The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed all activities and economies in almost all land areas of the world. The paralysis of community activities in various places disturbs creative ideas emerging through visual communication media, one of which is the animation of Larva from South Korea. The problem to be raised in this paper is about how the form of visual messages conveyed through Larva animation. The purpose of this article is for the audience to understand the message that is hidden behind the Larva animation. The method used in this paper is qualitative with observation data collection techniques or direct observation of Larva animation videos and literature study. Data analysis techniques, namely, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions based on the semiotic theory of Raland Barthes. The results presented in this paper lead to a visual message that displays the shape at the denotative level of the covid-19 virus in red to purple plus the effect of a dirty brown color that attacks larvae that are eating without implementing health protocols so that the Larva cough and spread the virus a group of larvae. which is enjoying food and immediately dies, then attacks the two red and yellow Larva. However, they apply health protocols such as washing hands using hand sanitizer and wearing masks. Connotatively, this visual message illustrates the importance of implementing health protocols during this COVID-19 period.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. Conclusions, abilities and work experience have an impact on employee performance Keywords: Ability, Work Experience, Employee Performance.

This study describes the principles of performance-based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin, knowing the effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure and indirect spending in Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin as well as budget performance. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collecting technique is done through field study that is interview, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques starting from quantitative and qualitative with descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the principles of performance – based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin stated that tranparency and accountability is still no good, but the budget discripline and  budget justice are good enough. The effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure in the implementation of performance–based budgets. Based on the ratio of effectiveness of the use of the budget Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin years 2014 up to the year 2016 has effective criteria and from year to year the level of effectiveness has increased. The effectiveness of the use indirect budget from 2014 to 2016 has a fairly effective criteria and from year to year always fluctuate.

In this study we try to describe polygamy in the perspective of Syadz adz-Dzari'ah, namely prevention, because it is feared that there will be conflicts within the family, between wives and husbands, between other wives, and between children. This research is a comparative literature study, the study material comes from literature sources. The technique of collecting data is by means of observation data collection (organizing data). Second, through library research. namely seeing, observing, seeking. The approach uses qualitative. The data were then collected and analysis techniques were carried out. The results of the data analysis were written in descriptive form. Data analysis used the content analysis stage, comparative analysis (content analysis and differentiating analysis). analyzing polygamy in the perspective of Syad ad-Dzari'ah. Polygamy when it causes ongoing conflicts and is unable to provide legal solutions, it is better to avoid it because when conflicts and disputes occur, the household will not be realized as sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah and barakah families. Even though marriage aims to find happiness, tranquility, blessings and all one's actions after marriage have the value of worship.

Happiness is the foremost goal of humans’ in running their activities. Even the fulfillment of the most basic needs is motivated to achieve it. However, the measure of happiness becomes very difficult to determine. In this context, al-Qur'an guides by mentioning various redactions that have the meaning of happiness, such as al-surûr. Therefore, this study aims to find the happiness fulfillment model described in the Qur'an. This study uses the interpretation of al-Sha'rawi, to narrow the scope of meaning, which is considered more relevant to the context of modern society. This research uses a literature study method with data analysis techniques using the approach of Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. This research concludes that al-Sha’râwî interprets the word al-surûr as happiness in the world and the hereafter. In the world, happiness is achieved by enjoying sensory beauty, while in the afterlife, it will be achieved by behaving obediently in the world. The achievement of happiness is precisely obtained by fulfilling the needs following the hierarchy of happiness. At the early stage, happiness is achieved through theological belief. This belief will lead to sensory happiness in the world. At the uppermost stage, the peak of happiness can only be reached when humans meet their God.

