Prosocial behavior and help should be shared by everyone in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for village volunteers directly involved in providing assistance and assistance in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic established by the Ministry of Villages PDTT. Prosocial behavior must certainly be owned by village volunteers in carrying out their duties properly. One of the factors that make up prosocial behavior is emotional maturity, emotional maturity plays an important role for volunteers to manage their emotions well in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between emotional maturity and prosocial behavior as well as differences in emotional maturity and prosocial behavior reviewed from the sexes. The research sample consisted of 72 village volunteers who were randomly selected sampling. Data collection uses emotional maturity scale and self-developed prosocial behavior scale by researchers. Data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis and t-testing. The results showed there was a very significant relationship between emotional maturity and prosocial behavior in village volunteers versus COVID-19. The results also showed no significant differences in prosocial behavior between male volunteers and female volunteers and there was no significant difference in emotional maturity between male volunteers and female volunteers. Which means emotional maturity is an important predictor for prosocial behavior, and prosocial behavior and emotional maturity do not differ between men and women.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between children's prosocial behavior and self-regulation skills. To collect the data of the study, demographic information form developed by the researcher was used for the demographic information of children, the prosocial behavior sub-dimension of the social behavior scale was used for the prosocial behavior, and the self-regulation skills scale was used for the self-regulation skills of the children. The collected data were analyzed by independent sample t-test, Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis in a computer package software. As a result of the research, while the self-regulation and prosocial behaviors of children differed according to gender and age of children, the situation of the children whether they have siblings and duration of the pre-school education did not make any significant difference. According to these results, girls' self-regulation and prosocial behavior scores were higher than that of boys and 6 years of age children’s scores were higher than that of 5 years of age children. While there was a moderate positive significant relationship between self-regulation skills and prosocial behavior, it was concluded that the prosocial behavior of children predicted self-regulation skills at the level of 11%.   Keywords: Prosocial behavior, self-regulation skills, early childhood, preschool

This research is based on the phenomenon that is happening related to the relationship between teacher role models with disciplinary behavior and the influence of role models on student disciplinary behavior. This research is quantitative with descriptive correlational research. The sample in this study replaced 272 students who were determined through a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were the teacher’s exemplary questionnaire and student disciplinary behavior questionnaire. Besides that, the researcher also used a Likert scale model instrument with five alternative answers. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. And the results of the study show the influence of teacher exemplary behavior on student disciplinary behavior at school.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The hypothesis proposed in study is  there a relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The population in this study were280 subjects, and sampled as many as 155 subjects. This research used nonprobability sampling technique that is incidental sampling. Researched measuring instruments used the brand awareness with purchase decisions. Analysis techniques using simple regression analysis by using SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,303 with a coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0,092 and p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). This suggests that the hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that there is a very significant relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable it 9,2%.   Keywords: Brand Awareness, Purchase Decisions, Pakalolo Shoes.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 280 orang dan yang di jadikan sampel sebanyak 155 orang yang di dapat melalui teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu incidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan computer menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 for Windows, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,303, koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) sebesar 0,092, sertanilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) pada uji regresise derhana. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Komunikasi. This study aimed to determine the level of adherence to the research ethical standards and research creativity in psychological and educational studies, and to identify the nature of the relationship between adherence to ethical standards and research creativity, as well as to identify the differences in both adherence to the research ethical standards and research creativity due to (gender, scientific degree, number of publications) variables. The researcher selected a random sample of (142) of the researchers in psychological and educational disciplines. There ages ranged between (26- 57) years. The researcher applied the scale of adherence to the research ethical standards and scale of research creativity, all of these tools prepared by the researcher. The results showed that there was a low level of adherence to the research ethical standards as well as low level of research creativity. Also there was a statistical significant strong positive correlation between adherence to research ethical standards and research creativity (R = 0.945), and also found statistically significant differences (0.01) among the average scores in adherence to the research adherence to ethical standards and research creativity due to gender (in favor of females), Scientific degree (in favor of doctoral and post-doctoral researchers), and the number of published researches (in favor of researchers who published more than 6 research and more who are publish more than Of 10 research). The results of the simple regression analysis also indicated that adherence to the research ethical standards is a statistical and powerful indicator of research creativity. The researcher explained the findings in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies, and developed a number of recommendations.

