Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a new type of coronavirus that causes disorders of the respiratory system, acute pneumonia, and can lead to death. This community service is intended to provide understanding and knowledge about the prevention and transmission of COVID-19 to the wider community. This health education webinar community service activity is carried out online via Zoom. The material presented was about preventing and transmitting the virus during a pandemic according to the perception of COVID-19 survivors. Prior to the implementation of the educational webinar, participants were asked to register as well as fill out a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge about preventing the transmission of COVID-19 (pre-test). Then at the end of the meeting, participants were asked to fill out the attendance list, and then fill out the questionnaire again (post-test). The results of the educational activity questionnaire showed that there was a good change in the level of knowledge between before and after being given educational materials with an average pre-test score of 63.84 and a post-test of 91.53 from 13 participants. So it can be concluded that this education can confirm audiovisually which can change the level of knowledge for the better.

In the Academic Year 2020/2021 learning face-to-face for school students in most parts of Indonesia is prohibited to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID)-19. Instead, a school from home (SFH) is implemented. As a result, the use of gadgets by school students increases not only for learning activities, but also for communication, entertainment/recreation, and socializing. Excessive use of the gadget will increase the risk of developing health problems both physically and mentally. Based on this, the school collaborated with a team from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Health Sciences Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta to carry out community service activities with the theme "School of Gadget-Friendly.” This activity aimed to 1) Increase students' knowledge of health problems both physically and mentally due to excessive use of gadgets and 2) Students implement efforts to prevent/reduce the risk of health problems when they are using gadgets. Partners of this activity were students of Islamic Junior High School Dian Didaktika grades 8 and 9. Education to students by the team was carried out from the school studio using google meet. Before and after education, students were given a pre & post-test to measure the level of knowledge. A week later the students were asked to fill out a checklist related to their activities using the gadget. School teachers were also asked for their opinions regarding the activity. The results of this activity were an increase in students' knowledge regarding the use of gadgets and most students have made any efforts to stay healthy when using gadgets during SFH. The school teacher argued that this community service activity was a provision for students to be able to use gadgets wisely so that they remained healthy during SFH.

Background: The balanced  nutrition  paradigm is currently unknown  to  the  general public, especially school-age children. The old paradigm of four healthy five perfects is still taught in schools. Whereas in the new paradigm of balanced nutrition, in addition to the principle of nutrition that must be consumed in a balanced manner, there is another message that must be conveyed, namely physical activity at least 30 minutes every day, regular exercise, drinking 8 glasses of water a day, washing hands before and after eating and always monitor your weight. Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve balanced nutrition knowledge in elementary school age children. Method: The method of community service is through lectures and games for ice breaking so that the atmosphere becomes more fun. Results: Most of the students of SDN Kalisari 1 Surabaya were female (54%), 10 years old (62%), and parents had jobs in the “other” category namely construction workers, janitors and farm workers (38%). As many as 83% of students have breakfast habits and 88% of students often access the internet. The level of student’s knowledge of balanced nutrition is included in the sufficient category (59%). There is a difference in the level of knowledge before and after counseling about the concept of balanced nutrition (α = 0.04). Conclusion: Efforts to increase knowledge of balanced nutrition with counseling and game methods are considered effective because there is a significant increase in the level of knowledge of SDN Kalisari 1 Surabaya students.

Community service program with the topic "Counseling Pregnant Women with Fe Tablets, Nutrition for Pregnant Women and Dangerous Signs of Pregnant Women in Jenggot, Pekalongan City" is aimed at Trimester II and III pregnant women to provide about pregnant women's knowledge about the benefits of Fe tablets , nutritional needs during pregnancy and pregnancy danger signs in the area of Jenggot, Pekalongan city. It is important to educate pregnant women about the benefits of Fe tablets during pregnancy because hemoglobin is needed for the body of pregnant women. During pregnancy, a pregnant woman needs to have high nutritious food and is sufficient for herself and her fetus. If a pregnant woman lacks nutrition and iron during pregnancy, it will cause problems, both for the mother and the fetus. Family and environmental factors will greatly affect pregnant women. Hopefully, pregnant women will have no abstinence to eat. This activity can be sustainable and encourage pregnant women to care during pregnancy whether to take Fe tablets, eat nutritious foods and understand the danger signs during pregnancy. In addition, a Pre Test and Post Test were conducted to determine the level of knowledge before and after counseling. The results obtained are that there is a significant increase in pregnant women in Jenggot, Pekalongan after counseling about Fe tablets, nutrition of pregnant women and pregnancy danger signs.

