Conducted in the local cities and district government in West Java  this research was tookon 2014 period. The phenomenon encountered in the field is the embodiment of autonomy in theform of asset management that gave a less improvement to the local own-source revenue. The objective of this study is to determine how much influence of the asset managementon  local own-source revenue Cities and District Local Government in West Java. Research method that used in this research were descriptive and verification method withstatistical testing using Simple Linier Regression with secondary data. Sampling method used isto take all of population called census. The results showed that asset management has a significant effect on the local ownsourcerevenuewithapositivedirection,thatmeanthehigherassetmanagementpoint,thehigherlocalown-sourcerevenuewillbe.ThenThestrengthoftherelationshipwasindicatedashighcorrelation.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

This study aims to determine the risk based bank rating at PT. Bank Maybank SyariahIndonesia if measured using CAMEL (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning,Liquidity) method and RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning,Capital) in 2011-2016 and also aims to know differences in ratios used in CAMELSand RGEC methods. The research method used in this research is literature researchor study desk study. The data used in this research is secondary data using financialstatements of Bank Maybank Syariah Indonesia Period 2011-2016. The results showthat the bank can be said to be adequately sound because almost all the ratios usedmeet the specified requirements and there are still some ratios that have not met therequirements, but in both methods have different results. In the year 2011-2014 therisk based bank rating of Maybank Syariah Bank is calculated using CAMEL methodof bank is in the sound level. In 2015 -2016, the calculation of bank soundness showsthat bank condition is in an sound level. In Maybank Syariah Bank the state of thebank is in the sound level is in 2011-2013 if calculated using the RGEC method. Inthe year 2014-2016 the condition of the bank shows a adequately sound level.

Camping ground planning of Alun-alun Suryakencana in Mt. Gede Pangrango National Park, West Java. A good campsite requires a plan. Planning is done zoning area that can be used as a camping area without disturbing the existing ecosystem and equipped facilities so that users can feel comfortable while in the area of the campground. Alun-alun Suryakencana at an altitude of 2750 m asl is part of the Mount Gede Pangrango National Park of West Java. This research was conducted in October 2016-August 2017, this research method refers to Rachman's (1984) complete thinking process in Norma (2013) which applies secondary data analysis at field study stage which consists of inventory, analysis, synthesis, concept, and planning. The final result of this planning is a Campsite Plan that is implemented in Alun-alun Suryakencana.

This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of factors that affect the environmental performance partially and simultaneously. Factors studied in this research are profitability, leverage and liquidity. The research method used is descriptive method verifikatif. With verificative testing using multiple regression, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The data used are secondary data that is the company's annual report and PROPER report of Ministry of Environment as sample in the research. The sample of research is 11 State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Year 2009-2013 taken by using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that profitability, leverage and liquidity have no significant effect on environmental performance partially. And profitability, leverage, and profitability have no significant effect on environmental performance simultaneously.

This research uses principal negotiation theory to identify further a dispute emerging between the state asset manager, the central government, and the special local government, the sultanate government. This study examines the dispute resolution and the implementation of the dispute resolution between applying the Yogyakarta Privileges Act to the management of State Property. This research uses study literature, secondary data and then is analyzed qualitatively. This study explains that dispute resolution outside the court is more effective and efficient in managing state property. The costs incurred are enormous, and the time required is extensive. Therefore, it is better to immediately design policies, breakthroughs, and arrangements for resolving disputes between state property and sultanate ground. This study was conducted in the Indonesian context. However, the study's findings may not be generalizable to State Asset Management in other countries, especially the Western ones. These findings are likely to have significant implications for State Asset Management in designing and implementing how to resolve dispute problems in asset management in the unique region of Yogyakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of audit tenure, company size, and KAP's reputation on audit quality. The theory used in this research is agency theory. This research used quantitative research method. This data collected was secondary data by documentation and literature study. The sample used in this study was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018.  The sample of this study amounted to 128 observational data from 32 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. The analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results showed audit tenure and KAP's reputation have a significant effect on audit quality, while firm size has no significantly effect on audit quality. This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

This paper discusses the process of organizational restructuring that occurred at the Regional Secretariat of Ende District as a result of the policy of regional apparatus arrangement in Ende District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Although it has gone through various changes, a number of regulatory tools have been replaced with the consequences of changing the concept of organizational restructuring from downsizing to rightsizing, but have not been able to significantly improve the performance of the Regional Secretariat of Ende District. In this study the author uses the concept of restructuring derived from the 4R theory (Gouilarrt & Kelly, 1995) with the indicators namely building an organizational model, integrating physical infrastructure, and redesigning the work architecture. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach that is carried out through observation and interviews and reinforced secondary data studies from relevant agency documents and the results of previous competent research. The results show that indicators build economic models, integration of physical infrastructure, and redesign the work architecture have not run optimally. The restructuring was apparently not balanced with the availability of human resources and pre-facility facilities as well as good financial management . Keywords: Regional Secretariat of Ende District, Restructuring, Local Government Organization

The purposes of this study are to determine the hydroponic vegetable marketing channels and efficiency level of hydroponic vegetables’ marketing channels in KUTP Hidrotani Sejahtera Suka Maju Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used in this study was purposive sampling method. The sample of this research were 28 samples. Based on the survey conducted there were 2 modern markets as retailer, Brastagi Supermarket and Transmart Carrefour which sell hydroponic vegetables. Twenty-five customers were taken as samples. The method used was snowball sampling and Microsoft Excel calculation methods. Data used were primary and secondary data. The study was conducted in May 2019. The results showed that the marketing channel for hydroponic vegetable in KUTP Hidrotani Sejahtera began from producers to retailers then last to consumers. The hydroponic vegetable marketing channel at the level of the marketing agency was an efficient with efficient level of 0.15%.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors behind the rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and to calculate the income contribution of rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk on the income of farmer's family. This research was conducted in Marga Baru Village Muara Lakitan District Musirawas Regency. In February Up to April 2017. The research method used is survey method, for Sampling Method used by Purposive Sampling method. Data Collection Methods used Interview method directly to the respondents who have been determined by using the quisionary aids that have been prepared before and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive method with qualitative approach and for second problem using formula systematically. From the research results showed that the factors of income and land factors that lie behind the rubber farmers work on the Division of Sei Lakitan Pom PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and income contribution of rubber farmers work at Sei Lakitan Pom Division PT.PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk by 73 percent to family income.