Comic "Guild" is a comic that has a Japanese drawing style, namely Manga and applies visual principles that should be used as study material to study visual principles about comics. This study aims to identify and review the visual comics of "Guild" in terms of these principles. the principle of visual emphasis according to MS Gumelar. The population in this study is 15 pages in chapter 1 of the comic "Guild". This type of research uses qualitative research methods with documentation data collection techniques and literature study. Primary data is in the form of visual comic “Guild” chapter 1 by Irfan Rianto, data collection in this research is through literature study, observation, data processing, data analysis techniques, generalizations and instruments. Then the data that has been collected is triangulated to strengthen the credibility of the research results. From the results of the study it was concluded that the comic "Guild" had applied the principles of visual emphasis according to the MS Gumelar guidelines, although in its application there were still five pages that still had shortcomings so that it looked not optimal and consistent.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry. In this study used associative research methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry, with a sample of 30 people with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using simple regression through SPSS version 23. The findings of this study that there is a significant influence between work stress on job satisfaction, where both variables have a strong and positive correlation. The magnitude of the effect of work stress on job satisfaction is 86.2%. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to analyze the morphology of folklore based on Vladimir Propp's theory and method of researching Narratology structure including the structure of the actor's action function, the function in the action environment, and the scheme. This research method is descriptive qualitative and the method developed by Vladimir Propp. The object of research is the Batu Naga Lampung folklore. The technique of data collection is done by the documentation technique through a literature study. Data analysis techniques use the flow method that is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study found there are 26 functions of the perpetrators' actions that are distributed into 6 action environments.

This research describes planning in the establishment management of PAUD institutions. This is due to the establishment of PAUD institutions which is still happening due to several obstacles so that the establishment of PAUD institutions is not maximally achieved. Therefore, in management there is a process of planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling in the management process of establishing PAUD in establishing an PAUD institution that must be seriously managed so that PAUD institutions stand as fully as possible. The methodology of this research is Literature Study. Data collection methods by collecting basic reference books and supporting books to study theories related to the management of PAUD establishment. Data analysis techniques are content analysis. The results of this research study indicate that in the planning management of PAUD institution establishment has several requirements that have been set by the government, including: a) general requirements for the establishment of PAUD institution, b) mechanism of PAUD establishment, and c) preparation of PAUD establishment proposal. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perencanaan dalam manajemen pendirian lembaga PAUD. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tahapan pendirian lembaga PAUD yang masih terjadi dikarenakan beberapa kendala sehingga dalam pendirian lembaga PAUD tidak tercapai secara maksimal. Oleh sebab itu dalam manajemen terdapat sebuah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan pengendalian dalam proses manajemen pendirian PAUD dalam mendirikan sebuah lembaga PAUD yang harus dikelola secara serius sehingga lembaga PAUD berdiri dengan semaksimal mungkin. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah Studi Pustaka. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan buku referensi pokok dan buku pendukung untuk mengkaji teori yang terkait dalam manajemen pendirian PAUD. Teknik analisis data bersifat analisis isi. Hasil kajian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan manajemen pendirian lembaga PAUD memiliki beberapa persyaratan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, diantaranya adalah: a) syarat umum pendirian lembaga PAUD, b) mekanisme pendirian PAUD, dan c) penyusunan proposal pendirian PAUD. The corona covid-19 virus phenomenon is very shocking the world. Almost all people in the world experience uncertainty and many receive information from social media whose truth is uncertain. This has unwittingly caused panic for some people. The number of hoax news that caused panic and the appeal for social distancing by the government without any proper counseling to the community, which resulted in panic. Not only this it also affects the mental health of a person to unwittingly cause stress. The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage stress in dealing with covid-19 in the perspective of Islamic education. The research approach used is a form of research obtained from the literature in the field of Islamic education and stress management. Data collection techniques by searching related literature both online and offline. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques from related literature. The results of research conducted are stress management to deal with covid-19 in Islamic education is to think positively, avoid hoax news, avoid excessive panic, pray and worship Allah, and always pray to Allah.

Az-Zarnuji's educational concept in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim uses an Islamic education curriculum, Az-Zarnuji provides a simple but meaningful concept, that one must first achieve intellectual intelligence. The results of the study found that Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book Ta'limul muta'allim emphasized that in studying, he prioritized morals in learning and respected science, teachers, books, and society. Az-Zarnuji prioritizes morals in education to achieve goals, so as to achieve that goal, namely the success of the world and the hereafter. The type of research used is a qualitative research with a character study approach. The method of data collection is through literature study. Data analysis techniques by means of Descriptive Analysis and Content Analysis. Data analysis seeks to try to provide meaning that explains the form of explanation in the conclusion.
