This study aims to formulate the development strategy of Malalayang Coastal Tourism of Manado City. This research uses descriptive method where data are collected, analyzed and descripted by using qualitative approach. Qualitative approach describes the responses of respondents to marine tourism based on the given questionnaire. Data collection conducted through field observation, interview and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of marine tourism development Malalayang Beach lies in the position of quadrant I or lies between external opportunities and internal strength. Strategy of maritime tourism development Malalayang Beach Manado City is to maintain and preserve the surrounding environment, the need for the development of facilities and facilities of tourism objects, the rearrangement of “sabua bulu” as a culinary place and the need for management of the government and private sector to be more focused and run well and both The parties agreed to cooperate to develop sustainable tourism Malalayang Coastal..

<p>Pariwisata ditegaskan dalam berbagai Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) maupun Rencana Induk Pariwisata Nasional (RIPARNAS) sebagai andalan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Aset berupa sumberdaya budaya dan sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki seperti keunikan wisata alam berupa wisata bahari dan berbagai event budaya daerah serta keaslian budaya dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk bersaing dengan destinasi wisata lain. Kesemuanya itu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk datang ke Indonesia. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam  pencapaian target tersebut adalah penciptaan 10 (sepuluh) destinasi wisata prioritas atau dengan istilah “Menciptakan 10 Bali Baru” yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, yaitu Danau Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi, Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru dan Labuan Bajo. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan strategi pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah tata kelola destinasi antara lain inventarisasi kesiapan terhadap keadaan daya tarik wisata alam maupun budaya, dapat dimanfaatkan dan kesiapan aksesibilitas, amenitas serta akomodasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dan analisis SWOT. Dari sisi ekonomi, diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga peluang pemanfaatan dan pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok Barat diharapkan dapat menguntungkan semua pihak. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : perlunya strategi pengembangan wisata bahari yaitu mengembangkan fasilitas infrastruktur, terutama perluasan dermaga, meningkatkan kompetensi SDM melalui sertifikasi kompetensi  pariwisata dankerjasama antara pemerintah, industri pariwisata, akademisi, masyarakat dan media dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan,untuk mencapai target 20 Juta wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Indonesia tahun 2019.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Wisata Bahari, Gili Trawangan, Analisis SWOT</p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong></p><p><em>Tourism is affirmed in various Strategic Plans (RENSTRA) as well as the National Tourism Master Plan (RIPARNAS) as a mainstay driving the economic growth of Indonesia. All of them to attract foreign and domestic tourists to come to Indonesia. </em><em>One of the government programs in achieving the target is the creation of 10 (ten) priority tourist destinations or with the term "Creating 10 New Bali" scattered throughout Indonesia, namely Lake Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi , Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru and Labuan Bajo. </em><em>In order to achieve the goal of marine tourism development strategy in Lombok, it is necessary steps of governance of destinations, among others, inventory readiness to the state of nature and cultural attractions, can be utilized and readiness of accessibility, amenitas and accommodation. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. </em><em>From the economic side, it is expected to have a positive impact on economic growth, so that the opportunity of exploiting and developing marine tourism in West Lombok is expected to benefit all parties. </em><em>The results of the research include: the need for marine tourism development strategy that is developing infrastructure facilities, especially the expansion of the pier, increasing the competence of human resources through the certification of competence of tourism services and cooperation between the government, tourism industry, academics and the community in order to improve the service and comfort of tourists. to achieve the target of 20 million foreign tourists who visit Indonesia in 2019.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Marine Tourism, Gili Trawangan, SWOT Analysis </em>

