This research was entitled "Influence Analysis of Career Development and Compensation to Employees Work Satisfaction at PT. Pelat Timah Nusantara, Tbk. The purpose of this research was to obtain the information about relationship between independent variables which are career development eX) and compensation ~) with dependent variable is employee satisfaction (y), either partially or simultaneously. The method was used IS with Explanatory Analysis approach which describes the causality relationship between variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 220 respondents, but samples which can be used only 69 employees and to resolve the problems, by analyze and test the relationship and influence between independent variables to dependent variables was used causality models through-regression analysis. The results of this research were; 1). Simultaneously, career development and compensation have positive influence, strong and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT. Pelat Timab Nusantara Tbk. It was indicated by the acquisition of R-Square is 65% and remaining 35% is influenced by other factors which not examined were absent level of employees was high enough, work environment was less conducive and leaders whose less understand the level of employees capabilities. 2). Partially, career development have positive influence, strong enough and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk, It is indicated by the acquisition ofR-Square is 56%.3). Partially, compensation have positive influence, weak and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT Timab Nusantara Plates, Tbk. It is indicated by the acquisition ofR-square is 37%.

This study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Climate Organization and Competence Againt Employee PT. Hutama Karya ". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Firm Size and Profitability on Islamic Social Reporting, and see whether Earning Growth can strengthen or weaken the relationship between independent variables to the dependent variable. This research takes object in companies registered in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for period 2011-2015, amounted to 30 companies and obtained by 12 companies by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous research all the variables berpegaruh against Islamic Social Reporting, but partially, only Firm Size that affect the Islamic Social Reporting. In addition, Earning Growth can not strengthen or weaken the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables.

Surabaya is the capital city of East Java Province and is a large city with a population of 2,807 inhabitants. According to WHO in 2011 showed that 400,000 victims under the age of 25 who died on the highway, with an average mortality rate of 1,000 children and adolescents each day. The cause of the greatest accidents is caused by human factors that do not apply discipline in traffic, low awareness, and lack of knowledge about safety riding. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between safety factor driving with saefty riding behavior on students of SMK PGRI 4 Surabaya. This research is an observational analytic research using research method with cross sectional design. The sample of 74 respondents was taken randomly using simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires tool filled by respondents. Data analysis in this study using Chi Square test with 5% significance value to see the relationship between independent variables with dependent variable. Based on the research conducted there is no significant relationship between independent variables with dependent variable with p-value exceed the value of meaning. In order to minimize the incidence of traffic accidents involving students it is good that schools always do the provision of a bound regulation that students are required to use SNI helmets when riding a motorcycle, no need to use expensive helmet but just use a helmet that complies with safety standards. Facilities for students are expected to always comply with existing traffic rules while driving.Keyword: safety riding, student, safety riding behaviour

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. The research on which entitle Religiosity and Purchase Intension of Purwokerto Halal Mart was aim to analyze the relationship between religiosity and trust in the purchase intention of halal mart retail in Purwokerto. This research is a survey of Taklim Assembly members of the Great Mosque of Baitussalam, Jenderal Soedirman Mosque, Wijayakusuma Mosque, Darussalam Mosque, Bhayangkara Mosque and Fatimatuzahra Mosque. The number of sample were 225 with simple random sampling technique. The statistical test performed is using SEM data analysis. The results show that several dimensions of religiosity, namely experiential, ritualistic, intellectual have positive influence on trust. While the ideological and consequential dimensions do not have a positive effect on trust. For the influence of the dimensions of religiosity on purchase intention namely the experiential, ritualistic, ideological and consequential dimensions have a positive effect on purchase intention, but the intellectual dimension does not have a positive effect on purchase intention. And trust also has a positive effect on purchase intention. This result could inform halal mart and consumers that religiosity empirically influences consumers’ trust and purchase intentions, and also consumers’ trust influence purchase intention in the halal mart.

The research has aim at to know relationship between  the socio economic factors and managerial competence and and it’s infuence to the breeder’s income.    The method was  used by survey technique toward the breeders.  The Sampling technique was used by simple random sampling method by using slovin formula, carried out 70 units. The data was analyze by the  path analyze to  verify  the hypothesis. The result of the research that was the relationship strongly between  the influence of socio economic factors and managerial competence shown by the coeficient of corellation r = 0,77.  The economic factors has  the indicators : age, formal education, knowledge, experience, dependency ratio,  motivation of business and scale of business has gained 78,53% citeria good.  Managerial competence of breeder has  indicators: data recording,  milking technique , livestock health, feed, mating,cowshed, man power and marketing  obtained   78,94 %,  criteria good.  The  socio economic factors and managerial competence of breeder give  a positive influence to the breeder income.    The contribution of managerial competence  shown greater than The  socio economic factors. Each other contribution are  33,11 % and  20,70 %.

The global drop in oil and natural gas industry have had a significant impact on the Malaysian market and have potentially redirected Malaysia under a negative global spotlight. The layoff rate in oil and natural gas organizations have risen dramatically, this situation may affect the satisfaction level among employees and their loyalty in the respective oil and natural gas industry. The present study is aimed to determine the relationship between employee satisfaction and employee loyalty in Oil and Natural Gas Industry. Using simple random sampling technique 100 employees working in Oil and Natural Gas Industry were selected as respondents. Questionnaire was used for data collection. Results obtained showed that there is positive correlation between different components of employee satisfaction and employee loyalty. A notable variable that emerged in the analysis was compensation and benefits, while career development was least important that predisposed loyalty. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to examine and test the effect of Role conflict and career development on job satisfication of employees at PT. ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk. Construction Division IV Surabaya. The approach used in this study is quantitative, where the population is 41 employees and the sampling technique used was saturated samples with te total of 41 employess. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS softwareversion 20.The results of the study simultaneously show that role Conflict and career development affect job satisfication.The magnitude of the influence caused by two independent variables are 46,6 %, while the remaining 53,4 % is influenced by variables outside the research variables. The, the study partially indicates that role conflict has Significantly negative influence on job satisfication, while the Career development has significantly positive influence on job satisfaction.

Human resources become a major problem in various activities within a company, especially in the field of organizational. This research aims to test and analyze the employee satisfaction of PT. Sinar Karya Abadi's work which is influenced by the variable of self-efficacy and behavior of the citizenship organization. The population amounted to 500 employees and obtained samples amounting to 85 respondents consisting of employees of PT. Sinar Karya Duta Abadi. Simple random sampling is a sampling technique that uses the utility. Obtained data from the propagate then recollected the questionnaire and used techniques analyzed multiple linear regression and hypotheses tests. Available work satisfaction results gain influence from free variables. That result illustrates the free variables having an influence on the dependent variables. It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference where PT. Sinar Karya Duta Abadi can improve employee satisfaction through self-efficacy and behavior of the nationality organization, if the two traits are owned by each individual, then the organizational productivity increases.

<p>Customer is an important factor for the survival of a company. At a time, company sometimes didn’t know the level of customer satisfaction. If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 &gt; ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 &gt;ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 &gt; ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><p>Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara ( t hitung = 3,543&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) kepercayaan, (t hitung4,976 &gt; t tabel =1,99167) Fasilitas ( t hitung = 3,908&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) Kualitas pelayanaan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelanggan.
