Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Analisis pertumbuhan dan kualitas karagenan rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii pada lokasi berbeda di Wilayah Perairan Banggai ProvinsiSulawesi Tengah Seaweed is a potential of coastal resources. Carrageenan is a polysaccharide extracted from seaweed or some species of red algae (Rhodophyceae). Seaweed growth is strongly influenced by two factors: internal and external factors. But twthat determine the success of the seaweed growth is the management carried out by people working on it. Banggai Regency is one of the largest seaweed production centers in Central Sulawesi. The main objective of this studyis toexamine the potential of seaweed cultivation (Kappaphycus avarezii) by looking at the growth and the carrageenan, inBanggai waters, Central SulawesiProvince. The temperature range obtained during this study r25to 31ºC. The results of carrageenananaliysis wasvery different due to differences inlocation, showed by content.  The highest and lowest ashcontentwere obtained from two locations, 1,8% (Jayabakti) and 2.8% (Liang), respectively. Selama 21 hari penelitian, grazing ikan baronang tertinggi berada pada kepadatan 1200 g/m2  sebesar  -23,58% dan yang terendah pada kepadatan 600 g/m2sebesar -12,4%.Kata Kunci : Grazing, Ikan Baronang, Rumput laut, Rakit Jaring ApungAbstract: Pest and disease attacks are a cause of disruption of seaweed growth, which causes a decrease in seaweed production. One pest in seaweed is baronang fish (Siganus guttatus). The aim of this study is to determine grazing rate of S. guttatus on K. alvarezii seaweed with different densities. The study was conducted in January 2018 in the area of seaweed cultivation in the waters of Tanjung Tiram village, South Konawe Regency. The total of plots in one unit of floating cage was three plots pieces measuring 440 x 100 x 50 cm. Raft is divided into four plots and labeled. In each plot cultivated K. alvarezii seaweed with an initial weight of 100 g per clump where each experimental unit is differentiated based on stocking density of 600 g / m2, 900 g / m2 and 1200 g / m2. At each grazing data collection (drilling power) Baronang fish in floating raft containers were stocked with one Baronang fish with the same weight of 135 g. During maintenance, Baronang fish is given commercial feed as much as 5% of body weight. As for the 21 days of research, the highest Baronang fish grazing is at a density of 1200 g / m2 at -23.58% and the lowest at a density of 600 g / m2 at -12.4%.Keywords: Grazing, Baronang fish, seaweed, floating cage

Fighting between students is actually only one form of delinquency in adolescents. There are many more psychological and criminal problems that are often experienced and carried out by adolescents. Deviant behavior by adolescents, commonly known as juvenile delinquency, is juvenile delinquency referring to a form of behavior that is not in accordance with the norms that live in the community. The identification of this problem is the background of children conducting brawls between students, Protection of child brawlers at the stage of the investigation, Obstacles and obstacles in the investigation of brawls between students.Writing this thesis uses normative and empirical juridical methods. The sources come from library research and interviews, namely by studying or analyzing secondary and tertiary legal materials. Thus, the normative juridical approach in research is used to analyze problems relating to the legal protection of children as brawls among students. The results of the study showed that 1) Student brawl can be caused by 2 (two) factors, namely internal and external factors 2) Protection of children in conflict with this law underwent fundamental changes, namely strict regulation of "restorative justice and diversion" intended to avoid and keep children away from the judicial process, so as to avoid the stigmatiziation that can be done at every level of decision makers at the police, prosecutor and court level. 3) That there are reasons or arguments that encourage investigations tend to be less restorative justice-based both internally and externally, so the writer will analyze internal and external factors and take advantage of legal culture theory. Keywords: Legal Protection; Student Fight; Child Investigation.

There are two factors causing an anxiety to women, the internal and external factors. Furthermore, the internal factor includes women’s role in a domestic matter. Linda Hager says the unfinished pressure for women isto manage their schedule towards the children, society, religious life, and work’s responsibility. Those, according to Hager, lead to overload or hot reactor behavior(Hager & Hager, 1999:24). Moreover, the external factor is women’s self-devotion towards their couple and children that cuts off their own time for themselves. As a result, the women will experience the loneliness, anger, and frustration because of their life choices (Hager & Hager, 1999:24). Therefore, the honeymoon effects will be terminated due to those situation and preferences.

Compared with the elongate bodies of shrimps or lobsters, crabs are characterised by a compact body organisation with a depressed, short carapace and a ventrally folded pleon. The evolutionary transformation from a lobster-like crustacean towards a crab is called ‘carcinization’ and has been interpreted as a dramatic morphological change. Nevertheless, the crab-shape evolved convergently in a number of lineages within Decapoda. Accordingly, numerous hypotheses about internal and external factors have been presented, which all try to explain these frequent convergent carcinization events despite the seemingly fundamental changes in the body organisation. However, what a crab is lies greatly in the eye of the beholder and most of the hypotheses about the lobster/crab transformation are biased by untested assumptions. Furthermore, there are two meanings of the word ‘crab’ within decapods: one, the phylogenetic meaning, refers to the clade Brachyura; the other, more general and typological use of the word crab, describes decapods with a certain body shape. These two meanings should not be confused when the issue of carcinization is discussed. Here, I propose a definition of what a crab is, i.e. what is meant when we speak about carcinization. I show that not all Brachyura are crabs in the typological sense. Carcinization occurred at least twice within the clade. Among Anomala there is further evidence that crab-shaped Lithodidae derived from a hermit-crab like ancestor. Carcinization is not restricted to Anomala plus Brachyura (Meiura) but is also found in Achelata, namely in slipper lobsters. A deconstruction of the crab-shape reveals that parts of it appear in various combinations among all decapod groups. Only a certain threshold of number and quality of crab-features makes us call an animal a ‘crab’. This reveals that carcinization does not involve such dramatic changes in morphology as has been suggested. Moreover similar alterations of body shapes appear frequently in other crustacean taxa and in various animal groups as diverse as sharks and sea urchins. Hence morphological constraints, macroevolution, trends, tendencies, or underlying synapomorphies of any kind are not necessary assumptions for the explanation of the evolution of crabs.
