24.8% ( P <0.01) compared with the control group. Thus, using a probiotic Protecto-active, all indicators of phagocytosis increase: the number of phagocytes increases, their ability to capture microorganisms and increases their digestive capacity, it increases the bacterial and lysozyme activity of blood serum, which is positively reflected in the immunobiosity. Key words: probiotic, phagocytosis, phagocytic index, phagocytic number, phagocytic activity of leukocytes, cellular immunity, piglets

The results of the influence of feed additives: acidulent Versal liquid and probiotic bifidobacteria PKB on the growth dynamics and some hematological and immunological parameters of broiler chickens are presented in this article. The research was conducted on 30 broiler chicks. There were formed 3 groups. There were 10 chicks in each of them: a control group didn't get any feed additives; 1–st experimental group got feed and acidulent Versal liquid solution at the recommended dose of 1 ml /1 l of water; 2–nd experimental group got feed with probiotics bifidobacteria PKB at the recommended dose of 1g / 1kg of feed and acidulent Versal liquid solution at the recommended dose of 1 g/1 l of water. The 15th and 30th day blood were collected for hematological and immunological parameters checking. It was found, chicks that have got feed additives achieved more intensive increasing of average live weight and daily gain during this period. The live weight of broiler chicks from the second experimental group was higher at 76.5 grams, compared with the control and the 136.6 h – compared with I research group in case of using acidified and probiotics bifidobacteria. Average daily increasing were 49.93 g in the control group, 48.21 g and 52.36 g according to another experimental groups. There was a tendency of hemoglobin increasing on the 30–th day of experiment in all experimental groups. The hemoglobin concentration increased by 1.09 times in the 1–st group and in 1,20 times in the 2–nd group. The number of leukocytes was increased in the experimental group. It was also increased by 16.6% in the 1–st group and by 44.4% in the 2–nd group. Phagocytic activity of pseudo eosinophils increased in all experimental groups on the 30–th day of the feed additives using. The most important increasing by 7.2% was in the 2–nd group. There was also a tendency of the phagocytic index increasing in all experimental groups of chicks on the 30–th day of this investigation. It was established that the using of acidulent and PKB probiotic preparation of food at feeding broilers improves hemoglobin levels. It also promotes to leukocytosis, phagocytic pseudo eosinophils activity and improves the overall condition and immunological reactivity.

It is known that one of the most important reasons for the birth of weak calves is the impact of adverse factors on the physiological status of the cow, which in turn affects the intrauterine and postnatal development of the fetus and newborn. The results of studying the introduction of different doses of tissue biostimulator to cows during the dry period and its effect on the development of the conformation of calves received from them have been presented in the article. The experiment was carried out in 2019 on cows of Priobsky type of Black-and-White breed and calves obtained from them. In order to conduct the experiment four groups of dry cows-analogs have been formed with 10 heads in each for 55–60 days before the expected calving at the age of III lactation and older. When selecting animals the live weight and milk productivity of cows for the previous lactation have been taken into account. The highest growth rate has been observed in calves from cows the 2nd experimental group, which exceeded the control by 24,4 % (P ≤ 0,001). The best indicators of conformation development have been also observed in calves obtained from cows of the 2nd experimental group, which were injected subcutaneously with 22,5 ml of tissue preparation. So, oblique body length have been greater by 12,6 % (P ≤ 0,001), chest girth by 17,3 % (P ≤ 0,001), width of hook bones by 21,0 % (P ≤ 0,01), the width of the pin bones by 15,0 % (P ≤ 0,05). The lengthiness index was by 11,5 % higher (P ≤ 0,001), the blockiness index was by 4,1 % higher (P ≤ 0,05), and the boniness index was by 10,6 % lower (P ≤ 0,05) than in the control group herdmates.

The paper presents the results of studies on the effect of regrouping of piglets at different ages on the resistance of their organisms, immunological status, productive qualities and safety of young pigs. The work was performed at “Stas” LLC on large white breed pigs and their crossbreeds. For the experiment, three groups of piglets were formed from suckling sows — analogues. In the experiment 60 animals from birth up to two months of age were used, 20 animals in each experimental group. The control group of piglets was raised from birth up to 60 days of age in nests, and then they were moved to the rearing workshop; Experimental 1 group was kept up to 10 days old in nests, and then a one-time rearrangement was performed according to live weight. Piglets from experimental group 2 were regrouped according to live weight at 5, 10, 15, 21, 30 days of age. To assess the natural resistance of piglets due to the above groups, hematological, biochemical (total protein, protein fractions) methods, immunological (immunoglobulins of classes IgA, IgM, IgG), and natural resistance (bactericidal activity of blood serum) were used, serum lysozyme activity (LASK), phagocytic neutrophil activity (FAN), phagocytic index (FI), ethological, zootechnical, mathematical. To assess the natural resistance of piglets the following research methods were used: generally accepted zoo veterinary methods (live weight, morbidity, safety), hygienic (microclimate conditions, sanitary regime), hematological (morphological blood composition), biochemical (total protein, protein fractions), immunological (immunoglobulins of classes IgA, IgM, IgG), natural resistance (bactericidal activity of blood serum), ethological and mathematical methods. Results of work. It was found that when growing piglets, nesting, without moving, caused their growth and development without any noticeable physiological disturbances, both from the blood and ethology. In animals (Experimental-1 groups) which underwent a single regrouping in a 10 day reward, their lag in live weight by 12.65% was recorded, compared with the control, with two and three-time movement (Experimental-2) — by 16.10%. Their SSPs were 28% less and 14.7% lower than in the control piglets. Patients with symptoms of diarrhea were identified in the control: in 3–4 daily reimbursement — 1%, in Experimental-1 — 5%, Experimental-2 — 10–15%. The resistance of young animals to gastrointestinal diseases according to the Melenberg coefficient in the Experimental-2 group was 6.13–7.48, in control group it was 0.34, and the safety did not exceed 80.2%. According to the level of immune status, animals from Experimental-2 group were inferior: by BASK — by 25.15% (28 days of age), by LASK — by 7.56%, by FAN — by 10.7% compared with peers from Experimental-1 groups. By the number of eosinophils (Experimental-2 group), characterizing the stress state of piglets, their decrease was observed within 10–12 days, not more than 5 days — in animals from Experimental-1 group and up to 3 days — from control