Nutritional status in athletes is one of the important factors that affect athlete performance. Athlete's knowledge of nutrition is still lacking. Malnutrition and other health problems are found many in athletes. The purpose of this activity is trained athletes to improve the understanding of nutritional status and measure anthropometry to improve performance. This training contains materials that is needed to improve athlete's knowledge on nutritional status and anthropometric measurements. Further it can be used in the training process or in match conditions. This community service activity was attended by 29 participants consisting of female and male athletes as well as handball trainers. The activity is carried out online. Before and after the training participants fill out a google form for data on body weight, height, and questions about training materials. From the results of data processing, the average height for male athletes was 176 ± 6.33cm and for female athletes 164 ± 5.79cm. Meanwhile, the body weight of female athletes is 60.5 ± 8.3kg and male athletes are 74.02 ± 9.05kg. BMI in female athletes is 22.5 ± 2.2kg / m2 and in male athletes 23.88 ± 1.88 kg / m2. The mean pre-test score for female athletes was 60.35 ± 11.09, while for male athletes it was 60.35 ± 14.69. The average post-test score for female athletes was 67.85 ± 11.90, while for male athletes the average post-test score was 72.5 ± 9.20. Thus, the difference (gain) change in post-test scores to pre-test in female athletes is 12.43% and 20.12% in men. From this training, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the knowledge of handball athletes regarding nutritional status, nutrition, and dietary regulation in athletes. It is hoped that further this community service activity can be carried out in terms of determining the calorie and nutritional needs of athletes as well as athletes can be given knowledge about how to make food menus according to the needs of athletes.

Community service program with the topic "Counseling about the Dangers of Using Narcotics, Psychotropics and Addictive Drugs in MAS Yapensa, Jenggot-Pekalongan City" is intended to provide knowledge about the dangers of Narcotics in madrasa aliyah. The importance of providing education about the dangers of drug abuse early on is one of preventive steps. Drugs abuse now do not only attack the age of 20 years and over. Because starting from elementary students also must be aware of the dangers of drug trafficking. Its circulation is not only from a closed place but it can be from relationships, internet cafes and so on. Therefore, it can be said that in order to fortify himself from drugs abuse, the role of parents' attention is very important. It is completed by good religious knowledge and the role and education of schools. Moreover, environmental factors will greatly affect children. It is hoped that in the future this activity can be sustainable and encourage adolescents to be free from drugs. In addition, a pre-test and post-test were conducted to determine the level of knowledge before and after counseling. The results obtained are that there is a significant increase in students of MAS Yapensa, Jenggot-City Pekalongan after counseling about the Dangers of Drugs abuse.

The scope of exclusive breastfeeding has not met the set targets. One of the benefits of papaya leaves is ASI Booster (ASI booster), because it can increase milk production and protein levels. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve knowledge and skills about ASI and the technique of instant papaya leaves. The design is the pre test and post test level of knowledge and skills. The material is delivered by lecture and demonstration methods. The evaluation was carried out after the practice of instant making of papaya leaves by carrying out a post test and evaluating the establishment of a banner on the description of instant papaya leaf products and their benefits as ASI smoothers and meeting forums in the village to check information desemination. Community service activities were conducted in 3 meetings. The first meeting was the delivery of material about ASI, ASI smoothing, the benefits of papaya leaves, the technique of instant papaya leaves. The second meeting was the training of instant papaya leaves in the Semarang Department of Health's Health Polytechnic Department, which was attended by 3 cadres of Karangjati Village. The third meeting was carried out to socialize and practice the instant making of papaya leaves in Karangjati Village to the people of Karangjati village. The participants who participated in the community service activities were 30 residents of Karangjati Village, Blora Based on the paired t-test, the Sig. (2-tailed) knowledge of 0,000 (<0,05) and skills of 0,000 (<0,05), then there is the effect of training on instant making of papaya leaves as breast milk booster to the level of knowledge and skills.This community service provides many benefits for participants, namely for cadres and community members. The real form is the increasing knowledge of breast milk and ASI smoothers with the instant making of papaya leaves.

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis penyuluhan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa melakukan kegiatan cuci tangan yang tepat sesusai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh WHO pada siswa TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri Jatisampurna Bekasi. Kesadaran dan pengetahuan terkait cuci tangan yang tepat dapat memproteksi diri dari berbagai penyakit terutama penyakit diare. Siswa sekolah TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri terdiri dari siswa pra sekolah dasar dan sekolah dasar usia 3-12 tahun yang berjumlah 21 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan metode kuisioner dan selanjutnya dilakukan dengan mensosialisasikan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) terutama tentang perilaku cuci tangan yang tepat. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dari pretest yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa 62% tidak mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan dan 38% mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan cuci tangan dan demo cuci tangan kepada siswa maka diperoleh hasil post test yaitu terjadi penurunan 19 % tidak mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan dan terjadi kenaikan menjadi 81 % mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan. Kata kunci: cuci tangan; penyuluhan; kecacingan. ABSTRACTThis community service activity was carried out to determine the level of knowledge of students in carrying out proper hand washing activities according to the standards set by WHO in TPA Al-Ikhlas students at the Jatisampurna Polri, Bekasi. Awareness and knowledge related to proper hand washing can protect themselves from various diseases, especially diarrheal diseases. TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri students consist of pre-primary and elementary school students aged 3-12 years, totaling 21 people. The implementation of the activity begins with the questionnaire method and is then carried out by socializing the Clean and Healthy Life Behavior), especially regarding proper hand washing behavior. The results of the implementation of this community service from the pretest showed that 62% did not know the 6 hand washing movements and 38% knew the 6 hand washing movements. After conducting hand washing counseling and hand washing demonstrations to students, the post test results were obtained, namely a decrease of 19% not knowing 6 hand washing movements and an increase to 81% knowing 6 hand washing movements. Keywords: hand washing; counseling; worms.

