Imadeddin Nasimi is one of the mystical poets of the 14th century as a continuation of the Hurufism movement among Turkish poets. From Nasimi's point of view, ontology has been explained based on theological thought that everything is from the first force, which is equivalent to the whole new soul of the Platonists. The first appearance and the highest manifestation is the originality, the "Word" or the "Word of God," which is called the holy word. A similar view of the origins of Plotinus can found in the poems of other talented medieval and contemporary poets. Nasimi appropriately evaluated in both Eastern and Western literature. Therefore, 2019 was declared the year of Nasimi by UNESCO. He tried to understand God, not through fear, but love and conscience. The greatness of the perfect human personality for the progress of societies can be seen in Nasimi's view. In foreign sources, the philosophical aspect of Nasimi's poems is considered more than his ideological approach. But in this article, the aim of the investigation is that the literary, mystical, and worldview aspects of Nasimi and analyzing the effect of his mystical view on other poets' poems. In this context, Goethe, Dafydd ap Gwilym, Remiev's intellectual approaches, and poems would be analyzed. In the philosophy of ontology, the importance of self-knowledge is a priority. Therefore, based on comparative studies between Nasimi's mystical thought and German, Russian, and English poets, it is possible to understand the constituent elements of the commonality between them. This research will lead to the study of philosophical-mystical themes and the similarity of views between Nasimi and other poets. The use of the research method is the analytical-descriptive method, and their poems compared and criticized. The results of the analysis show that the poets of the Western World influenced by the mystical view of the Eastern world, and the approach of literary celebrities in the world is common to the definition of a perfect human being.

The article attempts to comprehend the essence and possibility of forming discourse competence among foreign and Russian students with simultaneous immersion in patriotic discourse. It is highlighted that the addition of the humanitarian series of “History of Civilizations” and “Features of Russian Civilization” to the educational process at the university creates the necessary pedagogical conditions for organizing a special linguo-ethno-cultural environment that forms active social interaction of authors within the framework of the medical and patriotic linguistic scenario. The authors of the article conducted a semantic and historical analysis of interpretations of the concept of “patriotism” that were studied from the point of view of traditional and liberal culture. The article presents the results of a socio-pedagogical study of students' perceptions of this concept. The article describes various theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the concepts of “discourse” and “discursive picture of the world” as well as psycholinguistic features of the method of semantic differential. Special attention in the article is paid to the typologies of discourse presented in the scientific literature. The authors of the article present the principle of genre and the principle of thematic correlation as the basis for distinguishing between types of discourse and highlight differences in language and discursive pictures of the world. The tasks of educators is to form not only purely medical discursive competence, but also to immerse the listener in “correctly” interpreted picture, saturated with verbal patterns that allow to create statements of patriotic content.

The study puts forward the thesis that the basis for the allocation of structural subdivisions of civil procedural law is mainly the subject of legal regulation. The complex internal structure of the system of this branch of law is due primarily to the diversity of civil procedural relations that constitute the subject of regulation of this branch of law. The work reveals the essential features of the concept of “system of civil procedural law”, defines the grounds for its structural subdivisions and their composition, gives the definition of this category. In particular, the author has formulated the idea that the system of civil procedural law is an internally coordinated set of civil procedural rules, institutions and other relatively independent structural subdivisions of this branch of law, naturally interconnected into a single whole due to the unity of civil procedural relations. Also in this study the point of view is expressed that each level of the system, as well as the entire system of civil procedural law as a whole, is characterized not only by typical features of its constituent elements, but also by their typical, regular relationships that constitute its structure.

Reflexology is a 4000-year-old art of healing practiced in ancient India, China and Egypt. In the beginning of the 20th century, it spread to the Western world. Reflexologic clinics and massage centers can be found all around the world. In spite of the widespread popularity, to the best of our knowledge, no serious research work has been done in this area, although much scientific research work has been carried out in other Eastern techniques like meditation and yoga. This is why a humble attempt is done in this work to quantitatively assess the effect of reflexological stimulation from a systems point of view. In this work, nonlinear techniques have been used to assess the complexity of EEG with and without reflexological stimulation. We prefer the nonlinear approach, as we believe that the effects are taking place in a subtle way, since there is no direct correlation between reflexological points and modern neuroanatomy.