ABSTRAK Pulau Tidung Besar merupakan salah satu pulau di Kepulauan Seribu Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang menjadi destinasi wisata bahari. Perkembangan wisata bahari dapat memberikan dampak ekonomi, sosial-budaya dan lingkungan, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi perkembangan wisata bahari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perkembangan wisata bahari, dampak perkembangan wisata bahari dari aspek ekonomi, sosial-budaya dan lingkungan, dan mengevaluasi perkembangan wisata bahari menggunakan siklus wisata. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis secara kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 98 masyarakat, 50 pengunjung dan 10 pengelola. Sejak tahun 2014 hingga 2016 terdapat penurunan pengunjung Pulau Tidung Besar yang disebabkan oleh tidak adanya penambahan daya tarik wisata dan belum maksimalnya perbaikan ataupun penambahan fasilitas pendukung. Dampak kegiatan wisata bahari di Pulau Tidung Besar untuk dampak ekonomi adalah penambahan lapangan kerja dan pendapatan penduduk, untuk dampak sosial-budaya terlihat dari kegiatan gotong royong penduduk dan dampak lingkungan adalah semakin meningkatnya kesadaran pemerintah maupun masyarakat terhadap keadaan terumbu karang, kebersihan lingkungan dan ketersediaan air bersih yang lebih baik.. Evaluasi perkembangan Pulau Tidung Besar masuk dalam tahap stagnasi menuju tahap penurunan/ peremajaan.                                                                                                                       Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Perkembangan, Dampak, Wisata Bahari, Pulau Tidung ABSTRACTTidung Besar island as part of  the Seribu Islands is located at the Jakarta Province which become a marine tourism destination. Development of marine tourism could affect condition of economic, social-culture, and ecology, therefore need to be evaluate marine tourism development. The aims of the research are to know development of marine tourism, impact of marine tourism development based on economic, sosial-culture, ecology aspects and to evaluate development of marine tourism using tourist life cycle . The methods used in this research was descriptive method with qualitative analysis. Data obtained by distributed quistionnaires to 98 residents, 50 tourists and 10 staffs. Since the year 2014 to 2016, the visitors of Tidung Besar Island was decline due to lack of improvement or addition for supporting facilities. The marine tourism activities impact on economic aspect are increasing employment, the sosio-culture impact is lowering the “Gotong Royong” activities, and the ecological impact are good concern of the government and resident for coral reefs and better sanitation and availability of clean water. The fishing port has an important role in supporting activities in the fishery sector which includes serving as a place of preparation, and where to land catches as well as market them. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of facilities utilization at CFP Bajomulyo using SOAR and assign the development strategy. The research was carried out in January 2021 at the Coastal fishing port in Bajomulyo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency. A descriptive method was used to analyze the condition of basic, functional and supporting facilities at CFP Bajomulyo. Data collection was carried out using survey methods and direct observations. The result showed 116% of the pier has been used (overutilized), 26% of the FAP building has been used (non-optimally), 36% of the shipping lane’s depth has been used, meaning the depth is sufficient or in accordance with the required standard, and 49% of its width has been used (non-optimally). Conclusively, the development strategies suggested include making an MoU between the government of Pati Regency and Central Java Province and always considering the availability of FRS facilities, ice factories, clean water, and ship docking around CFP Bajomulyo.Keywords:Development strategyPatiCFP BajomulyoSOAR

The integrated and sustainable coastal tourism development activities can contribute to an area both in increasing the income of the government and the local community. The Lasiana coastal area of Kupang City has both natural and cultural potential, location, but it has not been implemented optimally. This study aims to determine the development strategy of the Lasiana coastal area based on the opinion of tourists and local communities in supporting development. This research is quantitative descriptive. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach to describe respondents' responses to attractions based on the questionnaire given. The results showed that the perception of local people and tourists is very influential in determining the area development strategy. The strategies used include the provision of facilities and infrastructure, the provision of a master plan for regional tourism development, traffic management arrangements, human resource development, the development of attractions as well as for cooperation among parties in terms of promotion and maintaining the sustainability of tourism and the environment.

The interest of students to continue studying at the Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar is very large and increases from year to year.. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Food and Beverage Service Management study program as one of the superior study programs at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents in this study totaled 241 consisting of 140 male respondents and 101 female respondents who were a combination of students, lecturers/staff of the Food and Beverage Service Management study program at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic, hotel/restaurant employees, entrepreneurs, employees of other companies, and that hasn't worked. The data collection techniques used in this study were: questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage and the decision stage. The conclusion of this research is that the analysis results from the IFAS matrix show that the strength factor of the study program is much greater than the weakness factor so that the study program has strengths or advantages that can be developed. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis from the EFAS matrix show that the opportunities the study program has are greater than the threat factors so that the study program has a greater chance of being developed. As for the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, the TAS value that has been listed is that the W-O strategy gets the highest value of 6,354, the W-T strategy is 6,027 then the S-O strategy is 5,976 and finally the S-T strategy is 5,869. That is, the development strategy of the MTH study program is compiled in 14 priority strategies from 20 formulated strategies consisting of the W - O Strategy (5 strategies), the W - T Strategy (4 strategies), the S - O Strategy (3 strategies), and the S - T (2 strategies).