Post-weaned pigs are affected by such stressful situations as weaning and switching to another diet, participation in the life of a new group of animals, getting used to a new place of residence, the struggle of piglets for the establishment of hierarchical subordination. All of the above factors lead to a weakening of the immunity of piglets and the appearance of deep physiological changes in the digestive organs. The purpose of the research work was to study the influence of the skimmed milk replacer “Spectolak extra” on the growth rate of post-weaned pigls. Scientific and economic experiment was carried out on the basis of OOO “Agrofirma Ariant”, which is located in the Chelyabinsk region. The object of research was compound feed intended for post-weaning pigs, skimmed milk replacer “Spectolak extra” and post-weaned pigs themselves. The selection of postweaned pigs into groups has been carried out on the principle of pairs of analogues grown under the same feeding and housing conditions. Two groups of piglets with 15 heads in each group have been formed. “Spectolak extra” was added to the compound feed for post-weaned pigs at a dose of 4 kg per 100 kg of compound feed, which softens the transition from mother’s milk to vegetable feed. “Spectolak extra” consists of 67 % of dairy components, as well as micro – and macroelements, vitamins and amino acids in its composition. It has been found that for the entire period of the experiment, i.e. before the animals reached the age of 4 months, the piglets of the experimental group had an absolute live weight gain 34,4 kg, which was more by 3,7 kg or 9,4 % (P < 0,001) than in the control group. The average daily gain in live weight in the experimental group was also higher by 80 g or 20,0 % (P < 0,001) and it was in average 480 g.

The scientific results of the body weight dynamics, the multiplicity of its increase, the average daily weight gain, the relative growth rate and the exterior indicators are presented. The brewers waste is a high-protein product with a high content of carbohydrates, including fiber. For the research, three groups of Jersey breed were formed on the principle of the analogue group: the first was control, the second and the third – experimental. Their rations were introduced by 15 % and 20 % of dry brewers waste from the total diet, respectively. It was established that the live weight of the experimental cows from the 2nd group was 9.3 times bigger. The live weight of the experimental cows from the 1st and 3rd group increased 9 times. The cows from the 2nd group had the highest average daily weight gain (811.4 g) in the period from 2 to 6 months. It was 3.2 % times more than in the control group and 7.4 % times more than in the 3rd experimental group. The cows from the 2nd experimental group had the highest relative growth rate (85.7 %) in the period from 2 to 6 months which was 2.2 % times more than in the 1st control group and 4.2% times more than in the 3rd experimental group. In the period from 6 to 12 months, the 2nd experimental group had the highest average daily weight gain (671.4 g), which was 2.1 % more than in the 1st control group and 3.5 % more than in the 3rd experimental group. From 6 to 12 months the relative growth rate in all groups was almost the same and ranged from 54.2% – 54.7 %. At the age of 12 months, the 1st control group had greater index (120.4). The 3rd experimental group had 119.6 and the 2nd – 118.6. The 2nd group of the same age had better shooting index than the 1st control group 0.7 % times more and the 3rd group 1.4 % times more. It indicated the better development of the body weight. Key words: dynamics, weight gain, repair heifers, Jersey breed, measurements, indicators.

The article provides data on the preventive efficacy of the drug "Dextranal" in gastrointestinal diseases of calves and pigs, as well as the effect of the drug on the resistance of newborn animals. Calves and piglets of the experimental groups were injected with the drug from the first day of life, 5 injections at different intervals, depending on the group. During the experiment, the animals were clinically examined daily. When symptoms of gastrointestinal or respiratory tract lesions appeared, clinical signs and duration were recorded. All sick calves, regardless of the group, were prescribed the use of the antibiotic "Dorin-R" in a dosage according to the instructions for use. The shortest duration of the disease was noted in the calves of the first experimental group that received Dextranal at a dose of 0.06 mg / kg (3.0 ml) with an interval of 3 days. This prophylaxis scheme reduces the duration of the disease in animals by 15% compared to the control group. The analysis of the results of the opsonophagocytic reaction (OFR) indicates an increase in the parameters of the phagocytic index, phagocytic number and phagocytic activity of the blood of animals of the experimental groups, which indicates the direct effect of the drug on cellular immunity. The maximum increase in live weight is observed in calves of the first experimental group, exceeding the same indicator of control by 7.4%. When using the drug "Dextranal" to piglets at a dose of 0.02 mg / kg with an interval of 4 days, there is a decrease in animal mortality by 4%. Also, when using the drug according to this scheme, the piglets of the experimental group on the 14th and 42nd days have a maximum increase in live weight in comparison with the same indicator in the control group.
