The curriculum has a role as an instrument to conserve the culture of a nation. Without a good curriculum, the culture of a nation can be extinct right away because there are no preservation efforts. By way of inclusion of culture in the curriculum, it is hoped that it can be passed on to the next generation. Then they will know at least their ancestors’ culture. It is called a conservative role. This research uses a quantitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out by a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using an interactive model. This analysis technique started from data collection. Data was reduced after it had been collected. The next step was to presenting the data, verifying and drawing a conclusion. Based on the description above, this research is considered important to be carried out being an addition for existing policymakers in order to organize higher education. Moreover, it is in response to the demands and basic guidance of compiling a curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) which is being and will be implemented in higher education in Indonesia especially in Islamic colleges.

This research aims to find out the budgeting process of the National Amil Zakat Agency (LAZNAS) Nurul Hayat. The research data was obtained through the Nurul Hayat Foundation. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data collection techniques using direct interviews. Interviews were conducted with the Director of Finance, Director of Operations, Director of Empowerment, and Director of ZIS. The analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is an institution that uses a mixed method; the budgeting process includes the stages of preparation, budget ratification, implementation, and evaluation reporting. The budget system used is in accordance with a non-profit legal entity in the form of a foundation as stipulated in Law Number 28 of 2004.Keywords: budgeting process, non-profit, Nurul Hayat

This research proves the importance of the role of women in the agricultural sector in Central Java through a case study of Peasants Association movement in Qaryah Thayyibah, Salatiga, Central Java. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through literature studies, observations, FGDs and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique uses categorization, interpretation and conclusions from the results of data collection. This research shows women have a key role in the development of the agricultural sector. Therefore, SPPQT's programs for empowering women farmers include: (1) women's political education, (2) involvement of women in the Production Community and Farmers Community, (3) Women's involvement in the Village Development Council (Team 11). The findings also showed that there were obstacles in the form of community rejection for the third point. This can be overcome by refer again to SPPQT's vision, gender equality needs to be seen as a solution to improve the agricultural sector.

This study aims to describe the implementation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption, to identify the implementation of the transformation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption, and to find the benefits of transforming educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption. This research uses a descriptive qualitative case study method. The place of research is at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Surakarta Campus. Sources of research data using a combined method, namely, first, purposive sampling by determining the informants who know in depth about the focus of research. Second, with what goes on like a snowball or snowball sampling. The data of this research was extracted from the research subject, namely the academic community of IAIN Surkarta, and the informants were the leaders of the academic community of IAIN Surkarta starting from the Chancellor, Assistant Chancellor and other leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using documents, in-depth interviews, and observation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is through interactive analysis techniques. The results show that IAIN Surakarta has transformed the development of educational infrastructure through very mature management under the leadership of the Chancellor of IAIN Surakarta; the implementation of the transformation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption has run smoothly with the support of human resources and increasingly modern information and technology systems, various existing infrastructure facilities have met the standards set and are able to meet various demands of globalization; The benefits of transforming the management of educational infrastructure at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption are enormous for the progress of the IAIN Surakarta campus in supporting the smooth quality of the learning process.

The purpose of this study is to express the experiences, ideas, needs, and the use of information technology for the development of management information systems in a higher education institution. This study is qualitative approach research using the case study method. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of the study presents: (1) the analysis of management information system based on tacit and explicit knowledge through the process of exchanging experience, idea, and initiative, (2) the management information system design based on the needs analysis, and (3) the development of management information system using information technology.

This research aimed to find out the management and distribution of zakat funds in the economic empowerment of the people. The analysis technique used is descriptive with a case study method where this research uses several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Funds used in the program are funds obtained from zakat if zakat funds have not been considered sufficient, then, amil will take the funds available in infaq so that they are adequate to be distributed. Afterward, mustahik will be given ten months to return the business capital assistance that has been provided before. The empowerment program was declared successful in reducing the number of poor and disadvantaged people due to the reduction in the number of members from 120 to 80 people. <p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study used a qualitative approach with a type of case study research conducted. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and document studies. The data analysis used is the interactive data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be seen that from the high-class thematic learning outcomes of SD Santa Angela Atambua that have been achieved through planning and use of learning strategies, it can be said effective thematic learning to provide learning experiences and be efficient in implementation and provide attraction for students to learn.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni teknik analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, dapat diketahui bahwa dari hasil pembelajaran tematik kelas tinggi SD Santa Angela Atambua yang telah tercapai melalui perencanaan dan penggunaan strategi pembelajaran, maka dapat dikatakan pembelajaran tematik efektif untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar dan efisien dalam pelaksanaan serta memberikan daya tarik bagi peserta didik untuk belajar.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis data tentang kondisi empiris, proses, dan dampak pembelajaran partisipatif model keterampilan fungsional berwirausaha untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi warga belajar Kejar Paket C. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), dan analisis dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui koleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan serta verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi pembelajaran partisipatif model keterampilan fungsional berwirausaha Kejar Paket C yang diikuti 20 orang warga belajar berjalan dengan baik. Proses pembelajaran partisipatif keterampilan berwirausaha melibatkan warga belajar dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap kewirausahaan. Pembelajaran partisipatif keterampilan berwirausaha Kejar Paket C telah memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan berwirausaha warga belajar untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi keluarganya.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Partisipatif, Keterampilan Fungsional Berwirausaha, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi. Participatory Learning with Enterpreneurial Skills for the Economic Empowerment of Kejar Paket C LearnersAbstractThis study is aimed at analyzing the data of empirical conditions, process, and the impact of participatory learning with enterpreneurial functional skills model for economical empowerment of  Kejar Paket C learners. The study was conducted qualitatively with a case study method. The data collection techniques involved observation, interview and document analysis. The data were obtained through data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification.  The results of this study showed that the condition of participatory learning with enterpreneurial functional skills model followed by twenty learners of Kejar Paket C run properly. The participatory learning process of entrepreneurial skills engaged the learners in the planning, implementation, and assessment to improve their entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and attitudes. Participatory learning of entrepreneurial skills at Kejar Packet C has an impact on enhancing the learners’ enterpreneurial knowledge, attitudes and skills to increase their economic independence.Keywords: Partisipatiory Learning, Enterpernerial Skills, Economic Empowerment.

