The need for stimulation or efforts to stimulate children to introduce new knowledge or skills is very important in improving children's intelligence. Stimulation in children can be started since the baby is a fetus, because the fetus is not a passive creature. In the womb, the fetus is able to breathe, kick, stretch, move, swallow, suck the thumb, and others. While the main stimulation is given specifically for children aged 0-7 years (Siswono, 2004). PAUD teacher's understanding and awareness of the importance and influence of parental education on child development vary. Many do not understand the characteristics of early childhood development, stimulation, and implementation of early detection of early childhood growth and development. Asih Waluyo Jati Clinic is a Pratama clinic that has a program about child development. With community service at the Asih Waluyo Jati Primary Clinic, it is expected that the knowledge and understanding of PAUD teachers on the characteristics of growth and development, simulation, and implementation of early detection of early childhood growth and development can be increased. The activity was carried out at the Pratama Asih Waluyo Jati Clinic on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at 09.00 to 15.00 with material about problems of child growth and development in Indonesia, the importance of monitoring children's growth and development, the participation of teachers and parents in child development, how to detect children's growth and how to detect a child's development. The methods used in this activity include lectures, questions and answers, and role-play. Most of the participants understood what early detection and stimulation of children's growth and development were. But about the types and ways of early detection that must be done many do not understand. The participant's lack of understanding about the types and methods of early detection of children when training has not been conducted is likely because since they have never attended training and there has been no socialization from the education office related to monitoring child development. After being given the material, the participants understood that the types of early detection were detection of growth, development, and mental-emotional. Stimulation is very important as a form of intervention so that the child's growth and development can take place optimally. Keywords: early childhood, stimulation, early detection, growth, development

The result of mentoring was that there was progress in the developmental ability of 1 child who had not been able to walk at the age of 19 months, showing an increase in walking ability after 2 weeks of assistance. There was an increase in the knowledge of mothers / families about growth and development by 12.68 points. There was an increase in the frequency of implementing stimulation for child growth and development by mothers of under-five from 88.2% of mothers who had stimulated to 98.6% after mentoring. Continuity of family empowerment is needed regarding early detection of growth and development and not only involving mothers / families but also involving cadres.

The research method uses pretest and posttest design with control group. Providing training and mentoring for PAUD teachers using the Stimulation of Detection and Early Intervention Growing Swell (SDIDTK)/ Child Development Pre-screening Questionnaire (KPSP) for the intervention group while for the control group for PAUD teachers by being given a KPSP booklet after the posttest. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in scores of PAUD teachers' knowledge and skills in stimulating early childhood growth and development (p=0.001) between the intervention group and the control group after the mentoring model intervention. The knowledge of PAUD teachers who are given a mentoring model is better than the control group, there are significant differences in improving the ability of PAUD teachers to do early detection in children compared to the control group. The success of development is closely related to the quality of good human resources. Establishment of optimal quality of human resources, both physically and psychologically is very dependent on the process of growing and developing at an early age. Monitoring the growth and development of children that is carried out appropriately and directed guarantees more optimal growth and development of children that makes children of high quality, intelligent, responsible and efficient for the nation and the nation. Based on the results of observations, the Posyandu of Beji Sidoarum has been limited to growth checks only in the implementation of posyandu related to growth, namely weighing and measuring height. Development checks have never been carried out because of the limitations of cadres and not every month the puskesmas midwives conduct health checks at the posyandu. There has never been a Posyandu health cadre who participated in the early growth growth stimulation and intervention training. Therefore, increasing education for cadres related to growth and development is needed to improve the quantity and quality of services at this posyandu. Outputs produced are 1) Compilation of booklets/modules as information media, 2) results of examination of fallen children under five, 3) Ability of cadres and mothers of children under five in stimulation and early detection of development using KPSP, 4) publication. The results obtained by cadres and mothers of children under five in carrying out stimulation and early detection using KPSP independently. Based on this, it is expected that the implementation of activities for monitoring the growth of children under five can run routinely at the posyandu. Keywords: early detection, training, stimulation, growth and development

Children are a very important part in the survival of a nation. Kids are human resources for the development of a nation, a determinant of the future, and the successor generations of the family and the nation. Therefore, they must be in a healthy condition. Efforts to create a healthy generation should be considered, especially in the golden age (the golden period) that occurs at the age of 0-6 years. Therefore, it is necessary to process the detection and stimulation of growth and development for the creation of the next generation of quality that can grow and develop physically, emotionally, and socially. This study aimed at describing knowledge about early childhood teachers KPSP as a tool for early detection of child development. Subjects in this study amounted to 38 people who already have experiences in teaching in early childhood. The research method used is quantitative research. The research instrument used questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research on teacher's knowledge of the KPSP showed that 73.7% of the subjects had heard of KPSP but only 2.6%, or 1 out of 38 men who were able to conclude and give advice on the test results KPSP are certainly capable of performing appropriate testing standards. It shows the teacher's knowledge of the KPSP is low. All respondents stated KPSP needs to be given to children in kindergarten as a tool of detection of child development. In general it can be concluded that the positive attitude of the teachers accept their KPSP for kindergarten children. The obstacle faced by teachers in conducting detection using KPSP is the lack of socialization or information and training on KPSP.