The research title is "The Effectiveness of the Hope Family Program in Poverty Control Efforts in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is the ineffectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Lembang District. In this study, using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Teaching techniques through literature study, interviews with informants and use of documents. The key informants in this study were the Lembang PKH Assistance Coordinator, as well as supporting informants consisting of UPPKH staff in West Bandung Regency, the Secretary of Lembang District and several PKH participants in Lembang District. Based on the results of the research that the implementation of PKH has been able to reduce the burden on poor community PKH participants, and is able to increase PKH participant participation in accessing health and education, however, there are still some obstacles that show that PKH implementation is less than optimal, this is evidenced by PKH being right on target causing problems , PKH funds that are not in accordance with the circumstances of PKH participants and PKH facilitators, the minimum number of mentors, and disbursement of PKH funds that are not on time. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include updating data, increasing PKH funds, increasing counterpart quota, and extending the time for distribution of funds.

The article discusses the prospects and objectives of Samara’s image-making for the growth of tourist potential of the region. In fact, it comes to creating the ideology of tourism development in Samara and Samara Region. Author has distinguished three basic tourism brands within the framework of Samara&#180;s image-making, analyzing each of which as a system of sub-brands. In addition to the basic, less significant brands are formulated the article. Farther, in the analysis of tourism and recreation cluster (TRC) twelve basic types of resources and organizations - participants of TRC - are allocated. Authorial understanding of the structure of TRC is shown for a more adequate perception of it. As well as, the nature and levels of use of the image of the city by specific organizations - representatives of the TRC in Samara are analyzed. Particularly, 127 accommodation facilities and 306 foodservice facilities are analyzed. The efficiency of the three basic tourism brands of Samara in the names of firms-members of tourism business and souvenirs is studied. As a result, the author has formulated not only the general characteristics of the brands usage, but also the development strategy of image and branding in the evolution of tourist services in Samara.

This study aims to examine social justice and human rights from the government’s perspective to promote Sustainable Development as well as from an agricultural perspective. This research method is qualitative research with literature study. literature study is carried out to find out various distances or findings that have not been found in previous research as a comparison in conducting current research. The literature findings show that some of the main topics appear most frequently based on data from Scopus, vosviewer and Nvivo12 plus. The results of this study of Global Governance of Human Rights with a total of 78 documents, but it is not comparable to the reality on the ground; namely, there are still many cases of human rights, racism and conflicts between black and white groups. Second, Global Human Rights Governance has an important role in the methodology of human rights analysis. From the perspective of global governance, the concept of sustainability is correlated with the idea of human rights such as the emergence of development in rural communities’ agricultural land which causes changes in their livelihoods as farmers which affect the economy and the surrounding environment. In the concept of SDGs, justice is one of the concepts that is of concern to the government that must be developed through a governance approach

Mantang  Besar and Mantang Kecil islands contain marine resources that can be developed for ma-rine tourism activities. For the above purpose, a study is needed to assess the potential of the islands. The objectives of this study were: (1) to analyze the sustainability potential of marine tourism on Man-tang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands and (2) to determine the policy and strategy to develop marine tourism in Mantang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands. Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) with Rapid Appraisal Index Sustainability of Ecotourism approach was used for the sustainability analysis of the marine tourism potential in both islands. The results showed that the sustainability status of marine tourism potential on Mantang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands for A dimension (ecology) was in ave-rage of 50.4592 within the category of sustainable, for B dimension (socio-economic) with average of 31.6113 within the category of less sustainable, and C dimension (institutional-technology) with ave-rage of 32.5581 wihtin the category of less sustainable. The purpose of this research is to find out the right tourism development strategy to be implemented in Popo village as a coastal tourism village in Takalar Regency. The method of this research is descriptive research. The instruments in this study include; Observation of Data Documentation, Interview and Questionnaire. The result of the research shows that the development of tourist villages requires support from various parties so that they can become income for the community in the tourist village. In the development of tourist villages, there are various factors including driving factors and inhibiting factors. The driving factor of the tourist village being the driving force for the promotion of the tourist village will be a factor inhibiting the development of the tourist village so that it can be accepted and managed so that it can be entered as a tourism partner village.