Prosocial behavior is any form of act or activity that is intended to help or give another person the benefit without expecting any reward. One of the factors that can contribute to prosocial behavior is empathy. This study was conducted to identify the relationship between empathy and university students’ prosocial behaviors at one of the schools of engineering. A total of 94 fourth-year engineering students were selected by employing a simple random sampling method in this study. The Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), and the Prosocial Tendencies Measure (PTM) questionnaires were used to measure empathy and prosocial behavior. The study used descriptive statistical analysis through scores, mean and frequency to measure the level of empathy and prosocial behavior, while inferential statistics used t-test to measure differences in prosocial behavior by gender, and Pearson's correlation to identify the relationship between empathy and prosocial behavior. The findings of the study show that the levels of empathy and prosocial behavior of the respondents are moderate. There was no significant difference of prosocial behavior based on gender. Correlation analysis revealed that there was a relationship between empathy and prosocial behavior. All the dimensions of empathy which are “fantasy”, “perspective-taking”, “empathic concern” and “personal distress” have significant positive relationships with prosocial behavior.

      The aim of this study is to analyzed the influence of leadership style on managerial performance and the reward system as the moderating variable that may affect the relationship of leadership style on managerial performance. The type of this research is associative. Respondents are managers and staff with the lowest level of supervisor in the entire supermarket in Mataram, as many as 66 respondents. Sampling technique is census. Using simple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as analysis.      The results showed that leadership style negative significantly influence on managerial performance and the reward system influence negatively significant the relationship of leadership style on managerial performance.

This study investigates the impact of disclosure of social responsibility in reducing risks in Jordanian commercial banks. To realize the goal of this study, the researcher followed the descriptive-analytical method. The data of the study sample was gathered from the financial reports of the listed banks on the Amman Financial Market that pertain to stock prices and market return in the period 2014-2018. The study used simple regression analysis to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Among the most prominent findings of the study, there is an impact of the social responsibility disclosure in reducing risks, as well as an effect of the dimensions of social responsibility: the environment, customers and employees in reducing risks.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and tendencies of cyberbullying behavior on twitter user. The hypothesis, there is a negative relationship between emotional maturity and cyberbullying behavior tendencies on twitter user. The subjects are students at the University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Under graduated program, 18-24 years old, male and female, and have a twitter account, amounting to 82 people. The measures used tendencies of cyberbullying behavior scale and emotional maturity scale. Data processed using the Product Moment of Pearson technique with the help of statistical program SPSS version 20 for Mac. The results of relationship values obtained relationship between emotional maturity and tendencies of cyberbullying behavior of (r)= -0283 with p = 0.005 (p < 0.05). This shows that the hypothesis shows there is a negative relationship between emotional maturity and tendencies of cyberbullying behavior are acceptable. It means that the higher the emotional maturity of students twitter users then the lower the tendencies of cyberbullying behavior. Conversely the lower the emotional maturity of twitter users, the higher the tendencies of cyberbullying behavior. Key words: Cyberbullying, emotional maturity, twitter users

This paper aims to analyze the Impact of Covid-19 on the Marine Community’s Economic (Study of Sales at Mopah Market). The population in this study was 33 respondents, using a saturated sample technique. This writing uses a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis techniques using SPSS 22. The results obtained are that there is a positive and significant influence on the Marine community’s economy. Judging from the effects of data analysis, it shows that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the organization experienced a decrease in income. It is indicated by the results of the value of t-count = 5.068 and t-table = 1.695, sig = 0.000. From the result, we know that there is an impact of Covid-19 on the Marine people’s economy in their sales in the Merauke regency Mopah market. The total revenue for sales before Covid-19 was 56% and 44% after Covid-19 was a negative impact that affected the Marine community’s economy by a difference of 12%. This difference shows that Covid-19 has an impact on the economy in terms of income from daily sales.