This article is a reflection on the specific character of religious assertations and religious arguments. The basic point of view is that these religious practices should not be investigated as isolated religious phenomena sui generis, but on the contrary, that they are conditioned by and derived from common linguistic and epistemological practices that relate to the concrete material world. Religious assertations join together finction and description of the world, whereas religious arguments refer todata which are either quasi-empiric (a holy scripture  for instance) or quasi-public (a mystical experience for instance). in four text examples these derivations are investigated in the light of a two-component definition of religion, which stresses the concept of an essential difference as well as the concept of a possibility of a passage to an fro between essentially differenct categories.

The article examines the features and significance of philosophical thinking, understanding its content. The focusing on the fact that the love of wisdom without thinking would not be possible. The purpose: to understand the philosophical aspect of thinking. The relevance of the article is that on the basis of interpretation of the concept of "thinking" by representatives of various philosophical systems, understand the general essence and significance of philosophical thinking. The results. To date, it became very difficult to understand the essence of the thinking of ancient philosophers, even reading hundreds of their treatises. The reason for this is primarily translation of the original sources. It is necessary to understand that translators, in the first place, are guided by the recruitment of a successful vocabulary and connectivity of the language, neglecting the fact that the language of any thinker – this is its own thinking, the true depth and essence of which is lost in any translation of the original. In general, the problem of thinking has always been the center of attention of many philosophers. In particular, the essence and meaning of thinking studied Parmenide, Socrates, Aristotle, R. Descartes, I. Kant, G. Hegel and many other representatives of the philosophical thought of various epochs. Аll academic philosophers of the Western world converge on the fact that thinking is the most important sign of human being. By neglecting thinking, we will ignore the most important feature of man. After all, only a man who thinks can fully create his life. The same, for whom thinking is not characteristic – just exist, like the world of animals or plants. Therefore, the ability to evaluate reality, and not only to perceive it, appears a huge advantage of human intelligence, a guarantee of human desire to develop, to self-improvement.Conclusions. It is established that translating views of thinkers or interpretation of passages from their treatises is far from philosophical thinking. Philosophical thinking, to a greater extent, is thinking about thinking than thinking about some reality. This is due to the fact that philosophy tries to comprehend the partial phenomena, but a situation of human being in the world, taking into account the ability of a person to think and aware. It has been found that the main goal of thinking is to achieve the obvious and clear by formulating certain definitions (concepts) that make up the boundary of thinking and not allowed to move in a circle. Thus, philosophical thinking arises internally associated, logically consistent, and hence-argued and justified at the same time.

The article proposes a comprehensive methodology approach to terminological systems. The methodology involves several stages. The first one involves a semantic analysis. Then follows a structural model of the terminology in question based on the logical connections between objects and processes of a certain special field and their reflection in the professional language. Finally, the researcher discloses the pragmatic potential of terminology units and demonstrates their role in determining the position of the terminological system in the scientific view of the world. The research objective was to describe and apply this approach to the analysis of the terminology of photonic crystals. The study featured the terminology of photonic crystals. The terms were selected from several scientific books. The author employed the following methods: the method of semantic analysis, a cognitive approach to describing the structure of the terminology, and contextual analysis. The author revealed a close relationship between the internal form of the term and the sign. Understanding the internal form of the term makes it possible to determine the place of the term in the terminology, which guarantees it correct interpretation and use. The article introduces a convolved model of the terminological structure of photonic crystals and explains how the terms are organized within the terminological system and how the terminological system can be embedded in the scientific view of the world. The author highlighted the role of general terms in integrating terminological systems into the scientific view of the world and in the relationship between different terminological systems. The most accurate definition of the boundaries of the terminology is possible only in the context where the term can fully exercise its meaning.

Based on the analysis of the current legislation, the necessity of a legal definition of the concept of «business qualities» is sub-stantiated. The point of view is argued that the state of health as a personal characteristic is not one of the constituent elements that determines, along with professional, qualification characteristics, the category of «business qualities». It is concluded that the definitions «labor function», «qualifications» and «professional standard» are interrelated concepts, defining in general the category of «business qualities».