The purpose of this community service activity was explained, so that parents, and the community in Kauman Village, Sedayu District, Gresik Regency, had more attention about the importance of assisting children in operating the Mobile Phone (HP), especially in accessing social media. The approach that will be applied in the implementation of this activity is the lecture and simulation methods. The activities that will be carried out are an explanation of the understanding, rules, and dangers that will come if the operation of a child without the assistance and education of a parent, parenting is done by providing how the application of parents who should, in assisting their children to play mobile or social media. From this parenting activity, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the community's understanding of the nature of parenting, and the implementation of parenting, the impacts that can occur. The increase was seen from the average value of the pre-test of 85%, which initially not many participants understood the positive and negative aspects of social media, this means that only 15% of participants knew the nature of parenting. After taking part in the training in parenting activities, the average post-test score rose to 92% of participants who understood parenting, and only 8% were left with low scores.

The Covid-19 pandemic impacts increasing psychological problems (anxiety disorders, depression, and insomnia) in the community and health workers. People experience clinical anxiety, so they are afraid to check their health to health services when they experience symptoms of illness. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of health workers in providing good health education to the community so that people understand health behaviour and can make decisions based on the information that has been obtained. This education was conducted online for 300 health workers (Indonesian Radiographers/PARI), with the media zoom meeting. The implementation of this education begins with a pre-test, implementation of education, questions and answers, then a post-test. The results of the pre-test before the implementation of health education obtained a mean value of 36.50, a median of 30, and a standard deviation of 17,060, while the post-test results after the implementation of health education obtained a mean value of 93.00, a median of 100, and a standard deviation of 10.773. There is an increase in the knowledge of health education participants between before and after the health education is given. Recommendations from this community service activity are expected that health workers can continue to provide good health education to the community. The level of anxiety and stigma against Covid-19 decreases, and people feel calm and safe to check their health.

  Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pembuatan nugget dan bakso daging ayam petelur afkir yang dikombinasikan dengan rumput laut kepada kelompok ibu-ibu kader Posyandu “Mawar” Perumahan Barat Dusun Karangduren Desa Jati. Target kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan terhadap peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap pertama melaksanakan pelatihan in class; tahap kedua melakukan praktek; tahap ketiga adalah monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dalam pelaksanaan diawali dengan sosialisasi program dilanjutkan dengan memberikan pre test terhadap ibu-ibu kader posyandu sebagai dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan ketrampilannya sebelum menerima program kegiatan ini. Peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan in class dan praktek pembuatan nugget dan bakso secara teori sangat antusias dan semangat serta bisa saling bekerjasama baik antar sesama peserta maupun antara peserta dan tim pengabdi. Setelah kegiatan praktek, peserta diberikan post test hal ini untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dari peserta. Nilai pre test  rata-rata 41.92 dan rata-rata nilai post test 82,30. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada ibu-ibu kader Posyandu Mawar peserta kegiatan pengabdian PMKBI ini sebesar  96,33 %.   Kata kunci : bakso, nuget, rumput laut   . Abstract The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and skills about making rejected layer chicken nuggets and meatballs combined with seaweed to a group of cadres of Posyandu "Mawar" West Housing, Karangduren Hamlet, Jati Village. The target of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of the participants of this service activity. The method applied includes several stages, namely the first stage of implementing in-class training; the second stage is doing practice; the third stage is monitoring and evaluation. This service activity in the implementation begins with program socialization followed by giving a pre-test to posyandu cadres with the aim of knowing their level of knowledge and skills before accepting this activity program. Participants in participating in in-class training and the practice of making nuggets and meatballs are theoretically very enthusiastic and enthusiastic and can cooperate with each other both among participants and between participants and the service team. After the practical activity, participants were given a post test to determine the increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants. The average pre-test value was 41.92 and the post-test average was 82.30. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity is that there is an increase in knowledge and skills of the Posyandu Mawar cadres participating in this PMKBI service activity of 96.33%.   Keywords: meatballs, nuget, seaweed