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang proses pengelolaan Cyber Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh humas Polda Jawa Barat dalam rangka meningkatkan citra lembaga memalui website tribratanews.jabar.polri.go.id. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme, metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan Cyber Public Relations dalam meningkatan citra pada website tribratanews.jabar.polri.go.id secara mendalam dan menyeluruh. Konsep yang digunakan adalah konsep The four steps public relations dari Cutlip, Center and Broom, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi partisipatori pasif, dan wawancara mendalam. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengelolaan Cyber Public Relations dalam Meningkatkan Citra pada Website tribratanews.jabar.polri.go.id Polda Jawa Barat tersebut dimulai dengan melakukan pendefinisian masalah dengan tahapan koordinasi penentuan masalah, penghimpunan data, pemilihan berita dan analisis penentuan masalah, selanjutnya melakukan perencanaan dan pemprograman dengan tahapan Perencanaan target sasaran berita, pembuatan judul pemberitaan, koordinasi dalam perencanaan dan konfirmasi pimpinan, lalu pelaksanaan dan pengkomunikasian di dalamnya ada tahapan Pengelolaan berita, membuat berita, upload ke website dan link ke media social. Terakhir adalah pengevaluasian guna mengetahui manfaat yang diperoleh, keberhasilan pengelolaan dalam mencapai tujuan dari instansi yaitu untuk meningkatkan citra. This research aims to find out how the implementation, impact, and constraints of the implementation of the program "Kanji Kuper" (Gerakan Wajib Kunjung Perpustakaan) as a strategy for optimizing library services in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This type of research is a case study because the research setting is in one of the elementary schools that implements the "Kanji Kuper" program. Data collection techniques through direct observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data sources are obtained from informants: principals, library managers, and students. The validity of the data uses the triangulation of sources and techniques. Data is analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data feed and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of "Kanji Kuper" began by requiring teachers and students to do learning activities in the library. The visit schedule is arranged based on coordination between the class and the library administrator at least once a week. While in the library teachers are obliged to socialize "Kanji Kuper" and motivation by providing assignments to students to utilize the library resources available. There are always products or results made by students during visits to the library. Each month students' work is selected to be displayed in the school as a form of reward. The result of the implementation of the "Kanji Kuper" program is that the number of library visitors has increased dramatically so that it is slowly expected to improve the reading culture of students. The problem is that most students take advantage of the "Kanji Kuper" program just to play in the library so that the resulting task product seems less optimal. Some teachers still think that "Kanji Kuper" only takes up learning time.Keyword: library; school library; library servicesABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi, dampak, dan kendala dari pelaksanaan program "Kanji Kuper" (Gerakan Wajib Kunjung Perpustakaan) sebagai strategi optimalisasi layanan perpustakaan di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus karena setting penelitian berada di salah satu sekolah dasar yang menerapkan program "Kanji Kuper". Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan yaitu: kepala sekolah, pengelola perpustakaan, dan siswa. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik data dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi "Kanji Kuper" diawali dengan mewajibkan guru dan siswa melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran di perpustakaan. Jadwal kunjungan disusun berdasarkan koordinasi antara wali kelas dengan pengurus perpustakaan minimal 1 minggu sekali. Selama di perpustakaan guru wajib memberikan sosialisasi "Kanji Kuper" dan motivasi dengan cara memberikan penugasan terhadap siswa agar dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya perpustakaan yang tersedia. Selalu ada produk atau hasil yang dibuat oleh siswa selama berkunjung di perpustakaan. Setiap bulan hasil karya siswa diseleksi untuk dipajang di mading sekolah sebagai bentuk reward. Hasil dari penerapan program "Kanji Kuper" adalah jumlah pengunjung perpustakaan naik drastis sehingga secara perlahan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan budaya membaca siswa. Kendalanya adalah sebagian besar siswa memanfaatkan program "Kanji Kuper" hanya untuk bermain di perpustakaan sehingga produk tugas yang dihasilkan terkesan kurang optimal. Beberapa guru masih beranggapan bahwa "Kanji Kuper" hanya menyita waktu pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai budaya tradisi Dieng Culture Festival yang berperan sebagai kearifan lokal dalam upaya untuk membangun karakter bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) persepsi masyarakat terhadap transformasi nilai budaya tradisi Dieng Culture Festival secara turun-temurun tanpa mengubah makna sebenarnya; (2) adanya relevansi antara kearifan lokal terhadap pembangunan karakter bangsa karena nilai kearifan lokal bukan sebagai hal yang menghambat pada era globalisasi, melainkan menjadi kekuatan besar dalam membangun karakter bangsa. Cultural Value of “Dieng Culture Festival” Tradition as a Local Wisdom for Building the Nation Character: Case Study at Dieng Plateau. This study aims to know the value of cultural tradition of Dieng Culture Festival which serves as the local wisdom in an effort to build the national character. The research is qualitative with the case study method. The data collection techniques used by researchers include: observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used in this study include: triangulation of sources and triangulation techniques. The results show that: (1) the perception of community about transformation of Dieng Culture Festival without changing the actual meaning; (2) the relevance of local wisdom with the character of the nation.