Entrepreneurship has become one of the vital activities for economic development. It is synonymous with job creation, innovation, improvement in the societal well-being and economic growth in developed and developing countries alike. There is great interest in entrepreneurship globally as well as in Malaysia. Over the past few years, many individuals, as well as families, are actively engaged with the small business. Also, in light of the 2013 GEM study, 12.7% of Americans are effectively occupied with beginning a business or are the proprietor/director of a business that is under three years of age. Simultaneously, the Halal industry, that represents the global Islamic economy, is the fastest-growing market in the world with $2.3 trillion market value. Halal entrepreneurs (Halalpreneurs) are the major contributors to this achievement as they constitute a significant portion of the total establishment in most of the Muslim countries. That is the reason Entrepreneurship has turned into a conventional term that depicts a wide range of practices that include being innovative, devilish and tricky. Entrepreneurship has been defined by many scholars, researchers, industry players, and academicians globally which have also been perceived in the same way by most of the economies around the world. However, the Islamic economy looks at the concept of ‘entrepreneurship’ in a different way and perceives it as ‘Halalpreneurship’. To define entrepreneurship in the halal industry, although, the term ‘Halalpreneurship’ is being used, surprisingly the term has not been defined properly yet. It is essential for the Muslim entrepreneurs to have a proper understanding of Halalpreneurship from Maqasid-al-Shariah perspective. Such point of view is crucial to justify the term in the Halal industry and differentiate from conventional entrepreneurs. On this context, this paper provides concept and definition of Halalpreneurship justifying from the perspective of Maqasid-al-Sharia’h. It also identifies the differences between Halalpreneurs and entrepreneurs using secondary resources available in the forms of literature, research papers, journal papers, articles, conference papers, online publications, etc. The findings of the study will clarify the concept of Halalpreneurship from Maqasid-al-Sharia’h perspective and recognize Halalpreneurs distinguished from conventional entrepreneurs.

This publication presents manuscript of the famous Russian-Lithuanian philosopher Vasily Seseman (1884-1963) accompanied by a preface. The manuscript "Sport and Contemporary Culture" is the text of Seseman's manuscript collection, which is located in Vilnius University (F122-79). Manuscript is a preparatory text for the article "Time, Culture and Body" (first published in 1931 under the pen name "V. Chukhnin", and then in 1935 under his real name). In "Time, Culture and Body" Sesemann develops his ideas concerning the objectifying attitude, which leads to human's alienation towards body and time. Sesemann claims that the time is perceived as a meaningful entirety only when the time is contemplated from the point of view of work. Work is a purpose-attaining activity where subjective creativity is oriented towards an objective result in future. Working in pursuit of one's goals helps to avoid facing the emptiness of time, but at the same time it alienates the present. Work helps the subject to overcome his individual limitations and to become a part of the objective culture. By hiding behind the results of an objective activity people avoid direct contact with the time because it may appear as an interruption of meaningful relations and as a boredom. The tendency to objectify time is accompanied by the process of objectification of body. Previously, a primitive person could trust his body more than tools. In the modern culture body is gradually downgraded because tools, machinery and even separate institutions take over its functions. In this way the centre of culture is moved to the world of objects which is beyond a subject's control and body plays a merely auxiliary part. A person can overcome his alienation towards time and body only by being wakeful - here and now, by self-knowledge and self-control. Sesemann describes the self-control as the practical ability and mood, which he called "presence of mind". In this state of mind person is able to fing oneself, concentrate and mobilise all his strength to his utmost, maintain inner composure, calmness and balance of spirit.

Many scholars feel, like the legal philosopher Joelberg, that "punishment from a theoretical point of view is something mysterious, and from a moral point of view - disturbing" . The mystery and disturbing ambiguity of the punishment makes the formulation of its definition, and the definition of a criminal punishment in particular, which would be satisfactory, an extremely difficult task. A way out of an embarrassing situation of defining a criminal punishment is to indicate the most important circumstances and conditions that must be met in order for some social action to be called a punishment. This involves an exhaustive and comprehensive indication of the components ("constituent elements of punishment"), and at the same time a sharp cut-off of all other types of activities The question about constituent elements that give particular teams behaviour, carried out by authorized persons, the character of a criminal punishment does not concern the description of patterns of such a behaviour and their fulfilment, such as the action related to the enforcement of the obligation to pay a certain amount, physical deprivation of liberty or fulfilment of the obligation to work. It is important, however, to define the conditions in which the legal formulas of such behavior and the specific actions taken on their basis and the situations resulting from them can be described as a criminal punishment.
