The government has made various efforts to prevent stunting, one of which is specifically intervening in child nutrition. In order to support government programs, we carry out a community service activity with the aim of detecting and detecting children's nutritional development. The Banjarnegara City Government has detected that 29% of children are still affected by stunting. By involving local health workers totaling 35 cadres in these activities. In the process of implementing the activity, it is divided into 3 terms in one day, while the methods used are counseling, discussion and practice. Based on the results of the activity, the cadres experienced an increase in quality. Previously, knowledge of health cadres was only in the range of 37.14%, but after participating in the activity, there was a significant increase of 80%. Likewise, there was an increase (p = 0.000; α <0.05) since this intervention. The recommendation is that there should be activities like this on an ongoing basis and if necessary, early detection of stunting.

Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan kesehatan pada anak di Indonesia yang paling mendasar saat ini adalah pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya, dengan kata lain ini adalah masalah stunting. Impaired growth and development of children can be identified by early detection as prevention, prevention, stimulation and development. This study aims to determine the effect of early detection assistance models on the ability of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in implementing early detection of early childhood growth and development. The research method uses pretest and posttest design with control group. Providing training and mentoring for PAUD teachers using the Stimulation of Detection and Early Intervention Growing Swell (SDIDTK)/ Child Development Pre-screening Questionnaire (KPSP) for the intervention group while for the control group for PAUD teachers by being given a KPSP booklet after the posttest. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in scores of PAUD teachers' knowledge and skills in stimulating early childhood growth and development (p=0.001) between the intervention group and the control group after the mentoring model intervention. The knowledge of PAUD teachers who are given a mentoring model is better than the control group, there are significant differences in improving the ability of PAUD teachers to do early detection in children compared to the control group. Diabetes is a disease of metabolic disorders caused by poor production of insulin by the pancreas or due to the use of body insulin which is not maximal, causing interference. The main diabetes that often occurs in the community is type 1 and type 2 diabetes because of the influence of body insulin. Examination for detection is intended so that the public can find out about the presence of glucose in the urine so that the community can immediately recover faster, considering that if there is a glucose level in the urine, there is an increase in the level of glucose in the blood. The method used in this community service is to collect residents at the center, which is then carried out by examining the urine sample using a urine dysptic. Based on the results of examinations carried out on 62 people consisting of mothers and the elderly, it showed that there were 10 positive people or 19% of the total sample. This shows that early detection is important because there are still people who do not know the importance of early detection of disease in themselves, especially in the Kedung Pandan area.

The main cause of anemia in pregnancy is iron deficiency followed by folate deficiency. WHO estimates that the incidence of anemia is around 42% in pregnant women with middle to lower economic conditions. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women. regarding iron deficiency anemia and hemoglobin level examination as an independent early detection in Matang Seulimeng Village, the working area of Langsa Barat Health Center, Langsa City. Monitoring of growth and development is an activity to detect early growth irregularities (malnutrition or poor nutritional status, short children), developmental deviations (late speaking), and mental emotional disorders (impaired concentration and hyperactivity). The rapid growth and development in the first 1,000 days of life makes monitoring of child development very important at this age. The first 1,000 days of life are counted from the time of conception in the mother's womb until the child is 2 years old. In children aged 2 years, the height has reached half of the adult's height and the brain development has reached 80% of the adult brain. Since March 2020, Indonesia has been hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. This resulted in the temporary suspension of posyandu activities in various regions in Indonesia. Fears of a pandemic condition make parents afraid to bring toddlers to clinics and puskesmas. One of the easiest steps for mothers and caregivers to take to stimulate the growth and development of toddlers at home is baby massage. Solutions and targets The outputs offered in this activity are growth and development stimulation education, infant massage demonstrations, and assistance to mothers of toddlers for infant massage for 2x a month. The output targets are publication of articles in the journal Community Service, print media publications, and increasing community empowerment and strengthening knowledge and developing community habits in healthy behavior
