The research has aim at to know relationship between  the socio economic factors and managerial competence and and it’s infuence to the breeder’s income.    The method was  used by survey technique toward the breeders.  The Sampling technique was used by simple random sampling method by using slovin formula, carried out 70 units. The data was analyze by the  path analyze to  verify  the hypothesis. The result of the research that was the relationship strongly between  the influence of socio economic factors and managerial competence shown by the coeficient of corellation r = 0,77.  The economic factors has  the indicators : age, formal education, knowledge, experience, dependency ratio,  motivation of business and scale of business has gained 78,53% citeria good.  Managerial competence of breeder has  indicators: data recording,  milking technique , livestock health, feed, mating,cowshed, man power and marketing  obtained   78,94 %,  criteria good.  The  socio economic factors and managerial competence of breeder give  a positive influence to the breeder income.    The contribution of managerial competence  shown greater than The  socio economic factors. Each other contribution are  33,11 % and  20,70 %.

This study aims to analyse the relationship between farmers characteristics and the level of adoption innovation in making bokashi fertilizer from cow waste in Cukurgondang village Grati subdistict Pasuruan regency. This study was conducted in Cukurgondang village Grati subdistict Pasuruan regency. The study’s method using survey methods with quantitative descriptive data analysis. Sample determination according Arikunto (2012) that samples are 25% from population. Determination of sample use Simple Random Sampling technique and sampling of this study are 49 people. Independent variable is farmer’s characteristics (include age, formal education, nonformal education, experience, land area and income) and the dependent variable is the adoption innovation in making bokashi fertilizer from cow waste. Data analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test to determine the relationship between farmers characteristics and the level of farmers adoption in making bokashi fertilizer from cow waste. The result showed that the level of adoption innovation in making bokashi fertilizer from cow waste in Cukurgondang village Grati subdistict Pasuruan regency is low. Farmers characteristics which have significant related to the adoption in making bokashi fertilizer from cow waste are age, formal education, nonformal education and experience. Crime in Pakistan has been increasing day by day with the passage of time. This research discussed two particularly influential approaches to the explanation of the role of Socio-Economic factors that are responsible for crimes. One of these approaches emphasizes social orientations and the other economic deprivation. Certain groups allegedly endorse values that are supportive of criminal behavior. In this study Quantitative research method is used and universe of this study is district jail Sargodha. Data is collected through questionnaire and 110 respondents included in this study which is selected after applying simple random sampling technique and through SPSS (statistical packages for social sciences) data analysis is comprises. Even though statistical significance is often difficult and problematic but this technique is used to logically and scientifically approve the factors including social and economic which create a sense of disturbance and responsible for creating the rebellion traits in that individual. These result shows crimes have directed attention to poverty, injustice, unemployment, lawlessness, anomic situation, general economic inequality, and inequality. So socio-economic factors often present and held responsible behind every criminal act that is done by a human. Now as the result the people chose the path of crime that satisfied and pulled out him from the tense situation temporarily but they have to pay the consequences of their criminal actions in the form of a few year prison in corresponding to a small type of crime and sometimes its declared as a lifetime time prison and death penalty according to the severity and intensity of crime.

The research on which entitle Religiosity and Purchase Intension of Purwokerto Halal Mart was aim to analyze the relationship between religiosity and trust in the purchase intention of halal mart retail in Purwokerto. This research is a survey of Taklim Assembly members of the Great Mosque of Baitussalam, Jenderal Soedirman Mosque, Wijayakusuma Mosque, Darussalam Mosque, Bhayangkara Mosque and Fatimatuzahra Mosque. The number of sample were 225 with simple random sampling technique. The statistical test performed is using SEM data analysis. The results show that several dimensions of religiosity, namely experiential, ritualistic, intellectual have positive influence on trust. While the ideological and consequential dimensions do not have a positive effect on trust. For the influence of the dimensions of religiosity on purchase intention namely the experiential, ritualistic, ideological and consequential dimensions have a positive effect on purchase intention, but the intellectual dimension does not have a positive effect on purchase intention. And trust also has a positive effect on purchase intention. This result could inform halal mart and consumers that religiosity empirically influences consumers’ trust and purchase intentions, and also consumers’ trust influence purchase intention in the halal mart.

Malnutrition is a problem that occurs globally, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. Malnutrition in todllers influenced by various factors such as socio-economic factors, sanitation, behavior and infectious diseases. The purpose of this study to know differences family characteristics (family income, mother's knowledge and parenting) with the incidence of malnutrition in the Bajo and non-Bajo tribe toddlers. This research is a quantitative type study with a comparative design, with a population of all Bajo and non-Bajo tribe toddlers who experience malnutrition in the coastal area of Kendari City. A sample of 82 people were taken with the Simple Random Sampling technique and the mother of toddlers as respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data collected has been analyzed statistically by the Independent Sample t Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between maternal knowledge and parenting with the incidence of malnutrition in Bajo and non-Bajo tribe toddlers and there is no difference in family income with the incidence of malnutrition in Bajo and non-Bajo tribal toddlers.

This research was entitled "Influence Analysis of Career Development and Compensation to Employees Work Satisfaction at PT. Pelat Timah Nusantara, Tbk. The purpose of this research was to obtain the information about relationship between independent variables which are career development eX) and compensation ~) with dependent variable is employee satisfaction (y), either partially or simultaneously. The method was used IS with Explanatory Analysis approach which describes the causality relationship between variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 220 respondents, but samples which can be used only 69 employees and to resolve the problems, by analyze and test the relationship and influence between independent variables to dependent variables was used causality models through-regression analysis. The results of this research were; 1). Simultaneously, career development and compensation have positive influence, strong and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT. Pelat Timab Nusantara Tbk. It was indicated by the acquisition of R-Square is 65% and remaining 35% is influenced by other factors which not examined were absent level of employees was high enough, work environment was less conducive and leaders whose less understand the level of employees capabilities. 2). Partially, career development have positive influence, strong enough and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk, It is indicated by the acquisition ofR-Square is 56%.3). Partially, compensation have positive influence, weak and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT Timab Nusantara Plates, Tbk. It is indicated by the acquisition ofR-square is 37%.

The aims of this research are to analyze farmer’s attitudes towards the development of Kampung Kelor; analyzing the relationship between age, formal education, land tenure, non formal education, farming experience, and the influence of others who are considered important towards the development of Kampung Kelor; and differentiating the attitude of farming communities that have and have not tried kelor. The research employed a quantitative method by a survey technique. The research location was Kedungbulus Village with the consideration of Kedungbulus Village, is the only producer of Moringa processed products in Pati Regency which has a production permit for Household Industry (PIRT) and related research and assists the process of making Moringa. The samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis that used is Rank Spearman and U Mann Whitney with the SPSS 20.0 program application for Windows. The results of the study showed that: Farmer’s attitudes towards the development of Kampung Kelor (increasing income, educating the community, advancing villages, and increasing food and nutrition security) are good included in the agreed category; the forming factors of community attitudes are significantly related to the farmers attitudes are age (X1), formal education (X2), non-formal education (X4), farming experience (X5), and the influence of others who are considered important (X6), meanwhile the land tenure (X3) is not significantly related; Farmers who have cultivated moringa have a better attitude than farmers that have not cultivated moringa.

Abstract BACKGROUND: Choices of childbirth places among women may influence the rate of maternal risks and some social and economic factors which encourage maternal mortality are still a major challenge especially in developing countries like Nigeria, one of the commonest of these childbirth place choices is home birth. The aim of this study was to find out the prevalent socio-economic factors that influence the choice of childbirth places among the women of child bearing age in Oyigbo Local Government area of Rivers State in Nigeria.METHODOLOGY: A self-structured questionnaire was used as instrument to collect data for the study through simple random sampling, and these data was analyzed using Frequency and percentage for descriptive statistics while chi-square was used for inferential statistics at 0.05 level of significance. RESULT: The result showed that mean age of the women is 35.27 and most of them had secondary education, also there was a high level of hospital/health facility adherence among the women in Oyigbo Local Government Area of Rivers State and there were no significant association between social factors and choices of childbirth places among the women, and also there was significant associations between income and choices of childbirth places among the women but there were no significant association between the educational qualifications and choices of childbirth places among the women.CONCLUSION: There is a slight influence of social factors on the choices women make on childbirth places, since maternal health and antenatal knowledge is now easily accessible to everyone even without formal education, however, the cost implication of delivery in health facility and economic empowerment of women should be considered, therefore this study has shown that the choice of childbirth place is majorly influenced by their level of income.

This research was aimed to investigate the perception of youth farmers to farmer's job, to investigate the factor of perception formers, and to investigate the relationship of perception-formers factors with the perception of youth to farmer's job.  The  basic  method  used  was  descriptive  analysis  with  survey  technique.  The location of research was determined purposively that is Purworejo Subdistrict Purworejo District. The sample was determined by multistage cluster random sampling technique, as many as 60 youth farmers scattered in three villages namely Pacekelan Village, Ganggeng Village, and Paduroso Village. Data analysis used spearman rank. The results showed that the perception of youth to farmers’ job is 66.67% that youth have good perception on the farmers' job. The factors forming the perception of youth farmers in Purworejo sub district are majority of formal education in the high category, the majority of family environment in the medium category, majority social culture in low category, whereas non-formal education, primary social environment, secondary social  environment  and  cosmopolitan  majority  in  category  very  low. There  is  an intense significant relationship between family environment and socio-culture with youth perception on farmer's work at 99% confidence level, at 95% level there is a significant relationship between work involvement and primary social environment with youth perception on farmer's job, whereas formal education, non-formal education, secondary social and cosmopolitan environments do not have a significant relationship with youth perceptions of farmer's job.

The objective of the research is to determine farmer’s socio-economic characteristics, the paddy’s cultivation innovation adoption degree and the relationship between farmer’s socio-economic factors with the degree of paddy’s (Oryza sativa L.) cultivation innovation adoption in Kembang Merta Village. This research is using descriptive statistic analytic method with survey technique. The study location is taken on purpose base. Kembang Mertha Village was chosen because it is one of rice production center in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sample was taken from 48 people by using stratified random sampling technique based on the farmer’s rice field area. The correlation test of Rank Spearman using SPSS 17 Program is used to examine the relationship between farmer’s socio-economic factors with the degree of paddy (Oryza sativa L.) cultivation innovation adoption. Research result showed that mostly respondents have 1.1 – 2 Ha paddy field area with income about Rp. 11.000.000- Rp. 15.000.000 every planting season. Mostly respondents are 40 to 50 years old that classified as productive ages and mostly were senior school graduates. The non-formal education only once to four times a year and the cosmopolitan respondents only three times a year. The degree of Paddy (Oryza sativa L.) cultivation innovation adoption observed from paddy’s cultivation stages. The soil plowing process in median 5, planting paddy in median 5, fertilization in median 4, irrigation in median 5, the pests, diseases and weeds control in median 5 and harvest and post-harvest in median 5. Correlation test indicated that land area, income, formal education and cosmopolitan level are significant to rice cultivation innovation adoption, whereas non-formal education and ages indicated insignificant relation to rice cultivation innovation adoption. *jnd

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.
